粉末涂料是一种以石油化工原料为主而延生出来的新型环保材料,主要由低分子量树脂、助剂、填料等,在一定的条件下制备、喷涂、烘烤而形成具有一定的外观、光泽、颜色,并在物件表面起到防腐和装饰作用的涂膜。粉末涂料在实际应用过程中,如户外大门、阳台护栏等。经过一段时间,涂膜将会发生一定程度变化,如光泽下降、颜色变暗或冷白、涂层表面出现锈点、裂纹等,特别是垂纹银色粉末涂料,由于其主要颜料是铝粉,而铝偏偏又是一种很活跃,耐候性差,易腐蚀的材料,在阳光下一般2-3个月内就会粉化变黑,因此只能用于户内。

所述润湿剂包括润湿剂CF-10、润湿剂ZX-105、润湿剂BYK中的至少一种;
所述防腐剂包括防腐剂KY、防腐剂N-369、防腐剂JLB50中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂包括抗氧剂501、抗氧剂AT-330、抗氧剂626中的至少一种;
所述光稳定剂包括光稳定剂Tinuvin144、光稳定剂HS-3101、光稳定剂HS-3203中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述基体树脂包括聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述颜填料包括金属颜料﹑体质填料中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述金属颜料为双包膜珠光粉。
进一步地,所述体质填料包括碳酸钙、膨润土、石英粉、白炭黑、硫酸钡中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述固化剂包括氨基树脂、TGIC、多异氰酸酯、多元酚、酸酐中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述脱气剂包括安息香、硬脂酸、酰胺蜡中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述增韧剂包括苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述增光剂包括增光剂gz-56、增光剂LD-608、增光剂HR908中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种耐候垂纹银粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将基体树脂、颜填料、固化剂、脱气剂、分散剂、垂纹剂、增韧剂、增光剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧剂、光稳定剂放入混料缸预混合4-6min,得到均匀混合物;
S2:将步骤S1制得的均匀混合物通过挤出机在110-114℃下熔融挤出,并通过压片破碎机制片,冷却后制得片体;
S3:将步骤S2制得的片体采用切刀剪切,制得切粒;
S4:将步骤S3制得的切粒粉碎后过160-200目筛子,制得耐候垂纹银粉末涂料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的耐候垂纹银粉末涂料耐冲击性为62-69kg/cm,抗弯曲性为1.5-1.8mm,附着力为100%,抗老化实验中,变色≤2级,失光≤2级,无粉化、起泡、开裂、剥落等异常现象;
(2)本发明的耐候垂纹银粉末涂料具有耐候性,可以遮挡紫外线光对银粉的直射,具有较强的耐腐蚀性,长时间在阳光下不会粉化变黑,广泛应用于护栏、门业、铝型材等户外金属表面涂装。

所述基体树脂包括聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂中的至少一种;
所述颜填料包括金属颜料﹑体质填料中的一种或两种;
所述金属颜料是双包膜珠光粉;
所述体质填料包括碳酸钙、膨润土、石英粉、白炭黑、硫酸钡中的至少一种;

所述基体树脂是醇酸树脂;
所述颜填料是金属颜料﹑体质填料;
所述金属颜料是双包膜珠光粉;
所述体质填料是硫酸钡;
所述固化剂是氨基树脂;
所述脱气剂是安息香;
所述分散剂是分散剂POLYRON;
所述垂纹剂是垂纹剂HM-2;
所述增韧剂是苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体;
所述增光剂是增光剂gz-56;
所述润湿剂是润湿剂CF-10;

一种耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,以重量为单位,包括以下原料:基体树脂65份、颜填料35份、固化剂5份、脱气剂0.3份、分散剂1份、垂纹剂0.4份、增韧剂0.3份、增光剂0.3份、润湿剂0.2份、防腐剂0.2份、抗氧剂0.2份、光稳定剂0.2份;
所述基体树脂是聚酯树脂;
所述颜填料包括金属颜料﹑体质填料;
所述金属颜料是双包膜珠光粉;
所述体质填料是硫酸钡;
所述固化剂是TGIC;
所述脱气剂是硬脂酸;
所述分散剂是分散剂nc;
所述垂纹剂是垂纹剂ART-300;

一种耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,以重量为单位,包括以下原料:基体树脂70份、颜填料30份、固化剂5份、脱气剂0.5份、分散剂2份、垂纹剂0.8份、增韧剂0.6份、增光剂0.5份、润湿剂0.4份、防腐剂0.4份、抗氧剂0.3份、光稳定剂0.3份;
所述基体树脂是聚酯树脂;
所述颜填料为金属颜料﹑体质填料;
所述金属颜料是双包膜珠光粉;
所述体质填料包括膨润土、硫酸钡;
所述固化剂是多异氰酸酯;
所述脱气剂是酰胺蜡;
所述分散剂是分散剂CP-8131;
所述垂纹剂是垂纹剂HM-15;
所述增韧剂是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;
所述增光剂是增光剂HR908;

一种所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,以重量为单位,包括以下原料:基体树脂75份、颜填料25份、固化剂5份、脱气剂0.5份、分散剂1份、垂纹剂0.5份、增韧剂0.4份、增光剂0.3份、润湿剂0.2份、防腐剂0.2份、抗氧剂0.2份、光稳定剂0.2份;
所述基体树脂包括醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂;
所述颜填料包括金属颜料﹑体质填料;
所述金属颜料是双包膜珠光粉;
所述体质填料是硫酸钡、膨润土;
所述固化剂是TGIC;
所述脱气剂包括安息香、硬脂酸;
所述分散剂包括分散剂POLYRON、分散剂nc;

所述体质填料包括石英粉、白炭黑、硫酸钡;
所述固化剂包括多异氰酸酯、多元酚、酸酐;
所述脱气剂包括硬脂酸、酰胺蜡;

所述垂纹剂包括垂纹剂HM-2、垂纹剂ART-300、垂纹剂HM-15;

S4:将步骤S3制得的切粒粉碎后过180目筛子,制得耐候垂纹银粉末涂料。
检测实施例1-5制得的耐候垂纹银粉末涂料的性能指标,采用以下实验。
对实施例1-5制得的耐候垂纹银粉末涂料用喷涂机喷涂到0.2mm的马口铁板及0.5mm的冷轧铁板上,烘烤固化得到50-70μm的均匀涂膜,然后对该涂膜进行下列性能检测,具体测试结果及指标如下表所示。
由上表可知:本发明的耐候垂纹银粉末涂料耐冲击性为62-69kg/cm,抗弯曲性为1.5-1.8mm,附着力为100%,抗老化实验中,变色≤2级,失光≤2级,无粉化、起泡、开裂、剥落等异常现象,说明本发明的耐候垂纹银粉末涂料性能优。

1.一种耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,以重量为单位,包括以下原料:基体树脂60-80份、颜填料20-40份、固化剂4-6份、脱气剂0.3-0.6份、分散剂1-2份、垂纹剂0.2-0.4份、增韧剂0.3-0.6份、增光剂0.3-0.5份、润湿剂0.2-0.4份、防腐剂0.2-0.4份、抗氧剂0.2-0.3份、光稳定剂0.2-0.3份;
所述分散剂包括分散剂POLYRON、分散剂nc、分散剂CP-8131中的至少一种;
所述垂纹剂包括垂纹剂HM-2、垂纹剂ART-300、垂纹剂HM-15中的至少一种;
所述润湿剂包括润湿剂CF-10、润湿剂ZX-105、润湿剂BYK中的至少一种;
所述防腐剂包括防腐剂KY、防腐剂N-369、防腐剂JLB50中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂包括抗氧剂501、抗氧剂AT-330、抗氧剂626中的至少一种;
所述光稳定剂包括光稳定剂Tinuvin144、光稳定剂HS-3101、光稳定剂HS-3203中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述基体树脂包括聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂、酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述颜填料包括金属颜料﹑体质填料中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求3所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述金属颜料是双包膜珠光粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述体质填料包括碳酸钙、膨润土、石英粉、白炭黑、硫酸钡中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂包括氨基树脂、TGIC、多异氰酸酯、多元酚、酸酐中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述脱气剂包括安息香、硬脂酸、酰胺蜡中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述增韧剂包括苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述增光剂包括增光剂gz-56、增光剂LD-608、增光剂HR908中的至少一种。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述耐候垂纹银粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将基体树脂、颜填料、固化剂、脱气剂、分散剂、垂纹剂、增韧剂、增光剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧剂、光稳定剂放入混料缸预混合4-6min,得到均匀混合物;
S2:将步骤S1制得的均匀混合物通过挤出机在110-114℃下熔融挤出,并通过压片破碎机制片,冷却后制得片体;
S3:将步骤S2制得的片体采用切刀剪切,制得切粒;
S4:将步骤S3制得的切粒粉碎后过160-200目筛子,制得耐候垂纹银粉末涂料。
