本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料。
背景技术
随着建筑业的发展,涂料的需求量与日俱增。涂料是一种材料,这种材料的可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜,这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。物件暴漏在大气之中,受到氧气、水分等的侵蚀,容易造成金属锈蚀、木材腐朽,水泥风华等破坏现象,现有建筑外墙用涂料的防水和耐污性能均无法满足实际使用时的需求,因此亟需开发一种具有优异防水和耐紫外线性能的建筑内墙用涂料。

本发明提出的一种建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸乳液80-120份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯30-50份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯10-30份、复合添加剂2-8份、纳米硼酸锌3-5份、氢氧化镁3-9份、滑石粉2-6份、凹凸棒石4-8份、白刚玉微粉6-12份、氟化碳3-5份、过硫酸钠2-4份、氧化铝3-5份、三聚磷酸铝1-5份、纳米硫酸钡2-6份、氟硅油1-3份、钼酸钠1-5份、二甲苯3-6份、丙二醇3-8份、紫外线吸收剂1-3份、分散剂2-4份、硅烷偶联剂kh-560 3-5份、湿润剂2-5份、水16-23份。
优选地,改性丙烯酸乳液的原料按重量份包括:丙烯酸丁酯3-9份、甲基丙烯酸2-5份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1-4份、苯乙烯2-5份、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺3-6份、八甲基环四硅氧烷1-5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份、碳酸氢钠3-6份、去离子水1-7份、过硫酸铵2-8份、无水氯化钙2-5份、氨水1-5份。
优选地,改性丙烯酸乳液按如下工艺进行制备:将丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、八甲基环四硅氧烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀得到物料a;将碳酸氢钠、氨水和去离子水混合得到物料b;将物料a滴加到物料b中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束后,继续搅拌10-20min得到物料c;将过硫酸铵和无水氯化钙加入物料c中,接着升温至84-88℃,保温1-3h,冷却至室温得到改性丙烯酸乳液。

本发明的一种建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其原料包括改性丙烯酸乳液、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、复合添加剂、纳米硼酸锌、氢氧化镁、滑石粉、凹凸棒石、白刚玉微粉、氟化碳、过硫酸钠、氧化铝、三聚磷酸铝、纳米硫酸钡、氟硅油、钼酸钠、二甲苯、丙二醇、紫外线吸收剂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂kh-560、湿润剂和水,以改性丙烯酸乳液、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯和对苯二甲酸二辛酯作为成膜物质,并添加复合添加剂、纳米硼酸锌、氢氧化镁、滑石粉、凹凸棒石、白刚玉微粉、氟化碳、过硫酸钠、氧化铝、三聚磷酸铝和纳米硫酸钡作为填料,其中,复合添加剂由纳米二氧化钛和活性炭制成,纳米二氧化钛不仅具有很强的防紫外线性能,同时当活性炭吸附物质后立即在表面扩散,移到纳米二氧化钛处被分解,活性炭再被活化,当光照时,由于纳米二氧化钛的作用而起到除臭、杀菌和防污的目的,二氧化钛表面与水的接触角为72°,经紫外线照射时,水的接触角为5°以下,甚至可以达到0°。水滴可完全浸润其表面,显示非常强的超亲水性,利用二氧化钛的超亲水性,可使本发明的涂料具有优异的防污性能,使其表面具有长期的自清洁去污效应,同时使得本发明的涂料具有优异的防紫外线性能;以氟硅油、钼酸钠、二甲苯、丙二醇、紫外线吸收剂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂kh-560、湿润剂和水作为助剂,合理控制配比,填料对主料改性丙烯酸乳液的补强作用,有效提高了丙烯酸乳液的耐磨性能和防水性能,助剂对成膜物质配合,有效提高了本发明涂料的综合性能,使得本发明的涂料具有优异的阻燃、防水、耐污、耐紫外线性能;添加的改性丙烯酸乳液以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、碳酸氢钠、去离子水、过硫酸铵、无水氯化钙和氨水,其中单体作为聚合物的主体,其配比对乳液的最终性能有关键性作用。丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为主单体,同时加入了功能性单体甲基丙烯酸和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,合理控制配比,有效提高了乳液的成膜性能;并采用八甲基环四硅氧烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷对单体进行改性,合理控制配比,有效提高了改性丙烯酸乳液的防水性,进一步提高了本发明涂料的防水性能;并添加乳化剂碳酸氢钠、过硫酸铵、无水氯化钙和氨水,使得改性后的丙烯酸乳液粘度降低,稳定性好,具有较低的吸水率,进一步提高了本发明涂料的防水性能。

改性丙烯酸乳液按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将6份丙烯酸丁酯、3.5份甲基丙烯酸、2.5份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、3.5份苯乙烯、4.5份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、3份八甲基环四硅氧烷和3份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀得到物料a;将4.5份碳酸氢钠、3份氨水和4份去离子水混合得到物料b;将物料a滴加到物料b中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束后,继续搅拌15min得到物料c;将5份过硫酸铵和3.5份无水氯化钙加入物料c中,接着升温至86℃,保温2h,冷却至室温得到改性丙烯酸乳液。

改性丙烯酸乳液按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将9份丙烯酸丁酯、2份甲基丙烯酸、4份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、2份苯乙烯、6份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、1份八甲基环四硅氧烷和4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀得到物料a;将3份碳酸氢钠、5份氨水和1份去离子水混合得到物料b;将物料a滴加到物料b中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束后,继续搅拌20min得到物料c;将2份过硫酸铵和5份无水氯化钙加入物料c中,接着升温至84℃,保温3h,冷却至室温得到改性丙烯酸乳液。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸乳液85份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯45份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、复合添加剂7份、纳米硼酸锌3.5份、氢氧化镁8份、滑石粉3份、凹凸棒石7份、白刚玉微粉8份、氟化碳4.5份、过硫酸钠2.5份、氧化铝4.5份、三聚磷酸铝2份、纳米硫酸钡5份、氟硅油1.5份、钼酸钠4份、二甲苯4份、丙二醇7份、紫外线吸收剂1.5份、分散剂3.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh-560 3.5份、湿润剂4份、水17份。
改性丙烯酸乳液按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份丙烯酸丁酯、4份甲基丙烯酸、2份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、4份苯乙烯、4份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、4份八甲基环四硅氧烷和2.5份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀得到物料a;将5份碳酸氢钠、2份氨水和6份去离子水混合得到物料b;将物料a滴加到物料b中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束后,继续搅拌12min得到物料c;将7份过硫酸铵和3份无水氯化钙加入物料c中,接着升温至87℃,保温1.5h,冷却至室温得到改性丙烯酸乳液。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸乳液115份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯35份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯25份、复合添加剂3份、纳米硼酸锌4.5份、氢氧化镁4份、滑石粉5份、凹凸棒石5份、白刚玉微粉10份、氟化碳3.5份、过硫酸钠3.5份、氧化铝3.5份、三聚磷酸铝4份、纳米硫酸钡3份、氟硅油2.5份、钼酸钠2份、二甲苯5份、丙二醇4份、紫外线吸收剂2.5份、分散剂2.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh-560 4.5份、湿润剂3份、水22份。
改性丙烯酸乳液按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份丙烯酸丁酯、3份甲基丙烯酸、3份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、3份苯乙烯、5份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、2份八甲基环四硅氧烷和3.5份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀得到物料a;将4份碳酸氢钠、4份氨水和2份去离子水混合得到物料b;将物料a滴加到物料b中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束后,继续搅拌18min得到物料c;将3份过硫酸铵和4份无水氯化钙加入物料c中,接着升温至85℃,保温2.5h,冷却至室温得到改性丙烯酸乳液。

Claims (9)
1.一种建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸乳液80-120份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯30-50份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯10-30份、复合添加剂2-8份、纳米硼酸锌3-5份、氢氧化镁3-9份、滑石粉2-6份、凹凸棒石4-8份、白刚玉微粉6-12份、氟化碳3-5份、过硫酸钠2-4份、氧化铝3-5份、三聚磷酸铝1-5份、纳米硫酸钡2-6份、氟硅油1-3份、钼酸钠1-5份、二甲苯3-6份、丙二醇3-8份、紫外线吸收剂1-3份、分散剂2-4份、硅烷偶联剂kh-560 3-5份、湿润剂2-5份、水16-23份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,复合添加剂由纳米二氧化钛和活性炭按重量比为2-5:1-3混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯酸乳液的原料按重量份包括:丙烯酸丁酯3-9份、甲基丙烯酸2-5份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1-4份、苯乙烯2-5份、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺3-6份、八甲基环四硅氧烷1-5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份、碳酸氢钠3-6份、去离子水1-7份、过硫酸铵2-8份、无水氯化钙2-5份、氨水1-5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯酸乳液按如下工艺进行制备:将丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、八甲基环四硅氧烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷混合均匀得到物料a;将碳酸氢钠、氨水和去离子水混合得到物料b;将物料a滴加到物料b中,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束后,继续搅拌10-20min得到物料c;将过硫酸铵和无水氯化钙加入物料c中,接着升温至84-88℃,保温1-3h,冷却至室温得到改性丙烯酸乳液。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯酸乳液、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、氟硅油、钼酸钠、二甲苯、丙二醇、紫外线吸收剂、分散剂、硅烷偶联剂kh-560、湿润剂和水的重量比为85-115:35-45:15-25:1.5-2.5:2-4:4-5:4-7:1.5-2.5:2.5-3.5:3.5-4.5:3-4:17-22。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,改性丙烯酸乳液、复合添加剂、纳米硼酸锌、氢氧化镁、滑石粉、凹凸棒石、白刚玉微粉、氟化碳、过硫酸钠、氧化铝、三聚磷酸铝和纳米硫酸钡的重量比为85-115:3-7:3.5-4.5:4-8:3-5:5-7:7-11:3.5-4.5:2.5-3.5:3.5-4.5:2-4:3-5。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和氟硅油的重量比为4-8:3-4:2-3:3-4:4-5:2-4:2.5-3.5:35-45:15-25:1.5-2.5。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸乳液85-115份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯35-45份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯15-25份、复合添加剂3-7份、纳米硼酸锌3.5-4.5份、氢氧化镁4-8份、滑石粉3-5份、凹凸棒石5-7份、白刚玉微粉8-10份、氟化碳3.5-4.5份、过硫酸钠2.5-3.5份、氧化铝3.5-4.5份、三聚磷酸铝2-4份、纳米硫酸钡3-5份、氟硅油1.5-2.5份、钼酸钠2-4份、二甲苯4-5份、丙二醇4-7份、紫外线吸收剂1.5-2.5份、分散剂2.5-3.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh-5603.5-4.5份、湿润剂3-4份、水17-22份。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的建筑外墙用防水耐紫外线涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸乳液100份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯40份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯20份、复合添加剂5份、纳米硼酸锌4份、氢氧化镁6份、滑石粉4份、凹凸棒石6份、白刚玉微粉8份、氟化碳4份、过硫酸钠3份、氧化铝4份、三聚磷酸铝3份、纳米硫酸钡4份、氟硅油2份、钼酸钠3份、二甲苯4.5份、丙二醇5.5份、紫外线吸收剂2份、分散剂3份、硅烷偶联剂kh-560 4份、湿润剂3.5份、水14.5份。
