Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用过滤式防护口罩，包括口罩本体和连接在所述口罩本体两侧的口罩带，所述口罩本体包括面层、夹芯过滤中间层和亲肤内层；所述面层和亲肤内层针刺复合在所述夹芯过滤中间层的两个表面上；所述夹芯过滤中间层为非织造布、纳米纤维膜和非织造布依次复合的三层式夹芯过滤层。本发明一种医用过滤式防护口罩，结构简单，设计合理，其通过夹芯过滤中间层的结构设计，一方面提高了其对空气中病毒的防护效率，另一方面提高了口罩的结构强度，延长其使用寿命。

Description

一种医用过滤式防护口罩
技术领域
本发明涉及医用口罩领域，特别是涉及一种医用过滤式防护口罩。
背景技术
医用防护口罩用以有效过滤空气中的微粒，阻隔飞沫、血液、体液、分泌物等，用于防护空气中的传染性微生物、细菌颗粒物以及治疗中使用喷雾器或电激光手术中产生的一些有害的颗粒物等，是医生用于预防呼吸道传染和外科感染，阻止血液、体液传播疾病的主要途径，因而对防护等级的要求很高。
过滤层的滤料是决定医用防护口罩过滤性能优劣的关键因素。但现有医用防护口罩的芯材为一层非织造滤料，其拦截防护性能一般，且结构强度低，使用效果和使用寿命不佳。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用过滤式防护口罩，能够解决现有一种防护口罩存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种医用过滤式防护口罩，包括口罩本体和连接在所述口罩本体两侧的口罩带，所述口罩本体包括面层、夹芯过滤中间层和亲肤内层；所述面层和亲肤内层针刺复合在所述夹芯过滤中间层的两个表面上；所述夹芯过滤中间层为非织造布、纳米纤维膜和非织造布依次复合的三层式夹芯过滤层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述纳米纤维膜为醋酸纳米纤维膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述醋酸纳米纤维膜的厚度为10～50nm，平均孔径为200～300nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述非织造布为超细熔喷聚丙烯非织造布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述面层为表面附有防水透气膜的无纺布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述亲肤内层为细旦聚丙烯纤维熔纺无纺布层。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种医用过滤式防护口罩，结构简单，设计合理，其通过夹芯过滤中间层的结构设计，一方面提高了其对空气中病毒的防护效率，另一方面提高了口罩的结构强度，延长其使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

实施例1
一种医用过滤式防护口罩，包括口罩本体1和口罩带2，其中口罩带2为耳套式结构，并连接在口罩本体1的两侧。
所述口罩本体1包括面层3、夹芯过滤中间层4和亲肤内层5，且面层3和亲肤内层5针刺复合在夹芯过滤中间层4的两个表面上。
所述面层3为表面附有防水透气膜的无纺布层。
所述亲肤内层5为细旦聚丙烯纤维熔纺无纺布层。
所述夹芯过滤中间层4的平均孔径为8～15μm，其一方面满足口罩使用者呼吸舒适的要求，另一方面能够有效的拦截空气中的传染性微生物、细菌颗粒物以及治疗中使用喷雾器或电激光手术中产生的一些有害的颗粒物等，实现真正的防护保护作用。该夹芯过滤中间层4是由非织造布41、纳米纤维膜42和非织造布依次复合而成的三层式夹芯过滤层，其中，纳米纤维膜42为醋酸纳米纤维膜，其厚度为10～50nm，平均孔径为200～300nm；非织造布41为超细熔喷聚丙烯非织造布。该三层复合的夹芯过滤层的结构设计，一方面有效提高了口罩本体的防护性能，另一方面，提高了过滤层的整体结构强度，进而提高了口罩本体的结构强度及使用寿命。
上述医用过滤式防护口罩，其对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌的滤菌效率达到85%以上。

1.一种医用过滤式防护口罩，包括口罩本体和连接在所述口罩本体两侧的口罩带，其特征在于，所述口罩本体包括面层、夹芯过滤中间层和亲肤内层；所述面层和亲肤内层针刺复合在所述夹芯过滤中间层的两个表面上；所述夹芯过滤中间层为非织造布、纳米纤维膜和非织造布依次复合的三层式夹芯过滤层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用过滤式防护口罩，其特征在于，所述纳米纤维膜为醋酸纳米纤维膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用过滤式防护口罩，其特征在于，所述醋酸纳米纤维膜的厚度为10～50nm，平均孔径为200～300nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用过滤式防护口罩，其特征在于，所述非织造布为超细熔喷聚丙烯非织造布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用过滤式防护口罩，其特征在于，所述面层为表面附有防水透气膜的无纺布层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用过滤式防护口罩，其特征在于，所述亲肤内层为细旦聚丙烯纤维熔纺无纺布层。
