背景技术
近几年,随着我国经济的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,禽肉的产量与日俱增,在市场对畜禽产品的需求不断扩大的同时,需求结构也发生了巨大变化。由于水禽抗病能力强,发病率低,且水禽肉、蛋产品的低脂肪、低胆固醇、高蛋白、营养均衡,符合消费者的需求,在国内外市场广受消费者欢迎,而鸭产品恰恰符合了消费者的需求,呈现出了持续发展的态势。且鸭的饲养量平均每年以10%~15%的速度递增,鸭肉的增幅远远超过了禽肉总产量的增幅和鸡肉产量的增幅,鸭产品的市场占有率也在逐渐增长。养鸭业也成为部分地区农村增加经济收入的支柱产业之一。不仅如此,我国在鸭产品的生产加工消费领域更有着悠久的历史、丰富多彩的文化和各具特色的产品,诸如“北京烤鸭”、南京“桂花鸭”“盐水鸭”等产品早已驰名中外。随着我国经济的进一步发展和城乡人民生活水平的逐步提高,鸭产品的消费市场势必将进一步扩大。经过二三十年的的选育,肉鸭的生长速度显著提高,在促进肉鸭快速生长的同时,出现了体脂尤其是皮下脂肪沉积过多,降低饲料利用率并影响肌肉品质。目前主要是从遗传选择,基因调控,营养调控等方面来控制肉鸭体脂沉积,其中,营养调控是一种相对效果较明显的途径。
海藻因其生长环境特殊,所以含有许多陆生植物所不具有的碘、钾、镁、锰、钛等微量元素以及海藻多糖、甘露醇、褐藻胶、不饱和脂肪酸和细胞激动素等具有重要生理活性的成分。具有促进动物生长繁殖、提高免疫力和抗菌抗病毒等作用。传统海藻饲料加工主要侧重于海藻粉的粗加工,并将其直接作为饲抖添加剂。但是动物对海藻多糖的消化能力差,容易造成浪费,并且作为饲料其蛋白质含偏低。海藻经EM复合菌群和纤维素酶的共同发酵后,其所含有的胶质被破坏,营养物质更易吸收,而且纤维素含量降低,有利于动物的消化吸收,并可以显著提高动物的生长速度。
虾青素是脂溶性的、叶黄素类天然红色素,它广泛存在于生物界中,特别是水产动物的虾、蟹、鱼和鸟类的羽毛中。由于虾青素具有较强的淬灭单线态氧的活力,使得虾青素清除过氧化自由基的有效性是α-生育酚的数倍,而且还显示多重生理活性。由于天然虾青素强大的着色能力,所以作为着色剂在水产动物养殖的应用较多。近年来有试验研究饲粮中各种来源的虾青素在肉鸡、蛋鸡和猪饲料中应用,结果表明天然虾青素能提高动物抗氧化性能和肌肉品质。由此可见在肉鸭饲料中添加虾青素能提高鸭肉脂质氧化稳定性,改善肌肉品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料及其制备方法,添加发酵海藻能提高饲料的适口性,肉鸭采食量提高,生长速度快;另外,通过添加γ-氨基丁酸、三丁酸甘油酯、沸石、天然虾青素等,能提高肉鸭抗应激能力及免疫机制,保护肉鸭肠道健康,促进小肠绒毛生长,提高淀粉和蛋白质等营养物质的消化吸收率,提高鸭肉脂质氧化稳定性,改善鸭肉品质,降低肉鸭体脂沉积,提高饲料利用率、改善肌肉品质。
本发明所述的一种改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
玉米:450-600份,豆粕:60-120份,海藻发酵饲料:20-50份,棉粕:40-60份,米糠油:20-60份,玉米酒糟:10-40份,苹果渣:10-60份;玉米糖渣:10-40份;小麦次粉:80-120份,酶解羽毛粉:10-20份,玉米蛋白粉20-50份,食盐:2-5份,沸石:10-30份,石粉:10-13份,磷酸氢钙:7-10份,氯化胆碱:0.5-1.5份,氨基酸:4-11份,γ-氨基丁酸:0.1-0.4份,天然虾青素:0.05-0.1份,三丁酸甘油酯:0.1-0.2份,微量元素:1-3份,维生素:2-3份。
氨基酸由赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成。
赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成重量之比为:4.0-7.0:1-2.0:0.5-1.0。
所述维生素为禽用复合维生素VB。
所述的海藻发酵饲料经EM复合菌群和纤维素酶共同发酵制得。
肉禽用复合维生素VB为维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K3,维生素B1,维生素B2,烟酰胺,泛酸,叶酸,生物素等组成。维生素生产厂家为帝斯曼维生素(上海)有限公司。
微量元素包括钙、磷、钠、氯、钾、硫、镁中的一种或多种,和铜、铁、锰、锌、硅、硒、钴中的一种或多种元素混合组成。
所述沸石吸铵值大于130mmol/100g。
所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将上述除米糠油外的其他原料,各自粉碎达到粒径为2.5‐3.0mm后,经混合机混合均匀,在75‐80℃温度下制粒;
(2)将米糠油加热,均匀的喷涂在饲料颗粒表面,冷却至室温后打包。
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是中枢神经系统内最重要的抑制性氨基酸递质,具有突触后抑制作用,可通过突触后膜超极化、减少离子内流、降低细胞代谢及氧消耗等机制,减少灌注区神经元的死亡。GABA能够提高动物的日增重、提高饲料转化效率、降低谷丙转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶,提高热应激动物的内分泌机能和免疫机能。
三丁酸甘油酯是维持肠道上皮细胞的能量源物质,提高小肠绒毛生长,降低隐窝深度,此外,它还能降低胃肠道pH,减少盲肠有害菌数量,提高盲肠有益菌数量,因而,可以很好的促进肉鸭肠道微生态健康,增加了肠道壁抗击病原体的免疫力和营养吸收能力,从而达到提高肉鸭增重和饲料转化效率,改善肌肉品质的目的。
沸石除可吸附其体内的硫化氢等有害物质,减轻肝、肾、肺的生理负担,催化消化酶的分泌和维持消化道酸碱平衡外,还可提供许多有益的矿物元素。陈健(2012)在肉鸭饲料中添加沸石证实,高品位沸石能显著提高肉鸭的屠体率;普通沸石和高品位沸石可一定程度上提高肉鸭全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率,降低腹脂率,改善了肉鸭的屠宰性能。
本发明的饲喂方法:
使用时,将本发明的产品每日按肉鸭的采食量直接投喂。

本发明通过添加发酵海藻能提高饲料的适口性,肉鸭采食量提高,生长速度快;另外,通过添加γ-氨基丁酸、三丁酸甘油酯、沸石、天然虾青素等,能提高肉鸭抗应激能力及免疫机制,保护肉鸭肠道健康,促进小肠绒毛生长,提高淀粉和蛋白质等营养物质的消化吸收率,提高鸭肉脂质氧化稳定性,改善鸭肉品质,降低肉鸭体脂沉积,提高饲料利用率、改善肌肉品质。

玉米:520,豆粕:75,发酵海藻:20,米糠油:42,棉粕:50,玉米酒糟:20,玉米蛋白粉:36,小麦次粉:105,苹果渣:40,酶解羽毛粉:20,玉米糖渣:25,食盐:3.2,沸石:10,石粉:12,磷酸氢钙:8.5,氯化胆碱:0.5,氨基酸:8.5,微量元素:1.8,维生素:2.0,γ-氨基丁酸:0.2,天然虾青素:0.1,三丁酸甘油酯:0.2。
其中所述氨基酸由赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成,重量份之比分别为:6.6:1.0:0.9。
肉禽用复合维生素VB由维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K3,维生素B1,烟酰胺,泛酸,叶酸组成。
所述微量元素由钙、磷、钠、硒、碘、铜、铁、锰和锌混合组成。
将上述除米糠油外的其他原料,各自粉碎达到粒径为3.0mm后,经混合机混合均匀,在80℃温度下制粒。将米糠油加热,均匀的喷涂在饲料颗粒表面,冷却至室温后打包。

本实施例所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
玉米:471.7,豆粕:100,发酵海藻:40,米糠油:50,棉粕:50,玉米酒糟:30,玉米蛋白粉:40,次粉:100,苹果渣:20,酶解羽毛粉:10,玉米糖渣:30,食盐:3.2,沸石:20,石粉:13.0,磷酸氢钙:9.0,氯化胆碱:0.6,氨基酸:8.0,微量元素:2.0,维生素:2.0,γ-氨基丁酸:0.2,天然虾青素:0.1,三丁酸甘油酯:0.2。
其中所述氨基酸由赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成,重量份之比分别为:6.0:1.2:0.8。

玉米:560,豆粕:120,发酵海藻:30,米糠油:49.5,棉粕:40,玉米酒糟:10,玉米蛋白粉:25,次粉:78,苹果渣:10,酶解羽毛粉:20,玉米糖渣:10,食盐:3.2,沸石:10,石粉:11.5,磷酸氢钙:9.0,氯化胆碱:0.8,氨基酸:8.5,微量元素:2.0,维生素:2.0,γ-氨基丁酸:0.2,天然虾青素:0.1,三丁酸甘油酯:0.2。
其中所述氨基酸由赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成,重量份之比分别为:6.5:1.0:1.0。
禽用复合维生素VB为维生素A,维生素E,维生素B1,维生素B6,叶酸,生物素组成。
微量元素包括钙、磷、氯、钾、硫、铁、镁、锰、锌、硒混合组成。
将上述除米糠油外的其他原料,各自粉碎达到粒径为3.0mm后,经混合机混合均匀,在75℃温度下制粒。将米糠油加热,均匀的喷涂在饲料颗粒表面,冷却至室温后打包。
按照上述重量百分比和制备方法得到的肉鸭饲料,其营养成分为:代谢能≥3000Kcal/kg、粗蛋白≥17.0%、粗纤维≤7.0%、粗灰分≤8.0%、水分≤14.0%、钙0.6%-1.2%、总磷≥0.5%、盐0.3-0.8%、蛋氨酸≥0.30%、赖氨酸≥0.85%。
对比例1
采用实施例2配制的饲料进行饲养试验。选用240只14日龄樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为2组,分别为对照组和试验组,每组4个重复,每次重复30只,其中对照组饲喂普通饲料,将本发明饲料中米糠油用等量动物油替代,然后去除实施例2中发酵海藻、沸石、γ-氨基丁酸、天然虾青素、三丁酸甘油酯即为对照组饲喂的普通饲料,试验组饲喂实施例2配制的饲料。肉鸭采用网上平养,自由采食和饮水,24h连续光照,免疫接种、疾病预防及消毒按常规方法进行,试验期为28天。
每天记录试验鸭的采食量和死淘数,计算平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比。在试验结束时,每重复随机选取一只肉鸭,屠宰测定屠宰性能和肌肉品质。

通过对比实验可知,本发明配比的肉鸭饲料能够提高肉鸭生产性能,并降低肉鸭腹脂沉积,改善鸭肉品质,增加经济效益。
Claims (9)
1.一种改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
玉米:450-600份,豆粕:60-120份,海藻发酵饲料:20-50份,棉粕:40-60份,米糠油:20-60份,玉米酒糟:10-40份,苹果渣:10-60份;玉米糖渣:10-40份;小麦次粉:80-120份,酶解羽毛粉:10-20份,玉米蛋白粉20-50份,食盐:2-5份,沸石:10-30份,石粉:10-13份,磷酸氢钙:7-10份,氯化胆碱:0.5-1.5份,氨基酸:4-11份,γ-氨基丁酸:0.1-0.4份,天然虾青素:0.05-0.1份,三丁酸甘油酯:0.1-0.2份,微量元素:1-3份,维生素:2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,氨基酸由赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸组成重量之比为:4.0-7.0:1-2.0:0.5-1.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,所述维生素为禽用复合维生素VB。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,所述的海藻发酵饲料经EM复合菌群和纤维素酶共同发酵制得。
6.根据权利要求4所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,禽用复合维生素VB为维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K3,维生素B1,维生素B2,烟酰胺,泛酸,叶酸,生物素等组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,微量元素包括钙、磷、钠、氯、钾、硫、镁中的一种或多种,和铜、铁、锰、锌、硅、硒、钴中的一种或多种元素混合组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料,其特征在于,所述沸石吸铵值大于130mmol/100g。
9.一种权利要求1所述的改善肌肉品质的肉鸭配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将上述除米糠油外的其他原料,各自粉碎达到粒径为2.5-3.0mm后,经混合机混合均匀,在75-80℃温度下制粒;
(2)将米糠油加热,均匀的喷涂在饲料颗粒表面,冷却至室温后打包。
