本发明公开了一种复合机床的电主轴,包括主轴箱体、轴承、主轴、与主轴联结的端盖、与端盖联接的圆环、装于圆环上的至少一个锁紧油缸,其特征在于在主轴外固设有转子线圈,在主轴箱体内固设有对应的定子线圈。作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述主轴箱体与定子线圈之间还设有冷却套,在主轴箱体和冷却套之间设有环形的油槽,在主轴箱体上设有与油槽相通的进油管和出油管;在所述主轴的后端装有角度编码器。本发明能实现主轴的高速、高精度旋转,并在铣削时实现高精度定位。

复合机床的电主轴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合机床的电主轴。
背景技术
当前使用的车铣复合机床中,主轴部件如图1所示,包括主轴箱体20、通过轴承装于主轴箱体20内的主轴21、与主轴21联结的端盖22、与端盖22联接的圆环23、装于圆环23上的锁紧油缸24、以及电机25、皮带传动机构26;当进行车削加工时,锁紧油缸24内的两磨擦片27松开圆环23,电机25通过皮带传动机构26带动主轴21旋转;当锁紧油缸24内的两磨擦片27抱死圆环23时,主轴21固定,可进行固定的铣削加工; 这种结构的缺点是;
1)在车削时主轴21能达到的最大回转速度低,不能满足高速的要求,且皮带传动会影响主轴21的旋转精度;
2)此结构在铣削时定位精度不高,且难以改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上的不足,提供一种复合机床的电主轴,它能实现主轴的高速、高精度旋转,并在铣削时实现高精度定位。
为达到上述目的,本发明的复合机床的电主轴,包括主轴箱体、轴承、主轴、与主轴联结的端盖、与端盖联接的圆环、装于圆环上的至少一个锁紧油缸,其特征在于在主轴外固设有转子线圈,在主轴箱体内固设有对应的定子线圈;
本发明通过对定子线圈和转子线圈通电,带动主轴转动,使得转动无间隙,响应快,满足高速和高精度的要求;
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述主轴箱体与定子线圈之间还设有冷却套,在主轴箱体和冷却套之间设有环形的油槽,在主轴箱体上设有与油槽相通的进油管和出油管;通过通入冷却油,可对主轴、定子线圈、转子线圈进行冷却,保证主轴长期地正常运行;
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述主轴的后端装有角度编码器;在铣削时可实现高精度定位;
综上所述,本发明能实现主轴的高速、高精度旋转,并在铣削时实现高精度定位。

具体实施方式
由图2所示,该复合机床的电主轴,包括主轴箱体1、轴承2、主轴3、装于主轴3后端的角度编码器4、与主轴3联结的端盖5、与端盖5联接的圆环6、装于圆环6上对称的两个锁紧油缸7、固设在主轴3外的转子线圈8、固设在主轴箱体1内对应的定子线圈9、设置在主轴箱体1与定子线圈9之间的冷却套10,其中在主轴箱体1和冷却套10之间还设有环形的油槽11,在主轴箱体1上设有与油槽11相通的进油管12和出油管13;
本发明在车削时,锁紧油缸7内的两磨擦片14松开圆环6,通过对定子线圈9和转子线圈8通电,带动主轴3转动,使得转动无间隙,响应快,满足高速和高精度的要求;当锁紧油缸7内的两磨擦片14抱死圆环6时,主轴3固定,可进行固定的铣削加工,同时角度编码器4可实现高精度定位。

1. 一种复合机床的电主轴,包括主轴箱体、轴承、主轴、与主轴联结的端盖、与端盖联接的圆环、装于圆环上的至少一个锁紧油缸,其特征在于在主轴外固设有转子线圈,在主轴箱体内固设有对应的定子线圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合机床的电主轴,其特征在于在所述主轴箱体与定子线圈之间还设有冷却套,在主轴箱体和冷却套之间设有环形的油槽,在主轴箱体上设有与油槽相通的进油管和出油管。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的复合机床的电主轴,其特征在于在所述主轴的后端装有角度编码器。
