本发明公开了一种抗静电高耐热PVC‑NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法,该复合发泡板以PVC与NBR、氯化聚乙烯、聚噻吩等高分子材料共混作为发泡基料,这种基料具有优异的综合力学性能和良好的热稳定性,兼具抗静电、抗冲击、耐老化的性能,加入的经钛酸酯偶联剂表面改性的纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉分散性良好,赋予材料一定的磁性,进一步提高了板材的抗静电、抗辐射能力,再结合其它类原料,最终制备得到具有高耐热、高耐用、抗静电、抗辐射的复合发泡板,较之传统的PVC发泡板经济价值得到提升,应用范围更广。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC发泡板技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC发泡板具有防水、阻燃、耐酸碱、防蛀、质轻、保温、隔音、减震等特性,是木材、铝材、复合板材的理想替代品,广泛的应用于客车、火车车厢顶棚、箱体芯层、内部装潢用板、建筑物外墙板、内装饰用板、办公室、住宅、公共场所建筑物隔间,商用装饰架、无尘室用板、吊顶板等方面。
尽管PVC发泡板具有如此广泛的应用空间,然而其实际市场占有率却偏低,尤其在家装材料方面,主要的制约因素是产品良莠不齐,产品在强度、刚性、热稳定性等方面不尽如人意,使用时存在安全隐患,为了提高PVC板材的综合性能,使用高分子材料和无机填料共混改性是最常用的方法。《阻燃型NBR/PVC发泡材料的研究》一文将NBR与PVC共混发泡,获得了力学性能较为优良的产品,但是其耐热性差,需添加阻燃剂达到阻燃效果,但是对材料的力学性能影响较大,使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC40-50、NBR 20-30、氯化聚乙烯8-10、聚噻吩4-5、AC发泡剂2-5、硼酸三乙酯1-2、纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉3-5、碳酸钙2-3、大豆油2-3、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、钛酸酯偶联剂0.4-0.5、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4。
所述的一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将钛酸酯偶联剂与纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉混合研磨分散40-50min,得表面改性的纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉备用;
(2)将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20-30min,随后依次加入PVC、氯化聚乙烯、聚噻吩、改性纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌,继续密炼30-40min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20-30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160-165℃、10-12MPa条件下热压发泡15-18min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
本发明以PVC与NBR、氯化聚乙烯、聚噻吩等高分子材料共混作为发泡基料,这种基料具有优异的综合力学性能和良好的热稳定性,兼具抗静电、抗冲击、耐老化的性能,加入的经钛酸酯偶联剂表面改性的纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉分散性良好,赋予材料一定的磁性,进一步提高了板材的抗静电、抗辐射能力,再结合其它类原料,最终制备得到具有高耐热、高耐用、抗静电、抗辐射的复合发泡板,较之传统的PVC发泡板经济价值得到提升,应用范围更广。
具体实施方式
一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40、NBR 20、氯化聚乙烯8、聚噻吩4、AC发泡剂2、硼酸三乙酯1、纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉3、碳酸钙2、大豆油2、促进剂TMTD 0.4、硬脂酸0.5、钛酸酯偶联剂0.4、硫化剂PDM 1、光稳定剂0.5、钙锌稳定剂4、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5、甲基丙烯酸锌2。
该实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将钛酸酯偶联剂与纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉混合研磨分散40min,得表面改性的纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉备用;
(2)将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20min,随后依次加入PVC、氯化聚乙烯、聚噻吩、改性纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌,继续密炼30min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160℃、10MPa条件下热压发泡15min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
制得的发泡板遵循相关标准进行性能测试,性能测试结果为:
表观密度:0.35g/cm3;拉伸强度:30.5MPa;断裂伸长率:142.5%;撕裂强度:3.2N/m;氧指数≥28%,耐热性:80℃条件下放置5h无变化。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板,其特征在于,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、氯化聚乙烯8-10、聚噻吩4-5、AC发泡剂2-5、硼酸三乙酯1-2、纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉3-5、碳酸钙2-3、大豆油2-3、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、钛酸酯偶联剂0.4-0.5、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电高耐热PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将钛酸酯偶联剂与纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉混合研磨分散40-50min,得表面改性的纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉备用;
(2)将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20-30min,随后依次加入PVC、氯化聚乙烯、聚噻吩、改性纳米球形四氧化三铁微粉、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌,继续密炼30-40min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20-30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160-165℃、10-12MPa条件下热压发泡15-18min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
