Abstract
本发明的一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,包括基底的处理、溶液的制备、超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的热压、进行低表面能处理,得到大面积可弯曲的超疏水超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层。利用聚醋酸乙烯酯层柔性好,黏性好的特点,得到的超疏水多壁超碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层可向其它基底转移。经过低表面能处理后的所述的复合涂层的接触角为156°,滚动角小于5°。本发明的方法不受基底大小、形状限制,对平面、曲面和不规则表面的基底均适用。本发明所用工艺、方法简单,材料易得,成本低廉,工艺环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能材料制备技术领域,涉及一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法。
背景技术
超疏水涂层材料正在蓬勃发展。超疏水涂层在工农业生产中具有较大的应用潜力。透明的超疏水涂层的太阳能板可以防止灰尘和积雪的覆盖降低光转化率。有超疏水涂层的生活用品的表面可以抗菌和自清洁。有超疏水涂层的材料可以防腐。总之,研发超疏水涂层材料具有重要意义。
中国专利201510278362.1报道了一种 PVDF/ 碳纳米管超疏水膜的制膜配方及其制备方法, 该类超疏水膜初生膜在非极性蒸汽环境中固化后,得到表面疏水性较好的PVDF/ 碳纳米管超疏水膜。然而,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)硬度较高,不可转移到其他基底上。
中国专利201210003451.2报道了一种含有疏水性复合材料涂层和制法,该类疏水性复合材料涂层的水接触角至少约120°,有较好的疏水效果。然而,这种方法制取超疏水材料操作复杂,所需材料也复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的PVDF材料硬度高、难于向其他基底转移的问题,而提供一种柔性好、可向其它基底转移的多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法。
本发明的一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,步骤和条件如下:(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
按照多壁碳纳米管的质量g:无水乙醇的体积mL为1:1000,将多壁碳纳米管加入到无水乙醇中,超声2-3h使其分散均匀,然后,用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,在室温下干燥30分钟;再次用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到已干燥的涂层上在室温下干燥30分钟;重复以上操作,直到涂层上的分散液的厚度达到0.2mm,在室温下干燥30分钟,得到均匀分布的干燥的多壁碳纳米管涂层;所述的无水乙醇体积浓度为99.8%,所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为1-100nm,长度为1-50μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
室温下,按照固体含量为35%的聚醋酸乙烯酯的体积mL:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的面积cm2为1:36,将聚醋酸乙烯酯倾倒在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,使其铺满整个水平放置的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,涂层厚度为0.9mm,在室温下干燥32-48小时,得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
32×32cm2的铜模板,厚度为1mm,中间有30×30cm2的正方形通孔;将步骤(2)得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层放在的正方形通孔内,再将步骤(1)的多壁碳纳米管层放在该聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层上,在平板硫化机中进行热压,热压温度为50-60℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间10-15s,得到的超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层;
(4)进行低表面能处理
按照1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷 (POTS)与甲苯的体积比为1:200制成均匀溶液,按照多壁碳纳米管涂层的面积cm2 :POTS的体积μL为3:400,用胶头滴管滴在步骤(3)中制备好的多壁超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的多壁碳纳米管涂层上,在空气中挥发30-120s。
有益效果:本发明的一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,包括基底的处理、溶液的制备、超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的热压、进行低表面能处理,得到大面积可弯曲的超疏水超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层。利用聚醋酸乙烯酯层柔性好,黏性好的特点,得到的超疏水多壁超碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层可向其它基底转移。经过低表面能处理后的所述的复合涂层的接触角为156°,滚动角小于5°。本发明的方法不受基底大小、形状限制,对平面、曲面和不规则表面的基底均适用。本发明所用工艺、方法简单,材料易得,成本低廉,工艺环保。

具体实施方式
实施例1 一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法如下:
(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
用天平称取0.5g 多壁碳纳米管加入到500mL浓度为99.8%无水乙醇中,放入容积为22升,温度调节为25℃,功率为300W的超声清洗机中超声2h使其分散均匀,然后用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,在室温下干燥30分钟;再次用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到已干燥的涂层上在室温下干燥30分钟;重复以上操作,直到涂层上的分散液的厚度达到0.2mm,在室温下干燥30分钟,得到均匀分布的干燥的多壁碳纳米管涂层;所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为1nm,长度为1μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
室温下,按照固体含量为35%的聚醋酸乙烯酯的体积mL:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的面积cm2为1:36,将聚醋酸乙烯酯倾倒在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,使其铺满整个水平放置的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,涂层厚度为0.9mm,在室温下干燥32小时,得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
32×32cm2的铜模板,厚度为1mm,中间有30×30cm2的正方形通孔;将步骤(2)得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层放在的正方形通孔内,再将步骤(1)的多壁碳纳米管层放在该聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层上,在平板硫化机中进行热压,热压温度为50℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间10s,得到的超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层;
(4)进行低表面能处理
按照1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷 (POTS)与甲苯的体积比为1:200制成均匀溶液,按照多壁碳纳米管涂层的面积cm2 :POTS的体积μL为3:400,用胶头滴管滴在步骤(3)中制备好的多壁超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的多壁碳纳米管涂层上,在空气中挥发30s。
对进行低表面能处理后的多壁碳纳米管涂层进行接触角测试。测试结果为接触角为156°,滚动角小于5°。
本实施例得到的超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层,可以转移到其木材基底上。图1为将超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层转移到木材基底上。图1中,1为超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的碳纳米管层,2为超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的聚醋酸乙烯酯层, 3为胶水层, 4为木材基底

两块同样的纺织品。将实施例1的超疏水多壁超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层用胶水粘贴在其中的一块纺织品上。再在两块纺织品上分别洒上泥土,再将水分别倾到其上。贴有超疏水多壁超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层处的泥土随水滴而被带走,而另一块纺织品上的泥土随水滴浸透到纺织品中。
实施例2 一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法如下:
(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
所述的超声清洗机中超声3h,所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为,50nm,长度为20μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
所述的在室温下干燥48小时;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
所述的热压温度为60℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间15s;
(4)进行低表面能处理
在空气中挥发60s。
实施例3 一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法如下:
(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
所述的超声清洗机中超声2.5h;所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为100nm,长度为50μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
所述的在室温下干燥38小时;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
所述的热压温度为55℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间12s;
(4)进行低表面能处理
在空气中挥发120s。

1.一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,其特征在于,步骤和条件如下:(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
按照多壁碳纳米管的质量g:无水乙醇的体积mL为1:1000,将多壁碳纳米管加入到无水乙醇中,超声2-3h使其分散均匀,然后,用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,在室温下干燥30分钟;再次用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到已干燥的涂层上在室温下干燥30分钟;重复以上操作,直到涂层上的分散液的厚度达到0.2mm,在室温下干燥30分钟,得到均匀分布的干燥的多壁碳纳米管涂层;所述的无水乙醇体积浓度为99.8%,所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为1-100nm,长度为1-50μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
室温下,按照固体含量为35%的聚醋酸乙烯酯的体积mL:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的面积cm2为1:36,将聚醋酸乙烯酯倾倒在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,使其铺满整个水平放置的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,涂层厚度为0.9mm,在室温下干燥32-48小时,得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
32×32cm2的铜模板,厚度为1mm,中间有30×30cm2的正方形通孔;将步骤(2)得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层放在的正方形通孔内,再将步骤(1)的多壁碳纳米管涂层放在该聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层上,在平板硫化机中进行热压,热压温度为50-60℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间10-15s,得到的超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层;
(4)进行低表面能处理
按照1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷 (POTS)与甲苯的体积比为1:200制成均匀溶液,按照多壁碳纳米管涂层的面积cm2 :POTS的体积μL为3:400,用胶头滴管滴在步骤(3)中制备好的超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的多壁碳纳米管涂层上,在空气中挥发30-120s。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,其特征在于,所述的步骤如下:
(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
用天平称取0.5g 多壁碳纳米管加入到500mL浓度为99.8%无水乙醇中,放入容积为22升,温度调节为25℃,功率为300W的超声清洗机中超声2h使其分散均匀,然后用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,在室温下干燥30分钟;再次用胶头滴管将该分散液平铺到已干燥的涂层上在室温下干燥30分钟;重复以上操作,直到涂层上的分散液的厚度达到0.2mm,在室温下干燥30分钟,得到均匀分布的干燥的多壁碳纳米管涂层;所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为1nm,长度为1μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
室温下,按照固体含量为35%的聚醋酸乙烯酯的体积mL:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的面积cm2为1:36,将聚醋酸乙烯酯倾倒在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上,使其铺满整个水平放置的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,涂层厚度为0.9mm,在室温下干燥32小时,得到的聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层

(4)进行低表面能处理
按照1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷 (POTS)与甲苯的体积比为1:200制成均匀溶液,按照多壁碳纳米管涂层的面积cm2 :POTS的体积μL为3:400,用胶头滴管滴在步骤(3)中制备好的多壁超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的多壁碳纳米管涂层上,在空气中挥发30s。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,其特征在于,所述的步骤如下:
(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
超声清洗机中超声3h,所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为50nm,长度为20μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
在室温下干燥48小时;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
热压温度为60℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间15s;
(4)进行低表面能处理
在空气中挥发60s。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层的制法,其特征在于,所述的步骤如下:
(1)多壁碳纳米管涂层的制备
超声清洗机中超声2.5h;所述的多壁碳纳米管直径为100nm,长度为50μm;
(2)聚醋酸乙烯酯涂层的制备
在室温下干燥38小时;
(3)热压法制备超疏水多壁碳纳米管/聚醋酸乙烯酯复合涂层
热压温度为55℃,压力为1000MPa,保压时间12s;
(4)进行低表面能处理
在空气中挥发120s。
