背景技术
在轴承中,一个或多个密封件通常用于在轴承内部,保持润滑剂,如润滑脂,并防止污染颗粒进入。通常,这种密封件固定在一个轴承环上,并与另一个环配合,以便构成动态密封。

更具体地说,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有改进的密封的轴承。
本发明进一步的目的是提供一种易于制造和组装的轴承。
本发明还寻求提供一种具有至少一个密封凸缘的轴承,该至少一个密封凸缘可以降低所述凸缘的磨损和裂化的风险。

密封垫圈32构成两个密封部,两个密封部径向相对,并与内环14形成静态密封,与外环16形成动态密封。更精确地说,“静态密封”是在没有相对运动的两部分之间构成的密封,而“动态密封”是在相对运动的两部分之间的密封。
垫圈32的外密封部压配在外环14的相关联的凹槽中,以便将密封件22固定在所述环14中。只有垫圈32与外环14接触。利用压配和摩擦安装使密封件22能够良好的保持就位。在示出的实施例中,垫圈32的内密封部包括第一唇32a和第二唇32b。唇32a,32b是环形的并且是同心的,朝轴承10的内部轴向延伸。唇32b接触内环16的凹槽的径向壁。内唇32a的直径大于唇32b,并且径向围绕内环16的外表面16b,以与所述外表面构成迷宫式窄通道。
每个密封凸缘26,28相对于相关密封件22,24轴向偏移到轴承10的外侧。每个密封凸缘26,28轴向靠在内环16的前表面16c,16d的一个上,并支撑相关密封件22,24的密封垫圈32。密封凸缘26,28相对于通过轴承10中心的横向径向平面彼此对称。两个密封凸缘26,28是相同的,我们现在将仅描述这两个中的一个。
密封凸缘26固定到内环16,并朝外环14轴向延伸。密封凸缘26由任何适当的方法,例如胶合或焊接固定到内环16上。密封凸缘26与内环16的前表面16c接触而轴向安装。密封凸缘26固定在所述前表面16c上。在示出的实施例中,密封凸缘26直接接触所述内环16安装。可替代地,中间元件可以轴向插入内环16和凸缘26之间。
密封凸缘26与密封件22的外侧表面36轴向接触。凸缘26包括内侧面40,其轴向朝密封件22定向,并接触所述密封件22,以及外侧面42,其轴向朝轴承10的外部定向。内侧面40和外侧面42轴向限定凸缘26的厚度。在示出的实施例中,凸缘26与密封件22直接接触而轴向安装。
凸缘26包括环形固定部26a,与内环16的前表面16c接触而轴向安装,以及支撑部26b,倚靠密封件22。支撑部26b为环形并与所述密封件22的外侧面轴向接触。在示出的实施例中,凸缘26的固定部26a具有纯径向形状。固定部26a构成所述凸缘26的内部部分。支撑部26b构成所述凸缘26的外部或端部部分。在示出的实施例中,支撑部26b具有弯曲的形状,在外侧上轴向凹入,并在内侧上凸起。支撑部26b与密封件22的密封垫圈32接触而轴向安装。仅凸缘26的支撑部26b与密封件22接触安装。
凸缘26还包括环形连接部26c,其通过连接到所述部分,在固定部26a和部分26b之间延伸。连接部26c径向延伸固定部26a,并由支撑部26b径向延伸。连接部26c构成为柔性的,并在轴向方向上弹性变形。连接部26c朝密封件22向内延伸。在示出的实施例中,连接部26c具有朝轴承的内部10轴向弯曲的形状。
波纹44设置在连接部26c上,以促进在所述部分的轴向方向上柔性和弹性变形,因此,提供在凸缘26上。波纹44与凸缘26的支撑部26b不同。在示出的实施例中,由于连接部26c的形状、该部分的厚度和波纹44的存在,凸缘26可弹性变形。
波纹44构成材料的局部变形,从侧面42突出。波纹44相对于侧面42的其余部分轴向地突出。这里,波纹44具有大致环形形状。波纹44朝轴承10的外部延伸,即延伸到与密封件22相对的一侧。波纹44轴向延伸。在示出的实施例中,波纹44从凸缘26的固定部26a的较大直径的边缘延伸。这里,凸缘26包括单个波纹44。可替代地,凸缘26可以在径向方向上包括多个连续的波纹。作为其他实施例,也可以提供除波纹44外的其它形状的一个或多个局部变形,并且也使凸缘26弹性变形。
凸缘26通过支撑部26b和密封件22之间的轴向接触朝轴承10的外部轴向变形。凸缘26的连接部26c通过所述轴向接触朝外部轴向变形。连接部26c抵抗其自身的弹性变形。凸缘26通过与密封件22的接触轴向地预载。在预载状态下,内侧面40一侧上固定部26a和支撑部26b之间的轴向距离小于凸缘的自由状态下或未经请求的所述部分之间的轴向距离。
凸缘26的连接部26c倾向于通过弹性返回到其未加载或轴向未经请求的位置。凸缘26的支撑部26b在密封件22上施加不变的轴向负载。由于保持凸缘26的支撑部26b和密封件22之间的轴向滑动接触,良好的密封性能保持一段时间。事实上,污染颗粒的到达在支撑部26b和密封件22之间受到限制。所述污染颗粒的到达受到限制,直到与内环16配合的密封件22的动态密封部。
凸缘26还包括突起46,朝轴承10的外部延伸并轴向超出波纹44。这里,突起46轴向延伸。在示出的实施例中,突起46设置在凸缘26的固定部26a中。突起46从固定部26a突出。突起46轴向延伸超出侧面42的其余部分,特别是超出波纹44。突起46具有在内侧上轴向凹入,并在轴承10的内侧上轴向凸起的形状。如在图2中更清楚地示出的那样,突起46的自由端相对于波纹44的自由端朝外部轴向偏移。
突起46防止波纹44粉碎,例如在凸缘26的储存或组装好的轴承10的储存期间。事实上,突起46在波纹44的上游构成突出的障碍,并通过与外部元件的接触限制了所述波纹44变形的风险。从而凸缘26的弹性变形性能得到保持。
在示出的实施例中,突起46具有环形形状。可替代地,凸缘26可包括多个突起48,构成在固定部26a上,并周向间隔开,如在图3的实施例中所示,其中相同的元件具有相同的附图标记。类似地,每个突起48轴向延伸超出波纹44。
在这些实施例的每一个中,波纹44和突起46,48是一体的,即与凸缘26构成一个零件。凸缘26一体制成。凸缘26由刚性材料制成,例如金属,有利地由金属板切割冲压侧面制成。在这种情况下,波纹44和突起46,48有利地在冲压操作过程中形成。可替代地,凸缘26可以由另一种刚性材料制成,例如合成材料如聚酰胺。一个或多个突起也可以组装并通过任何适当的手段,例如胶合或包覆成型固定到凸缘26。在这种情况下,一个或多个突起可以由柔性材料制成,如弹性体、丁腈橡胶或热塑性弹性体。
在示出的实施例中,每个密封凸缘固定到内环的前表面中的一个上。可替代地,每个凸缘可以固定在设置在内环的孔中的环形凹槽中,例如通过卷边。在这种情况下,凸缘的固定部可以具有L形状,包括在与内环的径向表面接触的径向部和装配在凹槽中的弯曲部。一个或多个突起可设置在固定部的所述径向部上。
在示出的实施例中,每个密封件包括两个部分,即加强插入件和固定到所述插入件的密封垫圈,密封垫圈设置有至少一个滑动唇,与内环配合。可替代地,密封垫圈可以只包括一个或多个迷宫式唇,与内环配合。可替代地,密封件可以只包括一个部分,即插入件或密封垫圈。
在示出的实施例中,密封凸缘固定到内环而密封件固定到外环。可替代地,该设置可以反过来,所述密封件固定到内环而所述密封凸缘固定到外环。
本发明示出滚动轴承,包括设置在轴承环之间的至少一列滚动元件。可替代地,轴承可以是滑动轴承,包括直接滑动接触的两个滚道,或环。
Claims (10)
1.一种轴承,包括:内环(14)、外环(16)、固定到一个环(14)上并与另一个环(16)配合的至少一个密封件(22)、以及固定在所述另一个环(16)上的至少一个密封凸缘(26),其特征在于,所述密封凸缘(26)在轴向方向上至少部分弹性变形,并且与所述密封件(22)的侧面(36)接触而轴向安装,至少一个局部变形(44)设置在所述密封凸缘(26)上,以支撑所述凸缘(26)的弹性变形,所述凸缘(26)还包括轴向延伸超出所述局部变形(44)的至少一个突起(46,48)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承,其中所述密封凸缘(26)包括用于将所述凸缘(26)固定到所述另一个环(16)的固定部(26a)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轴承,其中所述突起(46,46)设置在所述密封凸缘(26)的该固定部(26a)上。
4.根据权利要求2或3其中任一所述的轴承,其中所述密封凸缘(26)的该固定部(26a)与所述另一个环(16)的前表面(16c)接触而轴向安装。
5.根据权利要求2至4其中任一所述的轴承,其中所述密封凸缘(26)包括连接部(26c),所述连接部(26c)连接固定部(26a)和与密封件(22)的外侧面(36)轴向接触而轴向安装的支撑部(26b),所述连接部(26c)在轴向方向至少可弹性变形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轴承,其中所述局部变形(44)设置在所述密封凸缘(26)的该连接部(26c)上。
7.根据前述权利要求其中任一所述的轴承,其中所述局部变形(44)和所述突起(46,48)朝轴承(10)的外部延伸。
8.根据前述权利要求其中任一所述的轴承,其中所述突起(46,48)与所述密封凸缘(26)为一体。
9.根据前述权利要求其中任一所述的轴承,其中所述突起(46)具有环形形状。
10.根据前述权利要求其中任一所述的轴承,其中所述密封凸缘(26)通过与所述密封件(22)的轴向接触而轴向变形。
