Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle-mounted image shooting device and a vehicle. The vehicle-mounted image shooting device comprises a plurality of cameras and a display device, wherein the cameras are connected with the display device, respectively mounted on each rear-view mirror of the vehicle, and used for shooting real-time image information of surrounding environment of the vehicle; the display device is mounted on a center control platform of a driving cabin of the vehicle, and used for displaying the real-time image information shot by the cameras. According to the vehicle-mounted image shooting device disclosed by the invention, the problems that in the prior art, a driver can observe surrounding environment conditions of the vehicle only through a left rear-view mirror, a right rear-view mirror and a middle rear-view mirror, the observing range is limited, and a potential safety hazard is caused because the driver needs to turn the head from left to right to observe the left rear-view mirror and the right rear-view mirror are solved; the cameras are used in the vehicle-mounted image shooting device disclosed by the invention, so that the driver can observe rear conditions through the cameras, rear-view images are displayed on the display device in the vehicle through a vehicle body system, the rear-view range is extended, and besides, the situation that the driver needs to turn the head from left to right to observe the rear-view mirror to obtain the rear-view range is avoided.

In the process of backing a car, because a driver often is difficult to accurately know the situation behind the car, the driver is easy to collide in the process of backing the car, and people collision accidents occur, so that dangers occur. In the prior art, rear-view mirrors are arranged on the left and right sides of a cab of each automobile to observe the left and right rear conditions of a driven vehicle, but the conditions of four wheels cannot be visually seen, and the current reversing radar can only identify basic obstacles behind the automobile but is unwarranted under the condition that a vehicle body has a gully, so that the area of the automobile wheels is often the hardest to master, and people often worry about whether the automobile wheels hit things or fall into the gully. Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, the environment conditions around the vehicle are observed only through the left rear-view mirror, the right rear-view mirror and the middle rear-view mirror of the vehicle, the observation range is limited, and the driver needs to shake the head left and right to check the left rear-view mirror and the right rear-view mirror, so that potential safety hazards are caused, an effective solution is not provided.

Optionally, the vehicle-mounted camera device further includes a heating device and/or a blowing device, wherein the heating device is configured to heat the camera, and the blowing device is configured to dissipate heat of the camera.
Optionally, the camera is mounted below a housing of the rearview mirror; or the camera is arranged above the shell of the rearview mirror; or the camera is arranged on the mirror surface of the rearview mirror.
Optionally, the camera is mounted on the rear view mirror by at least one of: the camera is arranged on the rearview mirror in a manner of bonding by strong glue; the camera is arranged on the rearview mirror in a screw fixing mode; and the camera is arranged inside the rearview mirror in an embedded mode.
Optionally, the mirror surface of the camera and the mirror surface of the rear view mirror are in the same plane.
Optionally, the vehicle-mounted imaging apparatus further includes: and the correcting device is connected to the plurality of cameras and is used for carrying out distortion removal and correction processing on the real-time image information through preset camera shooting parameters.

Through the vehicle-mounted camera device, the cameras are arranged on the rearview mirrors of the vehicle, and the image information of the periphery of the vehicle shot by the cameras is displayed in the display device in the vehicle, at the moment, a driver of the vehicle can visually see the pictures at the rear parts of two sides of the vehicle and can observe the conditions of the side surfaces and wheels of the vehicle, so that the driver can know the conditions around the vehicle according to the images of the cameras and make reasonable driving arrangement in time, the problems that the environmental conditions around the vehicle are observed only through the left rearview mirror, the right rearview mirror and the middle rearview mirror of the vehicle, the observation range is limited and the driver needs to shake left and right to check the left rearview mirror to cause potential safety hazards are solved, the camera is used for rearview through the invention, the rearview image is displayed on the display device in the vehicle through a vehicle body system, the rearview range is increased, and the situation that the driver needs to swing left and right to watch the rearview mirror to obtain the rearview range is avoided, the display device can enable a driver to know the road conditions and the vehicle conditions of the left side, the right side and the rear side at the same time, shorten the observation time of the driver and concentrate the attention of the driver.
The display device may be a dedicated display of the camera device, and is installed in a conspicuous place in the vehicle, for example, on a dashboard of the vehicle. Under the condition that the number of display devices in the vehicle is large, the camera of the embodiment can be connected to the display devices in the compatible vehicle, and images shot by the camera are displayed through the display devices, so that the installation links are reduced, the investment cost of a driver is reduced, and the utilization rate of the devices in the vehicle is improved.

In a dim light condition, such as night driving or daytime driving, when entering a tunnel lamp, when the camera is turned on, the lighting condition of the camera is poor due to the dim light, the picture displayed on the display is darker, and the image is blurred, as shown in fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, the vehicle-mounted camera device further includes a compensation light source 41 installed around the camera for compensating the light intensity if the light intensity is lower than a predetermined threshold value. The compensation light source can be an infrared emission device or other light source devices so as to solve the problem that the camera cannot clearly shoot under dim light conditions.
The plurality of cameras may be of various types, and in an alternative embodiment, the plurality of cameras may be high-definition wide-angle cameras or fisheye cameras.

the camera is arranged on the rearview mirror in a manner of bonding by strong glue;
the camera is arranged on the rearview mirror in a screw fixing mode;
and the camera is arranged inside the rearview mirror in an embedded mode.
5. The vehicle-mounted camera device according to claim 1, wherein the mirror surface of the camera and the mirror surface of the rear view mirror are in the same plane.
6. The in-vehicle image pickup apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
