背景技术
四氟醚唑(英文通用名:tetraconazole),分子式为C13H11Cl2F4N3O,结构式如下:
化学通用名称为2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-3-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙基 1,1,2,2,-四氟乙基醚,对 蔬菜、瓜果等经济作物上普遍发生的白粉病、锈病、叶斑病、黑星病及蔓枯病等重要病害有持久的保护和优秀的治疗效果。对植物病原菌菌丝生长和分生孢子形成有强烈的抑制作用。
嘧菌环胺(英文通用名:Cyprodinil),分子式为C14H15N3,结构式如下:
化学通用名称为4-环丙基-6-甲基-N-苯基嘧啶-2-胺,作用机理为蛋氨酸生物合成抑制剂,同三唑类、咪唑类、吗啉类、苯基吡咯类等无交互抗性,具有保护、治疗、叶片穿透及根部内吸活性。适宜作物:小麦、大麦、葡萄、草莓、果树、蔬菜、观赏植物等,对作物安全,无药害。主要用于防治灰霉病、白粉病、黑星病及小麦纹枯病等。。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种含四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的新型杀菌剂组合物,用于防治梨黑星病等多种作物病害。四氟醚唑与嘧菌环胺具备不同的结构类型和有差异的作用机制,将二者按一定比例组合,在实际使用中具有杀菌活性高,同时可以在更大程度上避免四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺单剂单独使用时对病原物造成的选择压力,延缓病原物抗药性产生和发展,并使单位面积上总的用药量下降,经济、高效、环保。
本发明的技术方案如下
一种含四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的杀菌组合物,其中四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的质量比为15:1~1:15。
所述的杀菌组合物,优选的四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的质量比为1:1~1:10。
所诉的杀菌组合物,其剂型可以制成水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散性粒剂。采用的农用杀菌剂助剂包括润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、填料等各类助剂,采用的润湿剂、分散剂可以为烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,二丁基萘磺酸钠(拉开粉),油酸甲基氨基乙基磺酸钠,木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚等中的一种或多种;采用的增稠剂可以为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇等;采用的消泡剂可为磷酸酯类消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂中一种或多种;所采用的填料可为白炭黑、高岭土、凹凸棒土等中的一种或多种;
所诉的杀菌组合物,优选的四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺组成的有效成分占杀菌组合物总质量的10%~50%。
所述的杀菌组合物在防治梨黑星病等作物真菌病害中的应用。
通过对四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺作用机理和杀菌特性的细致分析,运用Wadley方法进行试验设计及结果处理。首先测定四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺两单一化合物(以下简称药剂)的EC50 ,根据两单一药剂的EC50按Wadley法设定两药剂的组合比例,并根据Wadley增效指数SR值,确定合适的组合物比例,然后按孙云沛法加以验证。
试验目标物为梨黑星病。试验采用菌落直径法。取四氟醚唑、嘧菌环胺母液,配置成需药液平板,每皿约14ml,同时设置无药平板对照(CK),每处理重复3皿,即重复3次。在预培养菌落边缘用灭菌的打孔器制取5mm直径的菌丝块,分别移到不同培养基平板上,20℃培养21d,量取菌落直径(mm),由下列公式计算生长抑制率:
将菌丝生长抑制率换算成抑制机率值(Y),药剂浓度换算成浓度对数(X),按浓度对数为横坐标、机率值为纵坐标作毒力回归直线,求得四氟醚唑与嘧菌环胺单剂及其混剂对梨黑星病菌的毒力回归方程,并计算EC50、EC90值及相关系数r值。
根据Wadley方法评价混剂的相互作用,计算公式如下:
EC50(理论值) = (a+b)/(a/EC50a+ b/EC50b) ,SR = EC50(理论值)/EC50(实际值) 。
其中a、b是各组分在混剂中含量比例,以SR值分析混配的效果。SR≤0.5,则两种药剂混配有拮抗作用;SR= 0.5~1.5,则两种药剂混配有加和作用; SR≥1.5,则两种药剂混配有增效作用。

从表1中数据可以分析得到,四氟醚唑与嘧菌环胺以15:1~1:15比例混配时可抑制梨黑星病菌丝的生长,以1:1~1:10比例混配,能够较强抑制梨黑星病菌丝的生长,表现增效作用。
本发明对梨黑星病等作物真菌性病害有较好的防治效果,两药剂之间存在明显增效作用,能减少用药量,有效降低生态破坏和环境污染,并能提高作物产量和质量;本发明中四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺均属低等毒性,对人畜、有益生物安全;可延缓病菌对单一药剂的抗药性。

33%四氟醚唑•嘧菌环胺悬浮剂的制备方法:按质量百分比。
四氟醚唑 30%;
嘧菌环胺 3%;
烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物 4%;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯 3 %;
黄原胶 0.2%;
有机硅消泡剂 0.4%;
水 余量。
制备方法:根据配方,将以上组分按比例称量,加入球磨机球磨30分钟,过滤,抽入分散罐高速剪切3分钟后经砂磨机充分研磨,控制固体组分粒子直径在2微米以内,研磨结束后搅拌均匀,即得悬浮剂产品。每亩60-80g用于防治梨黑星病效果可达88%以上。
实施例2

四氟醚唑 5%;
嘧菌环胺 5%;
油酸甲基氨基乙基磺酸钠 5%;
木质素磺酸钙 2%;
聚乙烯醇 4%
硫酸铵 8%
白炭黑 10%;
高岭土 余量;
制备方法:将以上组分按配方比例加入混合机混合均匀后进行气流粉碎,粉碎完成后加入少量纯化水充分搅拌均匀,挤压造粒,烘干后即可得可湿性粉剂产品。每亩60-80g用于防治梨黑星病效果可达82%。
Claims (5)
1.一种含四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀菌组合物中,四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的质量比为1:1~1:10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺的质量比为1:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀菌组合物剂型为水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散性粒剂。
4.根据权利要求5所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述四氟醚唑和嘧菌环胺组成的有效成分占杀菌组合物总质量的10%~60%。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的杀菌组合物可用于防治梨黑星病等作物真菌病害。
