本发明涉及一种草本浓缩速溶粉。
【背景技术】
身体主要由三方面吸收能量一碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质。这些元素在体内“燃烧”，继而转化为每天所需的能量，当吸收的能量.比身体实际所摄取的多出时，能量便会转化成脂肪积存体内。
人们在现在忙碌而紧张的生活当中，为了能够维持身体平衡，加强身体免疫力，就需要做到日常的营养膳食搭配以及合理的身体锻炼，但是现在生活的高节奏也影响了大部分人都无法做到上述两点，以致于很多人处于亚健康状态。
如果可以除了日常少量适当的运动以外，可以通过保健品帮助人们解油腻，助消化，降脂，以使人们维持身体的健康平衡的同时，还能够适当提高身体免疫力。
正是由于上述原因，促使我们开发了一种新的产品方案。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种能提神醒脑、降脂消食，帮助身体维持健康平衡的草本浓缩速溶粉。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题，本发明采用下述技术方案：
本发明为一种草本浓缩速溶粉，包含有以下原料：茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末，所述茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末的重量比为10:2。
所述的茶叶粉末包括有红茶粉末、绿茶粉末和黑茶粉末。
所述的草本茶粉末包括有肉豆蔻粉末、锦葵花粉末和木槿花粉末。
一种草本浓缩速溶粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A、将茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末与纯净水进行恒温浸提,得到浸提液；
B、将浸提液冷却24小时,再将浸提液进行过滤得到滤液；
C、将上述制得的滤液进行真空浓缩,得浓缩液；
D、对上述浓缩液进行喷雾干燥得水份低于4%的速溶粉，再将速溶粉进行过筛、杀菌即可。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明制备的草本浓缩速溶粉，既能够降脂、消食除腻，能够清理肠胃，加速燃烧脂肪，还能够提神醒脑，另外，还能够提供身体所需的维生素，帮助身体维持健康平衡。

本发明为一种草本浓缩速溶粉，包含有以下原料：茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末，所述茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末的重量比为10:2。
所述的茶叶粉末包括有红茶粉末、绿茶粉末和黑茶粉末。
所述的草本茶粉末包括有肉豆蔻粉末、锦葵花粉末和木槿花粉末。
一种草本浓缩速溶粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A、将茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末与纯净水进行恒温浸提,得到浸提液；
B、将浸提液冷却24小时,再将浸提液进行过滤得到滤液；
C、将上述制得的滤液进行真空浓缩,得浓缩液；
D、对上述浓缩液进行喷雾干燥得水份低于4%的速溶粉，再将速溶粉进行过筛、杀菌即可。
由于茶叶中含有咖啡因，而咖啡因具有兴奋中枢神经的作用，因此，茶具有提神醒脑的功效，由于茶叶中含有茶多酚，茶多酚具有增强机体抵抗力、抗氧化的作用，因此，茶又具有调节免疫的功效，另外，茶叶还能消食除腻。而肉豆蔻有温中，行气，消食，除痰，固肠，醒酒解毒的功效，在中医上有多种用途，主治寒凝气滞之心腹胀痛，脾虚或肾虚之泻泄，呕吐，食积腹痛，肾虚头痛，脾虚头痛，脾阳受困所致脘腹痞闷，口苦黏腻，呕吐痰涎等诸症。锦葵花含有单宁酸和维他命A、B1等，常喝能使皮肤白皙；木槿花，性平，具有清热、利湿、凉血功效，可治疮肿、小便不利和痢疾腹泻，在中医上有多种用途。由上述可知，本发明制备的草本浓缩速溶粉，既能够降脂、消食除腻，能够清理肠胃，加速燃烧脂肪，还能够提神醒脑，另外，还能够提供身体所需的维生素，帮助身体维持健康平衡。

4.一种草本浓缩速溶粉的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
A、将茶叶粉末和草本茶粉末与纯净水进行恒温浸提,得到浸提液；
B、将浸提液冷却24小时,再将浸提液进行过滤得到滤液；
C、将上述制得的滤液进行真空浓缩,得浓缩液；
D、对上述浓缩液进行喷雾干燥得水份低于4%的速溶粉，再将速溶粉进行过筛、杀菌即可。
