Abstract
本发明属于液力传动油技术领域,特别涉及一种环保节能的液力传动油组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组成:加氢异构基础油40~60%,合成油10~35%,多元醇酯5~30%,液力传动油复合剂8~16.1%,粘度指数改进剂3~10%,抗氧剂0~2%,降凝剂0.2~2%,抗泡剂0.1~1%;相对于现有技术,本发明在组合物中添加了多元醇酯,提高了液力传动油的抗氧化性能和润滑性能,减少了设备的磨损和延长油的使用期限,从而减少对能源的浪费。另外,多元醇酯的加入,还可提高使用过的液力传动油的生物降解性,使之容易被分解,减少了对环境的污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于液力传动油技术领域,特别涉及一种环保节能的液力传动油组合物。
背景技术
液力传动油又称自动变速器油(ATF)或自动传动油,用于由液力变矩器、液力偶合器和机械变速器构成的车辆自动变速器中作为工作介质,借助液体的动能起传递能量的作用。
随着汽车制造业的不断发展,汽车变速器不断升级更新,对液力传动油也不断提出更高的要求。而目前液力传动油多为矿物质油,耐用性和环境友好性一般。
在世界不断发展,资源、能源不断消耗的今天,如何高效地利用有限资源,成为一个共同研究的主题。目前,节约能源的简单方法是减少对能源的使用量和延长事物的使用期限。而在变速器技术领域中,想要节约能源最直接的方法就是延长液力传动油的使用周期。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种环保节能的液力传动油组合物,以提高液力传动油耐用性和环境友好性,做到节约能源和保护环境。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保节能的液力传动油组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组成:
其中,其中,加氢异构基础油包括150N的Ⅲ类基础油、100N的Ⅲ类基础油和75N的Ⅲ类基础油,加氢异构基础油在性能上远远超过I类基础油,尤其是具有高黏度指数和很低的挥发性。所述合成油为PAO 4#、6#、8#,所述多元醇酯为三羟甲基丙烷酯或季戊四醇酯。多元醇酯具有氧化安定性与热稳定性能和良好的润滑性,而且容易生物降解、环保友好。在液力传动油调配时,作为添加剂加入调配,可以提高液力传动油的抗氧化性能和润滑性能,减少设备的磨损和延长油的使用期限,从而减少对能源的浪费。少剂量的加入,也可提高使用过的传动油的生物降解性,更容易被分解。
所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,还包括按重量百分比计0-2%的金属钝化剂,所述金属钝化剂为N,N'-二亚水杨基-1,2-丙基二胺和二乙基二硫代盐酸中的至少一种。金属钝化剂主要用来抑制活性金属离子(铜、铁、镍、锰等)对油品氧化的催化作用的物质。金属钝化剂和抗氧剂复合使用可提高油品的安定性,延长储存期和使用期。
所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,所述液力传动油复合剂为HITEC 3418M复合剂,使用该液力传动油复合剂调出的油品能长期保持性能的优质性。
所述粘度指数改进剂为三嵌段偶合氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、聚异丁烯、乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的至少一种。粘度指数改进剂主要是改善润滑油的黏温性能,提高其黏度指数。其与本发明的其他组分具有良好的相容性,比例选择合适不仅能提高油品的黏温性能,同时还可以使组合物具有优异的抗剪切性能,保证油品在高温、高剪切环境下仍具有适宜的粘度。
所述抗氧剂为双辛基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、烷基化二苯胺和N-苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种。抗氧剂通过吸收自由基和分解过氧化物的形式,阻断混合物氧化衰变进程,提高润滑油在高温时候的抗氧化性能,从而起到提高润滑油使用寿命的作用。
所述降凝剂为聚α-烯烃、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和烷基萘中的至少一种。降凝剂的作用机理是与石蜡形成共结晶,改变石蜡晶体的大小和外形,使之不易形成网状结构,起到降低凝固点的作用。
所述抗泡剂为聚甲基硅油和氟代烷基醚中的至少一种。带有气泡的润滑油被压缩时,气泡一旦在高压下破裂,产生的能量会对金属表面产生冲击,使金属表面产生穴蚀,添加抗泡剂可以增快油中泡沫的消除。分散的抗泡剂粒子吸附在泡膜上,然后侵入泡膜成为泡膜的一部分,继而在薄膜上扩张,随着抗泡剂的继续扩张,膜变得越来越薄,最后膜破裂达到破膜目的。

所述的环保节能液力传动油组合物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将加氢异构基础油加入反应釜,预热至50~60℃;
步骤(2):在步骤(1)反应釜中按上述质量百分比加入多元醇酯、粘度指数改进剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂、金属钝化剂和液力传动油复合剂,继续加热到60~80℃,并在该温度下持续搅拌1~2小时,使之混合均匀;
步骤(3):在步骤(2)反应釜中加入合成油,在60-80℃条件下恒温搅拌1~2小时,制得成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种环保节能的液力传动油组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组成:加氢异构基础油40~60%,合成油10~35%,多元醇酯5~30%,液力传动油复合剂8~14%,粘度指数改进剂3~10%,抗氧剂0~2%,降凝剂0.2~2%,抗泡剂0.1~1%;相对于现有技术,本发明在组合物中添加了三羟甲基丙烷酯这种多元醇酯,提高液力传动油的抗氧化性能和润滑性能,减少设备的磨损和延长油的使用期限,从而减少对能源的浪费。另外,三羟甲基丙烷酯的加入,还可提高使用过的液力传动油的生物降解性,使之容易被分解,减少了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施方式对本发明及其有益效果作进一步详细说明,但是,本发明的具体实施方式并不局限于此。
实施例1~6
配制液力传动油组合物,加氢异构基础油包括150N的III类基础油、100N的III类基础油和75N的III类基础油,合成油为PAO4#、6#和8#,多元醇酯为三羟甲基丙烷酯或季戊四醇酯,添加剂有粘度指数改进剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂和金属钝化剂和液力传动油复合剂,具体组分和含量见表1,制备方法如下:
步骤(1):将加氢异构基础油加入反应釜,预热至50~60℃;
步骤(2):在步骤(1)反应釜中按上述质量百分比加入多元醇酯、粘度指数改进剂、液力传动油复合剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂和金属钝化剂,继续加热到60~80℃,并在该温度下持续搅拌1~2小时,使之混合均匀;
步骤(3):在步骤(2)反应釜中加入合成油,在60~80℃条件下恒温搅拌1~2小时,制得成品。

为了更能突出本发明的有益效果,采用以下对比例1~6,具体组分和含量见表2,其制备方法同实施例1~6。

从实施例1~2和对比例1~2的测试结果可知,与采用传统II类/Ⅰ类基础油以及150N的III类基础油相比,本发明组合物采用100N和75N的III类加氢基础油,其粘度指数、总硫含量、蒸发损失和机械杂质明显减少,其他指标也完全符合质量标准的要求。从实施例3~4和对比例3~4可以看出,与现有配方相比,本发明在配方中加入三羟甲基丙烷酯后,其抗乳化性能和氧化安定性能明显变好。从实施例5~6和对比例5~6可知,本发明添加液力传动油复合剂后,各方面数据优秀和均衡,也就是说使用该液力传动油复合剂调出的油品具有优异的综合性能。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还能够对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,凡是本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上所作出的任何显而易见的改进、替换或变型均属于本发明的保护范围。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组成:
其中,加氢异构基础油包括150N的Ⅲ类基础油、100N的Ⅲ类基础油和75N的Ⅲ类基础油,所述合成油为PAO 4#、6#、8#,所述多元醇酯为三羟甲基丙烷酯或季戊四醇酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,还包括按重量百分比计0.2-2%的金属钝化剂,所述金属钝化剂为N,N'-二亚水杨基-1,2-丙基二胺和二乙基二硫代盐酸中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,所述液力传动油复合剂为HITEC3418M复合剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,所述粘度指数改进剂为三嵌段偶合氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、聚异丁烯、乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为双辛基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、烷基化二苯胺和N-苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚α-烯烃、聚甲基丙烯酸酯和烷基萘中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为聚甲基硅油和氟代烷基醚中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求3所述的环保节能的液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组成:

10.根据权利要求1-9所述的环保节能液力传动油组合物,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将加氢异构基础油加入反应釜,预热至50~60℃;
步骤(2):在步骤(1)反应釜中按上述质量百分比加入多元醇酯、液力传动油复合剂、粘度指数改进剂、抗氧剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂和金属钝化剂,继续加热到60~80℃,并在该温度下持续搅拌1~2小时,使之混合均匀;
步骤(3):在步骤(2)反应釜中加入合成油,在60~80℃条件下恒温搅拌1~2小时,制得成品。
