阻燃胶及具有背胶的保温复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘接剂,尤其涉及一种具有阻燃作用的粘接剂,以及作为背胶制成的保温复合材料。
背景技术
交通工具(如:高速列车)在高速(如:350公里/小时)运营下,要使车辆仍能处于安全运营的状态,不仅仅是车辆各系统关键部件需要保证正常运行,对于每个小部件或是一些辅料也至关重要,特别是在材料的防火性能上。
目前国内外各大厂商在高速列车上使用的带背胶保温材料中,还没有哪家企业能提供具有很好的阻燃性能的带背胶保温材料。其中的主要原因是保温材料中使用的背胶无法满足阻燃性能。在高速运行时,保温材料会出现脱落的情况,在脱落后,背胶面会暴露在外,如遇到明火后会被引燃,从而扩大了火势的范围,给乘客逃生带来很大危险。
因此,获得一种具有阻燃性能的粘接剂,并以此作为保温材料的背胶,将显著提高保温材料的阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种阻燃胶,具有优良的粘接性,并具有符合要求的阻燃性能力。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种具有背胶的保温复合材料,使得保温材料具有很好的阻燃性能,适合于在制造高速运营的交通工具上的应用。
本发明提供的一种阻燃胶,按重量百分比,主要由60%~70%油性压敏胶(如:Y-150压敏胶)和30%~40%阻燃剂组成。
本发明提供的阻燃胶作为粘合剂,如:与铝箔玻纤布和三聚氰胺树脂泡沫等制取复合材料。
本发明提供的一种具有背胶的保温复合材料,主要由铝箔玻纤布、阻燃胶和三聚氰胺树脂泡沫组成。
本发明提供的另一种具有背胶的保温复合材料,包括铝箔玻纤布层、三聚氰胺树脂泡沫层、第一粘合剂层和第二粘合剂层,第一粘合剂层将铝箔玻纤布层和三聚氰胺树脂泡沫层复合,第二粘合剂层置于三聚氰胺树脂泡沫层形成背胶。
本发明技术方案取得有益效果:
本发明提供的阻燃胶,其氧指数≥32,阻燃性能达到TBT3237标准,以及DIN5510、EN45545、BS6853和NFP130等标准,具有很好的防火性能,有效的保证了交通工具在高速下的运行安全。
经测试,将本发明阻燃胶应用于树脂泡沫制成的保温棉,其粘贴使用寿命能达到20年以上。
使用本发明提供的阻燃胶制成的保温复合材料,其在时速350公里/小时高速行驶的列车上,能经受住车上风道内的风压影响,并使树脂泡沫制成的保温棉粘贴完好。
具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。本发明实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
实施例1
本实施例提供的保温复合材料,使用的铝箔玻纤布,具有阻燃性,能隔绝水汽,防止交通工具,如:列车的风道内表面结露,防止霉菌等微生物的滋长。
本实施例提供的保温复合材料,使用的三聚氰胺树脂泡沫,系巴斯夫公司生产的树脂泡沫(也称为保温棉),该材料密度低(8kg/m3~11kg/m3),导热系数低,具有良好的保温性能,同时具有良好的吸音性能。
本实施例提供的粘合剂为阻燃胶,主要由60%~70%油性压敏胶(如:Y-150压敏胶,购自常州市协成胶粘剂有限公司)和30%~40%阻燃剂(PY-1型,购自湖州瑞高新材料有限公司)组成。
将油性压敏胶和阻燃剂混合均匀制得阻燃胶,然后涂覆在离型纸上,再通过转印的方式和保温棉复合作为背胶,或再与铝箔玻纤布复合,形成铝箔玻纤布层、第一粘合剂层、保温棉层和第二粘合剂层(即背胶)的保温复合材料。
将制得的保温复合材料进行测试,其能使保温棉层的牢固粘贴,使用寿命能达到20年以上。
将保温复合材料粘合于时速350公里/小时高速行驶的列车上,经测试,保温复合材料能经受住车上风道内的风压影响,并使树脂泡沫制成的保温棉粘贴完好。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃胶,其特征在于,按重量百分比,主要由60%~70%油性压敏胶和30%~40%阻燃剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃胶,其特征在于所述的油性压敏胶为Y-150。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃胶作为粘合剂制取复合材料。
4.一种具有背胶的保温复合材料,其特征在于主要由铝箔玻纤布、权利要求1~3之一所述的阻燃胶和三聚氰胺树脂泡沫组成。
5.一种具有背胶的保温复合材料,其特征在于包括铝箔玻纤布层、三聚氰胺树脂泡沫层、第一粘合剂层和第二粘合剂层,第一粘合剂层将铝箔玻纤布层和三聚氰胺树脂泡沫层复合,第二粘合剂层置于三聚氰胺树脂泡沫层形成背胶,所述的第一粘合剂层为权利要求1~3之一所述的阻燃胶,所述的第二粘合剂层为权利要求1~3之一所述的阻燃胶。
