Abstract
The invention provides a pants-type disposable diaper, wherein a front side outer cover (12F) and a rear side outer cover (12B) have a non-stretchable region (A1) in the middle of the width direction of the range in the front-rear direction having an absorber (56), the non-stretch region has an inner sheet layer (12H) and an outer sheet layer (12S) continuous with the stretch region (A2), and an extra elastic stretch member (18) remaining between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, and is provided with a display sheet (25) which can be visually recognized from the outside, the display sheet is adjacent to the inner side of the outer sheet layer (12S) in the non-stretch region, the redundant elastic stretch member (18) is not fixed on the inner side surface of the display sheet (25) and the outer side surface of the inner sheet layer, the front side outer body and the rear side outer body are provided with a crotch side folding part (20), the crotch-side folded portion is formed by folding a sheet forming the outer sheet back inside the inner sheet at the crotch-side end and fixing the folded sheet.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper having a display sheet on which a pattern or the like is printed.
Background
Pants-type disposable diapers generally include: an exterior body which constitutes a front body part and a rear body part separately or integrally; and an inner body including an absorber, which is attached to an inner surface of the outer body so as to extend from the front body portion to the back body portion, wherein both side edges of the outer body of the front body portion and both side edges of the outer body of the back body portion are joined to form side seals, thereby forming a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings.
In such a pants-type disposable diaper, in order to improve the fit to the body, the outer body is formed in a laminated structure having a plurality of sheet layers, and various elastic stretchable members are attached between the sheet layers in an extended state, wherein the fit to the body is relatively high in the following structure: in a waist region defined as a range in the front-rear direction corresponding to the side seal or in an intermediate region between the front and rear waist regions, an elongated elastic member extending in the width direction is attached at a distance in the front-rear direction and is stretched in the width direction (see, for example, patent document 1).
The waist region or the middle region overlaps with a range in the front-rear direction in which the absorbent body is provided, and an inner and outer fixing portion for fixing the interior body to the exterior body is provided in this range. Therefore, even if the elastic stretchable member is provided so as to cross the range in the front-rear direction having the absorbent body, the stretching function thereof is limited by the rigidity of the absorbent body. In addition, there is also a concern that: the absorbent body shrinks in the width direction, so that the wearing feeling and the aesthetic appearance are deteriorated, or the absorbent body is kinked or broken to cause the absorption performance to be lowered.
Therefore, conventionally, such measures have been generally adopted: the elastic stretchable member is continuously attached in the width direction, and almost the entire portion overlapping the absorbent body is finely cut, or the elastic stretchable member is not fixed to the outer package at the portion overlapping the absorbent body and is cut at one position in the middle in the width direction, thereby forming a non-stretchable region in which the widthwise contractive force does not act on the absorbent body.
On the other hand, in the outer package in the non-stretchable region, the shrinking force of the elastic stretchable member hardly acts, and the shrink wrinkles are hardly formed, and therefore, the light transmittance is excellent as compared with the portion where the shrink wrinkles are formed. Therefore, a display sheet with a design or the like is sandwiched between the exterior body and the interior body at the position (see patent document 1) or between sheets of the exterior body (see patent document 2).
Since the display sheet is visually recognized through the constituent material of the outer package, it is desirable to sandwich the display sheet between the elastic stretchable member and the sheet layer outside the elastic stretchable member of the outer package as described in patent document 2 in order to make the display more clearly visually recognized. In this case, since the display sheet and the elastic stretchable member are adjacent to each other, it is desirable to have a structure in which the elastic stretchable member is not fixed to the display sheet and the sheet layer inside the display sheet, so that the influence of the contractive force of the elastic stretchable member is completely eliminated.
However, when such a display sheet back-side unfixed structure is applied to an exterior body dividing structure having a front-side exterior body and a rear-side exterior body separated in the front-rear direction, and not to an exterior body continuous structure in which the exterior body is continuous from the front body portion to the rear body portion as described in patent documents 1 and 2, if the display sheet is extended to the crotch-side end portion of the exterior body for increasing the display, the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer of the elastic stretchable member opens to the crotch side, which may deteriorate the appearance and cause peeling of the sheet layer of the exterior body. In addition, if such an opening is formed, there is also a concern that: as described above, the elastic stretchable member cut to suppress stretchability is exposed from the opening, or the fragments of the elastic stretchable member fall out from the opening.

Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a pants-type disposable diaper having an outer package dividing structure including: the display of the display sheet is easily and clearly observed, and the opening of the crotch-side end portion of the outer package is prevented.
The present invention for solving the above problems is as follows.
< invention described in claim 1 >
A pants-type disposable diaper comprising: a front side outer body constituting a front body part; a rear side outer body constituting a rear body portion; and an inner body including an absorbent body, provided at a widthwise central portion from an inner surface of a front side outer body to an inner surface of a rear side outer body, both side portions of the front side outer body and both side portions of the rear side outer body being joined together to form a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings, the front side outer body and the rear side outer body being separated in a front-rear direction, at least one of the front side outer body and the rear side outer body having, in a range in the front-rear direction having the absorbent body, a non-stretchable region provided at a widthwise middle portion and stretchable regions provided at both widthwise sides of the non-stretchable region, the stretchable regions being regions having an inner sheet layer, an outer sheet layer, and a plurality of elongated elastic stretchable members attached between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer in an elongated state along the width direction with an interval in the front-rear direction, the non-stretch region has: an inner sheet layer and an outer sheet layer continuous with the telescopic region; and an extra elastic stretchable member remaining between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, the extra elastic stretchable member being composed of at least one of a cut-off remaining portion continuous with the elastic stretchable member in the stretchable region and a cut-off portion of the elastic stretchable member not continuous with the elastic stretchable members in both the stretchable regions, and a display sheet visually recognizable from the outside being provided in the non-stretchable region, wherein the display sheet is provided adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer in the non-stretchable region, the extra elastic stretchable member is not fixed to the inside surface of the display sheet and the outside surface of the inner sheet layer, the outer body having the display sheet out of the front-side outer body and the rear-side outer body has a crotch-side folded portion, and the crotch-side folded portion is formed by folding back and fixing a sheet forming one of the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer at an edge portion on the crotch side toward the back of the other sheet layer.
(Effect)
In the present invention, the display sheet is disposed adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer in the non-stretchable region, and therefore, the display of the display sheet can be clearly seen. Further, since the display sheet back side in which the extra elastic stretchable member is not fixed to the inner side surface of the display sheet and the outer side surface of the inner sheet layer is not fixed, the influence of the contractive force of the extra elastic stretchable member on the display sheet can be completely eliminated. In particular, in the present invention, the outer body having the display sheet has a crotch-side folded-back portion in which a sheet forming one of the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer is folded back toward the back of the other at an edge portion on the crotch side and then fixed. Therefore, in the case of the exterior body having the display sheet, the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet is closed by the sheet at the crotch-side end portion, and thus the gap is reliably prevented from opening to the crotch side. As a result, the following is also reliably prevented: the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer opens at the crotch side, and this leads to deterioration in appearance, sheet peeling of the outer body, exposure of the cut elastic stretch member from the opening to eliminate stretchability, or dropping of the fragments of the elastic stretch member from the opening to the outside.
< invention described in claim 2 >
The pants-type disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein the outer body having the display sheet has a sheet forming the inner sheet and a sheet forming the outer sheet separately, and the sheet forming the outer sheet is folded back and fixed to the inside of the inner sheet at the crotch-side folded-back portion at the crotch-side end portion.
(Effect)
In this way, in the case of separately providing the sheet forming the inner sheet layer and the sheet forming the outer sheet layer, since the number of sheet folding steps is small, there is an advantage that the sheet is less likely to be displaced when the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer are bonded. Further, by folding back the outer sheet layer to the inside of the inner sheet layer, the folded-back portion of the outer sheet layer is not exposed to the outside of the diaper, and therefore deterioration of the appearance due to folding back can be prevented.
< invention described in claim 3 >
A pants-type disposable diaper comprising: a front side outer body constituting a front body part; a rear side outer body constituting a rear body portion; and an inner body including an absorbent body, provided at a widthwise central portion from an inner surface of a front side outer body to an inner surface of a rear side outer body, both side portions of the front side outer body and both side portions of the rear side outer body being joined together to form a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings, the front side outer body and the rear side outer body being separated in a front-rear direction, at least one of the front side outer body and the rear side outer body having, in a range in the front-rear direction having the absorbent body, a non-stretchable region provided at a widthwise middle portion and stretchable regions provided at both widthwise sides of the non-stretchable region, the stretchable regions being regions having an inner sheet layer, an outer sheet layer, and a plurality of elongated elastic stretchable members attached between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer in an elongated state along the width direction with an interval in the front-rear direction, the non-stretch region has: an inner sheet layer and an outer sheet layer continuous with the telescopic region; and an extra elastic stretchable member remaining between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, the extra elastic stretchable member being composed of at least one of a cut-off remaining portion continuous with the elastic stretchable member in the stretchable region and a cut-off portion of the elastic stretchable member not continuous with the elastic stretchable members in both the stretchable regions, and a display sheet visually recognizable from the outside being provided in the non-stretchable region, wherein the display sheet is provided adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer in the non-stretchable region, the extra elastic stretchable member is not fixed to the inside surface of the display sheet and the outside surface of the inner sheet layer, and the outer cover having the display sheet among the front side outer cover and the rear side outer cover is folded back at an edge portion on the crotch side to form a portion on the inside and a portion on the outside of one sheet having a crotch-side folded back portion, the inner and outer sheets are formed separately.
In particular, in the present invention, the outer body having the display sheet is formed into the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer by the inner portion and the outer portion of one sheet folded back at the crotch-side edge portion to form the crotch-side folded-back portion. Therefore, in the outer body having the display sheet, the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer is closed by the sheet material at the crotch-side end portion, and thus the gap is reliably prevented from opening to the crotch side.
< invention described in claim 4 >
A pants-type disposable diaper comprising: a front side outer body constituting a front body part; a rear side outer body constituting a rear body portion; and an inner body including an absorbent body, provided at a widthwise central portion from an inner surface of a front side outer body to an inner surface of a rear side outer body, both side portions of the front side outer body and both side portions of the rear side outer body being joined together to form a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings, the front side outer body and the rear side outer body being separated in a front-rear direction, at least one of the front side outer body and the rear side outer body having, in a range in the front-rear direction having the absorbent body, a non-stretchable region provided at a widthwise middle portion and stretchable regions provided at both widthwise sides of the non-stretchable region, the stretchable regions being regions having an inner sheet layer, an outer sheet layer, and a plurality of elongated elastic stretchable members attached between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer in an elongated state along the width direction with an interval in the front-rear direction, the non-stretch region has: an inner sheet layer and an outer sheet layer continuous with the telescopic region; and an extra elastic member remaining between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, the extra elastic member being composed of at least one of a cut-off portion that is left after cutting continuous with the elastic members in the stretchable region and a cut-off portion of the elastic members that is not continuous with the elastic members in both the stretchable regions, the extra elastic member including a display piece that can be visually recognized from the outside in the non-stretchable region, wherein the display sheet is provided adjacent to the inner side of the outer sheet layer in the non-stretchable region, the redundant elastic telescopic components are not fixed relative to the inner side surface of the display piece and the outer side surface of the inner side piece layer, the outer package having the display sheet out of the front outer package and the rear outer package has a crotch-side folded portion, the crotch-side folded portion is formed by folding back and fixing both the sheet forming the inner sheet and the sheet forming the outer sheet inward or outward at the crotch-side end.
In particular, in the present invention, the outer body having the display sheet has the crotch-side folded portion in which both the sheet forming the inner sheet layer and the sheet forming the outer sheet layer are folded inward or outward at the end portion on the crotch side and then fixed. Therefore, in the outer body having the display sheet, the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer is closed by the sheet material at the crotch-side end portion, and thus the gap is reliably prevented from opening to the crotch side. As a result, the following is also reliably prevented: since the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer is open at the crotch side, the appearance is deteriorated, the sheet layer of the outer body is peeled off, the elastic stretchable member cut to eliminate the stretchability is exposed from the opening, or the fragments of the elastic stretchable member fall out from the opening.
< invention described in claim 5 >
The pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the display sheet is extended to an end portion on a crotch side in the exterior body having the display sheet.
(Effect)
With such a structure, the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer is likely to open at the crotch side. Therefore, the present invention is suitable for such an approach.
< invention described in claim 6 >
The pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the extra elastic members are constituted only by the remaining portions after cutting which are continuous with the elastic members in the stretchable region.
(Effect)
Such a manner can be realized by: the cutting of the elastic stretchable member for forming the non-stretchable region is performed only at one location in the width direction of the non-stretchable region. In this case, the number of cutting traces (melting traces or pressing traces) of the sheet layers is small, and it is possible to prevent the display of the display sheet from being difficult to see due to the overlapping of the cutting traces, but since the extra elastic stretching member remains long, if the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer opens in the crotch, the extra elastic stretching member is easily exposed from the opening. Therefore, the present invention is suitable for such an approach.
< invention described in claim 7 >
The pants-type disposable diaper according to claim 6, wherein one of the extra elastic stretching members which is continuous with the elastic stretching member in the stretchable region on one side in the width direction is longer than one of the extra elastic stretching members which is continuous with the elastic stretching member in the stretchable region on the other side in the width direction.
(Effect)
Such a manner can be realized by: the cutting of the elastic stretchable member for forming the non-stretchable region is performed at a portion other than the center in the width direction of the non-stretchable region. In this case, not only are the number of cutting traces (melting traces or pressing traces) of the sheet layers reduced, but also the positions of the cutting traces are located other than the center, and therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the display of the display sheet from being difficult to see due to the overlapping of the cutting traces, etc., but since the extra elastic stretchable member on one side in the width direction remains extremely long, if the gap between the display sheet and the inner sheet layer is opened at the crotch side, the extra elastic stretchable member is easily exposed from the opening. Therefore, the present invention is suitable for such an approach.
As described above, according to the present invention, there are advantages such as a pants-type disposable diaper that can be formed into an exterior body dividing structure as follows: the display of the display sheet is easily and clearly observed, and the opening of the crotch-side end portion of the outer package is prevented.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 to 6 show an example 100 of a pants-type disposable diaper. The dotted portion in the cross-sectional view indicates an adhesive as a joining means for joining the respective components located on the front and back sides thereof, and is formed by full-surface coating, linear (ビード) coating, curtain (カーテン) coating, critical portion (サミット) coating or spiral coating, pattern coating (transfer of the hot-melt adhesive by a relief method), or the like of the hot-melt adhesive, or a fixed portion of the elastically stretchable member is formed by applying the adhesive to the outer peripheral surface of the elastically stretchable member instead of or together with the adhesive by a coating gun, a size coating, or the like. Examples of the hot melt adhesive include EVA adhesives, adhesive rubber adhesives (elastic adhesives), olefin adhesives, and polyester polyamide adhesives, and can be used without particular limitation. As a joining means for joining the respective constituent members, a material-based welding means such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing may be employed.
The pants-type disposable diaper 100 of the present embodiment includes: a front side exterior body 12F constituting a front body portion F; a rear side outer body 12B constituting a rear body portion B; and an interior body 200 provided inside the exterior bodies 12F, 12B so as to extend from the front side exterior body 12F to the rear side exterior body 12B through the crotch portion, wherein both side portions of the front side exterior body 12F and both side portions of the rear side exterior body 12B are joined to form side seal portions 12A, whereby openings formed in the front and rear end portions of the exterior bodies 12F, 12B serve as waist openings WO through which the waist of the wearer passes, and portions surrounded by the lower edges of the exterior bodies 12F, 12B and the side edges of the interior body 200 on both sides in the width direction of the interior body 200 serve as leg openings LO through which legs pass. The inner body 200 is a portion for absorbing and retaining excrement such as urine, and the outer body 12 is a portion for supporting the inner body 200 against the body of the wearer. In addition, reference numeral Y denotes the entire length of the diaper in the developed state (the longitudinal length from the edge of the waist opening WO of the front body F to the edge of the waist opening WO of the rear body B), and reference numeral X denotes the full width of the diaper in the developed state.
The pants-type disposable diaper 100 of the present embodiment has a waist region T having side seals 12A and defining a front-rear direction range (a front-rear direction range from the waist opening WO to the upper ends of the leg openings LO), and an intermediate region L defining a front-rear direction range of the portion forming the leg openings LO (between the front-rear direction region of the front body portion F having the side seals 12A and the front-rear direction region of the rear body portion B having the side seals 12A). The waist region T can be conceptually divided into a "waist portion" W forming an edge portion of the waist opening and a "waist lower portion" U being a portion below the waist portion W. In general, when a boundary where the stretching stress in the width direction changes (for example, the thickness or the elongation of the elastic stretchable member changes) is present in the waist region T, the portion on the side of the waist opening WO closest to the boundary becomes the waist portion W, and when such a boundary is absent, the portion on the side of the waist opening WO closer to the absorbent body 56 or the interior body 200 becomes the waist portion W. The length of these portions in the front-rear direction may be appropriately determined depending on the size of the product, and may be 15 to 40mm in the waist portion W and 65 to 120mm in the lower waist portion U, for example. On the other hand, both side edges of the intermediate region L are gathered in an コ -shape or a curved shape along the circumference of the wearer's leg, which is a portion into which the wearer's leg is inserted. As a result, the pants-type disposable diaper in an unfolded state is formed into a substantially hourglass shape as a whole.
(inner body)
The inner body 200 may have any shape, but is rectangular in the illustrated embodiment. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the interior body 200 includes: a topsheet 30 on the body side; a liquid-impermeable sheet 11; and an absorbent member 50 interposed between the top sheet 30 and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, wherein the interior body 200 is a main body portion having an absorbent function. Reference numeral 40 denotes an intermediate sheet (second sheet) provided between the top sheet 30 and the absorbent member 50 in order to rapidly move the liquid having permeated the top sheet 30 toward the absorbent member 50, and reference numeral 60 denotes a three-dimensional barrier section 60 standing toward the body side and provided on both sides of the interior body 200 in order to prevent the leakage of excrement to both sides of the interior body 200.
The fixation of the interior body 200 to the exterior bodies 12F, 12B may be performed by a bonding means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot-melt adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, the inner body 200 is fixed to the inner surface of the outer body 12 by a hot-melt adhesive applied to the back surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the attachment portion 65 of the steric barrier 60. The inner and outer fixing portions 201 for fixing the interior body 200 and the exterior bodies 12F and 12B together may be provided over substantially the entire region where the two overlap, and are preferably provided in portions other than both ends in the width direction of the interior body.
(Top sheet)
The top sheet 30 has a liquid-permeable property, and examples thereof include a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric, a porous plastic sheet, and the like. The kind of the raw material fiber of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited. Examples thereof include olefin-based fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, regenerated fibers such as rayon and cuprammonium fibers, natural fibers such as cotton, and the like, and mixed fibers and composite fibers using two or more of these fibers. Further, the nonwoven fabric may be produced by any process. Examples of the processing method include a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a hot-rolling method, a melt-blowing method, a needle-punching method, a hot-air method, and a point-bonding method. For example, when flexibility and drapability are desired, the spunbond method and the spunlace method are preferred processing methods, and when bulkiness and flexibility are desired, the hot air method, the spot-bonding method, and the hot-rolling method are preferred processing methods.
The top sheet 30 may be composed of one sheet, or may be composed of a laminate sheet obtained by laminating two or more sheets. Similarly, the top sheet 30 may be formed of one sheet or two or more sheets in the planar direction.
In the case where the steric barrier 60 is provided, it is preferable that both side portions of the top sheet 30 pass through between the liquid impermeable sheet 11 and the steric barrier 60 and go around to the back side of the absorbent member 50, and that both side portions of the top sheet 30 are joined to the liquid impermeable sheet 11 and the steric barrier 60 in order to prevent the penetration of liquid.
For the purpose of preventing positional deviation with respect to the back side member, it is desirable that the top sheet 30 is fixed to the member adjacent to the back side by a bonding means by fusion of materials such as heat sealing and ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, the top sheet 30 is fixed to the front surface of the intermediate sheet 40 and the front surface of the portion of the packaging sheet 58 located on the front surface side of the absorber 56 by a hot melt adhesive applied to the back surface thereof.
(intermediate sheet)
In order to rapidly transfer the liquid having passed through the top sheet 30 to the absorbent member, an intermediate sheet (also referred to as "second sheet") 40 having a liquid passing speed higher than that of the top sheet 30 may be provided. The intermediate sheet 40 not only can rapidly move the liquid toward the absorbent body to improve the absorption performance of the absorbent body, but also can prevent the phenomenon of "back flow" of the absorbed liquid from the absorbent body, and can keep the top sheet 30 in a dry state. The intermediate sheet 40 may also be omitted.
The intermediate sheet 40 may be made of the same material as the top sheet 30, or may be a spun lace nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, an SMS nonwoven fabric, a pulp nonwoven fabric, a mixed sheet of pulp and rayon, a point-bond nonwoven fabric, or a crepe paper. In particular, the air-through nonwoven fabric is preferably bulky. In the air-through nonwoven fabric, a composite fiber having a core-sheath structure is preferably used, and in this case, the resin used for the core may be polypropylene (PP), but Polyester (PET) having high rigidity is preferred. The weight per unit area is preferably 20 to 80g/m2More preferably 25 to 60g/m2. The thickness of the raw material fiber of the nonwoven fabric is preferably 2.2 to 10 dtex. In order to make the nonwoven fabric bulky, it is preferable to use a bias fiber, a hollow fiber, or a bias and hollow fiber having no core at the center as a mixed fiber of all or a part of the raw material fibers.
The intermediate sheet 40 in the illustrated embodiment is shorter than the width of the absorber 56 and disposed at the center, and may be provided over the entire width. The longitudinal length of the intermediate sheet 40 may be the same as the length of the absorbent body 56, or may be within a short length range centered on the liquid-receiving region.
For the purpose of preventing positional deviation with respect to the back side member, etc., it is desirable that the intermediate sheet 40 is fixed to the member adjacent on the back side by a bonding means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, the intermediate sheet 40 is fixed to the front surface of the portion of the packaging sheet 58 located on the front surface side of the absorber 56 by a hot melt adhesive applied to the back surface thereof.
(liquid-impermeable sheet)
The material of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a plastic film made of an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a laminated nonwoven fabric in which a plastic film is provided on the surface of a nonwoven fabric, and a laminate sheet in which a nonwoven fabric and the like are laminated and bonded to a plastic film. The liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is preferably made of a material having liquid impermeability and moisture permeability, which is preferably used from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness. As a plastic film having moisture permeability, a microporous plastic film obtained by mixing an inorganic filler with an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, molding the mixture into a sheet, and then stretching the sheet in one or two axial directions is widely used. In addition, as the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, a sheet having liquid-impermeability without using a plastic film can be used, and such a sheet can be made liquid-impermeable by the following method: a non-woven fabric using micro fine denier fiber is used; a leak-proof reinforcing treatment for reducing the voids of the fibers by applying heat or pressure; coating high water absorption resin or hydrophobic resin or water repellent.
The liquid-impermeable sheet 11 may be formed to have a width that is accommodated on the back side of the absorbent member 50 as shown in the figure, and may extend to both sides of the absorbent member 50 and to both side portions of the surface of the absorbent member 50 on the top sheet 30 side in order to improve leakage prevention. The width of the extending portion is preferably about 5 to 20mm on the left and right sides.
Further, a excretion indicator whose color changes by the absorption of a liquid component may be provided on the inner side of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, particularly on the surface closer to the absorbent body 56.
(stereoscopic barrier part)
The steric barrier 60 is a belt-like member extending in the entire front-rear direction along both side portions of the interior body 200, and is designed to block excrement moving in the lateral direction on the top sheet 30 to prevent side leakage. The steric hindrance portion 60 of the present embodiment is provided so as to rise from the side portion of the interior body 200, the base side portion of the steric hindrance portion 60 rises obliquely toward the widthwise central side, and the distal side portion of the steric hindrance portion 60 with respect to the intermediate portion thereof rises obliquely toward the widthwise outer side.
More specifically, the steric barrier 60 is configured as follows: the band-shaped barrier sheet 62 having a length equal to the length of the interior body 200 in the front-rear direction is folded back in the width direction and folded into two, and a plurality of the barrier elastic expansion members 63 are fixed between the folded-back portion and the sheet adjacent thereto at intervals in the width direction with the elongated barrier elastic expansion members 63 being elongated in the length direction. A base end portion of the steric hindrance section 60 on the side opposite to the tip end portion (an end portion on the side opposite to the portion where the sheet folding is performed in the width direction) is a mounting portion 65 fixed on the back surface of the side edge portion of the interior body 200, and a portion other than the mounting portion 65 is a protruding portion 66 (a portion on the folded portion side) protruding from the mounting portion 65. The projecting portion 66 is constituted by a root side portion toward the center side in the width direction and a tip side portion turned back from the tip of the root side portion toward the outer side in the width direction. This form is a face contact type steric barrier, and a line contact type steric barrier (not shown) that is not folded outward in the width direction may be employed. The projecting portions 66 have front and rear end portions serving as front and rear fixing portions 67 fixed to the side surface of the top sheet 30 in a collapsed state, and have a front and rear intermediate portion serving as a free portion 68 that is not fixed therebetween, and the stopper elastic stretchable member 63 extending in the front and rear direction is fixed to the free portion 68 in an extended state.
At the free portion 68 of the steric barrier 60, at least one of a hot melt adhesive by various coating methods and a fixing means by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing may be used for bonding the inner layer and the outer layer of the barrier sheet 62 or fixing the barrier elastic stretchable member 63 sandwiched therebetween. Since the flexibility is impaired if the entire surfaces of the inner and outer layers of the barrier sheet 62 are bonded, it is preferable that the barrier elastic members 63 are not bonded or weakly bonded except for the bonded portion. In the illustrated embodiment, the structure is as follows: by applying a hot-melt adhesive only to the outer peripheral surface of the barrier elastic stretchable member 63 by an application means such as a coating gun or a glue nozzle and sandwiching the same between the inner layer and the outer layer of the barrier sheet 62, the elongated elastic stretchable member is fixed to the inner layer and the outer layer of the barrier sheet 62 and the inner layer and the outer layer of the barrier sheet 62 by the hot-melt adhesive only applied to the outer peripheral surface of the barrier elastic stretchable member 63.
In addition, for the fixation of the waterproof film 64 and the barrier sheet 62 incorporated in the steric barrier 60 or the fixation of the front-rear fixing portion 67 to the side surface of the interior body 200, at least one of a hot-melt adhesive by various coating methods and a means based on material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing may be used. In the illustrated embodiment, the waterproof film 64 is fixed by slit coating using a hot-melt adhesive. In addition, although a hot-melt adhesive and a material fusion method are used in combination for fixing the front and rear fixing portions 67 in the illustrated embodiment, these fixing portions may be performed by only one of the methods.
As the barrier sheet 62, a structure in which a soft nonwoven fabric excellent in uniformity and hiding property, such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric (SS, SSs, etc.), an SMS nonwoven fabric (SMS, SSMMS, etc.), and a meltblown nonwoven fabric, is subjected to water repellent treatment with silicon or the like as necessary can be suitably used, and the weight per unit area of the fiber is preferably about 10 to 30g/m2. As the elongated elastic members 63, use can be made ofRubber threads, and the like. When the spandex rubber wire is used, the thickness is preferably 470 to 1240dtex, and more preferably 620 to 940 dtex. The elongation at fixation is preferably 150 to 350%, more preferably 200 to 300%. The term "elongation" refers to a value obtained by setting the natural length to 100%. As shown in the drawing, the waterproof film 64 may be interposed between the barrier sheets folded into two.
The number of the elongated elastic members 63 provided in the free portion of the steric barrier 60 is preferably 2 to 6, and more preferably 3 to 5. The arrangement interval 60d is preferably 3 to 10 mm. With such a configuration, the skin can be easily brought into surface contact within the range where the elongated elastic members 63 are disposed. The elongated elastic members 63 may be disposed not only on the distal end side but also on the proximal end side.
The fixing objects of the mounting portions 65 of the steric barrier 60 may be appropriate components of the top sheet 30, the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, the absorbent member 50, and the like in the interior body 200.
In the steric hindrance section 60 configured as described above, the contraction force of the elongated elastic stretchable member 63 acts so that both ends in the front-rear direction approach each other, but both ends in the front-rear direction of the protruding portion 66 are fixed so as not to rise, whereas both ends form an unfixed free portion therebetween, so that only the free portion rises so as to abut on the body side as shown in fig. 3. In particular, when the attachment portion 65 is positioned on the back side of the interior body 200, the steric barrier 60 rises so as to open outward in the width direction at the crotch portion and the vicinity thereof, and therefore the steric barrier 60 is in surface contact with the leg periphery, and the fit is improved.
The size of the steric barrier 60 may be determined as appropriate, but in the case of an infant diaper, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the standing height (the width-directional length of the protruding portion 66 in the developed state) W6 of the steric barrier 60 is preferably 15 to 60mm, and particularly preferably 20 to 40 mm. The separation distance W3 between the innermost fold lines in the state where the steric barrier 60 is folded flat parallel to the front surface of the top sheet 30 is preferably 60 to 190mm, and particularly preferably 70 to 140 mm.
Further, unlike the illustrated embodiment, two (two) stereoscopic barrier portions may be provided on each of the right and left sides of the inner package 200.
(absorbing Member)
The absorbent member 50 has: an absorber 56; and a wrapping sheet 58 covering the entire absorbent body 56. The wrapping sheet 58 may be omitted.
(absorber)
The absorbent body 56 may be formed of an aggregate of fibers. As the fiber aggregate, in addition to an aggregate obtained by stacking short fibers such as cotton pulp or synthetic fibers, a filament (filament) aggregate obtained by opening a tow (fiber bundle) of synthetic fibers such as cellulose acetate, if necessary, can be used. The weight per unit area of the fibers may be, for example, about 100 to 300g/m in the case of stacking cotton pulp or short fibers2In the case of the filament aggregate, the amount of the filament aggregate may be, for example, about 30 to 120g/m2. The fineness of the synthetic fiber is, for example, 1 to 16dtex, preferably 1 to 10dtex, and more preferably 1 to 5 dtex. In the case of the filament assembly, the filaments may be uncrimped fibers, but crimped fibers are preferable. The crimp of the crimped fibers may be, for example, 5 to 75 crimps per inch, preferably 10 to 50 crimps, and more preferably about 15 to 50 crimps. In addition, crimped fibers that are uniformly crimped are often used. The superabsorbent polymer particles are preferably dispersed and held in the absorbent body 56.
The absorbent body 56 may have a rectangular shape, but as shown in fig. 1 and 2, it is preferable that the absorbent body 56 itself and the steric hindrance portion 60 have an hourglass shape having a front end portion, a rear end portion, and a constricted portion which is located between the front end portion and the rear end portion and has a width smaller than the width of the front end portion and the rear end portion, because the fit around the leg portions is improved.
The size of the absorbent body 56 may be appropriately determined as long as it extends over the front, rear, left, and right sides of the urination opening position, but preferably extends in the front-rear direction and the width direction to the peripheral edge portion of the interior body or the vicinity thereof. Reference numeral 56X denotes the width of the absorber 56.
(super absorbent Polymer particles)
The super absorbent polymer particles may be contained in a part or all of the absorbent body 56. The super absorbent polymer particles include "powder" in addition to "particles". As the super absorbent polymer particles 54, particles used in such disposable diapers can be used as they are, and for example, particles having a ratio of particles remaining on the screen of 30% by weight or less in the screening (shaking for 5 minutes) using a 500 μm standard screen (JIS Z8801-1: 2006) and particles having a ratio of particles remaining on the screen of 60% by weight or more in the screening (shaking for 5 minutes) using a 180 μm standard screen (JIS Z8801-1: 2006) are desirable.
The material of the super absorbent polymer particles is not particularly limited, but a material having a water absorption capacity of 40g/g or more is preferable. Examples of the super absorbent polymer particles include high absorbent polymer particles such as starch-based, cellulose-based, and synthetic polymer-based, and high absorbent polymer particles such as starch-acrylic acid (salt) -grafted polymer, saponified product of starch-acrylonitrile copolymer, crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and acrylic acid (salt) -based polymer can be used. The shape of the super absorbent polymer particles is preferably a powder shape which is generally used, but other shapes may be used.
The superabsorbent polymer particles preferably have a water absorption rate of 70 seconds or less, particularly 40 seconds or less. If the water absorption rate is too slow, so-called back flow in which the liquid supplied into the absorbent body 56 returns to the outside of the absorbent body 56 tends to occur.
The weight per unit area of the super absorbent polymer particles can be appropriately determined according to the absorption amount required for the use of the absorbent body 56. Therefore, it cannot be said that the concentration of the water is 50 to 350g/m2. If the weight per unit area of the polymer is less than 50g/m2It is difficult to ensure the absorption amount. If the weight per unit area of the polymer exceeds 350g/m2The effect is saturated.
The distribution density or the distribution amount of the super absorbent polymer particles can be adjusted in the planar direction of the absorbent body 56, if necessary. For example, the amount of liquid spread at the excretion portion may be made larger than the amount of liquid spread at other portions. In the case of considering the difference between men and women, the distribution density (amount) can be increased in the front side in the case of men, and the distribution density (amount) can be increased in the central portion in the case of women. Further, a portion where no polymer is present may be provided locally (for example, in a dot shape) in the planar direction of the absorbent body 56.
(packaging sheet)
When the packaging sheet 58 is used, a tissue paper (tissue paper), particularly crepe paper, nonwoven fabric, composite laminated (ポリラミ) nonwoven fabric, a sheet with small holes, or the like can be used as a material thereof. However, a sheet in which superabsorbent polymer particles do not come out is desired. When a nonwoven fabric is used instead of the crepe paper, a hydrophilic SMS nonwoven fabric (SMS, SSMMS, etc.) is particularly preferable, and polypropylene, a polyethylene/polypropylene composite material, or the like can be used as the material. The weight per unit area is desirably 5 to 40g/m2Particularly preferably 10 to 30g/m2。
The packaging method of the packaging sheet 58 may be appropriately determined, but from the viewpoints of ease of production, prevention of leakage of superabsorbent polymer particles from the front and rear edges, and the like, the following method is preferred: the packaging sheet 58 is wound in a tubular shape so as to surround the front and back surfaces and both side surfaces of the absorbent body 56, and the front and back edge portions thereof are exposed from the front and back of the absorbent body 56, and the overlapped portion of the wound and overlapped portion and the front and back exposed portion are joined by joining means such as a hot melt adhesive or material welding.
(outer body)
The outer bodies 12F and 12B are composed of a front side outer body 12F which is a part constituting the front body portion F and a rear side outer body 12B which is a part constituting the rear body portion B, and the front side outer body 12F and the rear side outer body 12B are separated and discontinuous in the front-rear direction on the crotch side. The separation distance 12d may be about 150 to 250 mm. The crotch cover sheet 12M made of nonwoven fabric or the like is desirably bonded so as to cover a part (for example, the entire part in the front-rear direction extending over the part exposed between the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B but not extending to the front-rear end of the inner cover 200 and not reaching the both side edges of the inner cover 200 in the width direction) or the entire part of the exposed portion of the back surface of the inner cover 200 at the separated portion, but may be omitted.
The outer cases 12F and 12B have a waist portion corresponding to the waist region T and extending in the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, the front side outer package 12F does not have a portion corresponding to the middle region L, but the rear side outer package 12B has a hip cover portion 14 extending from the waist region T toward the middle region L. Although not shown, a groin cover portion extending from the waist region T toward the middle region L may be provided on the front side outer cover 12F, a groin cover portion may be provided but no hip cover portion may be provided, or a portion corresponding to the middle region L may not be provided on both the front side outer cover 12F and the rear side outer cover 12B. In the illustrated embodiment, the lower edge of the hip cover portion 14 is formed linearly in the width direction in the same manner as the lower edge of the front side outer package 12F, but may be curved so as to approach the waist opening side as it goes to the outside in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the outer cases 12F and 12B are formed by joining the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H by joining means such as hot melt adhesive or fusion bonding. The sheet forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the sheet forming the inner sheet layer 12H may be a single sheet in common as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in addition to being separate sheets as shown in fig. 5, 7, 8, 11 and 12. In other words, in the latter case, the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S are formed by the inner portion and the outer portion of one sheet folded back at the crotch-side edge portion, respectively. In the former system, since the number of sheet folding steps is small, there is an advantage that the sheet is less likely to be displaced when the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S are bonded, and in the latter system, there is an advantage that the number of sheet materials is small.
If the end portions of the sheets forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H or the front and rear ends of the interior body 200 are exposed at the waist opening WO as shown in fig. 10, there is a concern that: the corners of the sheet come into contact with the skin to deteriorate the skin touch feeling, or an elastic member for the waist portion W or a hot-melt adhesive for fixing the elastic member, which will be described later, is exposed. Therefore, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, 7 to 9, and 11, it is preferable that the sheet forming the outer sheet layer 12S is wound around the edge portion on the waist side of the sheet forming the inner sheet layer 12H, and then folded back inward to form a waist-side folded-back portion, and the waist-side folded-back portion 12r is extended to the end portion on the waist side of the interior body 200. As shown in fig. 12, both the sheet forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the sheet forming the inner sheet layer 12H may be folded back inward at the waist-side edge portion, and the folded-back portion 12r may be extended to the waist-side end portion of the interior body 200.
The sheet used for the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet, but is preferably a nonwoven fabric. When a nonwoven fabric is used, the weight per unit area is preferably about 10 to 30g/m2。
The total weight per unit area of the outer cases 12F and 12B is preferably about 20 to 60g/m2。
In the outer bodies 12F and 12B, elongated elastic members 15 to 19 such as rubber threads are provided between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H at a predetermined elongation rate in order to improve the fit to the waist of the wearer. The elongated elastic members 15 to 19 may be made of synthetic rubber or natural rubber. The outer sheets 12F and 12B are bonded to each other or the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 are fixed to each other by hot melt adhesives applied by various coating methods or by material fusion such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing. Since flexibility is impaired when the entire surfaces of the outer cases 12F and 12B are firmly fixed, it is preferable that the parts other than the bonded parts of the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 are not bonded or weakly bonded. In the illustrated embodiment, the structure is as follows: the elongated elastic stretchable members 15 to 19 are fixed to the two sheet layers 12S and 12H and the two sheet layers 12S and 12H by applying a hot-melt adhesive only to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elongated elastic stretchable members 15 to 19 by an application means such as a coating gun or a glue nozzle and sandwiching the two sheet layers 12S and 12H.
More specifically, the waist elastic members 17 are fixed to the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H at the waist portion W of the outer bodies 12F and 12B so as to be continuous over the entire width direction, with a gap therebetween in the vertical direction, and are extended in the width direction at a predetermined extension rate. Further, 1 or more of the waist elastic expansion members 17 disposed in the region adjacent to the waist lower portion U may overlap the inner body 200, or may be disposed on both sides in the width direction thereof excluding the center in the width direction overlapping the inner body 200. The waist elastic members 17 are preferably fixed to about 3 to 22 members having a thickness of 155 to 1880dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber, a cross-sectional area of 0.05 to 1.5mm, in the case of natural rubber), and a thickness of about 470 to 1240dtex at intervals of 4 to 12mm, with an elongation of 150 to 400%, particularly preferably about 220 to 320%2Particularly preferably about 0.1 to 1.0mm2) The rubber thread of (1). The waist portion elastic members 17 do not need to be all the same in thickness and elongation, and for example, the thickness and elongation of the elastic members may be different between the upper portion and the lower portion of the waist portion W.
A plurality of waist lower portion elastic stretchable members 15, 19 made of an elongated elastic stretchable member are fixed between the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H in the waist lower portion U of the outer cases 12F, 12B at intervals in the vertical direction and are stretched in the width direction at a predetermined elongation.
The elastic stretchable members 15, 19 in the lower waist region are preferably fixed to about 5 to 30 pieces of material having a thickness of 155 to 1880dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber, a cross-sectional area of 0.05 to 1.5mm, in the case of natural rubber), and more preferably, about 470 to 1240dtex at intervals of 1 to 15mm, more preferably at intervals of 3 to 8mm, and at an elongation of 200 to 350%, more preferably about 240 to 300%2Particularly preferably about 0.1 to 1.0mm2) The rubber thread of (1).
Further, between the outer sheet 12S and the inner sheet 12H in the hip cover portion 14 of the rear outer package 12B, a plurality of cover portion elastic stretchable members 16 each made of an elongated elastic stretchable member are fixed in a state of being stretched in the width direction at a predetermined elongation rate while being spaced apart in the vertical direction.
The cover elastic members 16 are preferably fixed to about 2 to 10 pieces of material having a thickness of 155 to 1880dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber, a cross-sectional area of 0.05 to 1.5mm in the case of natural rubber), and more preferably, about 470 to 1240dtex, at intervals of 5 to 40mm, even more preferably, at intervals of 5 to 20mm, and at an elongation of 150 to 300%, even more preferably, 180 to 260%2Particularly preferably about 0.1 to 1.0mm2) The rubber thread of (1).
When the groin cover portion is provided on the front side outer package 12F, the cover portion elastic/stretchable member may be provided in the same manner.
In the case where the elastically stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are provided in the range in the front-rear direction including the absorbent body 56 as in the below-waist portion U or the hip cover portion 14 of the illustrated embodiment, in order to prevent contraction of the absorbent body 56 in the width direction over a part or the entire range thereof, the widthwise middle portion (preferably including the entire inner and outer fixing portions 201) including a part or the entire portion overlapping the absorbent body 56 in the width direction is set as the non-stretchable region a1, and the widthwise both sides thereof are set as the stretchable region a2 over the entire range in the width direction. Such a structure may be constructed in the following manner: the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are attached so as to extend across the absorbent body 56 from one side seal 12A to the other side seal 12A, and the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are not fixed to the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S at the portion serving as the non-stretchable region a1, and the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are cut at one point in the middle in the width direction or almost the entire elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are cut finely, whereby stretchability remains in the stretchable region a2 and stretchability is eliminated in the non-stretchable region a 1.
When the elastically stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are not fixed to the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S and the elastically stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are cut at one position in the middle in the width direction, such a method can be adopted: as shown in fig. 13 (a), a cutting object in which a display sheet 25 and elastic stretchable members 15 to 17, 19, which will be described later, are attached between an inner sheet 12H and an outer sheet 12S is sandwiched between a seal roller 70 having a pressing portion 71 on the outer peripheral surface thereof and a support roller 80 having a smooth surface and disposed so as to face the seal roller 70, wherein the pressing portion 71 has a cutting convex portion 72 at one position in the circumferential direction, and the cutting convex portion is heated as necessary, whereby only the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 sandwiched between the cutting convex portion 72 and the outer peripheral surface of the support roller 80 are cut. In this case, a part of the outer sheet layer 12S may be cut, but it is desirable that only the elastic stretch members 15, 16, 19 are cut only by heating and pressing without cutting the outer sheet layer 12S. As shown in fig. 14 (a) and (b), in the product subjected to such processing, the cut trace 22 remains in at least one of the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H, and only the portion remaining after cutting, which is continuous with the elastic stretch members 15, 16, and 19 in the stretch region a2, remains as the extra elastic stretch member 18 between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H.
In the case of cutting almost the entire elastic members 15, 16, and 19 finely, the following method can be adopted: as shown in fig. 13 (b), a cutting object in which a display sheet 25 and elastic stretchable members 15 to 17, 19, which will be described later, are attached between an inner sheet layer 12H and an outer sheet layer 12S is sandwiched between a seal roller 70 having a pressing portion 71 on the outer peripheral surface thereof and a support roller 80 having a smooth surface and disposed so as to face the seal roller 70, wherein the pressing portion 71 has a plurality of cutting projections 73, and the cutting projections 73 are heated as necessary, whereby only the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 sandwiched between the cutting projections 73 and the outer peripheral surface of the support roller 80 are cut. In this case, the outer sheet layer 12S may be cut together with the elastic stretch members 15, 16, and 19, but it is desirable that only the elastic stretch members are cut by heating and pressing without cutting the outer sheet layer 12S. As shown in fig. 14 (c), in the product subjected to such processing, the cut trace 22 remains in at least one of the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H, and between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H, the remaining portion after cutting which is continuous with the elastic stretch members 15, 16, 19 in the stretch region a2, and the cut portion of the elastic stretch member which is not continuous with the elastic stretch members 15, 16, 19 in the two stretch regions a2 remain as the extra elastic stretch member 18.
(display sheet)
Characterized in that a display sheet 25 is placed adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer 12S in the non-stretchable region a1 of at least one of the front outer casing 12F and the rear outer casing 12B, the display sheet 25 has a display such as a comic, and the display of the display sheet 25 is visible through the outer sheet layer 12S. As the display sheet 25, such a display sheet as: a base sheet made of paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like is attached with a display such as a decorative design (a character including a drawing and a single-dot pattern), a functional display such as a use method, a use aid, a size, or a logo display such as a manufacturer, a product name, or a characteristic function by printing or the like.
Further, in order to completely eliminate the influence of the contraction force of the extra elastic stretching members 18 on the display sheet 25, the extra elastic stretching members 18 are not fixed to the inner surface of the display sheet 25 and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H. The inner surface of the display sheet 25, the extra elastic members 18, and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H may not be fixed to each other. That is, the outer surface of the display sheet 25 or the inner surface of the inner sheet layer 12H may be fixed to the facing surface by fixing means such as hot melt adhesive, but the inner surface of the display sheet 25, the extra elastic stretchable member 18, and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H are not fixed to the facing surface by fixing means such as hot melt adhesive. Thereby, a continuous gap is formed on the back side of the display sheet 25. In order not to fix the extra elastic members 18, the parts of the elastic members 15, 16, and 19 which become the non-stretchable regions a1 are not fixed to the inner surface of the display sheet 25 and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H by fixing means such as hot melt adhesive during manufacturing.
(crotch side folding back part)
Characterized in that the front-side outer package 12F and the rear-side outer package 12B in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, 7, 8 are fixed in the following manner: the sheet forming the outer sheet layer 12S is folded back inside the inner sheet layer 12H at the crotch-side end to form the crotch-side folded portion 20, and the crotch-side folded portion 20 is not opened. Therefore, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H in the front outer body 12F and the rear outer body 12B is closed by the sheet at the crotch-side end portion, and thus the gap 12i is reliably prevented from opening to the crotch side. As a result, the following is also reliably prevented: since the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet 12H is open at the crotch side, the appearance is deteriorated, the inner sheet 12H and the outer sheet 12S of the outer cases 12F and 12B are peeled off, and the extra elastic stretch member 18 cut to eliminate the stretchability is exposed from the opening or falls out of the opening. In addition, if the crotch-side folded portion 20 is formed by folding back the outer sheet layer 12S inside the inner sheet layer 12H as in this manner, the folded portion of the outer sheet layer 12S is not exposed on the outer surface of the diaper, and therefore deterioration in the appearance due to folding back can be prevented, and conversely, a configuration such as that shown in fig. 11 may be adopted: the sheet forming the inner sheet layer 12H is folded back to the outside of the outer sheet layer 12S at the crotch-side end portion.
The fixing structure of the crotch-side folded back portion 20 is not particularly limited, and the crotch-side folded back portion 20 may be fixed by fixing the inner and outer fixing portions 201 as in the mode shown in fig. 5, or may be fixed by fixing other members, or the crotch-side folded back portion 20 may be fixed to the opposite surface via a hot-melt adhesive as shown in fig. 7. As in the sealed portion denoted by reference numeral 21 in fig. 8, the crotch-side folded-back portion 20 may be sealed together with the folded-back main body portion by material fusion means such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing.
When the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H of the front side outer package 12F and the rear side outer package 12B are formed by a common single sheet, they may be formed in such a manner as shown in fig. 9 and 10: the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S of the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B are formed by the inner portion and the outer portion of one sheet folded back at the crotch edge. In this embodiment, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H in the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B is also closed by the sheet material at the crotch-side end portion, and therefore the gap 12i is also reliably prevented from opening to the crotch side.
Further, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 12, the following embodiment may be adopted: both the sheet forming the inner sheet layer 12H of the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B and the sheet forming the outer sheet layer 12S are folded back outward (or inward) at the crotch-side end to form the crotch-side folded portion 20. In this manner, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H in the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B is closed by the sheet material at the crotch-side end portion, and therefore the gap 12i is reliably prevented from opening to the crotch side.
As can be seen from the various aspects described above, the folding length of the crotch-side folded portion 20 can be appropriately determined, and may be set to a short portion of about 5 to 30mm, or may be set to a length approximately equal to the length in the front-rear direction of the exterior body having the folded portion, as shown in fig. 9 and 10.
As described above, in the present invention, since the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H is less likely to open at the crotch side, the display sheet 25 can be extended to the crotch-side end portions of the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B, and a large display area can be secured. Therefore, the separation distance 25e between the crotch-side edge of the display sheet 25 and the crotch-side edges of the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B having the display sheet 25 can be set to about 5 to 30 mm.
As described above, the preferred embodiment is: by performing the cutting of the elastically stretchable members 15, 16, 19 for forming the non-stretchable region a1 only at one location in the width direction of the non-stretchable region a1, the extra elastically stretchable member 18 is constituted only by the remaining portion after the cutting which is continuous with the elastically stretchable members of the stretchable region a2, as shown in fig. 14 (a) and (b). In this case, there is an advantage in that: the number of the cutting traces 22 is reduced, and the display of the display sheet 25 is not easily visible due to the overlapping of the cutting traces 22. In particular, as shown in fig. 14 (b), if the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, 19 are cut to form the non-stretchable region a1 at a position other than the center in the width direction of the non-stretchable region a1, the position of the cutting trace 22 is preferably at a position other than the center, because the display of the display sheet 25 is not easily obstructed. In this case, although the extra elastic members 18 continuing to the elastic members in the stretchable region a2 on one side in the width direction remain long, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H is not likely to open to the crotch side, and this is not a problem.
(others)
In the above example, the crotch-side folded portion 20 is provided on both the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B, and the crotch-side folded portion 20 may be provided on only one of the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B (including a case where the display sheet 25 is provided on both the front outer cover 12F and the rear outer cover 12B, but the configuration of the present invention is applied to only one of the front outer cover and the rear outer cover).
< description of words in the specification >)
Unless otherwise specified in the specification, the following terms in the specification have the following meanings.
"front-rear (longitudinal) direction" means a direction connecting the ventral side (front side) and the dorsal side (rear side), and "width direction" means a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction (left-right direction).
"elongation" refers to the value at 100% natural length.
"weight per unit area" was measured as follows. The sample or test piece is preliminarily dried and then placed in a test room or apparatus in a standard state (the temperature in the test site is 20. + -. 5 ℃ and the relative humidity is 65% or less) so as to be in a constant state. The preliminary drying is to make the sample or the test piece constant in an environment with a relative humidity of 10-25% and a temperature of not more than 50 ℃. In addition, the fibers having a legal moisture content of 0.0% may not be subjected to preliminary drying. From the test piece which became a constant amount, a sample of a size of 200mm × 250mm (+ -2 mm) was cut out using a paper tightness plate (mi panel) (200mm × 250mm, + -2 mm). The weight of the sample was measured, and the weight per square meter was calculated as the weight per unit area by 20 times.
"thickness" using an automatic thickness gauge (KES-G5 portable compression measurement program) under load: 10gf/cm2And the pressurization area: 2cm2Under the conditions of (1) automatically.
The water absorption was measured in accordance with JIS K7223-1996 "method for testing the Water absorption of a super absorbent resin".
The water absorption rate is "time to end point" when JIS K7224-1996 "Water absorption Rate test method for superabsorbent resin" was carried out using 2g of a superabsorbent polymer and 50g of physiological saline.
The test or measurement is carried out in a laboratory or apparatus in a standard state (a test field at a temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of 65% or less) without any description of environmental conditions in the test or measurement.
Industrial applicability
The present invention can be used for the pants-type disposable diaper of the above-described example and the like.
