本发明涉及排气管维护技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车排气管清洗剂。
背景技术:
汽车排气管是一种安装于发动机排气支管和消声器之间,使汽车内的整个排气系统呈挠性联接,从而起到减振降噪、方便安装和延长排气消声系统的作用。排气管主要由外壳及设于外壳内的排气管体组成,排气管体包括有与发动机排气支管连接的输出管及与外界导通的排出管,输出管与排出管之间通过具有网格状孔的连接管连接,该连接管为具有过滤作用的管体,在使用过程中将汽车尾气中的有害物质实施过滤,从而降低汽车尾气对环境的污染。然而在长时间使用后,该连接管的网格状孔会被堵塞,导致其失去原有的过滤效果,同时也会发生排气管堵塞情况,因此需要定期清洗。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种清洗效果好且能防止锈蚀的汽车排气管清洗剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种汽车排气管清洗剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
小麦秸秆15-20份、菜籽饼10-15份、松节油10-15份、活性白土6-10份、茶叶渣6-10份、沸石粉5-8份、煅烧高岭土4-6份、鲸蜡醇4-6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、硫酸化蓖麻油2-3份、聚合氯化铝2-3份、石棉粉1-2份、三氯化铁1-2份、苏打粉1-2份、石蜡油40-50份;所述小麦秸秆和茶叶渣的含水量低于5%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将小麦秸秆和茶叶渣粉碎成粉末,再加入活性白土、沸石粉和煅烧高岭土,然后加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)向石蜡油中加入菜籽饼、鲸蜡醇和石棉粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料II;
(3)向松节油中加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、硫酸化蓖麻油和聚合氯化铝,先加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料III;
(4)向物料II中加入物料I、物料III、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、三氯化铁和苏打粉,所得混合物转入功率5.5kW、转速19r/min球磨机中,球磨8h后过170-200目筛,所得滤液即为清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洗剂使用方便,使用时只需将清洗剂喷入排气管内,10min后使用柴油或汽油对排气管冲洗2-3次,即可有效去除排气管内附着的污物,并能防止因使用水性清洗剂引起的管内锈蚀,该清洗剂充分利用其原料的渗透润湿和吸附作用,将附着在排气管内的污物剥离下来,从而避免排气管发生堵塞现象,以及延长排气管的使用寿命。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将含水量低于5%的20份小麦秸秆和6份茶叶渣粉碎成粉末,再加入6份活性白土、5份沸石粉和4份煅烧高岭土,然后加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(5)向50份石蜡油中加入12份菜籽饼、4份鲸蜡醇和1份石棉粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料II;
(6)向15份松节油中加入3份单硬脂酸甘油酯、2份硫酸化蓖麻油和2份聚合氯化铝,先加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料III;
(7)向物料II中加入物料I、物料III、5份聚丙烯酰胺、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2份三氯化铁和1份苏打粉,所得混合物转入功率5.5kW、转速19r/min球磨机中,球磨8h后过170目筛,所得滤液即为清洗剂。
实施例2

小麦秸秆15-20份、菜籽饼10-15份、松节油10-15份、活性白土6-10份、茶叶渣6-10份、沸石粉5-8份、煅烧高岭土4-6份、鲸蜡醇4-6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、硫酸化蓖麻油2-3份、聚合氯化铝2-3份、石棉粉1-2份、三氯化铁1-2份、苏打粉1-2份、石蜡油40-50份;所述小麦秸秆和茶叶渣的含水量低于5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车排气管清洗剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将小麦秸秆和茶叶渣粉碎成粉末,再加入活性白土、沸石粉和煅烧高岭土,然后加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)向石蜡油中加入菜籽饼、鲸蜡醇和石棉粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料II;
(3)向松节油中加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、硫酸化蓖麻油和聚合氯化铝,先加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料III;
(4)向物料II中加入物料I、物料III、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、三氯化铁和苏打粉,所得混合物转入功率5.5kW、转速19r/min球磨机中,球磨8h后过170-200目筛,所得滤液即为清洗剂。
