本发明公开了一种化妆品用精华乳液的制备方法，步骤包括：以葡萄籽为原料提取分离制备渗透液，加入乳化剂、助溶剂、红景天提取物，搅拌至溶解均匀，然后高速剪切下加入天然维生素E，即得化妆品用精华乳液产品。按本发明的制备方法制备得到的精华乳液稳定，对防止皮肤氧化衰老效果显著，制备方法工艺简单，设备投入和能耗高，乳化剂添加量少，对皮肤刺激性小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品用精华乳液的制备方法，属于化妆品加工领域。
背景技术
皮肤老化是一种持续渐进性的生理过程，直接影响皮肤的外观与功能。 皱纹则是皮肤老化表现的一种标志，被称之为“人生的年轮”。随着人们生活质量的提高，防衰老、去除皱纹、重返青春成了广大消费者关注的话题。为防止皮肤老化，消费者使用各种化妆品以及服用营养品来保养，化妆品市场潜力巨大。目前市场上化妆品成分复杂，传统制备工艺比较落后，由于常添加有油溶性成分，需要依靠大量的乳化剂，并通过高能耗的均质技术才来制成均一乳液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上关键问题，提供一种化妆品用精华乳液的制备方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明所涉及的化妆品用精华乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）取葡萄籽粉碎至50-100目，加入5-50倍质量的5-20wt%乙醇水溶液于30-60℃浸提1-7h得提取液，提取液用硅橡胶复合膜进行渗透汽化分离，收集渗透液；
（2）取聚甘油酯2-4份，溶解于60-80份助溶剂中，加入10-20份步骤（1）中的渗透液，1-4份红景天提取物，搅拌至溶解均匀，制得连续相；
（3）4000-8000rpm转速下剪切步骤（2）中的连续相，并取天然维生素E 8-10份缓慢加入连续相中，继续剪切3-5min至乳状液平均粒径小于2μm，即得化妆品用精华乳液产品。
其中，所述的硅橡胶复合膜为在分离层和支撑层均添加有大孔吸附树脂粉末，所述的大孔吸附树脂为苯乙烯型弱极性共聚体或苯乙烯型非极性共聚体
所述的聚甘油酯为HLB值为12-15的聚甘油酯。
所述的助溶剂为甘油与山梨醇按照3-6:1的质量比复配得到。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优势：
A．本发明制备方法利用特殊的渗透汽化膜对葡萄籽进行渗透汽化提取，渗透液中活性成分纯度高，对防止皮肤氧化衰老效果显著。
B．本发明的乳液的制备方法工艺简单，在4000-8000rpm下剪切3-5min即可制成粒径小于2μm的乳液，而传统上的精华乳液的制备工艺需要利用膏霜机通过剪切和均质两道工序后才能得到均一稳定的乳液，设备投入和能耗高。
C．按本发明的制备方法制备得到的精华乳液稳定，能在0-50℃可以储存36个月以上，状态为澄清透明状，外观表现优秀。
D．按本发明的制备方法制备得到的精华乳液可以作为化妆品成品使用，也可作为化妆品原料使用，当作为原料使用时，由于其是水溶性产品，可以直接添加至化妆品中，此外，作为原料使用时，还能促进化妆品产品体系稳定，尤其是对配方中添加有精油的化妆品，稳定性能提高30%以上。
E．本发明的制备方法中乳化剂添加量少，对皮肤刺激性小。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例1：
（1）取葡萄籽粉碎至50目，加入50倍质量的5wt%乙醇水溶液于30℃浸提7h得提取液，提取液用填充有AB-8大孔吸附树脂粉的硅橡胶复合膜进行渗透汽化分离，收集渗透液；
（2）取十聚甘油单油酸酯2份，溶解于80份助溶剂中，加入10份步骤（1）中的渗透液，4份红景天提取物，搅拌至溶解均匀，制得连续相；所述的助溶剂为甘油与山梨醇按照3:1的质量比复配得到；
（3）8000rpm转速下剪切步骤（2）中的连续相，并取天然维生素E 8份缓慢加入连续相中，继续剪切3min至乳状液平均粒径小于2μm，即得化妆品用精华乳液产品。
所述的硅橡胶复合膜可以按照以下方法制备得到：
(A)制备树脂粉：AB-8大孔吸附树脂机械粉碎，过1000目，置于80℃真空烘箱中烘干得树脂粉，备用；
(B)制备铸膜液：将聚二甲基硅氧烷溶于正己烷中，搅拌均匀后加入树脂粉，超声分散，加入交联剂正硅酸乙酯混合搅拌2小时，再加入催化剂，后补充加入正己烷至混合液中聚二甲基硅氧烷的浓度为8wt％，室温搅拌8小时，脱泡制成铸膜液；所述树脂粉与聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比为0.0011:1；所述交联剂与聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比为0.1:1；所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡，所述催化剂与聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比为0.001:1；
（C）制备聚偏氟乙烯底膜：将干燥后的聚偏氟乙烯与树脂粉按照质量比1:0.002混合成混合体，将混合体加入溶剂二甲基乙酰胺中，配成25wt%的溶液，超声分散，并在65℃条件下搅拌均匀，过滤，静置脱泡，后倒在聚酯无纺布上刮膜，水为凝胶浴，采用浸没沉淀相转化法得到改性的聚偏氟乙烯底膜，室温晾干；
(D)制备复合硅橡胶膜：将铸膜液倒在聚偏氟乙烯底膜上刮膜，常温晾干，然后放入真空烘箱内在100℃下真空干燥至完全交联，制得硅橡胶复合膜。
实施例2：
（1）取葡萄籽粉碎至100目，加入5倍质量的20wt%乙醇水溶液于60℃浸提1h得提取液，提取液用添加有D-101大孔吸附树脂粉末的硅橡胶复合膜进行渗透汽化分离，收集渗透液；
（2）取十聚甘油单硬脂酸酯4份，溶解于60份助溶剂中，加入20份步骤（1）中的渗透液，1份红景天提取物，搅拌至溶解均匀，制得连续相；所述的助溶剂为甘油与山梨醇按照6:1的质量比复配得到；
（3）4000rpm转速下剪切步骤（2）中的连续相，并取天然维生素E 10份缓慢加入连续相中，继续剪切5min至乳状液平均粒径小于2μm，即得化妆品用精华乳液产品。
实施例3：
（1）取葡萄籽粉碎至80目，加入10倍质量的10wt%乙醇水溶液于50℃浸提2h得提取液，提取液用添加有DM-130大孔吸附树脂粉末的硅橡胶复合膜进行渗透汽化分离，收集渗透液；
（2）取十聚甘油棕榈酸酯酯3份，溶解于70份助溶剂中，加入15份步骤（1）中的渗透液，3份红景天提取物，搅拌至溶解均匀，制得连续相；所述的助溶剂为甘油与山梨醇按照5:1的质量比复配得到；
（3）6000rpm转速下剪切步骤（2）中的连续相，并取天然维生素E 8份缓慢加入连续相中，继续剪切4min至乳状液平均粒径小于2μm，即得化妆品用精华乳液产品。

Claims (2)

1.一种化妆品用精华乳液的制备方法，其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤：
（1）取葡萄籽粉碎至50-100目，加入5-50倍质量的5-20wt%乙醇水溶液于30-60℃浸提1-7h得提取液，提取液用硅橡胶复合膜进行渗透汽化分离，收集渗透液；所述的硅橡胶复合膜为在分离层和支撑层均添加有大孔吸附树脂粉末；所述的大孔吸附树脂为苯乙烯型弱极性共聚体或苯乙烯型非极性共聚体；
（2）取聚甘油酯2-4份，溶解于60-80份助溶剂中，加入10-20份步骤（1）中的渗透液，1-4份红景天提取物，搅拌至溶解均匀，制得连续相；所述的聚甘油酯为HLB值为12-15的聚甘油酯；
（3）4000-8000rpm转速下剪切步骤（2）中的连续相，并取天然维生素E 8-10份缓慢加入连续相中，继续剪切3-5min至乳状液平均粒径小于2μm，即得化妆品用精华乳液产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精华乳液的制备方法，其特征在于所述的助溶剂为甘油与山梨醇按照3-6:1的质量比复配得到。
