背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,人们对环境问题及健康问题日益重视,室内空气质量问题一直困扰着大家,导致室内空气污染的一个主要原因是室内装饰涂料、家具等释放的有机挥发物(苯、Tvoc和甲醛),为此,近年来国家质量监督检疫总局、国家建设部颁布了一系列的控制室内空气质量的标准和法规。目前市场上抗甲醛净味内墙乳胶漆大多利用海藻泥的微孔数量进行吸附,这类产品施工时不仅净化速度慢,效率偏低,且许多海藻本身可能具有毒性,以及受到环境的污染,其中夹杂大量有害物质会释放出来,是一种安全性很难控制的原材料,这类材料随着空气湿度的变化,会进行呼吸,空气潮湿进行吸附,空气干燥往外释放,吸附进去的有害物质易产生二次释放,造成污染。壁膜是现在装修中常用的一种涂料,壁膜装饰效果酷似壁纸,但它与壁纸不同的是更为环保、更加节能、性价比更可观,并能克服一般涂料及墙纸普遍存在的各种弊端,它具有绿色环保、耐水防霉、附着力好、经磨耐擦、装饰性强、施工简便等特点,是一种集高新技术与高雅艺术为一体的新型墙面装饰产品,它的问世必定成为墙面装饰艺术新潮流,但是普通的肌理壁膜虽然有害物质含量少,但是无法做到吸收、去除装修中甲醛、Tvoc的效果,鉴于上诉室内装饰漆的缺点,研究开发健康环保、吸收甲醛以及TVOC等有害气体的壁膜是所述领域技术人员共同面临急需解决的课题。

芦荟凝胶:芦荟凝胶具有良好的稳定性和兼容性,并且同时具备保湿、抗刺激等功效,芦荟中所含的抗氧化剂可以增加涂料的稳定性和耐药性,并且芦荟还具有净化空气,吸附甲醛的作用,芦荟的茎、皮、叶等器官或组织分化成针状结构,会在空气中产生相互作用从而诱导产生负氧离子,使得整个涂料具有健康环保、吸收甲醛以及TVOC的效果。
水基性净味树脂:可以与水融合,形成溶液,待水挥发后,形成树脂模材料,采用水基性净味树脂可以减少和吸附装修中产生的甲醛等有害气体。
纳米光触媒:是指在光照下,自身不发生化学变化,却可以促进化学反应的物质,其功能就像光合作用中的叶绿素。锐钛型纳米TiO2是最主要的光触媒材料,当其吸收太阳光或其他光源中的能量后,粒子表面的电子被激活,逸离原来的轨道,同时表面生成带正电的空穴。逸出的电子具有强还原性,空穴则具有强氧化性,两者与空气中的水气反应后会生成活性氧和氢氧自由基。活性氧、氢氧自由基能将大部分有机物、污染物、臭气、细菌等氧化分解成无害的二氧化碳和水。纳米光触媒技术是一种纳米仿生技术,用于环境净化,自清洁材料,先进新能源,癌症医疗,高效率抗菌等多个前沿领域,在产品中主要吸附甲醛。
纳米负离子粉:是由天然材料通过纳米技术精心制成。科学研究表明,纳米负离子粉对人体保持精力充沛以及对人类居住环境的改善有极大的帮助作用。在室内装修过程中使用的装潢材料挥发出来的苯、甲醛、酮、氨等刺激性气体以及日常生活中剩菜剩饭酸臭味,香烟等对人本有害的异味,用含负离子粉体的壁布、窗帘等或含负离子粉体的涂料,其释放的空气负离子都能有效地加以消除。
钛白粉:(英文名称:titanium dioxide),主要成分为二氧化钛(TiO2)的白色颜料。学名为二氧化钛(titanium dioxide),分子式为TiO2是一种多晶化合物,其质点呈规则排列,具有格子构造。在产品中提高遮盖力和白度。
重钙:重钙就是方解石粉,是重质碳酸钙的简称,是由天然碳酸盐矿物如方解石、大理石、石灰石磨碎而成。是常用的粉状无机填料,具有化学纯度高、惰性大、不易化学反应、热稳定性好、在400℃以下不会分解、白度高、吸油率低、折光率低、质软、干燥、不含结晶水、硬度低磨耗值小、无毒、无味、无臭、分散性好等优点。可根据需要提供不同粒度要求的普通重钙粉、超细重质碳酸钙、湿法研磨超细碳酸钙、超细表面改性重质碳酸钙。产中起到粉料填充作用。
高岭土:是一种非金属矿产,是一种以高岭石族粘土矿物为主的粘土和粘土岩。因呈白色而又细腻,又称白云土。因江西省景德镇高岭村而得名。其质纯的高岭土呈洁白细腻、松软土状,具有良好的可塑性和耐火性等理化性质。其矿物成分主要由高岭石、埃洛石、水云母、伊利石、蒙脱石以及石英、长石等矿物组成。在产品中提高遮盖力。
一种芦荟壁膜,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
按照本发明重量配比,在反应器中先加入水总用量80%,再投纳米光触媒,钛白粉,重钙,高岭土,纳米负离子粉以1100r/min的转速分散30-40min,之后在投入水基性净味树脂,芦荟凝胶和余下的水,以600-800r/min的在转速搅拌20min,即可得到成品。
本发明的技术优点是:
1、本发明提供的一种芦荟壁膜,采用纯天然芦荟叶,提取芦荟精华原汁,蕴含高纯度芦荟凝胶,添加植物纳米配方提炼而成,芦荟凝胶中的粘液含有一种独特的蛋白质,涂刷在墙面,使芦荟壁膜富有弹性,持久抗菌,耐擦洗,并且还可以吸收装修中家具等材料中释放的甲醛,达到净化空气的目的。
2、芦荟壁膜以水基性净味树脂为基料,水为分散介质,加入各种助剂,经一定工艺过程精制而成的功能性环保涂料,作出的墙面拥有肌肤般的手感,细腻滑润,表面用辊做出纹理纹路效果,满足墙面装饰的高档要求,芦荟壁膜的原材料都取用纳米级的颜填料,和环保水基性聚合树脂乳液,赋于芦荟壁膜干透后超强的耐水性能。
3、净醛净化的性能:首先吸附分解----强效可以强效吸附甲醛、苯、氨、TVOC等有害气体并分解转化成二氧化碳和水分子,48小时可甲醛93%、苯91%、TVOC94%,其次,清新空气---独特的分子筛自然过滤净化空气,达到清新空气的作用,最后,杀菌除霉---杀灭包括霉菌在内的细菌,达到抗霉效果。
4、产生负氧离子的性能:芦荟的茎、皮、叶等器官或组织分化成针状结构,会在空气中产生相互作用从而诱导产生负氧离子,该负氧离子为纯天然产生的,没有任何副作用,具有很好的清除人体内自由基、抗氧化疗效。空气负离子是OH-(H2O)n、O2-(H2O)n和CO4-(H2O)n,空气中适当浓度的负离子对人类的健康、长寿和生态环境具有十分有益的作用。
