而木制托盘市场价格一般在80~120元/个,取100元,其价格远远高于纸托盘价格。同时,通过实验对两个托盘在承载性能做了比较。对本设计瓦楞纸托盘制作1:2模型进行抗压强度试验,其在承受1400kg重载时,也未能损坏,因为托盘是通过接触面积受力承载的,当其尺寸缩小一半时,其接触面积缩小四倍,因而其承载重量缩减为原尺寸的四分之一。则其实际规格的托盘能够承受5600kg以上的重量。其对比结果如表1所示,结果显示,同等规格下,纸制托盘在承载性能上优于木制托盘,而其制造成本却是木制托盘的四分之一,所以综合考虑,瓦楞纸托盘的性价比比较明显,同时,在环保以及回收方面,瓦楞纸托盘有很强大的优势。The market price of wooden pallets is generally 80-120 yuan per piece, and the price is much higher than that of paper pallets at 100 yuan.
