Abstract

一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方及罗茨风机与涂覆工艺,通过在主动叶轮与从动叶轮的表面以及机壳的内壁上涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层,实现两个叶轮之间的间隙以及叶轮与壳体之间的间隙降低到0‑0.05mm,大大提升了风机效率。该涂层具有耐磨、低摩擦系数、耐腐蚀、耐高温等特点,且涂层与涂层之间的接触是软性的而且摩擦力很小,不会导致金属叶轮骨架因为碰撞而变形或受到外部氧化腐蚀。

Description

一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺涂层配方及罗茨风机与涂覆工艺
本发明涉及罗茨风机技术领域,具体涉及一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方及罗茨风机与涂覆工艺。
背景技术
罗茨风机的工作效率取决于两个叶轮之间的间隙以及叶轮与壳体之间的间隙,间隙会导致风机产生回流,也就是说间隙越小风机的工作效率越高。
传统的罗茨风机叶轮与壳体都是纯金属,配合端面之间的间隙过于小风机就会卡死,过于大就会导致风机效率低下,所以风机效率完全取决于机床的加工精度。目前国内较为先进的双向曲面刨加工中心也只能使配合端面的间隙维持在0.10-0.15mm之间。除此之外,纯金属叶轮容易被氧化腐蚀,导致风机寿命受风机的使用环境所影响。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明的提供了一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方及罗茨风机与涂覆工艺。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:20-80%的聚酰亚胺,0-30%的聚砜,10-50%的聚醚醚酮,0-20%的石墨,5-20%的润滑剂二硫化钼。
一种采用聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的罗茨风机,包括机壳,所述的机壳内设有有平行设置的主动轴和从动轴,所述主动轴和从动轴均经轴承支承于机壳的轴承孔内,所述的主动轴上连接有主动叶轮,所述的从动轴上连接有从动叶轮,所述的主动轴的输入端设有皮带轮,所述的主动轴和从动轴通过同步齿轮连接,所述的主动叶轮与从动叶轮的表面以及机壳的内壁上涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层,所述的涂层厚度为0.05mm±0.01mm。
所述的机壳的一端还设有齿轮端墙板,所述的齿轮端墙板与主动叶轮与从动叶轮的配合端面上也涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层。
所述的主动叶轮与从动叶轮表面的聚酰亚胺涂层的最外层为磨合层,所述的主动叶轮与从动叶轮之间相互沿磨合层轨迹运动。
所述的主动叶轮和从动叶轮与机壳内壁的间隙为0-0.05mm。
所述的齿轮端墙板上设有轴承座,所述的同步齿轮通过紧固件固定在所述主动轴和从动轴上,所述主动轴和从动轴经轴承支承于所述轴承座中。
一种罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的涂覆工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、按权利要求1的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方配制并混合成聚酰亚胺涂料;
2、将工件置于120℃温度下预热20min;
3、在预热后的工件表面涂覆聚酰亚胺涂料;
4、将涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层的工件置于180℃条件下60min脱溶,将涂层中的空气脱出;
5、将脱溶结束后的工件置于260℃条件下高温固化30min,即得所需聚酰亚胺涂层。
所述的表面涂覆为喷涂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方及罗茨风机与涂覆工艺,通过在主动叶轮与从动叶轮的表面以及机壳的内壁上涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层,实现两个叶轮之间的间隙以及叶轮与壳体之间的间隙降低到0-0.05mm,大大提升了风机效率。 该涂层具有耐磨、低摩擦系数 耐腐蚀、耐高温等特点,且涂层与涂层之间的接触是软性的而且摩擦力很小,不会导致金属叶轮骨架碰撞变形或氧化腐蚀。

具体实施方式
现结合图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6对本发明进行进一步说明,一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:20-80%的聚酰亚胺,0-30%的聚砜,10-50%的聚醚醚酮,0-20%的石墨,5-20%的润滑剂二硫化钼。采用二硫化钼作为润滑剂从而降低涂层的摩擦系数。
一种罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的涂覆工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方配制并混合成聚酰亚胺涂料;
(2)将工件置于120℃温度下预热20min;
(3)在预热后的工件表面喷涂聚酰亚胺涂料;
(4)将喷涂有聚酰亚胺涂层的工件置于180℃条件下60min脱溶,将涂层中的空气脱出;
(5)将脱溶结束后的工件置于260℃条件下高温固化30min,即得所需聚酰亚胺复合涂层。
本发明涂覆工艺采用先工件预加热的步骤,使预加热后的工件也成为一个加热源,使涂层的内外表面都有加热,均匀、涂层质量好。
此涂层已经通过了 240小时的ASTM B-117盐雾实验,能有效防止风机叶轮,轴承座以及壳体被氧化腐蚀,大大提高了风机的使用寿命。
一种采用聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的罗茨风机,包括机壳1,所述的机壳1内设有有平行设置的主动轴2和从动轴3, 所述主动轴2和从动轴3均经轴承支承于机壳1的轴承孔内,所述的主动轴2上连接有主动叶轮21,所述的从动轴3上连接有从动叶轮31,所述的主动轴2的输入端设有皮带轮4,所述的主动轴2和从动轴3通过同步齿轮5连接,所述的主动叶轮21与从动叶轮31的表面以及机壳1的内壁上涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层6,所述的涂层厚度为0.05mm±0.01mm。所述的主动叶轮21与从动叶轮31表面的聚酰亚胺涂层6的最外层为磨合层,所述的主动叶轮21与从动叶轮31以及机壳1、齿轮端墙板7的磨合层就会相互摩擦并且磨合出新的叶轮轨迹。所述的机壳1的一端还设有齿轮端墙板7,所述的齿轮端墙板7与主动叶轮21与从动叶轮31的配合端面上也涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层6。
所述的主动叶轮21和从动叶轮31与机壳1内壁的间隙为0-0.05mm。
所述的齿轮端墙板7上设有轴承座,所述的同步齿轮5通过紧固件固定在所述主动轴2和从动轴3上,所述主动轴2和从动轴3经轴承支承于所述轴承座中。
本发明的罗茨风机在叶轮,壳体以及齿轮端墙板7内侧等配合端面上涂覆了一层聚酰亚胺复合涂层,涂层厚度为0.05mm。该涂层能使两个叶轮之间的间隙以及叶轮与壳体之间的间隙降低到0-0.05mm,大大提升了风机效率。该涂层具有耐磨、低摩擦系数、耐腐蚀、耐高温等特点,且涂层与涂层之间的接触是软性的而且摩擦力很小,不会导致金属叶轮骨架碰撞变形而损坏。当风机运转一段时间后,风机内部温度会升高,风机的叶轮就会热涨,此时叶轮上的涂层就会相互摩擦并且磨合出一道新的叶轮轨迹,这时的叶轮轨迹就是最佳轨迹。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1. 一种用于罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:20-80%的聚酰亚胺,0-30%的聚砜,10-50%的聚醚醚酮,0-20%的石墨,5-20%的润滑剂二硫化钼。
2.一种采用权利要求1所述的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的罗茨风机,包括机壳(1),所述的机壳(1)内设有有平行设置的主动轴(2)和从动轴(3), 所述主动轴(2)和从动轴(3)均经轴承支承于机壳(1)的轴承孔内,所述的主动轴(2)上连接有主动叶轮(21),所述的从动轴(3)上连接有从动叶轮(31),所述的主动轴(2)的输入端设有皮带轮(4),所述的主动轴(2)和从动轴(3)通过同步齿轮(5)连接,其特征在于,所述的主动叶轮(21)与从动叶轮(31)的表面以及机壳(1)的内壁上涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层(6),所述的涂层厚度为0.05mm±0.01mm。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种罗茨风机,其特征在于,所述的机壳(1)的一端还设有齿轮端墙板(7),所述的齿轮端墙板(7)与主动叶轮(21)与从动叶轮(31)的配合端面上也涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层(6)。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种罗茨风机,其特征在于,所述的主动叶轮(21)与从动叶轮(31)表面的聚酰亚胺涂层(6)的最外层为磨合层。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种罗茨风机,其特征在于,所述的主动叶轮(21)和从动叶轮(31)与机壳(1)内壁的间隙为0-0.05mm。
6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种罗茨风机,其特征在于,所述的齿轮端墙板(7)上设有轴承座,所述的同步齿轮(5)通过紧固件固定在所述主动轴(2)和从动轴(3)上,所述主动轴(2)和从动轴(3)经轴承支承于所述轴承座中。
7. 一种权利要求2所述的罗茨风机的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的涂覆工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1的聚酰亚胺涂层配方配制并混合成聚酰亚胺涂料;
(2)将工件置于120℃温度下预热20min;
(3)在预热后的工件表面涂覆聚酰亚胺涂料;
(4)将涂覆有聚酰亚胺涂层的工件置于180℃条件下60min脱溶,将涂层中的空气脱出;
(5)将脱溶结束后的工件置于260℃条件下高温固化30min,即得所需聚酰亚胺涂层。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的聚酰亚胺复合涂层配方的涂覆工艺,其特征在于, 所述的表面涂覆为喷涂。
