一种蚕丝柔顺剂
【技术领域】
本发明属于柔顺剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种蚕丝柔顺剂。
【背景技术】
传统方式加工蚕丝被的工艺简单,品种极为单一,以传统工艺加工的蚕丝被经使用后,丝纤维易缠结、粘连,随之弹性和保暖性将会随之降低,需要经常翻拆、扯松,才能保持蚕丝被原有的优良服饰性能。
为赋予蚕丝优良的膨松、柔软、高弹等性能,需对蚕丝进行精加工,使蚕丝纤维空隙膨大,制成的蚕丝棉具有膨松、高弹性、纤维间不结板的特点。通过对蚕丝进行膨化处理,可增加蚕丝纤维膨松性、高弹性、柔软性,可有效防止丝纤维间不粘丝、缠结,提高蚕丝被的实用性。
蚕丝柔顺剂的作用就好像是为蚕丝纤维的表面均匀地上一层保护膜,蚕丝纤维表面由于吸附了柔顺剂,蚕丝纤维间的摩擦系数降低了、可移动性增强了,蚕丝纤维固有的平滑、延伸、压缩性能也得到了恢复,所以蚕丝变得更加柔软、蓬松、有弹性。在目前蚕丝进行精加工过程中需要用到蚕丝柔顺剂,但是效果并不是很好,还不能满足工厂实际生产的需求。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种蚕丝柔顺剂,以解决蚕丝纤维易缠结、粘连,随之弹性和保暖性将会随之降低等问题。本发明的蚕丝柔顺剂杀菌性能优,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到96%以上;本发明制备方法简单、方便可行,蚕丝柔顺剂制备成本低,有力于推广应用。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蚕丝柔顺剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:表面活性剂80-100份、消泡剂6-10份、稳泡剂3-5份、渗透剂2-4份、乳化剂2-3份、分散剂1-2份、交联剂2-4份、调节剂2-3份、增稠剂2-3份、防腐剂1-2份、香味剂0.8-1.2份、水700-1000份;
所述表面活性剂为聚丙烯酰胺;
所述稳泡剂为聚乙烯醇;
所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述交联剂磷酸二乙酯;
所述蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将表面活性剂加入水中,升温至44-46℃搅拌溶解,制得混合液Ⅰ;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液Ⅰ加入渗透剂、乳化剂、分散剂、交联剂、增稠剂,加热至58-62℃,在超声波作用下,在转速为200-300r/min搅拌处理25-30min,制得混合液Ⅱ;
S3:停止加热和超声波作用,向步骤S2制得的混合液Ⅱ加入消泡剂和稳泡剂,在转速为100-300r/min下搅拌5-10min,制得混合液Ⅲ;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液Ⅲ中加入防腐剂和香味剂,在转速为100-200r/min下搅拌3-5min,制得混合液Ⅳ;
S5:向步骤S4制得的混合液Ⅳ中加入调节剂,使pH值为5-5.4,制得蚕丝柔顺剂。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明蚕丝柔顺剂杀菌性能优,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到96%以上;
(2)本发明蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能平均值为15s,与目前其它相关产品的再润湿性能(以毛细效应时间计)平均值为30-40s相比,本发明是目前现有产品效果的2-2.67倍,可见本发明蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能更好;
(3)本发明制备方法简单、方便可行,蚕丝柔顺剂制备成本低,有力于推广应用。

S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液Ⅲ中加入防腐剂和香味剂,在转速为200r/min下搅拌3min,制得混合液Ⅳ;
S5:向步骤S4制得的混合液Ⅳ中加入调节剂,使pH值为5.4,制得蚕丝柔顺剂。
性能测试:
(1)采用本发明实施例1-3的蚕丝柔顺剂与市售普通柔顺剂对蚕丝进行清漂洗,其柔顺度和色强度检测结果如下表1所示。

(2)杀菌性能进行检测:对本发明实施例1-3的蚕丝柔顺剂的杀菌性能进行检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌97%-98%,大肠杆菌96%-97%,白色念珠菌96%-97%。
(3)按照《衣物柔顺剂再润湿性能的测定》标准中规定的试验程序,对本发明实施例1-3中的蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能进行试验,结果如下表2所示。

从表2可以看出本发明蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能平均值为15s,而目前其它相关产品的再润湿性能(以毛细效应时间计)平均为30-40s,即本发明是目前现有产品效果的2-2.67倍,可见本发明蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能好。

Claims (8)

1.一种蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:表面活性剂80-100份、消泡剂6-10份、稳泡剂3-5份、渗透剂2-4份、乳化剂2-3份、分散剂1-2份、交联剂2-4份、调节剂2-3份、增稠剂2-3份、防腐剂1-2份、香味剂0.8-1.2份、水700-1000份;
所述表面活性剂为聚丙烯酰胺;
所述稳泡剂为聚乙烯醇;
所述乳化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述交联剂磷酸二乙酯;
所述蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将表面活性剂加入水中,升温至44-46℃搅拌溶解,制得混合液Ⅰ;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液Ⅰ加入渗透剂、乳化剂、分散剂、交联剂、增稠剂,加热至58-62℃,在超声波作用下,在转速为200-300r/min搅拌处理25-30min,制得混合液Ⅱ;
S3:停止加热和超声波作用,向步骤S2制得的混合液Ⅱ加入消泡剂和稳泡剂,在转速为100-300r/min下搅拌5-10min,制得混合液Ⅲ;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液Ⅲ中加入防腐剂和香味剂,在转速为100-200r/min下搅拌3-5min,制得混合液Ⅳ;
S5:向步骤S4制得的混合液Ⅳ中加入调节剂,使pH值为5-5.4,制得蚕丝柔顺剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为硅烷改性丙酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂烷基苯磺酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂月桂醇硫酸钾。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述调节剂为醋酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡拉胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为喹氧灵。
8.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述香味剂为薰衣草精油。
