本发明属于中药制剂技术领域，涉及一种用于治疗骨癌提高免疫力的中药制剂及制备方法。
背景技术
骨癌是发生于骨骼或其附属组织的恶性肿瘤，其发展迅速，预后不佳，死亡率高。临床上一般采用西医的手术、放化疗与中药结合疗法，但晚期患者因癌细胞扩散会出现骨及关节疼痛肿胀、病理性骨折或变形、肢痛、腰背痛、恶变部位发生溃烂并继发感染以及失眠、乏力、烦躁、食欲不振、精神萎靡、面色苍白，进行性消瘦、贫血等全身性症状。西医的放化疗会加剧给病人的痛苦，而且治愈率较低。
中药材用于骨癌患者的治疗有过一些报道。但普遍存在选用抗癌中药比较单一，剂量偏小，效果不显著等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以提高免疫力，治疗效果好的骨癌治疗中药。
为实现上述目的，本发明公开了如下的技术内容：
一种治疗骨癌的中药，由以下重量克数的原料药制成：
白花蛇舌草20-40克， 半枝莲30-35克， 冬凌草20-30克，
猫爪草30-35克， 制附子25-30克； 全蝎3-5克，
蜈蚣2-5条， 川牛膝15-20克， 补骨脂15-20克，
赤石脂15-20克， 茵陈20-30克， 鸡血藤10-20克，
半夏（生）20-30克， 川芎15-20克， 川续断15-20克，
丹参15-20克， 当归身15-20克， 地黄（生）15-20克，
地黄（熟）15-20克， 莪术5-10克， 防己15-20克，
甘草（炙）10-15克， 海藻20-30克， 旱莲草10-15克，
红参20-30克， 黄芪（生）40-50克， 麦冬20-30克；
昆布20-30克； 山茱萸（酒制）20-30克。

地黄（熟）20克， 莪术10克， 防己20克，
甘草（炙）15克， 海藻30克， 旱莲草15克，
红参30克， 黄芪（生）50克， 麦冬30克；
昆布30克； 山茱萸（酒制）30克。
制备方法：取制附子加水（水量应可浸没全部药材）煎煮20分钟，再加其余各药，煎煮80 分钟，过滤，取其汁，实施方法：口服，每天1剂，30天为一疗程，连续服用3个疗程以上。
本发明进一步公开了用于治疗骨癌提高免疫力的中药制剂在提高化疗后骨癌患者免疫力方面的应用。本发明所确定的处方临床试验显示：采用白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、冬凌草、补骨脂等多种抑制肿瘤的中药配伍使用，比单独使用1-2种，效果更佳。同时处方中添加中药制附子，对缓解患者体虚畏冷、精神萎靡、面色苍白等症状，效果显著。
本发明中所用中药材的药理作用如下：
白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、冬凌草，具有清热解毒，增强机体的免疫力，抑制肿瘤细胞的生长的作用。

制附子回阳救逆，补火助阳。
全蝎、蜈蚣攻毒散结，通络止痛，逐瘀通经。
川牛膝通利关节，利尿通淋。

川续断行血消肿、生肌止痛、续筋接骨、补肝肾、强腰膝。
丹参祛瘀止痛，活血通经，清心除烦。
当归身补血活血。
地黄清热凉血，养阴，生津。
莪术行气破血，消积止痛。
防己利水消肿，祛风止痛。
甘草（炙）补脾益气，清热解毒。
海藻、昆布软坚散结，消痰，利水。
旱莲草可用于疔疮恶肿。
红参大补元气，复脉固脱，益气摄血。
黄芪（生）补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌。
麦冬养阴生津，润肺清心。
山茱萸（酒制）可补益肝肾，涩精固脱。
本发明公开的用于治疗骨癌中药制剂与现有技术相比所具有的积极效果在于：
（1）采用了数种有抑制肿瘤作用的中药配伍使用，剂量大，效果显著。
（2）采用了多种补气固本、提高免疫力的中药材，特别适用于化疗以后免疫力低下的中晚期骨癌和放化疗患者。
（3）针对骨癌患者易出现的骨及关节疼痛肿胀、病理性骨折或变形、肢痛、腰背痛等症状，采用了多种强骨、健骨的中药材，有效缓解了症状，减轻了病患痛苦。
为了证明本发明的治疗效果，本发明进行了如下的临床试验，其统计如下：
患者资料：患者31例，均为骨癌症患者，其中，男18例，女13例，年龄70±10。
疗效评价：
无效：病情未见好转。
有效：疼痛减轻，肿瘤实体减小，恶变部位溃烂好转，患者精神面貌有所改善。
治疗结果：31 例患者，有效28 例，无效3 例，有效率90以上。
典型病例：
（1）王某，男，72岁
2015年10月被诊断为骨癌晚期，未接受手术及放化疗。表现为骨癌患部关节与肢体活动困难，肢体远端麻木，体重下降、发热、疲劳、活动能力下降，骨肿瘤处出现皮肤溃烂。连续服用本发明优选处方药物3个疗程以上，恶变部位溃烂明显好转，肿瘤实体明显缩小，肢体活动能力增强，发热、疲劳等全身症状大大好转，精神面貌大大改善。
（2）张某，男，61岁
2014年被诊断为骨癌，经手术及化疗治疗。表现为免疫力低下，易感冒、食欲不振、腰背痛、失眠、精神萎靡、面色苍白，连续服用本发明优选处方药物3个疗程以上，精神面貌明显改善，服药期间一直未见感冒，自述体力明显改善，免疫力得到改善。上述症状基本消失，坚持服用，至今未复发。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施方案叙述本发明。除非特别说明，本发明中所用的技术手段均为本领域技术人员所公知的方法。另外，实施方案应理解为说明性的，而非限制本发明的范围，本发明的实质和范围仅由权利要求书所限定。对于本领域技术人员而言，在不背离本发明实质和范围的前提下，对这些实施方案中的物料成分和用量进行的各种改变或改动也属于本发明的保护范围。本发明所用中药材均有市售。
实施例1
一种治疗骨癌的中药，由以下重量克数的原料药制成：
白花蛇舌草20克， 半枝莲30克， 冬凌草30克，
猫爪草35克， 制附子30克； 全蝎5克，
蜈蚣2条， 川牛膝15克， 补骨脂20克，
赤石脂15克， 茵陈30克， 鸡血藤20克，
半夏（生）30克， 川芎20克， 川续断15克，
丹参15克， 当归身20克， 地黄（生）15克，
地黄（熟）15克， 莪术5克， 防己15克，
甘草（炙）10克， 海藻20克， 旱莲草10克，
红参30克， 黄芪（生）40克， 麦冬20克；
昆布20克； 山茱萸（酒制）20克。
制备方法：取制附子加水（水量应可浸没全部药材）煎煮20分钟，再加其余各药，煎煮80 分钟，过滤，取其汁，实施方法：口服，每天1剂，30天为一疗程，连续服用3个疗程以上。
实施例2

1.一种用于治疗骨癌提高免疫力的中药制剂，其特征在于由以下的中药材原料制成：
白花蛇舌草20-40克， 半枝莲30-35克， 冬凌草20-30克，
猫爪草30-35克， 制附子25-30克； 全蝎3-5克，
蜈蚣2-5条， 川牛膝15-20克， 补骨脂15-20克，
赤石脂15-20克， 茵陈20-30克， 鸡血藤10-20克，
半夏（生）20-30克， 川芎15-20克， 川续断15-20克，
丹参15-20克， 当归身15-20克， 地黄（生）15-20克，
地黄（熟）15-20克， 莪术5-10克， 防己15-20克，
甘草（炙）10-15克， 海藻20-30克， 旱莲草10-15克，
红参20-30克， 黄芪（生）40-50克， 麦冬20-30克；
昆布20-30克； 山茱萸（酒制）20-30克。
2.权利要求1所述用于治疗骨癌提高免疫力的中药制剂，其特征在于由以下的中药材原料制成：
白花蛇舌草30克， 半枝莲30克， 冬凌草20克，
猫爪草30克， 制附子25克； 全蝎3克，
蜈蚣2条， 川牛膝15克， 补骨脂15克，
赤石脂20克， 茵陈30克， 鸡血藤15克，

3.权利要求1或2所述用于治疗骨癌提高免疫力的中药制剂的制备方法：其特征在于首先取制附子加水，水量以浸没全部药材为准，煎煮20分钟，然后再加入其余各药材，煎煮80分钟，过滤，取其汁，服用。
4.权利要求1或2所述用于治疗骨癌提高免疫力的中药制剂在制备提高化疗后骨癌患者免疫力方面的应用。
