Abstract
本发明涉及一种门窗领域，尤其涉及一种带中梃的扇结构。一种带中梃的扇结构，该扇结构还包括扇料中挺，扇料中挺设置在扇料构成的扇框内；扇料中挺的截面为“T”型结构，扇料中挺的一侧两端分别设置有第二压条，扇料中挺的另一侧两端分别设置有第二压线固定口，第二压线固定口内设置有第二压线，所述的第二压条与第二压线之间形成第二玻璃槽口，第二压条上设置有第二密封胶条，第二压线上设置有第二压线密封胶条。本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案，该结构既能保证扇超大扇的顺利开启及整体框架的稳固，又具有较强美观性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种门窗领域，尤其涉及一种门窗扇的扇料中挺。
背景技术
门窗，对于现代建筑而言，主要作用是抗风、防水、采光等。门窗式样越来越多，当开启扇较大时，需要考虑扇整体框架的稳固性，防止因尺寸过大而容易导致变形。同时现在越来越多的建筑选择在窗上安装装饰性格条，已体现建筑的美观性。当扇太大时，一般的隔条美观度不强且不能起到增加扇的稳定性作用，同时还会由于格条太长而引起变形。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，该扇料中挺既能保证扇超大扇的顺利开启及整体框架的稳固，又具有较强美观性。
为了实现上述的目的，本发明采用了以下的技术方案：
一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，该扇料中挺的截面为“T”型结构，扇料中挺的一侧两端分别设置有第二压条，扇料中挺的另一侧两端分别设置有第二压线固定口，第二压线固定口内设置有第二压线，所述的第二压条与第二压线之间形成第二玻璃槽口，第二压条上设置有第二密封胶条，第二压线上设置有第二压线密封胶条。
作为进一步改进，所述的扇料中挺的内部设置加强件。
作为进一步改进，所述的扇料中挺的内部设置有主空腔和多个副空腔，所述的主空腔设置在扇料中挺的中部，副空腔设置在第二压条以及扇料中挺的两侧部。作为进一步改进，所述的扇料中挺的内部设置加强件，所述的加强件设置在主空腔内。
作为进一步改进，所述的扇料中挺的室外侧设置有与第一铝合金扣板相平齐的第二铝合金扣板，室内侧设置有第二装饰薄木皮。
作为进一步改进，所述的第二铝合金扣板两端分别扣合在两个第二压条上，并在第二铝合金扣板的端部设置有卡扣，卡扣扣合在第二压条内侧面的第二密封胶条内，并在卡扣的上部设置有凸条，凸条与第二压条的室外侧斜面相抵。
作为进一步改进，所述的第二装饰薄木皮均选用第二原木薄木、合成薄木、塑制薄木、防火板式薄木或科技木薄木。
作为进一步改进，所述的扇料中挺选用PVC型材、UPVC型材、玻璃纤维材质型材、聚酯合金型材、尼龙材质型材和玻璃钢型材中一种。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案，该扇料中挺既能保证扇超大扇的顺利开启及整体框架的稳固，又具有较强美观性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示的一种具有扇中挺的门窗系统，该门窗系统包括框结构和扇结构，扇结构与框结构之间设置多道密封胶条7相互配合，所述的框结构包括框料1构成的框体，所述的扇结构包括扇料2、扇料中挺3、第一压线5和玻璃4，所述的扇料2的一侧为第一压条21，另一侧设置有第一压线固定口22，所述的第一压线5固定卡接设置在第一压线固定口22上，所述的第一压条21与第一压线5之间形成第一玻璃槽口，第一压条21上设置有第一密封胶条23，第一压线5上设置有第一压线密封胶条24，所述玻璃4的一端通过第一密封胶条23和第一压线密封胶条24固定设置在第一玻璃槽口内。扇料中挺3呈一字型或十字型设置在扇料2构成的扇框内，扇料中挺3和扇料2通过中挺连接件固定相互连接。如图3所示，扇料中挺3的截面为“T”型结构，扇料中挺3的内部设置有主空腔37和多个副空腔38，所述的主空腔37设置在扇料中挺3的中部，副空腔38设置在第二压条31以及扇料中挺3的两侧部。扇料中挺3的内部设置加强件39，所述的加强件39设置在主空腔37内。扇料中挺3的一侧两端分别设置有第二压条31，第二压条31与第一压条21的内侧面和外侧面均相互平齐，扇料中挺3的另一侧两端分别设置有第二压线固定口32，第二压线固定口32的位置与第一压线固定口22平齐，第二压线固定口32内设置有第二压线6，第一压线5和第二压线6内部均设置有空腔。所述的第二压条31与第二压线6之间形成第二玻璃槽口，第二玻璃槽口的位置与第一玻璃槽口平齐，第二压条31上设置有第二密封胶条33，第二压线6上设置有第二压线密封胶条34，所述玻璃4的另一端通过第二密封胶条33和第二压线密封胶条34固定设置在第二玻璃槽口内。
如图3所示，扇料2的室外侧设置有第一铝合金扣板25，室内侧设置有第一装饰薄木皮26；所述的扇料中挺3的室外侧也设置有与第一铝合金扣板25相平齐的第二铝合金扣板35，室内侧设置有与第一装饰薄木皮26相平齐的第二装饰薄木皮36；所述的框料室外侧设置有第三铝合金扣板11，室内侧设置有第三装饰薄木皮12。第二铝合金扣板35两端分别扣合在两个第二压条31上，并在第二铝合金扣板35的端部设置有卡扣40，卡扣40扣合在第二压条31内侧面的第二密封胶条33内，并在卡扣40的上部设置有凸条41，凸条41与第二压条31的室外侧斜面相抵。
上述的第一装饰薄木皮26、第二装饰薄木皮36和第三装饰薄木皮均选用原木薄木、合成薄木、塑制薄木、防火板式薄木或科技木薄木。框料1、扇料中挺3和扇料2均选用PVC型材、UPVC型材、玻璃纤维材质型材、聚酯合金型材、尼龙材质型材和玻璃钢型材中一种。
Claims (7)
1.一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，其特征在于：该扇料中挺（3）的截面为“T”型结构，扇料中挺（3）的一侧两端分别设置有第二压条（31），扇料中挺（3）的内部设置有主空腔（37）和多个副空腔（38），所述的主空腔（37）设置在扇料中挺（3）的中部，副空腔（38）设置在第二压条（31）以及扇料中挺（3）的两侧部；扇料中挺（3）的另一侧两端分别设置有第二压线固定口（32），第二压线固定口（32）内设置有第二压线（6），所述的第二压条（31）与第二压线（6）之间形成第二玻璃槽口，第二压条（31）上设置有第二密封胶条（33），第二压线（6）上设置有第二压线密封胶条（34）；所述的扇料中挺（3）的室外侧设置有第二铝合金扣板（35），室内侧设置有第二装饰薄木皮（36）；第二铝合金扣板（35）两端分别扣合在两个第二压条（31）上，并在第二铝合金扣板（35）的端部设置有卡扣（40），卡扣（40）扣合在第二压条（31）内侧面的第二密封胶条（33）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，在其特征在于：扇料中挺（3）的内部设置加强件（39）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，在其特征在于：扇料中挺（3）的内部设置加强件（39），所述的加强件（39）设置在主空腔（37）内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，在其特征在于：第二压线（6）内部均设置有空腔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，在其特征在于：在卡扣（40）的上部设置有凸条（41），凸条（41）与第二压条（31）的室外侧斜面相抵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，在其特征在于：第二装饰薄木皮（36）选用原木薄木、合成薄木、塑制薄木、防火板式薄木或科技木薄木。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗扇的扇料中挺，在其特征在于：扇料中挺（3）选用PVC型材、UPVC型材、玻璃纤维材质型材、聚酯合金型材、尼龙材质型材和玻璃钢型材中一种。
