背景技术
心脑血管疾病是一种严重威胁人类健康的常见病，特别是50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病，泛指由于高脂血症、血液粘稠、动脉粥样硬化和高血压等所导致的心脏、大脑及全身组织发生缺血性或出血性疾病。是我国进入老年社会以来的常见及多发病。目前人们大多数采用降三高的手段来对心脑血管疾病进行防治，但大多数的针对降血压的用药，是通过血管扩张的方式使血路畅通。但长期使用该类药物后，会使得血管对药物趋于麻痹，最终使药物效果降低或失效，使得引起心脑血管疾病的隐患不能得到消除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种由中草药配制而成，针对心脑血管疾病的发病机理，活血化瘀、补气通络，以达到标本兼治目的的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的的：

上述治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
1）、将上述重量份的黄芪、桃仁、红花、当归、赤芍、川穹、山楂、丹参、蒲黄、牛膝、生地黄、葛根、桔梗、麸炒枳壳、柴胡、甘草，分别加水煎煮三次，第一次1.2小时，第二次、第三次各1小时，滤过，合并煎液；
2）、将上述所得煎液按常规方法浓缩至；冷却后加入浓缩药液两倍重量的浓度为60%的乙醇搅拌，后在常温常压下静置24小时分层；
3）、将步骤2中的上清液取出，后按常规方法回收乙醇；将回收乙醇后的上清液离心，按常规方法浓缩后常温冷却，滤过；
4）、在经步骤3处理的混合药液中加入1.6-2份重量的蛋白糖和1.6-2份重量的山梨酸钾；后按100:3的重量比加入香精并搅拌；而后加入1000 ml的纯化水搅拌；所得药液按量分包，得，治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂成品。
性状：本品为棕黄色液体，气微、味微苦涩, 有少许可摇匀的沉淀。
功能主治：益气活血。预防及中风和冠心病。以及气虚血瘀所致中风后遗症、冠心病、高脂血症。
本发明是基于祖国中医学对心脑血管疾病发病机理的研究和治疗原则，参考现代中医药理论研究的科研成果，按中医理论组方采用大量补气药与少量活血药相配，使其具有气旺血行，活血而又不伤正，共奏补气活血通络的功效。本发明中黄芪，大补脾胃之元气，使气旺血行，瘀去络通；桃仁破血行滞而润燥；红花活血祛瘀以止痛，共为君药。当归长于活血，兼能养血，有化瘀而不伤血之妙，与赤芍、川芎助君药活血祛瘀；山楂、丹参、蒲黄、牛膝活血通经，祛瘀止痛，引血下行，共为臣药。生地黄、葛根养血益阴，清热活血;桔梗、麸炒枳壳，一升一降，宽胸行气;柴胡疏肝解郁，升达清阳，桔梗与麸炒枳壳同用，尤善理气行滞，使气行则血行，均为佐药。桔梗并能载药上行，兼有使药之用;甘草调和诸药，亦为使药，合而用之，使血活瘀化气行，则诸症愈，进而达到对心脑血管疾病标本兼治的良好效果。

赤芍：味苦，性微寒。归肝经。清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于热入营血，血瘀闭经，跌打损伤，肝热。
川芎：辛，温。归肝、胆、心包经。活血行气，祛风止痛。用于月经不调，产后腹痛，肢体麻木，跌打损伤，风湿痹阻。
山楂：酸、甘，微温。入脾、胃、肝经。消食健胃，行气散瘀。用于饮食积滞，食滞不化，通经，闭经。
丹参：味苦，微寒。归心、心包、肝经。活血调经，凉血消痈，养血安神。用于月经不调，瘕瘕积聚，高热神昏，心血不养。
蒲黄：甘，平。归肝、心包经。止血，化瘀，利尿。用于咯血，衄血，外伤出血，经闭通经，血淋涩痛。
牛膝：苦、酸，平。归肝、肾经。补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿通淋。用于经闭，痛经，跌打损伤，齿痛，肝阳上亢。
生地黄：甘、苦，寒。入心、肝、肾经。清热凉血，养阴生津，用于热伤阴液，内热消渴，热病伤阴。
葛根：味甘、辛，性凉。归肺、胃经。解肌退热，生津止渴，升阳止泻。用于表证未解，脾虚泄泻，内热消渴，风寒表证。
桔梗：味苦、辛，性平。归肺经。宣肺，利咽，祛痰，排脓。用于咳嗽痰多，肺痈吐脓，痰阻气滞，外邪犯肺。
麸炒枳壳：苦、辛、酸，温。归脾、胃经。理气宽中，行滞消胀。用于胸胁气滞，胀满疼痛，食积不化，痰饮内停；胃下垂，脱肛，子官脱垂。
柴胡：苦，性微寒。归肝、胆经。疏散退热，疏肝解郁，升阳举陷。用于感冒发热，肝郁气滞、肝气不舒、气虚下陷。
甘草：性平味甜，归心、肺、脾、胃经。具补脾益气、润肺止咳、缓急止痛、缓和药性之功。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果在于：
该治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂采用十六味中草药制成，利用十六味原料药的综合协同作用治疗心脑血管疾病，对人体副作用小，无须患者煎煮。具有治疗方法简便，价格低廉，疗效显著的特点。对预防和治疗心脑血管疾病有很好的作用。
为了说明本发明对治疗心脑血管疾病的疗效，本发明对100名患者进行了临床治疗观察，其临床数据如下：
1、一般数据，100名实验者，患有心脑血管疾病，其中将50名实验者编为观察组；50名实验者编入对照组，服用普通药物对心脑血管疾病进行治疗。
2、诊断依据：
1）心脑彩超、心电图、CT片的相关检查；
2）中医辨证：心脾两虚、心肾不交、心火亢盛肝阳上火、气滞血瘀、气血亏虚、肝肾阴虚。
3、疗效评定标准：
治愈：各种中西医临床症状正常，辅助检查结果支持治愈；
显效：各种中西医临床症状明显改善，辅助检查结果支持显效；
有效：各种中西医临床症状改善，辅助检查结果支持有效；
无效：各种中西医临床症状无改善；
恶化：各种中西医临床症状明显恶化。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施方式进行详细描述：
实施例1：
首先按下述各实施例称取各中药原料：（单位：克）
上述各实施例治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂的制备方法为：
将上述重量份的黄芪、桃仁、红花、当归、赤芍、川穹、山楂、丹参、蒲黄、牛膝、生地黄、葛根、桔梗、麸炒枳壳、柴胡、甘草，分别加水煎煮三次，第一次1.2小时，第二次、第三次各1小时，滤过，合并煎液。将合并的煎液按常规方法浓缩至；冷却后加入浓缩药液两倍重量的浓度为60%的乙醇搅拌，后在常温常压下静置24小时分层。将分层后的上清液取出，后按常规方法回收乙醇；将回收乙醇后的上清液离心，按常规方法浓缩；然后加入1.6-2份重量的蛋白糖和1.6-2份重量的山梨酸钾；后按100:3的重量比加入香精并搅拌；再加入1000 ml的纯化水搅拌；所得药液按计量分包，得，治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂成品。

1.一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于：它由下述重量份的原料制成：
黄芪 18-22 桃仁 4-8
红花 4-8 当归 4-8
赤芍 4-8 川穹 4-8
山楂 12-16 丹参 12-16
蒲黄 4-8 牛膝 6-10
生地黄 4-8 葛根 8-12
桔梗 4-8 麸炒枳壳 4-8
柴胡 4-8 甘草 1-4 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于：它由下述重量份的原料制成：
黄芪 19-21 桃仁 5-7
红花 5-7 当归 5-7
赤芍 5-7 川穹 5-7
山楂 13-15 丹参 13-15
蒲黄 5-7 牛膝 7-9
生地黄 5-7 葛根 9-11
桔梗 5-7 麸炒枳壳 5-7
柴胡 5-7 甘草 1-3 。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于：它由下述重量份的原料制成：
黄芪 20 桃仁 6
红花 6 当归 6
赤芍 6 川穹 6
山楂 14 丹参 14
蒲黄 6 牛膝 8
生地黄 6 葛根 10
桔梗 6 麸炒枳壳 6
柴胡 6 甘草 2
上述治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂的制备方法为：
1）、将上述重量份的黄芪、桃仁、红花、当归、赤芍、川穹、山楂、丹参、蒲黄、牛膝、生地黄、葛根、桔梗、麸炒枳壳、柴胡、甘草，分别加水煎煮三次，第一次1.2小时，第二次、第三次各1小时，滤过，合并煎液；
2）、将上述所得煎液按常规方法浓缩至；冷却后加入浓缩药液两倍重量的浓度为60%的乙醇搅拌，后在常温常压下静置24小时分层；
3）、将步骤2中的上清液取出，后按常规方法回收乙醇；将回收乙醇后的上清液离心，按常规方法浓缩后常温冷却，滤过；
4）、在经步骤3处理的混合药液中加入1.6-2份重量的蛋白糖和1.6-2份重量的山梨酸钾；后按100:3的重量比加入香精并搅拌；而后加入1000 ml的纯化水搅拌；所得药液按量分包，得，治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂成品。
