Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, a combined water tank joint 3 comprises a joint housing 300, wherein the joint housing 300 is provided with a water inlet 301, an inner cavity 302 and a water outlet 303 which are sequentially communicated, and the water inlet 301, the inner cavity 302 and the water outlet 303 form an L-shaped channel. Wherein, the water inlet 301 is provided with a sealing ring 304 and is used for being communicated with the water outlet 303 of the water tank 1; the inner cavity 302 is provided with a filter 305; the water outlet 303 is a quick connector externally connected with a water pipe and is communicated with the water pump 2 through the water pipe.
Wherein a flow meter is provided in the joint housing 300; the flowmeter comprises an impeller 306 assembly, a Hall sensor 308 and a circuit board 309, wherein the impeller 306 assembly is positioned in the water outlet 303 of the connector shell 300; the impeller 306 assembly comprises an impeller 306 and a magnet 307, and the Hall sensor 308 detects the position of the magnet 307 on the blade 311 of the impeller 306 in real time so as to calculate the displacement of the impeller 306 and then calculate the flow rate of the liquid.
The impeller 306 includes a central rotating shaft 310, and four blades 311 are provided in four equal parts along the rotating shaft 310. The magnets 307 are installed in the blades 311 of the impeller 306, the two magnets 307 are respectively arranged on the two blades 311 positioned on the same plane, and the two blades 311 are rotated 180 degrees to calculate a flow unit, and the flow unit is calculated according to the number of the blades 311 of the impeller 306; the hall sensor 308 is electrically connected with the circuit board 309, and the circuit board 309 is connected with a wire to be connected with a power supply to obtain electricity. Considering the problem of initial positioning of the magnet 307, since the magnet 307 is heavier than the plastic impeller 306, the blade 311 with the magnet 307 will automatically return to the position directly under the hall sensor 308 under the influence of the weight of the magnet 307 without fluid flow interference.
An impeller mounting groove 316 for communicating the inner cavity 302 of the joint housing 300 and the water outlet 303 is formed in the water outlet 303 of the joint housing 300, and an impeller 306 is rotatably mounted in the impeller mounting groove 316; a face cover 314 is provided at the top opening of the impeller mounting groove 316 to cover the impeller mounting groove, and the hall sensor 308 and the circuit board 309 are provided on the face cover 314.
Two blades 311 of the impeller 306, which are symmetrical about an axis, are provided with communicated cavities 312, the magnet 307 is inserted in the cavities 312, the magnet 307 is an integral magnet 307, the free end parts of the blades 311 are provided with openings of the cavities 312, and the magnet 307 is inserted from the openings. However, in consideration of the installation of the magnet 307, the thickness of the cavity 312 is set to be larger than the thickness of the magnet 307, and the protrusion 313 for positioning the magnet 307 is provided on the cavity wall of the cavity 312, that is, the periphery of the magnet 307 is positioned in the cavity 312 by the plurality of protrusions 313 without directly contacting the inner wall of the cavity 312.
The inner wall of the impeller mounting groove 316 is provided with symmetrical notches 318, and the end part of the rotating shaft 310 of the impeller 306 is arranged in the notches 318; the bottom surface of the face cover 314 is provided with a limiting rod 319 matching with the notch 318, and two end portions for accommodating the rotating shaft 310 of the impeller 306 are left between the end portion of the limiting rod 319 and the bottom of the notch 318, so that the impeller 306 can rotate.
Clamping blocks 315 are arranged on two sides of the surface cover 314, the joint housing 300 is provided with a clamping ring 317 matched with the clamping blocks 315, and the top surface of the surface cover 314 is provided with a containing groove 322 for containing the hall sensor 308 and the circuit board 309.
The communication port 320 between the inner cavity 302 and the impeller mounting groove 316 is lower than the upper half of the impeller 306 or higher than the lower half of the impeller 306, which is generally lower than the lower half of the impeller 306, because the fluid is heavy, and if the fluid flows directly to the upper half and flows out of the water outlet 303, the problem of unstable rotation of the impeller 306 caused by the weight of the fluid occurs. The purpose is to prevent the communicating port 320 from crossing the upper half and the lower half when the liquid flowing out from the inner cavity 302 flows out, and only the upper half of the vane 311 or the lower half of the vane 311 of the impeller 306 is acted, namely, the problem of counterclockwise or clockwise rotation is solved, so that the liquid flowing out is irregular, and the impeller 306 may rotate irregularly.
The passage 321 communicating between the inner cavity 302 and the impeller installation groove 316 is gradually narrowed from the inner cavity 302 to the impeller installation groove 316. According to the bernoulli principle of fluid mechanics, the flow velocity of the fluid gradually increases as it passes through the narrow and wide channels 321. Then, in order to make the fluid accurately push the impeller 306 to rotate in the preset direction, the fluid needs to be accelerated, when the fluid flows out of the communication port 320 from the inner cavity 302 through the channel 321, the speed is accelerated, and since the direction of the communication port 320 is set, the accelerated fluid quickly rushes to a specific position of the impeller 306, so that the impeller rotates regularly.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the water inlet 301 of the water tank joint 3 is communicated with the water tank 1, and the water outlet 303 is communicated with the water pump 2 through a water pipe. When the water pump 2 is started, the liquid in the water tank 1 flows to the water pump 2 through the water tank connector 3 under the action of the suction force of the water pump 2. When liquid passes through the water tank connector 3, the liquid enters the impeller mounting groove 316 from the water inlet 301 through the inner cavity 302 and the communication port 320, and the fluid quickly flows to the impeller 306, so that the impeller 306 rotates in a specific direction. When the water pump 2 is started, the flow meter is started, namely the circuit board 309 and the hall sensor 308 are started, the hall sensor 308 is started to detect the position of the magnet 307 in real time, namely a pulse signal is output to a PC (personal computer) through the circuit board 309 according to the distance between the magnet 307 and the hall sensor 308, the impeller 306 rotates 180 degrees to calculate a flow unit (the flow unit can be changed according to the arrangement of the magnet 307 and the impeller 306), and therefore the flow of the fluid is calculated.
The above examples are intended to illustrate rather than to limit the invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made by the methods described in the claims of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
