乌龙茶是中国十大名茶之一,属于半发酵茶类,其中乌龙茶中的铁观音乌龙茶独具“观音韵”,有天然馥郁的兰花香,滋味醇厚甘鲜,回甘悠久,汤色金黄浓艳似琥珀 ;金观音乌龙茶,香气馥郁幽长,滋味醇厚回甘,“韵味”显,汤色金黄清澈 ;金萱乌龙茶具独特奶花香气,是台湾茶中较独具特色的茶品,它最大的品质特征是有一股明显的“奶香”。速溶乌龙茶为速溶茶粉中的一种,精选优质乌龙茶,经过现代分离纯化技术,即冲即饮,轻便易携带,为减肥人士所热爱。乌龙茶的药理作用,突出表现在分解脂肪、减肥等方面,深受日本、东南亚等国家的青睐。传统的乌龙茶保健功能较少,本发明针对目前现有技术中茶饮料品种繁多,长期饮用会伤及脾胃、导致人体内垃圾增多,给健康带来隐患等问题,提供了一种速溶乌龙茶。

为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种速溶乌龙茶,由以下重量份计的组分组成:乌龙茶50-80份、桃叶15-25份、枸杞叶10-20份、黄瓜籽10-15份、猴头菇13-18份、山药15-20份、黄芪10-15份、陈皮10-20份。
优选的,由以下重量份计的组分组成:乌龙茶70份、桃叶20份、枸杞叶15份、黄瓜籽13份、猴头菇15份、山药17份、黄芪12份、陈皮15份。
一种速溶乌龙茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)萎调:选用新鲜的茶叶,取出杂质洗净后,通风干燥至茶叶含水量为60-80%;
(2)摇青:使用摇青机对茶叶进行摇青;
(3)杀青:将摇青获得的茶叶,于100-150℃下,杀青4-5min;
(4) 研磨:将茶叶研磨至粉末状,并于90-100℃下干燥1-2h,过100目获得茶叶粉,待用;
(5)取桃叶、枸杞叶、黄瓜籽、猴头菇、山药、黄芪、陈皮分别干燥之后研磨成粉末,并将各成分混合,加入到茶叶粉中,混合均匀,分装入袋。
枸杞叶富含甜菜碱、芦丁以及多种氨基酸和微量元素等。常饮枸杞叶茶具有养肝明目、软化血管等保健功效。
桃叶是蔷薇科植物桃的叶子,每年夏秋采摘,味苦,性平。在我国各地均有分布,含有熊果酸、橙皮素等化学成份,本品可外用也可内服,具有清热解毒,杀虫止痒的功效。
黄瓜籽是葫芦科植物黄瓜的种子。黄瓜籽有补钙、接骨、壮骨、强身的作用,对老年人的腰腿疼、骨质疏松、骨股头坏死都有很好的作用。
猴头菇作为食材,是美味菜肴。同时,猴头菇也是药材,具有养胃和中的功效,用于胃、十二指肠溃疡及慢性胃炎的治疗。另外,现代医学和药理学的很多研究对猴头菇多糖的药用功效概括为提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血脂等多种生理功能。
山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。山药最适宜与灵芝搭配服用,具有防治糖尿病的作用,山药在食品业和加工业上大有发展前途。
黄芪的药用迄今已有2000多年的历史,其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
陈皮具有理气健脾、燥湿化痰功效。
