背景技术
在种植业中,防治抑制作物生长并导致产量降低的杂草并且保护作物是很重要的。已经研制出一些既能有效防治杂草并且对作物安全的除草活性成分,大大地减少了作物栽培中由杂草造成的损失。用于防治特定作物栽培中的杂草的除草剂不仅需有高的除草活性和宽的除草谱,而且要对环境和作物足够安全。然而,不是所有的除草剂都能完全满足上述要求。

乙羧氟草醚是美国Rohm and Hass公司八十年代初期研制的二苯醚类触杀性除草剂。它被植物吸收后,使原卟啉氧化酶受抑制,生成对植物细胞具有毒性的四吡咯,积聚而发生作用。它具有作用速度快、活性高、不影响下茬作物等特点。可有效防除藜科、蓼科、苋菜、苍耳、龙葵、马齿苋、鸭跖草、大蓟等多种阔叶杂草。

这些特点为使用者在实际防除杂草时提供了十分显著的优越性。它可以使杂草的防治更便宜,更快,省工且更加持效,由此也可以增加农作物的产量。还进一步发现,本发明的除草剂组合物对作物的植物毒性没有产生无法接受的增加。而且本发明的除草剂组合物尤其是对在长期使用磺脲类除草剂地区产生抗药性的杂草具有特效,对后茬作物安全。
具体实施方式
将不同农药的活性成分组合制成混剂,是目前开发和研制新农药以及防治农业上抗性杂草的一种有效的方式。不同品种的农药活性成分组合后,通常表现出三种作用类型:相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用。但具体为何种作用,无法预测。令人惊讶地,活性成分的组合超过了原则上所期望的对要控制的杂草的累加效应,并因此特别是在两方面扩大了这两种活性成分的作用范围(即表现出增效活性):首先,单个化合物的施用率减少而同时保持了良好的作用水平;其次当低施用率范围内的单独化合物在农艺学观点来看已经变得无用的情况下,组合物获得了高水平的杂草控制。
苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的组合施用时可产生增效作用。所述增效作用应能降低各活性物质的施用率、提高相同施用率下的药效、防治迄今仍无法防治的物种、延长施用周期,减少单独施用的次数。因此对于使用者而言,活性成分的组合表现出的增效作用是经济上和生态上更有利的杂草抵抗体系。这种增效活性尤其可以降低施用量,控制更广谱的阔叶科、禾本科、莎草科杂草,弥补了对抗性杂草种群的活性漏洞,提供更迅速和更可靠的活性,更长的持效期,仅一次或几次施用可完全控制不希望的植物以及延长组合物中活性成分的持效期。本发明的除草剂组合物在田间杂草防治中由于以上特性,使得农作物摆脱不希望有的植物的竞争,和/或增加了产量。
本发明提供一种除草剂组合物,包括苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚活性成分,所述苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚活性成分重量配比是50:1-1:50,优选20:1-1:20,更优选10:1-1:10,尤其优选5:1-1:5。

根据本发明,术语“填充剂”指可与活性成分相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述填充剂优选为惰性的,至少应为农业可接受的。所述填充剂可以为固体或液体。
适合本发明的固体填充剂有:植物质粉末类(例如大豆粉、淀粉、谷物粉、木粉、树皮粉、锯末、核桃壳粉、麸皮、纤维素粉末、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草茎的颗粒,提取植物精华后的残渣等)、纸张、锯末,粉碎合成树脂等的合成聚合体、黏土类(例如高岭土、皂土、酸性瓷土等)、滑石粉类。硅石类(例如硅藻土、硅砂、云母、含水硅酸,硅酸钙)、活性炭、天然矿物质类(浮石、绿坡缕石及沸石等)、烧制硅藻土、砂、塑料媒介等(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯等)、氯化钾、碳酸钙、磷酸钙等的无机矿物性粉末、硫酸铵、磷酸铵、尿素、绿化铵等的化学肥料、土肥,这些物质可以单独使用或者2种以上混用。
适合本发明的液体填充剂有,例如水,酒精类(例如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇等)、 酮类 (例如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、二异丁基甲酮、环己酮等)、醚类(例如乙醚、二恶烷、甲基纤维素、四氢呋喃等)、脂肪族碳氢化合物类(例如煤油、矿物油等)、芳香族碳氢化合物类(例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂油、烷基萘、氯代芳烃、氯代脂肪烃、氯苯,等)、卤化碳氢化合物类、酰胺类、砜类、二甲基亚砜、矿物和植物油、动物油等。
表面活性剂可以是阴离子、阳离子的或非离子。表面活性剂可用作乳化剂、分散剂或用于其他目的。通常期望的是将一种或多种表面活性剂引入本发明的除草剂组合物中。

适合本发明除草剂组合物的分散剂可以为烷基萘磺酸盐、双(烷基)萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐和甲基纤维素。例如木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、亚甲基萘磺酸钠等。
通常用于农业组合物的其他辅料包括增溶剂、消泡剂、隐蔽剂、中和剂和缓冲液、渗透助剂、粘着剂、防冻剂、抗菌剂、着色剂等。

本发明还提供一种防治不希望有的植物的方法,包括: (i) 在不希望的植物发芽之前(芽前); (ii) 在不希望的植物发芽之后(芽后), 或(iii)在(i)和(ii)时,将除草有效量的所述除草剂组合物施用于不希望的植物的生长场所或叶或茎上。
本发明的除草剂组合物可以出苗前或出苗后施用,即在不希望的植物发芽之前、之中和/或之后施用。当将本发明的除草剂组合物用于作物中时,它们可以在播种之后和农作物出苗之前或之后施用。本发明的除草剂组合物还可以在农作物播种之前施用。
当本发明除草剂组合物在不希望的植物发芽前施用时,可完全防止不希望的植物出苗或不希望的植物生长至子叶期然后停止生长并经过3-4周后完全死亡。
当本发明的除草剂组合物在不希望的植物发芽后施用至植物绿色部分时,可在处理后同样迅速而有力地阻止不希望的植物的生长。一段时间后不希望的植物保持在使用时存在的生长期,或多或少迅速相继死亡,因此以这种方式施用本发明的除草剂组合物可以迅速而持久地防止对作物有害的不希望的植物的竞争,同时减少作物数量和质量损失。
本发明的除草剂组合物用于非耕地处理时,将本发明除草剂组合物施用于杂草的茎叶,或杂草所生存的栽培媒介中。
一种防治不希望有的植物的方法,将活性成分苯嘧磺草胺及乙羧氟草醚共同或单独地施用至不希望的植物的生长场所或叶或茎上。本发明的除草剂组合物包含有效量的活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚具有协同作用。当共同或几乎同时施用活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚时可观察到协同作用;当在不同的时间分别施用苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚时,也可观察到协同作用;也可以相继施用苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚,例如先芽前施用然后芽后施用,或者先早期芽后施用,然后中期或后期芽后施用。在此优选共同或几乎同时施用活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚,并且特别优选共同施用。

将乙羧氟草醚溶解在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,加入对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠得到油相;按照配方将苯嘧磺草胺、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、水经研磨和/或高速剪切后得到苯嘧磺草胺的水悬浮剂;在搅拌下将油相加入水相得到悬乳剂。

将上述配方中原药、溶剂、乳化剂溶解成均匀透明的相。

将上述组分按比例投入砂磨釜中研磨后转入均质混合器内混匀,即制得除草剂组合物悬浮剂。

苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐 | 10% |

将上述原药、溶剂、乳化剂按比例混合,使其溶解为均匀油相;水溶性组分与去离子水混合制得水相;在搅拌下将油相与水相混合,即制得微乳剂。

将PAPITM、乙羧氟草醚 、SOLVESSOTM200
形成的油相加入含SynperonicTMPE/64的水溶液中,形成乳状液; 然后加热并保温在50oC
下加入催化剂反应2小时。冷却后得到乙羧氟草醚的微囊剂。
Synperonic TMPE/64, 分散剂木质素硫酸钠, 消泡剂,尿素,苯嘧磺草胺和水按比例混合,经研磨和/或高速剪切后得到均匀,得到悬浮剂。
将得到的乙羧氟草醚的微囊剂加入苯嘧磺草胺悬浮剂中,搅拌均匀得到 30%苯嘧磺草胺+ 10%乙羧氟草醚 微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。

将苯嘧磺草胺、乙羧氟草醚活性成分、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎成可湿性粉剂;再加入一定量的水混合挤压造料。经干燥筛分后得到50%苯嘧磺草胺+40%乙羧氟草醚 水分散粒剂。

生物实施例
对两种或多种除草活性成分的混施中显示的增效作用的评价是基于在“CalculationSynergistic
and Antagonistic Response of Herbicide Combinations”(Weeds 15/1(1967),S.R.Colby)中描述的Colby’s方法确定的。
计算公式如下式(1)所示

式(1)中X表示除草剂A在Xg有效成分/ha用量下的杂草防治(%),
Y表示除草剂B在Yg有效成分/ha用量下的杂草防治(%),
E0表示在X+Yg有效成分/ha用量下的预期杂草防治(%)。
如果在生物试验中观察到的实际的杂草防治率超过使用Colby’s方法计算得到的预期值(E0),则表示除草组合物的效力大于各成分效力的总和,这意味着组合物具有增效作用。
苗前试验:
在温室条件下,将单子叶和双子叶的杂草植物的种子或根茎块置于装有砂质粘土的钵中并用土壤覆盖。使用标准土壤作为栽培基质。在苗前阶段,将除草剂单独或以混合物的形式施用到土壤表面。处理后,将钵置于温室中并保持于适于杂草的良好生长条件下。通过与未处理的对照组相比,对3-4 周的测试周期后的植物损害或测试植物出苗后的出苗损害进行视觉评定。测试结果所示,本发明的除草剂组合物对广谱杂草示出非常良好的出苗前除草活性。测试所观察到的数值显示,在适宜的低剂量下,本发明除草剂组合物的作用超过了根据Colby的预期值,表现明显的增效作用。
苗后试验
只要苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的组合的作用大于各活性成分分别施用时的作用的总和时,就存在增效作用。
采用盆栽茎叶处理法(NY/T 1155.4-2006):在高6cm、直径9cm的塑料钵内装定量土,将单子叶和双子叶的杂草的种子15~20粒播种在塑料钵内,盖0.5~1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2~4叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,21d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重或株鲜重,以靶标鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。
按照一定重量百分比配制三种试剂:1、苯嘧磺草胺;2、乙羧氟草醚;3、苯嘧磺草胺+乙羧氟草醚。之后将上述各试剂用水稀释,获得药剂稀释液。
调查方法:
试验处理21d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率(%)。
对两种或多种除草活性成分的混施中显示的增效作用的评价是基于在“CalculationSynergistic and
Antagonistic Response of Herbicide Combinations”(Weeds
15/1(1967),S.R.Colby)中描述的Colby’s方法确定的。
式中,X为苯嘧磺草胺以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
Y为乙羧氟草醚或以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
E0为苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚或二种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的理论值;
E为苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚或二种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的实测值。
如果在生物试验中观察到的实际的杂草防治率超过使用Colby’s方法计算得到的预期值(E0),则表示除草组合物的效力大于各成分效力的总和,这意味着组合物具有增效作用。

由上述表格可见,本发明的除草剂组合物,苯嘧磺隆草胺和乙羧氟草醚在50:1-1:50 的范围内,显示明显的增效作用。
Claims (14)
1.一种除草剂组合物,其特征在于,含有活性成分苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚,所述苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚的重量比为50:1至1:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚的重量比为20:1至1:20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚的重量比为10:1至1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚的重量比为5:1至1:5。
5.一种除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包含权利要求1所述的活性成分、助剂和/或填充剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的含量占所述除草剂组合物的5%-90%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的含量占所述除草剂组合物的10%-80%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的含量占所述除草剂组合物的30%-80%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的含量占所述除草剂组合物的40%-80%。
10.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和乙羧氟草醚的含量占所述除草剂组合物的50%-80%。
11.权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,剂型为可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、微囊剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂或超低容量液剂。
12.权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物在防除阔叶科杂草、莎草科杂草、禾本科杂草不希望的植物的应用。
13.一种控制不希望的植物的方法,其特征在于,包括:
(i)
在不希望的植物发芽之前(芽前); (ii) 在不希望的植物发芽之后(芽后),
或(iii)在(i)和(ii)时,将除草有效量的权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物施用于不希望的植物的生长场所或叶或茎上。
14.一种防治不希望的植物的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物的活性成分苯嘧磺草胺与乙羧氟草醚共同或单独地施用至不希望的植物的生长场所或叶或茎上。
