本发明涉及一种机加工装置,具体地说是在车轮机加工过程中的一种自动刻字的装置。
背景技术
在汽车车轮的加工过程中,车轮加工完成以后需要在车轮外轮辋的不同位置刻上相应的文字信息,目的是为了添加车轮的可追溯性。目前,车轮生产企业通常采用气动刻字和激光刻字这两种方式,这两种刻字方式存在效率低下、劳动量大和刻字不清晰等问题。本发明介绍了一种高效、刻字清晰的全自动在线刻字装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种车轮自动刻字装置。

底盘和法兰盘中有对应的销孔,定位销分别与底盘和法兰盘的销孔连接,保证底盘和法兰盘的装配精度。
伺服电机C和直线导轨A固定在安装架上,丝杠A与滑动架A和伺服电机C相连,伺服电机C通过丝杠A能够带动滑动架A沿着直线导轨A上下运动;直线导轨B和伺服电机D固定在滑动架A上,丝杠B与滑动架B和伺服电机D相连,跳动检测器安装在滑动架B上,检测辊安装在跳动检测器上,伺服电机D通过丝杠B能够带动滑动架B、跳动检测器和滑动架B沿着直线导轨B左右水平运动。
实际使用时,车轮通过辊道输送到本装置工作位置,通压缩空气,升降气缸带动装夹机构升高,车轮法兰面与法兰盘接触,接着,升降气缸带动车轮抬至指定位置。油缸的油缸杆处于收缩状态,在弹簧的作用下,涨瓣的斜面与涨芯的上锥面接触。根据车轮中心孔直径的大小,通过伺服电机A带动涨芯旋转特定的角度,使涨瓣的斜面与涨芯的相应的斜面配合,接着,油缸开始工作,油缸克服弹簧弹力带动连接轴B和涨芯向上运动,通过涨瓣与涨芯斜面的斜面配合,各涨瓣沿着法兰盘和底盘内腔形成的8个均布的T型滑槽内同步向外侧运动,最终涨瓣接触到车轮的中心孔,车轮的定位涨紧工序完成。依据加工车轮各项尺寸参数,通过伺服电机C和伺服电机D控制刻字机和刻字刀运动到车轮外轮辋许刻字位置,接着,伺服电机A带动车轮转动,同时,刻字机控制刻字刀在车轮外轮辋上刻字,通过控制伺服电机A的转速,刻字机完成车轮外轮辋周向刻字的工作。
本发明能满足车轮刻字的需要,同时具有结构简单、便于制作、性能稳定、精度能满足加工要求的特点,能适应自动化生产的需要。

下端盖(19)、压盖(25)和底盘(27)固定在轴套A(18)上,伺服电机B(17)安装在下端盖(19),轴套B(21)通过轴承B(26)、压盖(25)安装在轴套A(18)上,油缸(22)固定在轴套B(21)内部,油缸(22)的输出端与连接轴B(32)连接,伺服电机B(17)通过连接轴B(20)与轴套B(21)连接,涨芯(34)通过连接轴C(32)与轴套B(21)连接,涨芯(34)、连接轴C(32)与轴套B(21)周向锁死,无相对转动,连接轴C(32)和轴套B(21)可以相对轴向运动,法兰盘(28)固定在底盘(27)上,法兰盘(28)和底盘(27)内腔形成8个均布的T型滑槽,8个涨瓣(31)底面分别与8个T型滑槽一一对应,涨瓣(31)可以在滑槽内顺畅高精度的滑动,涨瓣(31)内侧壁为15°斜面, 8个弹簧(30)的两端分别法兰盘(28)和8个涨瓣(31)连接;涨芯(34)侧面为两组均匀间隔分布的15°斜面(34-1)和(34-2),每组斜面数量为8个,两斜面存在高度差,两组斜面的上端侧壁交汇于锥面(34-3),涨芯(34)处于最底位置时,涨瓣(31)的侧壁与涨芯(34)锥面(34-3)接触,伺服电机B(17)通过连接轴B(20)、轴套B(21)、连接轴C(32)带动涨芯(34)转动22.5°,涨瓣(31)配合斜面可以在涨芯(34)的斜面(34-1)和(34-2)之间转换;油缸(22)带动连接轴C(32)和涨芯(34)上下运动,通过涨瓣(31)与涨芯(34)斜面的斜面配合,8个涨瓣(31)沿着法兰盘(28)和底盘(27)内腔形成的8个均布的T型滑槽内同步向心和离心运动, 8个涨瓣(31)实现高精度同步涨缩功能;
伺服电机C(35)和直线导轨A(37)固定在安装架(45)上,丝杠A(36)与滑动架A(38)和伺服电机C(35)相连,伺服电机C(35)通过丝杠A(36)能够带动滑动架A(38)沿着直线导轨A(37)上下运动;直线导轨B(39)和伺服电机D(41)固定在滑动架A(38)上,丝杠B(40)与滑动架B(42)和伺服电机D(41)相连,刻字机(43)安装在滑动架B(42)上,刻字刀(44)安装在刻字机(43)上,伺服电机D(41)通过丝杠B(40)能够带动滑动架B(42)、刻字机(43)和滑动架B(42)沿着直线导轨B(39)左右水平运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮在线检测跳动装置,其特征是:底盘(27)和法兰盘(28)中有对应的销孔,定位销(29)分别与底盘(27)和法兰盘(28)的销孔连接,保证底盘(27)和法兰盘(28)的装配精度。
