Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫剂组合物。
背景技术
含有两种或多种活性组分的杀虫剂组合物用于各种目的。
例如,尽管N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐广泛用作非选择性除草剂的活性组分,但是它们需要时间来表现它们的除草效果,因此,提出了一些与其它的速效除草剂组分混合的除草剂组合物。典型的速效除草剂组分是原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂。然而,其通常是固体并且不溶于水,尽管N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐可自由地溶于水。因此希望开发出具有良好的制剂稳定性的混合型除草剂组合物。
USP5,698,492、USP6,583,087和JP2003-252704A公开了含有水不溶性除草剂组分和另一种水不溶性除草剂组分的杀虫剂组合物。然而,进一步希望开发出具有良好的制剂稳定性并且不含或含很少有机溶剂的混合型除草剂组合物。
发明内容
本发明通过使用两种特定的阴离子型表面活性剂提供了水性杀虫剂的优异的悬浮稳定性,其中水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分悬浮在水性连续相中,在该连续相中溶解了N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐。
本发明提供了杀虫剂组合物,其包括(a)水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分,(b)N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐,(c)聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸酯的盐,(d)聚氧化烯聚苯乙烯基苯基醚磷酸酯的盐,(e)增稠剂,和(f)水,和另外任选的(g)防冻剂,其中所述杀虫剂组分以固态悬浮在水性连续相中。杀虫剂组合物具有优异的悬浮稳定性,其中杀虫剂组分悬浮在水性连续相中,在水性连续相中溶解了N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐。在本发明中,术语“连续相”是指固体悬浮在其中的分散介质(即,分散系统中的液体)。
优选方案是这样的杀虫剂组合物,其包括(a)0.5-50w/v%的水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分,(b)5-60w/v%的N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐,(c)0.5-15w/v%的聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸酯的盐,(d)0.5-10w/v%的聚氧化烯聚苯乙烯基苯基醚磷酸酯的盐,(e)0.01-10w/v%的增稠剂和(f)20-90w/v%的水,其中所述杀虫剂组分以固态悬浮在水性连续相中。更优选的是这样的杀虫剂组合物,其包括(a)1-30w/v%的水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分,(b)10-50w/v%的N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐,(c)0.5-15w/v%的聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸酯的盐,(d)0.5-10w/v%的聚氧化烯聚苯乙烯基苯基醚磷酸酯的盐,(e)0.01-5w/v%的增稠剂和(f)20-90w/v%的水,其中所述杀虫剂组分以固态悬浮在水性连续相中。
水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分在25℃为固体,并且在25℃在水中的溶解度为10g/L或更低,其熔点优选为60℃或更高。固体杀虫剂组分优选具有1.2-3.0的比重。固体杀虫剂组分的例子包括杀昆虫组分、杀真菌组分、除草剂组分和植物生长调节组分。

植物生长调节组分的例子包括β-苄基氨基嘌呤、环丙酸酰胺、氟节胺,氯吡苯脲、抗倒胺、2-(1-萘基)乙酰胺,巴克素、N-苯基邻氨甲酰苯甲酸、赛苯隆和烯效唑。
在本发明的杀虫剂组合物中,一部分固体杀虫剂组分可以溶解状态存在于水性连续相中,然而80重量%或更多的杀虫剂组分以固态存在于水性连续相中。
在本发明的杀虫剂组合物中,固体杀虫剂组分的平均直径通常为20μm或更低的体积中值直径,优选0.1-10μm的体积中值直径。体积中值直径是通过分析在Mie散射下用激光散射法获得的多个粒子的图像计算得到的值。典型的测量仪器是Mastersizer 2000(由Malvern制造)。体积中值直径表示这样的值,其中小于该值的较小粒子的体积和大于该值的较大粒子的体积中的每一体积是相同的,即,为总体积的50%。
本发明杀虫剂组合物中的水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分的含量通常为0.5-50w/v%。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物包括(b)N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的盐(在下文称作N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐)。
N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐是可用于杀虫剂的盐。N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐的例子包括N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸的碱金属盐(例如锂盐、钠盐、钾盐),三烷基锍盐(例如三甲基锍盐)和铵盐(如C1-14单烷基铵盐如异丙基铵盐,C2-14二烷基铵盐如二乙基铵盐,未取代的铵盐)。N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐是市售的(如N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸铵,N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸三甲基锍盐),并且还可通过已知方法生产。本发明杀虫剂组合物中的N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐的含量通常为5-60w/v%,并且N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐通常以溶解状态存在于水性连续相中。
本发明杀虫剂组合物中固体杀虫剂组分对N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐的重量比通常为1∶16到1∶0.1,优选1∶8到1∶1。
本发明杀虫剂组合物中的固体杀虫剂组分和N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐的总含量为5.5-60.5w/v%。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物包括(c)聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸酯的盐(在下文称作第一阴离子型表面活性剂)和(d)聚氧化烯聚苯乙烯基苯基醚磷酸酯的盐(在下文称作第二阴离子型表面活性剂)。
第一阴离子型表面活性剂通常是由以下所示的磷酸酯:
其中R表示烷基(如C4-18烷基),A表示亚烷基(如1,2-亚乙基、1,3-亚丙基),n和m独立地表示2-20的整数,
和诸如碱金属氢氧化物和胺的碱制备的盐。
第二阴离子型表面活性剂通常是由下式所示的磷酸酯:
其中Ar表示聚苯乙烯基苯基(如三苯乙烯基苯基、二苯乙烯基苯基),A表示亚烷基(如1,2-亚乙基、1,3-亚丙基),n和m独立地表示2-20的整数,
和诸如碱金属氢氧化物和胺的碱制备的盐。
上述磷酸酯的盐是用于表面活性剂时可接受的盐,并且它们的例子包括碱金属如钠和钾,碱土金属如钙、及铵如NH4和i-PrNH3的盐。
可用于本发明的杀虫剂组合物的两种阴离子型表面活性剂是市售的,并且可获得的产品在下面描述。
第一阴离子型表面活性剂的例子包括聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯的铵盐(GeronolCF/AR,由Rhodia Nikka生产),和聚氧乙烯油酰基醚磷酸酯的钠盐(Phosphanol RD-720N,由Toho Chemical生产)。
第二阴离子型表面活性剂的例子包括聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯基苯基醚磷酸酯的钾盐(Soprofol FLK,由Rhodia Nikka生产)。
关于用于本发明的杀虫剂组合物的阴离子型表面活性剂,在本发明杀虫剂组合物中的第一阴离子型表面活性剂和第二阴离子型表面活性剂的总量为3-20w/v%,优选5-15w/v%。另外,第一阴离子型表面活性剂与第二阴离子型表面活性剂的重量比通常为97∶3到3∶97,优选75∶25到25∶75。在本发明的杀虫剂组合物中,第一阴离子型表面活性剂的含量通常是0.5-15w/v%,第二阴离子型表面活性剂的含量通常是0.5-10w/v%。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物包括(e)增稠剂。增稠剂的例子包括水溶性聚合物如水溶性糖类和水溶性合成聚合物以及无机细粉如二氧化硅、硅酸镁、硅酸铝、硅酸镁铝、膨润土、蒙脱石、锂皂石和氧化铝。优选使用上述两种或多种增稠剂的混合物。
水溶性糖类的例子包括黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶、鼠李糖胶、刺槐豆胶、角叉菜胶、文莱胶、木素磺酸、淀粉和羧甲基纤维素及其盐。这些水溶性糖类是市售的,可获得名为KelzanS(由CP Kelco生产)和Kelzan ASX(由CP Kelco生产)的黄原胶,和Celogen HE-90F(由Dai-ichi Kogyo Seiyaku生产)和名为Cellogen HE-600F(Dai-ichi Kogyo Seiyaku生产)的羧甲基纤维素钠。
水溶性合成聚合物的例子包括聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、羧乙烯基聚合物和聚丙烯酸钠。
用于无机细粉的优选的二氧化硅的初级粒径为50nm或更低。这种二氧化硅是市售的,其例子为Aerosil 200(由Degussa生产),其是干燥的二氧化硅,初级粒径为20nm或更低,比表面积为200cm2/g,和Aerosil COK-84(由Degussa生产),其是Aerosil 200与氧化铝的混合物。
考虑到本发明杀虫剂组合物的制剂稳定性,优选水溶性糖类和无机细粉用作本发明的增稠剂。更优选使用水溶性糖类和无机细粉两者用作本发明的增稠剂。黄原胶是优选的水溶性糖类,并且更优选黄原胶与二氧化硅组合使用、或黄原胶与二氧化硅和氧化铝的混合物组合使用。
另外,当水相pH改变时其粘度改变很小的水溶性糖类适用于本发明杀虫剂组合物中的增稠剂。具体而言,优选用作增稠剂的是这样的水溶性糖类,当其溶于弱碱性(pH 9)到弱酸性(pH 5)水时,其溶液的粘度改变在1-3倍的范围内。这种水溶性糖类可购自KelzanASK(由CP Kelco生产)等。
本发明杀虫剂组合物中增稠剂的总含量通常为0.1-10w/v%,优选0.1-5w/v%。
本发明杀虫剂组合物在20℃下的粘度优选为500-3000mPa·s(使用Toki Sangyo制造的RB-80型粘度仪Spindle No.2测量得到,6rpm)。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物包括(f)水,其含量通常为20-90w/v%,优选30-70w/v%。优选离子交换水用作所述的水。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物除了第一阴离子型表面活性剂、第二阴离子型表面活性剂和增稠剂之外,还任选包括(g)配方用助剂,如防冻剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、着色剂、香料、增效剂和安全剂。本发明杀虫剂组合物中配方用助剂的含量通常为0-30w/v%,优选0-20w/v%。
可与水混溶的一元醇如丙醇和可与水混溶的多元醇如乙二醇和丙二醇优选用作本发明杀虫剂组合物中的任选包括的防冻剂。当使用防冻剂时,防冻剂的含量通常为0.5-30w/v%,优选1-20w/v%。

本发明杀虫剂组合物中任选包括的防腐剂的例子包括对羟基苯甲酸酯,水杨酸衍生物和异噻唑啉-3-酮衍生物。当使用防腐剂时,防腐剂的含量通常为0.01-5w/v%,优选0.05-3w/v%。
本发明杀虫剂组合物中任选包括的稳定剂的例子包括抗氧化剂如酚型抗氧化剂、胺型抗氧化剂、磷型抗氧化剂和硫型抗氧化剂,以及UV吸收剂如苯并三唑型UV吸收剂、苯甲酮型UV吸收剂、苯甲酸酯型UV吸收剂、氰基丙烯酸酯型UV吸收剂、水杨酸型UV吸收剂和受阻酚型UV吸收剂。

本发明的杀虫剂组合物通常是可流动的水性杀虫剂组合物,其中水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分以固态悬浮在水性连续相中。在本发明的杀虫剂组合物中,液相基本上由水性连续相构成。即,在本发明的杀虫剂组合物中,水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分基本上以细粒形式存在并且被溶解了N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐的水性连续相所包围。本发明的杀虫剂组合物与所谓的悬浮乳剂(suspoemulsion)有明显区别,在悬浮乳剂中水不溶性溶剂的小滴分散在水性连续相中,而水不溶性杀虫剂组分分散为固态小滴的形式。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物基本上不包括在20℃下水溶性为10克/升或更低的水不溶性有机溶剂。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物可通过在包括N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐、第一阴离子型表面活性剂、第二阴离子型表面活性剂、增稠剂和水的溶液中均一地悬浮固体杀虫剂组分的粒子而制备。
固体杀虫剂组分通常为具有20μm或更低的体积中值直径的粒子。体积中值直径为20μm或更低的固体杀虫剂组分可通过干法研磨制备。然而,优选其通过湿法研磨制备。当固体杀虫剂组分通过湿法研磨制备为具有20μm或更低的体积中值直径时,本发明的杀虫剂组合物优选通过以下方法制备。
首先,向第一阴离子型表面活性剂、第二阴离子型表面活性剂和水的混合物中加入固体杀虫剂组分,并且进行湿法研磨,得到杀虫剂组分的悬浮液。湿法研磨的方法为例如向包括杀虫剂组分、第一阴离子型表面活性剂、第二阴离子型表面活性剂和水的混合物中加入硬质球珠,并搅拌。通常使用湿法研磨设备如湿法球磨(如珠磨机)和沙磨机。
然后,将增稠剂和N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐和如果需要的另外的水加入到杀虫剂组分的悬浮液中。另外,可加入配方用助剂如防冻剂、防腐剂、稳定剂和着色剂。本发明的杀虫剂组合物可通过将混合物充分搅拌至均一而制备。
还优选向湿法研磨下的杀虫剂组分中加入作为无机细粒的增稠剂,和在研磨后向含有杀虫剂组分的悬浮液中加入作为水溶性多糖的增稠剂。
另外,含有杀虫剂组分的悬浮液可通过向含有第二阴离子型表面活性剂和水的混合物中加入杀虫剂组分并进行湿法研磨。然后,本发明的杀虫剂组合物可通过向含有杀虫剂组分的悬浮液中加入第一阴离子型表面活性剂、增稠剂和N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐以及任选的水而制备。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物优选是这样的杀虫剂组合物,其中(a)以固态悬浮在水性连续相中的0.5-50w/v%的水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分,所述水性连续相基本上由以下的(b)-(g)组成:(b)5-60w/v%的N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐,(c)0.5-15w/v%的第一阴离子型表面活性剂,(d)0.5-10w/v%的第二阴离子型表面活性剂,(e)0.01-10w/v%的增稠剂,(f)20-90w/v%的水和(g)0-80w/v%的配方用助剂如防冻剂。本发明的杀虫剂组合物更优选是这样的杀虫剂组合物,其中(a)以固态悬浮在水性连续相中的1-30w/v%的水不溶性固体杀虫剂组分,所述水性连续相基本上由以下的(b)-(g)组成:(b)10-50w/v%的N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸盐,(c)0.5-15w/v%的第一阴离子型表面活性剂,(d)0.5-10w/v%的第二阴离子型表面活性剂,(e)0.01-5w/v%的增稠剂,(f)20-90w/v%的水和(g)0-20w/v%的配方用助剂如防冻剂。
本发明的杀虫剂组合物在用前可用水稀释用于应用并以足够对土壤、植物等提供杀虫剂活性组分的希望效果的量被施用。
当固体杀虫剂组分是丙炔氟草胺时,本发明的杀虫剂组合物可用作用于农作物地、休耕地、稻谷地之间的垄沟、果园、牧场、草坪、森林、非耕种地等的除草剂。在这种情况下,剂量根据丙炔氟草胺与N-膦酰甲基甘氨酸之间的混合比、目标杂草的种类、气候状况等而定,并且活性成分的总量通常为每公顷100-6000克,优选每公顷200-3000克。当施用时,将每公顷指定的量用100-1000升水稀释。稀释物通过叶处理如直接施用到目标杂草上而进行。
辅助剂如散播剂可任选被加入到稀释物中,并且辅助剂的例子包括聚氧乙烯树脂酸、木素磺酸的盐、石蜡和矿物油。可以使用市场上的辅助剂如Agridex(农作物用油状浓缩物,由Helena生产)。

用水稀释定量的杀虫剂组合物2制备水性稀释物。将水性稀释物以236L/ha速率(可流动的水性杀虫剂组合物2的量的2L/ha)通过叶处理施用到在农作物地中生长的common cocklebur(Xanthium pensylvanicum),velvetleaf(Abutilon theophrasti),谷莠子(Setaria faberi)和稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli)上。在处理后观察18天,结果如表2所示。以11个级别评价除草活性,分别是“0”、“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”、“5”、“6”、“7”、“8”、“9”和“10”,其中0表示在处理过的杂草和未处理杂草之间的生长程度没有区别或区别很小,10表示杂草完全死亡或者它们的生长被完全抑制。
