Abstract
本发明提供一种除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述凝胶块的组分按重量配比包括5%‑7%的植物胶、2%‑10%的挥发性有机酸的组合物、20%‑25%的多元醇、0.07%‑0.1%的无机盐、2%‑8%的有机溶剂、47%‑69%的无机溶剂以及0.1%‑0.2的添加剂。本发明还提供一种制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气体除臭缓释型凝胶块及其配制方法,尤其是涉及一种敞开式恶臭气体高效除臭缓释型凝胶块及其配制方法。
背景技术
卫生填埋场、粪渣处理厂、堆肥厂等敞开式场地有大量有机物,在氧气充足时,有机成分如蛋白质等在好氧细菌的作用下产生刺激性气体NH3等;在氧气不足时,厌氧细菌将有机物分解为低分子量的有机化合物,例如,有机酸、醛、酮、含硫的化合物H2S、硫醇、硫醚类化合物等和含氮的化合物胺类等,主要呈臭物质是来自厌氧发酵过程,这些恶臭气体(特别是胺类臭气)具有沸点低、易挥发,易溶于水、比重大、会沿地面扩散等特点。
这些恶臭物质会引起人的不适,使人食欲不振、头昏脑胀、恶心、呕吐等。它具有大气污染和有害气体污染的两重性,如不采取适当措施加以处理,而直接向场外排放,会对周围环境和人员造成危害。其具体毒害作用主要表现在以下几个方面:(1)影响人的嗅觉:神经系统在受到恶臭气体刺激的情况下,大脑皮层调节功能失调,长此以往会造成嗅觉功能丧失;(2)影响人的呼吸:人在恶臭气体环境下会产生无意识的控制呼吸行为,长期严重的刺激作用,最终会导致呼吸系统发生紊乱;(3)刺激人的感官:恶臭气体中存在很多刺激人感官的气体,比如氨和醛类恶臭气体会对人的眼睛产生伤害;在卫生填埋场等易产生大量臭气场所中,它们不仅严重危害到填埋场工作人员的身心健康、也影响周边经济的发展,而且随着社会的飞速发展已经成为一种严重公害,引起了全社会的广泛关注,恶臭问题急待解决。
在中国专利CN103191453A中公开了“一种缓释抗菌除臭凝胶及其制备方法”,该方法主要采用明胶、阿拉伯胶、琼脂等作为载体,机械强度低、易损坏,不能持久等缺点,且该专利除臭成分单一,适 应性不强,不能满足日益受臭气侵扰的敞开式环境。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述凝胶块的组分按重量配比包括5%-7%的植物胶、2%-10%的挥发性有机酸的组合物、20%-25%的多元醇、0.07%-0.1%的无机盐、2%-8%的有机溶剂、47%-69%的无机溶剂以及0.1%-0.2%的添加剂。
优选地,经由以下步骤制备:将所述挥发性有机酸的组合物、无机盐和添加剂搅拌均匀制成混合液;再将所述植物胶加入水搅拌混合,并加热至77-83摄氏度,向其内加入多元醇,再加入所述混合液,加热至沸腾,制成凝胶液;最后将所述凝胶液倒入凝胶模型中成型。
优选地,所述植物胶为卡拉胶或魔芋胶。
优选地,所述挥发性有机酸的组合物包括肉桂酸、柠檬酸、脱氢乙酸和乙酸中的至少一种。
优选地,所述多元醇为甘油。
优选地,所述无机盐为氯化钙或氯化钾。
优选地,所述有机溶剂为乙醇;所述无机溶剂为水。
优选地,所述添加剂包括香精和调色试剂;
所述香精包括柠檬香精、玫瑰香精或桂花香精;所述调色试剂包括甲基红、亚甲基黄或萘酚绿B。
本发明涉及一种制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,包括:试剂制备步骤,将占凝胶块质量的0.07%-0.1%的无机盐、占凝胶块质量的2%-10%的挥发性有机酸的组合物以及调色试剂制备成溶液;混合液制备步骤,将试剂制备步骤中制备的无机盐溶液、挥发性有机酸的组合物溶液、调色试剂的溶液以及香精按照重量比混合搅拌成混合液,其中调色试剂与香精的质量占凝胶块质量的0.1%-0.2%;凝胶液制备步骤,称取占凝胶块质量的5%-7%的植物胶加无机溶剂搅拌使其混合均匀后,对其进行加热至77-83摄氏度,并加入占凝胶块质量的20%-25%的多元醇, 然后加入混合液制备步骤中制备的混合液,并不断搅拌加热至沸腾制备成凝胶液;凝胶成型步骤,将凝胶液制备步骤中制备的凝胶液倒入凝胶模型中成型;其中所述无机溶剂的质量占凝胶块质量的47%-69%;溶解挥发性有机酸的组合物的有机溶剂的质量占凝胶块的2%-8%。
优选地,所述无机盐溶液包括氯化钾溶液或氯化钙溶液。
优选地,挥发性有机酸的组合物溶液包括肉桂酸溶液、柠檬酸溶液、脱氢乙酸溶液和乙酸中的至少一种。
优选地,调色试剂溶液包括甲基红溶液、亚甲基黄溶液或萘酚绿B溶液。
优选地,所述有机溶剂为乙醇;所述无机溶剂为水。
优选地,所述香精包括柠檬香精、玫瑰香精或桂花香精。
优选地,所述植物胶包括卡拉胶或魔芋胶。

本发明涉及的除臭缓释型凝胶块其制造方法简单、适合敞开式环境、机械强度良好、可持久挥发抗菌除臭产品消除恶臭,特别针对胺类恶臭,尤其是空气中传播的,包括:烷基胺类,比如:三甲胺,异丁胺;杂环胺类,比如:甲基吲哚,吲哚,吡啶。本发明提供的含挥发性除臭活性组合物的高效缓释型凝胶块能有效中和胺类等呈臭物质,可持久除臭、抗菌、杀菌,净化空气等功效。

本发明提供一种高效除臭缓释型凝胶块,所述除臭缓释型凝胶块的主要成分包括:具有好的凝胶塑形特性的植物胶,例如可以为卡拉胶或魔芋胶等;具有挥发性除臭活性的有机酸,例如可以为肉桂酸、柠檬酸、脱氢乙酸、乙酸(冰醋酸)中的一种或几种的组合物,所述挥发性除臭有机酸能够有效中和臭气中的胺类等呈臭物质,其中胺的中和反应式可表达为:H++NH3=NH4 +,所述挥发性除臭有机酸还能够有效抑制细菌滋生、杀菌等效果;具有很好的保湿性、润滑性、相溶性的多元醇,例如可以为甘油;能够增加凝胶块的机械强度的无机盐,例如可以为氯化钾或氯化钙;可溶解有机酸或香精等有机物的有机溶剂,例如可以为乙醇,优选地使用浓度为95%的乙醇溶液;能够分散植物胶的无机溶剂,优选地为水;对嗅觉和视觉起调节作用的香精和调色试剂等,所述香精可以为柠檬香精、玫瑰香精、桂花香精等,所述调色试剂可以为甲基红、亚甲基黄、萘酚绿B等。
所述除臭缓释型凝胶块各成分按重量的配比范围为:所述卡拉胶或魔芋胶等植物胶占凝胶块的5%-7%,所述挥发性有机酸的组合物占凝胶块的2%-10%,所述甘油占凝胶块的20%-25%,所述氯化钾或氯化钙等无机盐占凝胶块的0.07%-0.1%,所述乙醇等有机溶剂占凝胶块的2%-8%,所述水等无机溶剂占凝胶块的47%-69%,所述香精和调色试剂总共占凝胶块的0.1%-0.2%。
所述除臭缓释型凝胶块的配制步骤如下:
步骤1:用烧杯配制试剂,例如所需配制的试剂包括氯化钾溶液、氯化钙溶液、肉桂酸溶液、柠檬酸溶液、脱氢乙酸溶液以及调色试剂溶液等。其中,所述氯化钾溶液为2mol/L的溶液;所述氯化钙溶液为2mol/L的溶液;所述肉桂酸溶液为在常温下将肉桂酸用95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明的溶液;所述柠檬酸溶液为在常温下将柠檬酸用水溶解到饱和的溶液;所述脱氢乙酸溶液为在常温下将脱氢乙酸用95%乙 醇溶液溶解至饱和的溶液;所述调色试剂溶液为在常温下分别用95%乙醇溶液溶解甲基红或亚甲基黄或萘酚绿B,直至饱和获取的溶液。
步骤2:在一个烧杯内将配制好的无机盐溶液(例如为2mol/L的氯化钾溶液或2mol/L氯化钙溶液)、挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物(肉桂酸溶液、柠檬酸溶液、脱氢乙酸溶液和乙酸中的一种或几种组合)、调色试剂溶液(甲基红或亚甲基黄或萘酚绿B等的乙醇溶液)、香精混合在一起搅拌均匀成混合液。
步骤3:在另一个烧杯内称取一定量的植物胶,例如为卡拉胶或魔芋胶,加入水搅拌2分钟,使其混合均匀;然后将盛有植物胶(卡拉胶或魔芋胶)的烧杯放到电炉上,先开小火加热到摄氏77-83度时,加入甘油至微沸,再以最快速度加入步骤2中已混合好的溶液,在不断搅拌下继续加热至沸腾。
步骤4:将步骤3中获取的混合液趁热倒入凝胶模型中,待凝胶液冷却凝固后,脱模成为具有缓释功能的高效除臭缓释型凝胶块。
以下通过具体实施例说明本发明的高效除臭缓释型凝胶块。
实施例1
本实施例的组成高效除臭缓释型凝胶块的各组分包括:15g卡拉胶、140g水、60g甘油、1.5g(1.5ml)的2mol/L氯化钾溶液(其中氯化钾的质量为0.223g,水的质量为1.277g)、由肉桂酸溶液(4g肉桂酸用16g 95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明)和4g乙酸组成的挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物、0.1g调色试剂和0.2g香精。
凝胶块的具体制作过程如下:首先用烧杯将上述配制好的1.5g2mol/L氯化钾溶液、挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物(包括肉桂酸溶液(4g肉桂酸用16g 95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明)和4g乙酸)、0.1g调色试剂、0.2g香精混合在一起搅拌均匀为混合溶液;另取一个烧杯称取15g卡拉胶,加入140g水搅拌2分钟,使其混合均匀; 然后将盛有卡拉胶的烧杯放到电炉上,先开小火加热到摄氏77-83度时,优选地加热到80℃,加入60g甘油至微沸,再以最快速度加入混合溶液;在不断搅拌下继续加热至沸腾,然后将上述混合凝胶液趁热倒入凝胶模型中,待凝胶液冷却凝固后,脱模成为具有缓释功能的高效除臭缓释型凝胶块。
通过测试装置对实施例1制备的除臭缓释型凝胶块进行除臭效果测试。
图1为所述测试装置的结构示意图,如图1所示,所述测试装置1包括两个密闭箱a、b和连接于两个密闭箱a、b之间的凝胶块放置箱c;所述密闭箱a能够通过塑胶软管与干燥器2相连接,所述干燥器2包括具有放气阀门的顶盖(未图示),经所述放气阀门能够将干燥器内垃圾产生的臭气输入到密闭箱a中。所述密闭箱b末端可连接有收集气袋d。所述密闭箱b内纵向设置多个隔板e,每个隔板e交替的固定于所述密闭箱的上面和下面,使得气流能够曲折的流动。同时,所述密闭箱a、b内分别设置有至少一个排风扇(未图示),当所述排风扇运行时,能够使密闭箱a内的臭气向密闭箱b方向吹,使密闭箱b内的气体向外排。
具体的测试过程如下:
步骤1:向干燥器内放入一公斤生活垃圾,在摄氏22-26度条件下,放置72小时,使其滋生微生物,从而在微生物的作用下不断产生臭气。
步骤2:然后打开干燥器盖顶的放气阀门,将步骤1中干燥器内产生的臭气通过连接在放气阀门上塑胶软管通入密闭箱a中,然后将密闭箱a、b内的排风扇打开1小时,在密闭箱b的末端用收集气袋收集的气体为生活垃圾产生的臭气,测定生活垃圾臭气浓度。
步骤3:将实施例1制作的除臭缓释型凝胶块放置于所述凝胶块放置箱c中,继续利用排风扇运行30min和24h后,在密闭箱b的末 端分别用收集气袋收集臭气样品,测定实施例1中的除臭缓释型凝胶块对生活垃圾臭气去臭30min和24h后的臭气浓度。
步骤4:将生活垃圾臭源撤除,另取同样凝胶块放置于凝胶块放置箱c中,收集气体凝胶块自身的臭气,并测定其浓度。
上述测定方法依据GB/T 16157-1996《固定污染源排气中颗粒物测定与气态污染物采样方法》、《空气质量恶臭气体测定三点比较式臭袋法GB/T 14675-1993》,实施例1的测定结果见表1:

根据表1,在本实施例1的除臭缓释型凝胶块的除臭作用下,除臭30分钟后臭气浓度减少了(2344+3090-4169)/(2344+3090)=23.2%,除臭24h后臭气浓度减少了(2344+3090-977)/(2344+3090)=82%。
实施例2
本实施例的组成高效除臭缓释型凝胶块的各组分包括:15g卡拉胶、140g水、60g甘油、1.5g(1.5ml)的2mol/L氯化钾溶液(其中氯化钾的质量为0.223g,水的质量为1.277g)、由肉桂酸溶液(4g肉桂酸用16g 95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明)和柠檬酸溶液(4g柠檬酸用10g水溶解)组成的挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物、0.2g调色试剂和0.1g香精。

实施例3
本实施例的组成高效除臭缓释型凝胶块的各组分包括:15g魔芋胶、140g水、60g甘油、1g(1ml)的2mol/L氯化钙溶液(其中氯化钙的质量为0.222g,水的质量为0.778g)、由肉桂酸溶液(4g肉桂酸用16g 95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明)和脱氢乙酸溶液(4g脱氢乙酸与4g95%的乙醇溶液均匀混合)组成的挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物、0.1g调色试剂和0.2g香精。
凝胶块的具体制作过程如下:首先用烧杯将上述配制好的1g2mol/L氯化钙溶液、挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物(包括肉桂酸 溶液(4g肉桂酸用16g 95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明)和脱氢乙酸溶液(4g脱氢乙酸与4g 95%的乙醇溶液均匀混合)、0.1g调色试剂和0.2g香精混合在一起搅拌均匀为混合溶液;另取一个烧杯称取15g魔芋胶,加入140g水搅拌2分钟,使其混合均匀;然后将盛有魔芋胶的烧杯放到电炉上,先开小火加热到摄氏77-83度时,优选地加热到80℃,加入60g甘油至微沸,再以最快速度加入混合溶液;在不断搅拌下继续加热至沸腾,然后将上述混合凝胶液趁热倒入凝胶模型中,待凝胶液冷却凝固后,脱模成为具有缓释功能的高效除臭缓释型凝胶块。
通过实施例1中所述的测试装置对实施例3制备的除臭缓释型凝胶块进行除臭效果测试,测试过程与实施例1中的测试过程相同,测定结果见表3:

实施例4
本实施例的组成高效除臭缓释型凝胶块的各组分包括:15g卡拉胶、140g水、60g甘油、1.5g(1.5ml)的2mol/L氯化钾溶液(其中氯化钾的质量为0.223g,水的质量为1.277g)、肉桂酸溶液(4g肉桂酸用16g 95%乙醇溶液溶解至透明)、4g乙酸和柠檬酸溶液(4g柠檬酸用10g水溶解)组成的挥发性除臭活性有机酸组合物、0.1g调色试剂和0.2g香精。

对比例1
根据发明名称为“一种缓释抗菌除臭凝胶及其制备方法”的中国专利CN103191453A中公开的除臭凝胶的制备方法制得除臭凝胶,将制备的除臭凝胶与上述实施例中相同的检测方法进行除臭测定,测定的除臭结果如表5所示:

随机采购市场上出售的国外Eostream公司的除臭凝胶块EO-Scentpatch+EO-501,将购买的除臭凝胶块与上述实施例中相同的检测方法进行除臭测定,测定的除臭结果如表6所示:

由上述除臭测定结果可以看出,实施例1-4中的除臭缓释型凝胶块在对生活垃圾产生的臭气进行除臭24小时后,能够达到减少70%以上臭气的除臭效果,在实施例1中可达到82%的除臭效果;而对比例1和2的除臭缓释型凝胶块在对生活垃圾产生的臭气进行除臭24小时后,最高仅可达到减少62.8%臭气的除臭效果,因此本发明的实 施例涉及的除臭缓释型凝胶块的除臭效果要比对比例中涉及的除臭缓释型凝胶块的除臭效果要好。
Claims (16)
1.一种除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述凝胶块的组分按重量配比包括5%-7%的植物胶、2%-10%的挥发性有机酸的组合物、20%-25%的多元醇、0.07%-0.1%的无机盐、2%-8%的有机溶剂、47%-69%的无机溶剂以及0.1%-0.2%的添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于经由以下步骤制备:将所述挥发性有机酸的组合物、无机盐和添加剂搅拌均匀制成混合液;再将所述植物胶加入水搅拌混合,并加热至77-83摄氏度,向期内加入多元醇,再加入所述混合液,加热至沸腾,制成凝胶液;最后将所述凝胶液倒入凝胶模型中成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述植物胶为卡拉胶或魔芋胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述挥发性有机酸的组合物包括肉桂酸、柠檬酸、脱氢乙酸和乙酸中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述多元醇为甘油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述无机盐为氯化钙或氯化钾。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:
所述有机溶剂为乙醇;所述无机溶剂为水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的除臭缓释型凝胶块,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括香精和调色试剂;所述香精包括柠檬香精、玫瑰香精或桂花香精;所述调色试剂包括甲基红、亚甲基黄或萘酚绿B。
9.一种制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,包括:试剂制备步骤,将占凝胶块质量的0.07%-0.1%的无机盐、占凝胶块质量的2%-10%的挥发性有机酸的组合物以及调色试剂制备成溶液;混合液制备步骤,将试剂制备步骤中制备的无机盐溶液、挥发性有机酸的组合物溶液、调色试剂的溶液以及香精按照重量比混合搅拌成混合液,其中调色试剂与香精的质量占凝胶块质量的0.1%-0.2%;凝胶液制备步骤,称取占凝胶块质量的5%-7%的植物胶加无机溶剂搅拌使其混合均匀后,对其进行加热至77-83摄氏度,并加入占凝胶块质量的20%-25%的多元醇,然后加入混合液制备步骤中制备的混合液,并不断搅拌加热至沸腾制备成凝胶液;凝胶成型步骤,将凝胶液制备步骤中制备的凝胶液倒入凝胶模型中成型;其中所述无机溶剂的质量占凝胶块质量的47%-69%;溶解挥发性有机酸的组合物的有机溶剂的质量占凝胶块的2%-8%。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:所述无机盐溶液包括氯化钾溶液或氯化钙溶液。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:挥发性有机酸的组合物溶液包括肉桂酸溶液、柠檬酸溶液、脱氢乙酸溶液和乙酸中的至少一种。
12.根据权利要求11所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:调色试剂溶液包括甲基红溶液、亚甲基黄溶液或萘酚绿B溶液。
13.根据权利要求12所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为乙醇;所述无机溶剂为水。
14.根据权利要求13所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:所述香精包括柠檬香精、玫瑰香精或桂花香精。
15.根据权利要求14所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:所述植物胶包括卡拉胶或魔芋胶。
16.根据权利要求15所述的制备除臭缓释型凝胶块的方法,其特征在于:所述多元醇为甘油。
