In view of the above, the present invention provides a household safety cabin for avoiding danger.
Based on the above purpose, the invention provides a household danger-avoiding safety cabin, which comprises:
the positioning communication device, the automatic alarm device, the oxygen bottle and the storage battery pack are positioned at the top of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safe cabin;
the smoke and dust removing device is positioned at the bottom of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin;
the side wall of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin is provided with a washing type smoke filtering vent hole.
Further, the positioning communication device transmits the position information of the positioning communication device by sending signals to the outside.
Furthermore, a gravity position sensor is arranged in the automatic alarm device, and when the automatic alarm device deflects or inclines, the automatic alarm device automatically alarms for help.
Further, the smoke dust removing device is an automatic water filtering type ventilation smoke dust removing device,
or the smoke dust removing device is a circulating efficient water washing smoke dust removing device.

the air inlet is communicated with a first air outlet through a first connecting pipe, the first air outlet is connected with a multi-layer air filter, and a first stop valve is arranged on the first connecting pipe;
the air inlet is also communicated with a second connecting pipe, one end of the second connecting pipe is a second air outlet, the other end of the second connecting pipe is communicated with the water tank, and a second stop valve and a third stop valve are respectively arranged at two ends of the second connecting pipe;
a third air outlet hole is formed in the other side of the upper surface of the top cover of the water tank and communicated with the water tank through a third connecting pipe, and a fourth stop valve is arranged at one end, close to the third air outlet hole, of the third connecting pipe;

Further, the circulating efficient water washing smoke dust removing device comprises: a water washing tank is arranged in the water tank,

one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with the air blower, and the other end of the air inlet pipe extends into the liquid level in the water washing tank;
one end of the water outlet pipe is positioned at one side of the bottom of the water washing tank, the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with an atomized water spray head positioned at the top of the water washing tank, and a lift pump is arranged at the bottom of the water outlet pipe;
the multilayer water net film is arranged above the air inlet pipe, is made of hydrophilic materials and is easy to form a water film when meeting water;
and the air outlet pipe is arranged at the top of the washing tank.

From the above, the present invention provides a household refuge safety cabin, comprising: the positioning communication device, the automatic alarm device, the oxygen bottle and the storage battery pack are positioned at the top of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safe cabin; the smoke and dust removing device is positioned at the bottom of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin; the side wall of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin is provided with a washing type smoke filtering vent hole. The household danger-avoiding safety cabin provided by the invention not only can send position information to the outside and automatically alarm when a disaster occurs, but also has a smoke filtering function and prevents air mixed with smoke from damaging a human body.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a household danger-avoiding safety cabin, which comprises: the positioning communication device, the automatic alarm device, the oxygen bottle and the storage battery pack are positioned at the top of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safe cabin; the smoke and dust removing device is positioned at the bottom of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin; the side wall of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin is provided with a washing type smoke filtering vent hole.
The household danger-avoiding safety cabin provided by the invention not only can send position information to the outside and automatically alarm when a disaster occurs, but also has a smoke filtering function and prevents air mixed with smoke from damaging a human body. Besides emphasizing the danger avoiding function of earthquake and fire, the device can also be used for preventing robbery, kidnapping, violent injury and the like.
Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a household refuge safety cabin according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the household danger-avoiding safety cabin of the embodiment comprises: the positioning communication device 1, the automatic alarm device 2, the oxygen bottle 4 and the storage battery pack 5 are positioned at the top of the household danger-avoiding safe cabin body; the smoke dust removing device 15 is positioned at the bottom of the cabin body of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin; the side wall 13 of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin is provided with a washing type smoke filtering vent hole. In addition, the household refuge safety cabin further comprises a lighting device 3, an upper partition plate 6, a charging plugboard 7, an access door 10 with a transparent glass window 8, a handle 9 positioned in the middle position of one side of the access door 10, a circular storage box top plate 11, a circular storage box 12, a pressure-resistant bottom partition plate 14 and damping springs 16 arranged at the top and the bottom of the household refuge safety cabin. The positioning communication device 1, the automatic alarm device 2, the oxygen cylinder 4 and the storage battery pack 5 are placed on the upper partition plate 6, and the lighting device 3 and the charging plug board 7 are fixed on the lower surface of the upper partition plate 6; and a damping spring 16 is arranged between the upper partition plate 6 and the top cover of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin. The annular storage box 12 is used for storing food and necessary living goods, as well as medical first-aid kits, self-rescue tools and the like. The positioning communication device 1 transmits its own position information by sending a signal to the outside. The automatic alarm device 2 is internally provided with a gravity position sensor, and when the automatic alarm device 2 deflects or inclines, the automatic alarm device automatically alarms for help. The inside of the access door 10 is also provided with a back locking device which can realize back locking from the inside of the refuge compartment, can prevent robbery, kidnapping and violent injury, and can also be provided with a safe case inside the refuge compartment for storing valuables.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the smoke removing device of the household refuge safety cabin of the above embodiment is an automatic water filtering type ventilation smoke removing device. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an automatic water-filtering type ventilation and smoke-dust removal device of a household refuge safety cabin according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the automatic water-filtering type ventilation and smoke-removing device 15 of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin of the embodiment comprises:
a water tank, and,
the air inlet holes 1502 are located on one side of the upper surface of the water tank top cover, the air inlet holes 1502 are communicated with the first air outlet holes 1501 through first connecting pipes, the first air outlet holes 1501 are connected with a multi-layer air filter (not shown), the multi-layer air filter comprises a plurality of layers of activated carbon adsorption layers, air containing smoke dust passes through the multi-layer air filter, and smoke dust particles in the air can be discharged. A first shut-off valve 1508 is provided on the first connection pipe;
the air inlet 1502 is also communicated with a second connecting pipe, one end of the second connecting pipe is a second air outlet 1503, the other end of the second connecting pipe is communicated with the water tank, and a second stop valve 1510 and a third stop valve 1509 are respectively arranged at two ends of the second connecting pipe; the second stop valve 1510 opens and closes the second air outlet 1503, and the third stop valve 1509 controls whether air enters the water tank.
A third air outlet 1504 positioned at the other side of the upper surface of the top cover of the water tank, wherein the third air outlet 1504 is communicated with the water tank through a third connecting pipe, and a fourth stop valve 1505 is arranged at one end of the third connecting pipe close to the third air outlet;

In the non-use state, the second cut-off valve 1510 is opened, and the remaining cut-off valves are closed. When fire smoke is large, the second stop valve 1510 is closed, the first stop valve 1508 is opened, and air is filtered by the multi-layer air filter and enters the household danger-avoiding safety cabin; alternatively, the first stop valve 1508 and the second stop valve 1510 are both closed, the third stop valve 1509 and the fourth stop valve 1505 are opened, and the air is filtered by the water in the water tank and the mesh partition to enter the household refuge safety compartment, and the air is filtered by the multi-layer air filter and/or the water in the water tank and the mesh partition to remove the soot particles in the air.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the smoke removing device of the household refuge safety cabin of the above embodiment is a circulating high-efficiency water washing smoke removing device. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a circulating efficient water-washing smoke removing device of a household refuge safety cabin according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the circulating high-efficiency water-washing smoke removing device of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin comprises: a water washing tank is arranged in the water tank,

an air inlet pipe 1511 with one end connected with the blower and the other end extending into the water washing tank below the liquid level;
a water outlet pipe 1515 with one end positioned at one side of the bottom of the water washing tank and the other end connected with an atomized water spray head 1513 positioned at the top of the water washing tank, wherein a lift pump 1516 is arranged at the bottom of the water outlet pipe 1515;
the multilayer water net membrane 1514 is arranged above the air inlet pipe, the water net membrane 1514 is made of hydrophilic materials, the water net membrane 1514 is of a net structure with round holes, and a water film is easily formed when water meets the water;
and the air outlet pipe 1512 is arranged at the top of the washing tank.
In case of fire, air with smoke dust enters from the air inlet pipe 1511, is filtered by the water film 1514 and then flows upwards, and enters the household danger-avoiding safety cabin from the air outlet pipe 1512 after being filtered again by the multi-layer water film 1514. The atomized water spray head 1513 sprays water on the multilayer water film 1514 to form a water film, and air containing smoke is filtered again.
In some other embodiments of the present invention, the side wall is a double-layer shell structure, and a flame-retardant insulation layer with vent holes is filled between the double-layer shells. On the premise that the water washing type smoke filtering vent hole in the side wall of the household danger avoiding safety cabin is not influenced, smoke in the air can be filtered, flame retardance and heat insulation are achieved, and personnel inside the household danger avoiding safety cabin are prevented from being scalded.
In other embodiments of the invention, a vital sign sensor is further arranged at the top of the household danger-avoiding safety cabin, a system automatic starting device is arranged in the vital sign sensor, when a person enters the safety cabin, the system automatic starting device starts the vital sign sensor to constantly monitor vital signs of the person in the safety cabin, and when no person is in the safety cabin, the system automatic starting device closes the vital sign sensor. Typically the system automatic activation means is a voice activated switch. The vital sign inductor pass through the wire with automatic alarm device connects, works as the vital sign inductor monitors when the personnel vital sign in the cabin is weaker, through automatic alarm device sends the warning to the external world.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.
