Abstract

本发明涉及对人体的电疗器械,由绝缘隔离环5和左、右不锈钢电极外壳4、10构成壳体,内装电池7和脉冲信号发生器3,发出周期为(3~4)秒,脉宽部分包络占空比1∶(2.5~3.5),周期(20~28)毫秒,幅度为(1.5~4.5)伏调制脉冲信号,外形呈胶囊药物状,服用或置入人身(肛口、阴道),电脉冲刺激胃、肠道、胰腺、前列腺和淋巴系统,达治病和配合药物辅助治疗目的,对人体无毒、无副作用。

Description

电子药丸
本发明涉及人体的电疗器械,服用后,在人体消化系统滞留期间,或置入人体病灶部位后,产生电脉冲,达到电疗治疗目的,主要由脉冲信号发生器,壳体和电源部分构成。
传统的电疗器械疾病治疗方法是在体表接近病灶部位施治,主要由信号发生器、壳体、电极和电源构成。不足之处是不能直接作用于人体病灶部位,治愈时间长,疗效差。
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提出一种直接作用于人体病灶部位的称为电子药丸的电疗器械。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:电子药丸主要由脉冲信号发生器,绝缘隔离环和左、右不锈钢电极外壳构成的壳体,内装脉冲信号发生器和电源组成。
脉冲信号发生器由振荡器电路和方波整形电路,产生占空比为1∶1脉冲信号,以及经数级分频电路和未级非门信号合成电路,最后获得周期为(3~4)秒,脉宽部分包络占空比1∶(2.5~3.5),周期(20~28)毫秒,幅度为(1.5~4.5)V调制脉冲信号。
电源为(1~3)节钮扣式电池,电压(1.5~4.5)V。
绝缘隔离环用绝缘密封材料制成空心园柱体,园柱体轴向中间外园面有凸台;空心园柱体内园部分被一园平面隔开,园平面中心开有通孔,装有铆钉,与园柱体内园周面连接处开有通孔。
左、右不锈钢电极外壳为空心园柱体,一端面为向外凸起凸园面,其中右不锈钢电极外壳凸园面内侧焊接一锥形压缩弹簧片。
电池正、负极被装在右不锈钢电极外壳凸园面内侧的锥形压缩弹簧片和铆在绝缘隔离环内园平面中心通孔的铆钉夹紧。脉冲信号发生器电源正、负输入端接至铆钉和锥形压缩弹簧片,脉冲信号发生器输出端接至左不锈钢电极外壳,在左、右不锈钢电极外壳,输出调制脉冲信号。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:由于电疗器械电子药丸的脉冲信号发生器和电源被绝缘隔离环和左、右不锈钢电极外壳密封在内部,呈药品的胶囊形状,可以口服或置入人体内部,直接或接近作用于人体病灶部位,疗效显著,疗程短,作用于人体整个消化系统中,治疗疾病范围广。
下面结合附图和实施例作进一步详述:

图1为脉冲信号发生器电路图,主要由RC振荡电路,方波整型电路,4分频电路,16分频电路,8分频电路及未级与非门信号合成电路等部分组成,各部分工作原理及信号流向详述如下:
RC振荡电路由非门,电阻,电容构成简单时钟信号发生器,在电源激励下产生振荡,经可预置的分频计数器方波整形电路调理后,产生占空比为1∶1,周期为6ms的标准方波信号。4分频电路由两D触发器构成,方波信号反相后送入第一个D触发器的时钟控制端,而该触发器的反相输出经与非门运算后,便得到占空比1∶3,周期为24ms的4分频信号(A路信号)。此信号经过由4个D触发器级联而成的16分频器处理产生占空比1∶15,周期384ms的脉冲信号,再经8分频电路进一步扩展为占空比1∶8,周期3072ms的频率信号(B路信号),经8分频电路由4个时钟控制端相互并联,输入端与反相输出端相串联的D触发器组成,未级波形变换电路为与非门,A路信号与B路信号在此进行“与非”运算后,便得到幅度为(4~4.5)V,周期3072ms,脉宽部分包络有占空比1∶3,周期24ms调制信号的输出波形。
该电路制成脉冲信号发生器集成电路芯片3。
图2、为电子药丸装配图,绝缘隔离环5为聚烯类功能材料,其左右两端密封封装左、右不锈钢电极外壳4、10。其不锈钢电极外壳4、10与绝缘隔离环5凸台外园成同一外经的外园平面。右不锈钢电极外壳10凸园面内部焊一锥形压缩弹簧片8,绝缘隔离环5空心园柱体内园平面中心通孔铆上铆钉2,三节钮扣式电池7装在铆钉和锥形压缩弹簧片8之间。左不锈钢电极外壳4与绝缘隔离环5空心园柱体内园平面空腔装脉冲信号发生器集成电路芯片3。
图3为电子药丸电路连接图。其铆钉2和压缩弹簧片8为电池正、负极,连接至脉冲信号发生器集成电路芯片3电源输入端,脉冲信号发生器集成电路芯片3脉冲信号输出端连接在左不锈钢电极外壳4上,在左、右不锈钢电极外壳4、10输出幅度为4~4.5V,周期为3072毫秒,脉宽包络占空比1∶3,周期24毫秒调制信号的输出波形。
该电子药丸装配后外形尺寸为φ(10.8×22)mm,呈药物胶囊状,服用和置入人体病灶部位,由于外界负载变化,输出脉冲调制信号可对某些疾病治疗或配合药物辅助治疗。服用后,进入胃肠道,作用于肠道膜壁上,促进肠道蠕动并产生反作用力,推动电子药丸,走向肠道未端,经6至240小时,通过直肠、肛门,随粪便一道排出。对人体无毒、无副作用。胃肠患溃疡、肿瘤病患者忌用。
经临床试验,电子药丸在人身胃肠道发出电疗脉冲信号,在胃中作用于胰腺,在胃肠道中,调节蠕动及腺体分泌,进入十二指肠作用于括约肌,进入小肠、大肠作用于前列腺和淋巴系统,对下列病症均有一定疗效:
1、任何病原包括腹部手术引起的肠道张力缺乏和半瘫;
2、肠梗阻;
3、由脑和脊髓损伤引起的肠道半瘫或全瘫;
4、慢性便秘;
5、胆道十二指肠淤滞和运动障碍;
6、寄生虫病引起的十二指肠淤滞;
7、胰(腺)病,恢复胰管系统活力;
8、胆结石;
9、缺铁性贫血;
10、糖尿病(Ⅱ);
11、胃酸过多或过少;
12、肠部肿瘤术后肠功能恢复;
13、任何妇科手术后产后期肠轻瘫;
14、妇科疾病、子宫脱垂;
15、内分泌系统肿瘤;
16、女性性功能障碍;男性前列腺炎;阴茎勃起功能弱;
17、降低血胆固醇;
18、慢性酒精中毒;
19、术后复苏。

Claims (2)

1、一种由信号发生器、壳体和电源构成的电疗器械电子药丸,其特征是:信号发生器为脉冲信号发生器,由绝缘隔离环和左、右不锈钢电极外壳构成壳体,内装脉冲信号发生器和电源,绝缘隔离环用绝缘密封材料制成空心圆柱体,圆柱体轴向中间外圆面有凸台,空心圆柱体内圆部分被一圆平面隔开,圆平面中心开有通孔,装有铆钉,与圆柱体内圆周连接处开有通孔,左右不锈钢电极外壳为空心圆柱体,一端为向外凸起的凸圆面,其中右不锈钢电极外壳凸圆面内侧焊接一锥形压缩弹簧片、电池正负极被装在右不锈钢电极外壳凸圆面内侧的锥形压缩弹簧片和铆在绝缘隔离环内圆平面中心通孔的铆钉夹紧,脉冲信号发生器电源正、负输入端接铆钉和锥形压缩弹簧片,脉冲信号发生器输出端接在左不锈钢电极外壳,在左、右不锈钢电极外壳输出调制脉冲信号,信号发生器为脉冲信号发生器,脉冲信号发生器由振荡器电路和方波整形电路,产生占空比为1∶1脉冲信号,以及经数级分频电路和末级非门信号合成电路组成,最后获得周期为3000ms-4000ms,脉宽部分包络占空比1∶3,周期24ms,幅度为4伏-4.5伏调制信号的输出波形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电子药丸,其特征是:电源为1-3节钮扣式电池,电压为1.5-4.5V。
