背景技术
香皂是人们生活中不可或缺的日用洗涤产品,最常用的一种香皂产品是由脂肪酸钠和其他表面活性剂为主要成分制作而成,这种香皂的PH值较高,强碱性对皮肤刺激较大,通常只能用于清洗衣物;而植物油脂制备得到的香皂,其碱性较弱,适合人体皮肤长期使用。
传统香皂配方中,大多含有大量的化工合成原料产品,含有漂白剂、防腐剂,会对人体造成伤害和刺激,对环境产生污染;并且通常还会在配方使用大量的酒精,酒精在生产过程存在安全隐患属于易燃爆炸危险品。
茶籽酵素,是一种采用茶籽深层发酵,提取含生物活性物质的低盐物质,能够有效促进肌肤的新陈代谢,活化肌肤,令皮肤光滑细腻。
茶粕皂素,是从茶粕中提取出来的茶皂素,是一种非常温和的天然复方型表面活性剂,具有消炎,抗菌,镇痛等功效。应用于日用洗涤产品中,无刺激,并且能滋养肌肤,是一种绿色环保的原材料。
植物酸又叫肌醇六磷酸,是一种由肌醇和6个磷酸离子构成的天然化合物,它存在于天然的全谷食物中,具有抗氧化作用,抑制并杀死自由基,保护细胞免受自由基的伤害。

有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种纯天然,不含合成起泡剂、酒精、漂白剂的山茶籽手工皂及其制备方法。

步骤2、将植物油加入提取机中,剪切变成小分子,提取其效成分;将植物油加入萃取机中经过提炼、离子的粒径更细小、更精细、更容易渗透到皮肤深层,更令皮肤容易吸收;
步骤3、制备茶籽酵素:将茶籽打碎研磨成细粉,经过离子过滤膜过滤后,加入一定的糖混合,密封放置2到3个月自然发酵;
步骤4、提取茶粕皂素:将茶粕打碎研磨成细粉,加入蒸馏水中溶解,然后萃取茶粕皂素;
步骤5、将植物酸和步骤2、3、4中制备得到的植物油提取液、茶籽酵素、茶粕皂素加入到反应缸中,加热熔化,并慢慢搅拌,当温度升至60-75℃时慢慢将步骤1中的碱液加入反应缸形成皂液,然后待反应完全皂化,自然降温;
步骤6、皂化后的皂液降温至40-45℃后,慢慢加入手工模型中成型。

取5g纯碱、9g氢氧化钾慢慢加入水中溶解得到碱液;将5g山茶籽油提取液、6g橄榄油提取液、5g芝麻油提取液、18g茶籽酵素、16g茶粕皂素、1.0g植物酸加入到反应缸中,加热熔化,并慢慢搅拌,当温度升至60-75℃时慢慢将步骤1中的碱液加入反应缸形成皂液,然后待反应完全皂化,自然降温;皂化后的皂液降温至40-45℃后,慢慢加入手工模型中成型。
本发明制备得到的手工皂,外观呈微黄透明固体状,10%水溶液中的PH为7.5-8.0,溶解性能好,并且溶解性不受温度的影响。
本发明不含防腐剂、甲醛、重金属离子,无过敏、致畸、致突变、致癌作用,对人体无毒副作用,符合欧盟OeKo-TEX Standard 100标准要求,和REACH标准要求。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的山茶籽手工皂,其特征在于,所述植物油包括山茶籽油、茶油、橄榄油、芝麻油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的山茶籽手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤1、将食用碱慢慢加入水中溶解得到碱液;
步骤2、将植物油加入提取机中,剪切变成小分子,提取其效成分;
步骤3、制备茶籽酵素:将茶籽打碎研磨成细粉,经过离子过滤膜过滤后,加入一定的糖混合,密封放置2到3个月自然发酵;
步骤4、提取茶粕皂素:将茶粕打碎研磨成细粉,加入蒸馏水中溶解,然后萃取茶粕皂素;
步骤5、将植物酸和步骤2、3、4中制备得到的植物油提取液、茶籽酵素、茶粕皂素加入到反应缸中,加热熔化,并慢慢搅拌,当温度升至60-75℃时慢慢将步骤1中的碱液加入反应缸形成皂液,然后待反应完全皂化,自然降温;
步骤6、皂化后的皂液降温至40-45℃后,慢慢加入手工模型中成型。
