本发明涉及一种机械类技术领域。
背景技术
目前,用弹簧自身弹力进行堵料后清理工作腔,效果不明显,还需要进行人工清理,劳动强度大,工作时间长,危险性高。如专利号为200620047994.3的一种圆锥破碎机液压清腔机构,用到千斤顶,不太理想。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明提供一种圆锥破碎机液压清腔机构,就能达到降低劳动强度,提高工作效率的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:由支撑螺母套、弹簧组件、清腔顶杆和液压缸组成的圆锥破碎机液压清腔机构,其特征是:在弹簧组件上设置有螺母支撑套,弹簧组件下设置有相匹配的清腔顶杆,清腔顶杆下设置有液压缸。
使用时液压油站控制液压缸,顶起清腔顶杆,抬起支撑套实现清腔动作;反之,弹簧自动复位,保持原有工作腔大小。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单、使用方便、清理圆锥破碎机工作腔效果好。

具体实施方式
图1中,在弹簧组件2上设置有螺母支撑套1,弹簧组件下设置有相匹配的清腔顶杆3,清腔顶杆下设置有液压缸4。
使用时液压油站控制液压缸,顶起清腔顶杆,抬起支撑套实现清腔动作;反之,弹簧自动复位,保持原有工作腔大小。
