Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强度超薄聚酯龙带。本发明所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带,包括自上而下依次粘连的第一橡胶层、TPU片材层、聚酯布层和第二橡胶层。本发明所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带,具有高强力,不受环境变化影响等特性;高定伸聚酯布在内侧,柔顺性好的TPU在其外侧,且带体很薄,使带子在弯曲使时不用受很大的力,具有很好的节电性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度超薄聚酯龙带,属于龙带生产的技术领域。
背景技术
龙带传动是平型带传动的一种形式,是由一个主动轮传动数十个到数百个被动轮(锭子)的多点传动。由于此带长而窄,运转时象条龙在游动,所以习惯上称作“龙带传动”。
在国内外,随着人们环保意识提高,国内政府对环境治理力度的加大,高能耗设备的淘汰,低能耗设备的补助等新的动态走向,纺织机械技术也向着高能效、低能耗的方向转变。这对传动龙带的技术要求大大提高,对龙带的材料,节能性,加工工艺,抗静电性、伸长率和平整度的要求也非常严格。为使龙带达到高效节能的目的,现国内外龙带均向着减小带体厚度,提高带体强度及防静电性能的方向发展。
目前中国的纺织机械主要是尼龙片基龙带和聚酯龙带。现使用的尼龙片基龙带,易吸湿伸长,带体较重,能耗较高,且接头方式采用磨头搭接涂粘合剂的方式,厚度也不够均匀,有方向性,不利于安装使用,也会发生跳带现象,不适用于高速运转的纺纱机械;现使用的聚酯龙带,聚酯布的两边均用弹性尼龙作为接头粘合层,带体较平整,较尼龙片基带明显提高,因弹性尼龙体的回弹性能、伸缩率不好易出现接头断开的现象,且两边均有弹性尼龙层,带体的厚度增加,运转的曲挠性有所降低,运转起来较费电,这块仍需改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足及今后的纺织机械发展趋势的要求,本发明提供一种高强度超薄聚酯龙带。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高强度超薄聚酯龙带,包括自上而下依次粘连的第一橡胶层、TPU片材层、聚酯布层和第二橡胶层;
第一橡胶层的原料质量组分如下:羧基橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、钛白粉4份、酞青绿1.2份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4020一份、防老剂RD一份、硫磺2.5份、脱模剂1份、导电剂5份、促进剂NS两份、白炭黑40份、Si-69三份、二辛脂11份;该配方具有极优异的耐磨性、耐屈挠龟裂性;
第二橡胶层的原料质量组分如下:羧基橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、钛白粉4份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4020一份、防老剂RD一份、硫磺2.5份、脱模剂一份、促进剂NS两份、导静电炭黑40份、Si-69三份、二辛脂11份。该配方体系具有极好的耐磨性能、耐屈挠性能及防静电性能。
聚酯布的优点:抗拉强度大,延伸好,抗老化,浸透性均匀,耐腐蚀,耐高温,尺寸稳定性好。TPU的优点:机械强度高:TPU承载能力、抗冲击性及减震性能突出;另外,TPU的玻璃态转变温度比较低,在零下35度仍保持良好的弹性、柔顺性和其他物理性能。TPU片材层的硬度为90A,软化点为120℃。TPU片材层有很好的柔软度。
优选的,聚酯布层为长纤聚酯布层。
进一步优选的,第一橡胶层和第二橡胶层的厚度为0.15~0.35mm;TPU片材层的厚度为0.4~1.2mm;聚酯布层的厚度为0.2~0.7mm。
优选的,所述第一橡胶层与TPU片材层之间采用热塑性树脂胶粘剂粘合;所述聚酯布层与TPU片材层之间采用热塑性树脂胶粘剂进行粘合。
优选的,所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带的接头间通过插接方式连接。
优选的,所述脱模剂为脱模剂WP2138;导电剂为导电剂HBS-508。
优选的,所述第二橡胶层与聚酯布层之间采用开姆洛克402粘合。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带,设置有TPU片材层,抗拉强度大,延伸好,抗老化,浸透性均匀,耐腐蚀,耐高温,尺寸稳定性好;
2、本发明所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带,具有高强力,不受环境变化影响等特性;高定伸聚酯布在内侧,柔顺性好的TPU片材在其外侧,且只用单层TPU片材,带子的厚度明显减小,使带子在弯曲使时不用受很大的力,具有很好的节电性;
3、本发明所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带,采用插接方式连接,接头平整度远高于原来的搭接方式,使龙带在运转的过程中保持良好的平稳性。

实施例1
如1图所示。
一种高强度超薄聚酯龙带,包括自上而下依次粘连的第一橡胶层1、TPU片材层4、聚酯布层2和第二橡胶层3;
第一橡胶层1的原料质量组分如下:羧基橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、钛白粉4份、酞青绿1.2份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4020一份、防老剂RD一份、硫磺2.5份、脱模剂1份、导电剂5份、促进剂NS两份、白炭黑40份、Si-69三份、二辛脂11份;;该配方具有极优异的耐磨性、耐屈挠龟裂性;
第二橡胶层3的原料质量组分如下:羧基橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、钛白粉4份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4020一份、防老剂RD一份、硫磺2.5份、脱模剂一份、促进剂NS两份、导静电炭黑40份、Si-69三份、二辛脂11份。该配方体系具有极好的耐磨性能、耐屈挠性能及防静电性能。
实施例2
如实施例1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其区别在于,聚酯布层2为长纤聚酯布层。
实施例3
如实施例2所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其区别在于,第一橡胶层1和第二橡胶层3的厚度为0.25mm;TPU片材层4的厚度为0.7mm;聚酯布层2的厚度为0.5mm。
实施例4
如实施例1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其区别在于,所述第一橡胶层1与TPU片材层4之间采用热塑性树脂胶粘剂粘合;所述聚酯布层2与TPU片材层4之间采用热塑性树脂胶粘剂进行粘合。
实施例5
如实施例1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其区别在于,所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带的接头间通过插接方式连接。
实施例6
如实施例1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其区别在于,所述脱模剂为脱模剂WP2138;导电剂为导电剂HBS-508。
实施例7
如实施例1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其区别在于,所述第二橡胶层3与聚酯布层2之间采用开姆洛克402粘合。
将实施例1制得的高强度超薄聚酯龙带测试相关性能和结果如表1所示:

由表1可知本发明所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带具有以下优点:耐高温,工作温度范围大;抗拉强度大,延伸好,尺寸稳定性好;电阻率低,抗静电效果好。

1.一种高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,包括自上而下依次粘连的第一橡胶层、TPU片材层、聚酯布层和第二橡胶层;
第一橡胶层的原料质量组分如下:羧基橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、钛白粉4份、酞青绿1.2份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4020一份、防老剂RD一份、硫磺2.5份、脱模剂1份、导电剂5份、促进剂NS两份、白炭黑40份、Si-69三份、二辛脂11份;
第二橡胶层的原料质量组分如下:羧基橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、钛白粉4份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂4020一份、防老剂RD一份、硫磺2.5份、脱模剂一份、促进剂NS两份、导静电炭黑40份、Si-69三份、二辛脂11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,聚酯布层为长纤聚酯布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,第一橡胶层和第二橡胶层的厚度为0.15~0.35mm;TPU片材层的厚度为0.4~1.2mm;聚酯布层的厚度为0.2~0.7mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,所述第一橡胶层与TPU片材层之间采用热塑性树脂胶粘剂粘合;所述聚酯布层与TPU片材层之间采用热塑性树脂胶粘剂进行粘合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,所述第二橡胶层与聚酯布层之间采用开姆洛克402粘合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,所述高强度超薄聚酯龙带的接头间通过插接方式连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高强度超薄聚酯龙带,其特征在于,所述脱模剂为脱模剂WP2138;导电剂为导电剂HBS-508。
