Description

Clothes dryer and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clothes drying equipment and a control method thereof, and particularly discloses a clothes dryer and a control method thereof.
Background
In the use process of the clothes dryer in the prior art, the following problems are easy to occur:
1. drying the pleats
When the amount of the dried clothes is large, the dried clothes often have wrinkles. For example, when a dryer with a rated drying capacity of 8kg is used for drying clothes of more than 6kg, particularly when the clothes are mostly made of cotton fiber materials, fold marks are very obvious and are not easy to unfold; when the amount of clothes to be dried is small, for example, when the clothes dryer with a rated drying capacity of 8kg is used to dry only the clothes within about 3kg, the clothes are easy to stick to the drum wall, and wrinkles are generated.
2. Uneven drying
The humidity of the laundry is detected by a pair of metal strip electrodes (i.e., humidity sensors) provided at a lower portion of the laundry input port. In the drying process, the clothes are frequently contacted with the electrodes along with the continuous rotation of the drying drum, and the humidity of the clothes can be measured by the metal strip electrodes because the humidity of the clothes is approximately proportional to the impedance value of the clothes. When the humidity of the clothes is high, the impedance value of the clothes detected by the metal strip electrodes is small; when the humidity of the laundry is low, the impedance value of the laundry detected by the metal strip electrodes is large. In addition, because the clothes can be wound in the drying drum, the clothes positioned outside can be dried quickly, and the humidity of the clothes wound inside can be relatively large, so that the problem of uneven drying of the clothes can be caused.
Therefore, a clothes dryer and a control method thereof are needed in the market, wherein the clothes drying uniformity is good, and the clothes dried by the clothes dryer are not prone to wrinkle.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide a clothes dryer with good drying uniformity, and the clothes dried by the clothes dryer is not easy to wrinkle.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a clothes dryer, which can adjust the rotation speed of a drying drum according to the capacity of clothes in the drying drum, so as to solve the problems of uneven drying and serious wrinkles of clothes in the clothes dryer of the prior art.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a control method of a dryer for controlling the above dryer, which can make the drying effect better.
In order to achieve the purpose, on one hand, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a clothes dryer comprises a clothes drying drum, wherein a humidity sensor for detecting the humidity value of clothes is arranged at a clothes feeding port of the clothes drying drum, a detection device is further arranged at the clothes feeding port of the clothes drying drum, and the detection device is arranged on the inner side of the edge of the clothes feeding port;
the detection device is connected with the controller and is used for detecting the impedance value of the surrounding environment;
the controller is used for acquiring the impedance value at intervals of a preset time period in preset time and controlling the rotating speed of the clothes drying cylinder according to the impedance value.
Further, the detection device is arranged above the horizontal symmetry axis of the plane of the clothes throwing-in opening.
Preferably, the detecting device is arranged in a range that a vertical symmetry axis of a plane where the clothes throwing-in opening is located deflects by 60 degrees leftwards or rightwards.
Preferably, the detection means is a pair of metal electrodes.
On the other hand, in order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a control method of a clothes dryer comprises the steps that after a clothes drying drum runs at an initial rotating speed, a detection device detects the impedance value of the surrounding environment of the clothes drying drum, and a controller acquires the impedance value at intervals of a preset time period in preset time;
the controller compares each of the impedance values with an impedance threshold value stored therein, and determines an amount of laundry in the laundry drum according to a number of the impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold value, the controller adjusting a rotation speed of the laundry drum according to the amount of laundry in the laundry drum.
Further, the controller divides the amount of laundry in the dry tub into at least three levels according to the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold, each level corresponding to a rotation speed, respectively.
Further, the controller divides the amount of laundry in the dry laundry drum into a small capacity, a medium capacity, and a large capacity according to the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold;
adjusting the rotation speed of the dry drum to a low rotation speed when the controller determines that the amount of laundry in the dry drum is a small capacity;
adjusting the rotation speed of the dry laundry drum to a middle rotation speed when the controller determines that the amount of laundry in the dry laundry drum is a middle capacity;
when the controller determines that the amount of laundry in the dry drum is large, the rotation speed of the dry drum is adjusted to a high rotation speed.
Further, the low rotating speed is 40-45 rpm; the middle rotating speed is 50-55 rpm; the high speed is 60-65 rpm.
Preferably, the initial rotation speed is 40 rpm.
Preferably, the predetermined period of time is from 0.4s to 0.6 s.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the clothes dryer is characterized in that a detection device is arranged at a clothes feeding opening of the clothes drying drum, and the detection device is connected with the controller and used for detecting an impedance value in the surrounding environment. The controller obtains impedance values at intervals of a preset time period within preset time, compares each impedance value with the impedance threshold value stored in the impedance value, judges the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying drum according to the number of the impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold value, and adjusts the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum according to the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying drum. Therefore, the problems that no matter how much clothes in the clothes dryer keeps a rotating speed, wrinkles easily appear on the clothes and the clothes drying effect is not uniform in the prior art are solved.
By using the control method in the application, the controller can adjust the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum according to the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying drum, when the clothes in the clothes drying drum are more, the rotating speed in the clothes drying drum is increased, and when the clothes in the clothes drying drum are less, the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum is lower, so that the clothes drying effect is good, and the clothes dried by the clothes dryer are not prone to wrinkle.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the clothes dryer proposed by the present embodiment comprises a clothes drying drum 1, a humidity sensor 2 for detecting the humidity value of clothes is arranged at a clothes input opening of the clothes drying drum 1, and the humidity sensor 2 is used for detecting the humidity of the clothes in the clothes drying drum 1 and transmitting the humidity value to a controller.
The clothes throwing port of the clothes drying cylinder 1 is also provided with a detection device 3, the detection device 3 is arranged on the inner side of the edge of the clothes throwing port, namely the detection device 3 is arranged towards the inside of the clothes drying cylinder 1, and clothes can be contacted with the detection device 3 in the rotating process of the clothes drying cylinder 1. In a preferred embodiment, the detecting device 3 in this embodiment is a pair of metal electrodes, preferably metal strip electrodes.
The detection device 3 is connected with the controller, the detection device 3 is used for continuously detecting the impedance value of the surrounding environment of the clothes drying cylinder 1 in the rotating process of the clothes drying cylinder, and the controller obtains the impedance value detected by the detection device at intervals of a preset time period in preset time. The preset time period can be adjusted appropriately according to the capacity of the dryer, and in this embodiment, the preset time period is 0.4 s-0.6 s, preferably 0.4s, that is, the controller obtains the impedance value of the detecting device 3 in the ambient environment every 0.4s, and when the detecting device 3 is in contact with the clothes, the impedance value of the clothes is detected, and when the detecting device 3 is in contact with the air, the impedance value of the air is detected.
As a more specific embodiment, the detecting device 3 is arranged above the horizontal symmetry axis of the plane of the laundry input opening, preferably at a position shifted 60 ° to the left or right of the vertical symmetry axis of the plane of the laundry input opening. When the clothes drying drum 1 rotates towards the clockwise direction, the detection device 3 is arranged in the range of 60 degrees of left deflection of the vertical symmetrical axis of the plane of the clothes input opening, namely in the range of 10 o ' clock to 12 o ' clock direction, and preferably in the 10 o ' clock position. When the clothes drying drum 1 rotates towards the anticlockwise direction, the detection device 3 is arranged in the range that the vertical symmetry axis of the plane of the clothes input opening deflects 60 degrees to the right, namely, in the range of 2 o ' clock to 12 o ' clock, and the 2 o ' clock position is preferred. The reason why the detection device 3 is provided in the range of 10 o 'clock to 12 o' clock and the range of 2 o 'clock to 12 o' clock respectively is that: during the rotation of the drying drum 1, the clothes are subjected to centrifugal force, the chances of contacting with the clothes are the most in the two positions, and the clothes capacity in the drying drum 1 and the contact times of the detection device 3 and the clothes are in a linear distribution.
In the specific implementation process, the humidity sensor 2 and the detection device 3 can simultaneously select the same metal electrode for detection, only in the use process, the electrode used by the humidity sensor 2 is arranged at the lower part of the edge of the clothes input opening of the clothes drying cylinder 1, the clothes can fall to the bottom of the clothes drying cylinder 1 under the action of gravity, and the humidity sensor is arranged at the edge of the clothes input opening and can better detect the humidity value of the clothes. It is of course also possible to provide only one pair of metal electrodes capable of detecting both the humidity value and the number of times the laundry is in collision contact therewith, while fulfilling the tasks of the humidity sensor and the detection means. If only one pair of electrodes is provided, the humidity of the laundry is detected more accurately, but the capacity of the laundry is detected less accurately, when the pair of electrodes is provided at the lower portion of the edge of the laundry input port. If the pair of electrodes are placed at the upper portion of the edge of the laundry input port, the accuracy of the humidity detection of the laundry is lowered although the accuracy of the capacity detection of the laundry is improved.
Example two
The embodiment provides a control method of a clothes dryer, after a clothes drying drum runs at an initial rotating speed, a detection device detects an impedance value in the surrounding environment of the clothes drying drum, and a controller acquires the impedance value detected by the detection device at intervals of a preset time period in a preset time. The controller compares each impedance value detected within a predetermined time with an impedance threshold value stored therein, and determines the amount of laundry in the drying drum according to the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold value, the controller adjusting the rotation speed of the drying drum according to the amount of laundry in the drying drum. As a preferred embodiment, the controller divides the amount of laundry in the laundry drum into at least three levels, each level corresponding to a respective rotation speed, according to the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold.
As a more specific embodiment, the controller divides the amount of laundry in the dry laundry drum into a small capacity, a medium capacity, and a large capacity according to the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold value in the present embodiment. The impedance threshold in this embodiment is an empirical value obtained through a plurality of tests, and in the actual operation process, the impedance threshold is a frequency signal pre-stored in the controller, and the working principle of the impedance threshold is well known to those skilled in the art, and is not described herein again. When the controller determines that the amount of laundry in the dry laundry drum 1 is a small capacity, adjusting the rotation speed of the dry laundry drum 1 to a low rotation speed; when the controller judges that the amount of the laundry in the dry laundry drum 1 is the medium capacity, adjusting the rotation speed of the dry laundry drum 1 to the medium rotation speed; when the controller determines that the amount of laundry in the dry drum 1 is large, the rotation speed of the dry drum 1 is adjusted to a high rotation speed. Wherein the low rotating speed is 40-45 rpm; the middle rotating speed is 50-55 rpm; the high rotating speed is 60-65 rpm; the initial rotation speed was 40 rpm.
The detection principle of using the metal electrode as the detection device in the embodiment is as follows: during the rotation of the clothes drying drum, clothes and air are both in contact with the metal strips of the metal electrodes, and impedance values between the clothes and the electrodes and between the air and the electrodes are measured through the conduction of the two metal strips. The impedance values were automatically collected at 0.4 s/piece and transmitted to the controller. When the metal electrode is not in contact with the clothes, the metal electrode measures the impedance value in the peripheral air. When the clothes with the same material and humidity have a large capacity, the area is relatively large, the frequency of contact with the metal strip electrode is high, that is, the number of times of contact between the metal strip electrode and the clothes is large, and the number of times of contact with air is small, so that the number of times of measuring the impedance value generated by the contact between the metal electrode and the clothes in a unit time is large, and the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold is large. When the capacity of the clothes is small, the area of the clothes is relatively small, the frequency of contact with the metal strip is low, namely, the number of times of contact between the metal strip electrode and the clothes is small, and the number of times of contact with air is small, so that the number of impedance values generated by the contact between the metal electrode and the clothes measured in unit time is small, and the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold is small. Similarly, when the clothes capacity is moderate, the number of times of the impedance value generated by the contact between the metal electrode and the clothes in unit time is moderate, and the quantity of the impedance value exceeding the impedance threshold value is moderate.
The control method of the dryer is described in detail by a specific operation process as follows: after the clothes dryer is started, the clothes drying drum rotates at an initial rotating speed of 40rpm, when clothes in the clothes drying drum are in contact with the metal electrodes at corresponding frequencies, the detection device continuously detects the impedance value in the surrounding environment, and the controller acquires the impedance value detected by the detection device at time intervals of 0.4 s. Within 3 minutes after starting the operation of the dryer, this detection time can be adjusted according to the actual load condition. The controller keeps obtaining the impedance value every 0.4s, compares the impedance value obtained every time with the impedance threshold value, judges the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying cylinder according to the number of the impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold value, and adjusts the rotating speed of the clothes drying cylinder according to the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying cylinder. For example, the data of the impedance values measured by the detection device in 3 minutes is 450 (including the number of times of the metal electrode contacting with the clothes and the number of times of the metal electrode contacting with the air), and the corresponding relation between the number exceeding the impedance threshold and the clothes capacity of the drying drum is as follows: the large capacity is defined when the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold is 380, the medium capacity is defined when the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold is 280, and the small capacity is defined when the number of impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold is 180. If the number of the impedance values exceeding the impedance threshold value in the data of the impedance values measured within 3 minutes is 300, the capacity of the clothes is judged to be the medium capacity, and the controller adjusts the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum to 50-55 rpm.
The reason why the control method in this embodiment selects the low rotation speed when determining that the capacity of the drying drum is the small capacity is to prevent the rotation speed of the drying drum from being too high, so that the clothes are attached to the drum wall of the drying drum, and the clothes are not uniformly contacted with the drying air, and meanwhile, the problem that wrinkles cannot be unfolded due to the fact that the clothes are squeezed in the circumferential direction due to too high rotation speed of the drying drum is prevented. When the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying drum is large, the reason for selecting the clothes drying drum to be high in rotating speed is that the centrifugal force is increased by increasing the angular speed, so that the clothes are stretched in the clothes drying drum under the action of the large centrifugal force, large-area wrinkles are prevented from being generated, and the drying uniformity is improved. When the clothes capacity in the clothes drying drum is medium, the reason for determining the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum as the medium rotating speed is that the clothes drying drum keeps a moderate angular speed to operate, so that the clothes can be relaxed in the drum due to proper centrifugal force, the clothes can be prevented from being stuck to the drum wall due to overhigh rotating speed, the problem that the clothes cannot be stretched due to insufficient centrifugal force due to overlow rotating speed of the clothes drying drum, and the clothes are too much wrinkled due to the fact that the clothes operate in the drum in a bulk mode can be solved.
By using the control method in the embodiment, the controller can adjust the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum according to the amount of the clothes in the clothes drying drum, when the clothes in the clothes drying drum are more, the rotating speed in the clothes drying drum is increased, and when the clothes in the clothes drying drum are less, the rotating speed of the clothes drying drum is lower, so that the clothes drying effect is good, and the clothes dried by the clothes dryer are not easy to wrinkle.
The technical principles of the present invention have been described above in connection with specific embodiments, which are intended to explain the principles of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention in any way. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive efforts, which shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
