Abstract

本发明提供一种绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,包括底座,所述底座上设置有下模,所述下模上方设置有上模,所述上模和下模内设置有相对设置的型腔,所述下模两侧设置有顶升装置上端设置有移动轮,所述上模两侧设置有与移动轮相配合的移动装置,通过移动轮与移动装置配合带动上模左右移动,所述上模上方设置有横向轨道,上模在横向轨道上左右移动。通过移动装置和移动轮带动上模在横向轨道上左右移动,便于移开模具,设置顶升装置进行开模工作,设置红外线位置检测装置对上模和下模的合模位置进行确定,提高安全性能,延长设备的使用寿命,设置顶料气缸,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘骨架注塑领域,尤其涉及一种便于开模且方便移动的绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具。
背景技术
目前在制造绝缘骨架时,通常使用注塑模具对绝缘骨架进行注塑成型。但是目前的注塑模具,通常通过合模气缸对模具进行合模,但是在特殊情况下,需要对模具进行移动,目前需要人工对模具进行拆卸并移动,工作效率低下且容易造成模具损伤。因此,解决模具移动不便的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供便于开模且方便移动的绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,通过移动装置和移动轮带动上模在横向轨道上左右移动,便于移开模具,解决了模具移动不便的问题。
本发明提供一种绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,包括底座,所述底座上设置有下模,所述下模上方设置有上模,所述上模和下模内设置有相对设置的型腔,所述下模两侧设置有顶升装置上端设置有移动轮,所述上模两侧设置有与移动轮相配合的移动装置,通过移动轮与移动装置配合带动上模左右移动,所述上模上方设置有横向轨道,上模在横向轨道上左右移动。
进一步改进在于:所述移动装置上端设置有升降气缸,通过升降气缸调整移动装置的位置。
进一步改进在于:所述上模和下模之间设置有红外线位置检测装置,通过红外线位置检测装置对上模和下模的合模位置进行检测。
进一步改进在于:所述底座内部设置有顶料气缸,通过顶料气缸对下模内部的物料进行下料。
本发明的有益效果:通过移动装置和移动轮带动上模在横向轨道上左右移动,便于移开模具,设置顶升装置进行开模工作,设置红外线位置检测装置对上模和下模的合模位置进行确定,提高安全性能,延长设备的使用寿命,设置顶料气缸,提高工作效率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,包括底座1,所述底座1上设置有下模2,所述下模2上方设置有上模3,所述上模3和下模2内设置有相对设置的型腔4,所述下模2两侧设置有顶升装置5上端设置有移动轮6,所述上模3两侧设置有与移动轮6相配合的移动装置7,通过移动轮6与移动装置7配合带动上模3左右移动,所述上模3上方设置有横向轨道8,上模3在横向轨道8上左右移动。所述移动装置7上端设置有升降气缸9,通过升降气缸9调整移动装置7的位置。所述上模3和下模2之间设置有红外线位置检测装置10,通过红外线位置检测装置10对上模3和下模2的合模位置进行检测。所述底座1内部设置有顶料气缸11,通过顶料气缸11对下模2内部的物料进行下料。通过移动装置7和移动轮6带动上模3在横向轨道8上左右移动,便于移开模具,设置顶升装置5进行开模工作,设置红外线位置检测装置10对上模3和下模2的合模位置进行确定,提高安全性能,延长设备的使用寿命,设置顶料气缸11,提高工作效率。

1.一种绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,包括底座(1),所述底座(1)上设置有下模(2),所述下模(2)上方设置有上模(3),所述上模(3)和下模(2)内设置有相对设置的型腔(4),其特征在于:所述下模(2)两侧设置有顶升装置(5)上端设置有移动轮(6),所述上模(3)两侧设置有与移动轮(6)相配合的移动装置(7),通过移动轮(6)与移动装置(7)配合带动上模(3)左右移动,所述上模(3)上方设置有横向轨道(8),上模(3)在横向轨道(8)上左右移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,其特征在于:所述移动装置(7)上端设置有升降气缸(9),通过升降气缸(9)调整移动装置(7)的位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,其特征在于:所述上模(3)和下模(2)之间设置有红外线位置检测装置(10),通过红外线位置检测装置(10)对上模(3)和下模(2)的合模位置进行检测。
4.如权利要求1所述的绝缘骨架横向移动注塑模具,其特征在于:所述底座(1)内部设置有顶料气缸(11),通过顶料气缸(11)对下模(2)内部的物料进行下料。
