在建筑施工过程中,搭建的临时板房通常为单层墙体结构,采光通风差,由于墙体非常单薄,在冬季不能保温,造成室内非常寒冷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光伏抗老化板房的安装工艺,能够改善现有技术存在的问题,利用设置集热器和集热管,将太阳能转化为热能,并使集热管在墙体内侧循环,使集热管热量与石墨板之间进行热交换,实现热量传递,有助于提高室内温度,同时利用保温岩棉层和保温层结构,实现对室内进行保温。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种光伏抗老化板房的安装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:利用集热器将太阳能转化为热能,将集热水箱用于储存加热液体,由集热管将加热液体输送到石墨板内侧的加热空腔内,确定墙体保温强度,根据设定的保温强度确定墙体厚度,安装墙体结构,形成板房空间结构;
S2:将固定槽上下外侧端面固定起来,使墙体呈垂直结构;
S3:根据步骤S1确定的墙体厚度,向内侧旋入调节螺栓,使调节螺栓内侧端面顶推外层板向中部移动;
S4:当内外两侧的外层板之间的厚度达到步骤S1确定数值,停止旋转调节螺栓;
S5:将固定套筒螺纹连接在调节螺栓钉头外部,继续向外层板方向旋固定套筒,使固定套筒螺纹连接在柱体结构外壁上;
S6:将顶部固定连接在墙体构成的空间结构上方,转动一侧的防火PVC板使顶部一侧用于透光。

进一步的,为更好地实现本发明,在远离所述的调节螺栓一侧的所述的外层板的上下端面上分别设置有阶梯槽,所述的固定槽的侧壁卡接在所述的阶梯槽内使所述的固定槽的外壁与该侧外层板的外层端面位于同一平面上。
进一步的,为更好地实现本发明,在所述的阶梯槽内设置有隔热垫,所述的隔热垫为氧化镁与聚四氟乙烯按照质量百分比2:1混合加工成型。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
本发明将设置有石墨板一侧作为墙体内侧,通过设置集热器和集热水箱,将集热管设置在石墨板内侧,通过集热管与石墨板之间热交换,使室内升温,由于具有隔热功能的保温层和保温岩棉层均位于集热管外侧,能够实现保温效果,有助于保持室内温度;本发明通过采用钢化玻璃制成顶部结构的底层,能够利用钢化玻璃具有较强的硬度,避免顶部受到损坏,同时采用相互铰接形成的遮光板结构,能够在需要时,将其打开,使室内透光,提高室内温度和亮度,由于本发明采用遮光板的宽度大于墙体构成的空间的宽度,能够对墙体起到保护作用,采用中部设置的空腔内采用压缩弹簧结构,能够使两侧结构能够在外力作用下压缩,从而使墙体的厚度得以调节,使得墙体可以用于建筑外墙使用,也可以用于室内隔离墙体使用,具有良好的保温效果,同时厚度可调,无需占用大量室内空间,同时采用调节螺栓结构,调节方便,并且调节完成之后可以采用固定套筒进行再次加固,避免调节螺栓滑丝等状况造成结构不稳固,使整体结构使用效果更佳,通过采用防火粘结剂粘结底层结构与固定槽,能够提高整体结构防火效果,使其更加安全。本发明添加的聚氨酯弹性体具有优异的耐磨、耐油性能,且属于极性聚合物能和聚氯乙烯有机结合为一体,可有效提高力学性能;加入的氟橡胶具有耐高温、耐油等特性.

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细介绍,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
如图1、2所示,一种光伏抗老化板房的安装工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:利用集热器将太阳能转化为热能,将集热水箱用于储存加热液体,由集热管将加热液体输送到石墨板内侧的加热空腔内,确定墙体保温强度,根据设定的保温强度确定墙体厚度,安装墙体结构,形成板房空间结构;
S2:将固定槽上下外侧端面固定起来,使墙体呈垂直结构;
S3:根据步骤S1确定的墙体厚度,向内侧旋入调节螺栓,使调节螺栓内侧端面顶推外层板向中部移动;
S4:当内外两侧的外层板之间的厚度达到步骤S1确定数值,停止旋转调节螺栓;
S5:将固定套筒螺纹连接在调节螺栓钉头外部,继续向外层板方向旋固定套筒,使固定套筒螺纹连接在柱体结构外壁上;
S6:将顶部固定连接在墙体构成的空间结构上方,转动一侧的防火PVC板使顶部一侧用于透光。
所述的固定套筒(111)螺纹连接在所述的调节螺栓(108)的钉头和所述的柱体结构(110)外侧,所述的外层板(101)和所述的石墨板(121)外侧端面分别贴合在所述的固定槽(107)相向的2个侧壁上时,所述的压缩弹簧(106)处于自然状态,所述外层板(101)包括下列重量份的原料配制而成:异戊橡胶4-6、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4-5、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯5-8、氢氧化铝10-12、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯45-55、叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷7-9、异丙基三(焦磷酸二辛酯)钛酸酯3-5、硬脂酸铝6-7、纳米碳酸钙30-40、三聚氰胺磷酸盐 10-12、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚6-8、 氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷5-7、环氧化甘油三酸酯6-8、纳米氢氧化钙5-7、气相二氧化硅3-5。
将设置有石墨板一侧作为墙体内侧,通过设置集热器和集热水箱,将集热管设置在石墨板内侧,通过集热管与石墨板之间热交换,使室内升温,由于具有隔热功能的保温层和保温岩棉层均位于集热管外侧,能够实现保温效果,有助于保持室内温度;通过设置纳米二氧化钛凝胶制成的防紫外线层,能够避免防火PVC板制成的遮光板在光照下产生变性导致其结构受损,通过采用保温岩棉层,能够利用其具有良好的保温隔热效果,使墙体具有良好的保温作用,同时采用层压板制成外层板,能够利用现有的木制家具加工边角料加工形成外层板,利用其内部的木质纤维具有良好的抗压抗拉强度,使外层板结构更加牢固,不容易损坏,同时相比现有的混凝土墙体,重量更轻,通过外层的防火油漆实现防火的效果。由于采用了钢筋骨架结构,能够起到支撑整体结构的效果的同时,能够提高墙体的强度,提高其抗震性能,并且,能够减轻内部结构重量,相比现有的混凝土墙体,运输更加方便,由于内外两侧均设置有保温岩棉层,能够起到更好的保温效果。
本发明通过采用钢化玻璃制成顶部结构的底层,能够利用钢化玻璃具有较强的硬度,避免顶部受到损坏,同时采用相互铰接形成的遮光板结构,能够在需要时,将其打开,使室内透光,提高室内温度和亮度,由于本发明采用遮光板的宽度大于墙体构成的空间的宽度,能够对墙体起到保护作用,采用中部设置的空腔内采用压缩弹簧结构,能够使两侧结构能够在外力作用下压缩,从而使墙体的厚度得以调节,使得墙体可以用于建筑外墙使用,也可以用于室内隔离墙体使用,具有良好的保温效果,同时厚度可调,无需占用大量室内空间,同时采用调节螺栓结构,调节方便,并且调节完成之后可以采用固定套筒进行再次加固,避免调节螺栓滑丝等状况造成结构不稳固,使整体结构使用效果更佳,通过采用防火粘结剂粘结底层结构与固定槽,能够提高整体结构防火效果,使其更加安全。本发明添加的聚氨酯弹性体具有优异的耐磨、耐油性能,且属于极性聚合物能和聚氯乙烯有机结合为一体,可有效提高力学性能;加入的氟橡胶具有耐高温、耐油等特性.
进一步地,本实施例中,所述的底层114下端面两端通过防火粘结剂粘结在所述的固定槽107上端面上。
为了使外观更加美观,本实施例中,优选地,在远离所述的调节螺栓108一侧的所述的外层板101的上下端面上分别设置有阶梯槽,所述的固定槽107的侧壁卡接在所述的阶梯槽内使所述的固定槽107的外壁与该侧外层板101的外层端面位于同一平面上。通过采用阶梯槽结构,能够使固定槽安装之后,外侧平面更加美观,同时,利用固定槽进行定位,能够方便安装。
为了提高固定槽结构与外层板之间的密封性,本实施例中,进一步优选地,在所述的阶梯槽内设置有隔热垫113,所述的隔热垫113为氧化镁与聚四氟乙烯按照质量百分比2:1混合加工成型。

Claims (1)
1.一种光伏抗老化板房的安装工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:利用集热器将太阳能转化为热能,将集热水箱用于储存加热液体,由集热管将加热液体输送到石墨板内侧的加热空腔内,确定墙体保温强度,根据设定的保温强度确定墙体厚度,安装墙体结构,形成板房空间结构;
S2:将固定槽上下外侧端面固定起来,使墙体呈垂直结构;
S3:根据步骤S1确定的墙体厚度,向内侧旋入调节螺栓,使调节螺栓内侧端面顶推外层板向中部移动;
S4:当内外两侧的外层板之间的厚度达到步骤S1确定数值,停止旋转调节螺栓;
S5:将固定套筒螺纹连接在调节螺栓钉头外部,继续向外层板方向旋固定套筒,使固定套筒螺纹连接在柱体结构外壁上;
S6:将顶部固定连接在墙体构成的空间结构上方,转动一侧的防火PVC板使顶部一侧用于透光;所述的固定套筒(111)螺纹连接在所述的调节螺栓(108)的钉头和所述的柱体结构(110)外侧,所述的外层板(101)和所述的石墨板(121)外侧端面分别贴合在所述的固定槽(107)相向的2个侧壁上时,压缩弹簧(106)处于自然状态,所述外层板(101)包括下列重量份的原料配制而成:异戊橡胶4-6、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4-5、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯5-8、氢氧化铝10-12、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯45-55、叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷7-9、异丙基三(焦磷酸二辛酯)钛酸酯3-5、硬脂酸铝6-7、纳米碳酸钙30-40、三聚氰胺磷酸盐 10-12、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚6-8、 氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷5-7、环氧化甘油三酸酯6-8、纳米氢氧化钙5-7、气相二氧化硅3-5;底层(114)下端面两端通过防火粘结剂粘结在所述的固定槽(107)上端面上;所述的调节螺栓(108)远离钉头一端贴合在所述的石墨板(121)侧壁上,所述的调节螺栓(108)的钉头外侧为柱面结构,在该柱面结构外侧设置有外螺纹,在所述的柱体结构(110)的外壁上设置有外螺纹,在所述的调节螺栓(108)的钉头外侧套装有固定套筒(111),所述的固定套筒(111)螺纹连接在所述的调节螺栓(108)的钉头和所述的柱体结构(110)外侧,所述的外层板(101)和所述的石墨板(121)外侧端面分别贴合在所述的固定槽(107)相向的2个侧壁上时,所述的压缩弹簧(106)处于自然状态。
