Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热防火涂料,包括钛纳米聚合物14~16份;柔性乳液33~37份;氟碳树脂23~27份;羟乙基纤维素12~14份;CrO34~16份;膨胀珍珠岩8~12份;抗菌剂3~8份;分散剂4~6份;增稠剂2~4份。通过上述方式,本发明一种隔热防火涂料,具有阻燃时间长,拉伸粘度高,防火性好、耐高温性能好、防腐效果显著,而且在高温环境中不容易产生有毒性的气体的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料领域,特别是一种隔热防火涂料。
背景技术
磷酸盐铅粉涂料就是一种无机防火耐高温涂料。它具有耐热、防谤、导电的特点,原料价廉易得,制备工艺极其简单。而且它能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限,减缓火焰蔓延传播速度。但是这种耐高温材料的防腐能力并不突出,其防腐成分在高温下容易丧失能力,造成功能缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔热防火涂料,解决了隔热防火涂料耐高温能力差、在酸碱性环境下防火效果降低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种隔热防火涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
钛纳米聚合物 14~16份;
柔性乳液 33~37份;
氟碳树脂 23~27份;
羟乙基纤维素 12~14份;
CrO3 4~16份;
膨胀珍珠岩 8~12份;
抗菌剂 3~8份;
分散剂 4~6份;
增稠剂 2~4份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种隔热防火涂料,具有阻燃时间长,拉伸粘度高,防火性好、耐高温性能好、防腐效果显著,而且在高温环境中不容易产生有毒性的气体的优点。

钛纳米聚合物 14份;
柔性乳液 33份;
氟碳树脂 23份;
羟乙基纤维素 12份;
CrO3 4份;
膨胀珍珠岩 8份;
抗菌剂 3份;
分散剂 4份;
增稠剂 2份。
本发明实施例2包括:一种隔热防火涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:

柔性乳液 35份;
氟碳树脂 25份;;
羟乙基纤维素 13份;
CrO3 10份;
膨胀珍珠岩 10份;

本发明实施例3包括:一种隔热防火涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
钛纳米聚合物 16份;
柔性乳液 37份;
氟碳树脂 27份;;
羟乙基纤维素 14份;
CrO3 16份;
膨胀珍珠岩 12份;
抗菌剂 8份;
分散剂 6份;
增稠剂 4份。

钛纳米聚合物 14~16份;
柔性乳液 33~37份;
氟碳树脂 23~27份;

CrO3 4~16份;
膨胀珍珠岩 8~12份;
抗菌剂 3~8份;
分散剂 4~6份;
增稠剂 2~4份。
