背景技术
衰老是一种自然的过程，生物分子自然交联学说对此作过比较系统的阐述。该学说在论证生物体衰老的分子机制时指出：生物体是一个不稳定的化学体系，属于耗散结构。体系中各种生物分子具有大量的活泼基团，它们必然相互作用发生化学反应使生物分子缓慢交联以趋向化学活性的稳定。随着时间的推移，交联程度不断增加，生物分子的活泼基团不断消耗减少，原有的分子结构逐渐改变，这些变化的积累会使生物组织逐渐出现衰老现象。重金属是皮肤与身体加速衰老的第一杀手。现在很多化妆品种都加有除皱抗衰老成分。
中国专利库中公开了一种抗衰老的化妆品及其制备方法(CN201110027205.5)，化妆品中含有固体油脂1～5％、液体油脂9.5～20％、乳化剂1～5％、保湿剂10～22％、LureminTM0.5～4.5％、BIOTIGHTENER0.5～4.5％，余量为水。制备方法包括将固体油脂、液体油脂、乳化剂加热搅拌溶解，得油相；将保湿剂、去离子水加热搅拌溶解，得水相；将油相和水相混合均匀，搅拌乳化，得到乳化液；在乳化液中添加LureminTM、BIOTIGHTENER，搅拌均匀，得到产品。本发明的抗衰老的化妆品，为一种微流动至非流动不透明膏霜，肤感柔润，铺展性好易吸收，冷热稳定性优异等特点。本发明的化妆品，可以明显地提高皮肤的弹性，抗衰老作用好。本发明的制备工艺简单可控，得到的产品一致性好，方便推广。
中国专利库中公开了一种添加薰衣草提取物的抗衰老化妆品(CN201310313652.6)，本发明的抗衰老化妆品的主要活性成分是薰衣草提取物，也可以是薰衣草提取物和其它抗氧化剂混合，所述的抗氧化剂可以是红花油、辅酶Q10之中的任一选；其余成分为制备化妆品的原料，剩余量为去离子水。这种化妆品选用安全无污染的绿色化妆品原料，符合人们对化妆品安全、无毒的要求，也符合人们回归大自然的流行时尚。经过测试无刺激性，具有良好的祛眼袋、抗衰老、紧致肌肤的功效。
目前，市面上保湿抗衰老类化妆品的除皱抗衰老效果不明显，且使用不当容易加速皱纹出现。因此，选择何种植物，并将其安全的应用到化妆品中达到更好的防治痤疮效果，是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品及其制备方法，将香椿提取物、维他命、防晒剂、抗氧化剂、抗皱赋活剂、抗敏剂、美白剂、保湿剂、PH调理剂、增稠剂、螯合剂、乳化剂、防腐剂和水通过一系列工艺流程制成有良好保湿抗衰老效用的化妆品组合，具体可制成修复霜、修复乳、精华霜等产品。

根据本发明的第二方面，提供含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：
(1)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂和元宝枫籽油依次投入油相锅中，加热至70-85℃，等所有组分熔解后保温，制得A相；
(2)将维他命、抗皱赋活剂、防晒剂、抗敏剂、美白剂、保湿剂、螯合剂、增稠剂和去离子水依次投入乳化锅中，加热至70-85℃，保温15-30m使其充分溶解，制得B相；
(3)将步骤(1)制得的A相和步骤(2)制得的B相依次抽入到均质器中，均质5-15分钟，搅拌速率为2000-4000rpm，而后保温搅拌15-45m，搅拌速率为30-50rpm；
(4)将步骤(3)中的乳液冷却至40-45℃，加入氢氧化钾，搅拌均匀；
(5)加入香椿提取液和防腐剂，搅拌均匀，得到保湿抗衰老类化妆品组合物。
本发明的有益效果是：有效地提高皮肤弹性、延缓皮肤衰老；改善肤色，坚持使用有美白效果；增加抗敏剂，防止过敏现象；螯合重金属，消除重金属污染；舒缓皱纹，改善皮肤，提高皮肤的光亮度和白皙度。

(4)将步骤(3)中的乳液冷却至40-45℃，加入氢氧化钾，搅拌均匀；
(5)加入香椿提取液和防腐剂，搅拌均匀，得到保湿抗衰老类化妆品组合物。
香椿的营养价值较高，除了含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物外，还有丰富的维生素、胡萝卜素、铁、磷、钙等多种营养成分。祖国医学认为，香椿味苦、性平、无毒，有开胃爽神、祛风除湿、止血利气、消火解毒的功效，故民间有“常食香椿芽不染病”的说法。现代医学及临床经验也表明，香椿能保肝、利肺、健脾、补血、舒筋；如香椿煎剂对肺炎球菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌等有抑制作用；用鲜椿芽、蒜瓣、盐捣烂外敷，对治疮痛肿毒有较好疗效。

实施例2
含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，按重量份计，包括以下组分：香椿提取物10份、维他命1.5份、生育酚1份、辅酶Q101.2份、酵母提取液1.5份、天然维生素E2.6份、银杏提取液0.8份、红酒多酚2.2份、二氧化钛0.8份、氧化锌1.2份、对氨基苯甲酸酯及其衍生物1.1份、甘草酸二钾0.4份、辛酰水杨酸0.8份、熊果苷1.3份、VC乙基醚1.8份、烟酰胺0.8份、红花提取液1.2份、甘油5.5份、丁二醇3.2份、海藻提取液2.4份、透明质酸钠0.05份、氢氧化钾0.15份、元宝枫籽油0.8份、螯合剂0.45份、增稠剂0.15份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.5份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.6份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.8份、聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基硬脂基双醚0.8份、山梨酸钾0.3份、苯甲酸钠0.2份、去离子水60份。
实施例3
含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，按重量份计，包括以下组分：香椿提取物15份、维他命1.2份、生育酚1.2份、辅酶Q101份、酵母提取液1.8份、天然维生素E2.5份、银杏提取液1.2份、红酒多酚1.6份、二氧化钛1.2份、氧化锌1.1份、对氨基苯甲酸酯及其衍生物0.8份、甘草酸二钾0.4份、辛酰水杨酸0.6份、熊果苷1.5份、VC乙基醚2份、烟酰胺0.8份、红花提取液0.8份、甘油6份、丁二醇4份、海藻提取液2份、透明质酸钠0.05份、氢氧化钾0.13份、元宝枫籽油0.7份、螯合剂0.5份、增稠剂0.15份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.5份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.6份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2份、聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基硬脂基双醚0.8份、山梨酸钾0.3份、苯甲酸钠0.2份、去离子水50份。
上述实施例1-3的制备方法如下:
(1)将鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基硬脂基双醚、生育酚、辅酶Q10、元宝枫籽油依次投入油相锅中，加热至70-85℃，等所有组分熔解后保温，制得A相；
(2)将维他命、酵母提取液、天然维生素E、银杏提取液、红酒多酚、二氧化钛、氧化锌、对氨基苯甲酸酯及其衍生物、甘草酸二钾、辛酰水杨酸、熊果苷、VC乙基醚、烟酰胺、红花提取液、甘油、丁二醇、海藻提取液、透明质酸钠、增稠剂、螯合剂和去离子水依次投入乳化锅中，加热至70-85℃，保温15-30m使其充分溶解，制得B相；
(3)将步骤(1)制得的A相和步骤(2)制得的B相依次抽入到均质器中，均质5-15分钟，搅拌速率为2000-4000rpm，而后保温搅拌15-45m，搅拌速率为30-50rpm；
(4)将步骤(3)中的乳液冷却至40-45℃，加入氢氧化钾，搅拌均匀；
(5)依次加入香椿提取液、苯甲酸钠、羟苯甲酯，搅拌均匀，得到保湿抗衰老类化妆品组合物。
对比例1
维他命1.2份、生育酚0.6份、辅酶Q101.5份、酵母提取液1.8份、天然维生素E2.3份、银杏提取液1.2份、红酒多酚2份、二氧化钛0.8份、氧化锌1.5份、对氨基苯甲酸酯及其衍生物0.8份、甘草酸二钾0.4份、辛酰水杨酸0.6份、熊果苷1.5份、VC乙基醚2份、烟酰胺0.8份、红花提取液1.2份、甘油5份、丁二醇4份、海藻提取液2.6份、透明质酸钠0.05份、氢氧化钾0.15份、元宝枫籽油0.7份、螯合剂0.5份、增稠剂0.15份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.5份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.6份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2份、聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基硬脂基双醚0.8份、山梨酸钾0.3份、苯甲酸钠0.2份、去离子水70份。
对比例2
维他命1.5份、生育酚1份、辅酶Q101.2份、酵母提取液1.5份、天然维生素E2.6份、银杏提取液0.8份、红酒多酚2.2份、二氧化钛0.8份、氧化锌1.2份、对氨基苯甲酸酯及其衍生物1.1份、甘草酸二钾0.4份、辛酰水杨酸0.8份、熊果苷1.3份、VC乙基醚1.8份、烟酰胺0.8份、红花提取液1.2份、甘油5.5份、丁二醇3.2份、海藻提取液2.4份、透明质酸钠0.05份、氢氧化钾0.15份、元宝枫籽油0.8份、螯合剂0.45份、增稠剂0.15份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.5份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.6份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1.8份、聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基硬脂基双醚0.8份、山梨酸钾0.3份、苯甲酸钠0.2份、去离子水60份。

效果测试
每个实施例和对比例均选择100人进行试用。
使用方法：用各实施例和对比例制备的保湿抗衰老霜涂抹脸部和颈部，每日早晚各1次。
疗效评定标准：使用者用后脸部和颈部肤色细腻光滑、白皙、皱纹减少、皮肤有光泽为有效。试用结果：实施例1～3的使用者连续试用8周后有效率达到91％，对比例1～3的使用者连续试用8周后有效率45％。
最后说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制，本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换，只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围，均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (10)
1.含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，按重量份计，包括以下组分：香椿提取物5-15份、维他命0.6-3.2份、抗氧化剂1-5份、抗皱赋活剂3-12份、防晒剂1-3份、抗敏剂0.5-2份、美白剂2.5-6份、保湿剂2-12份、氢氧化钾0.03-0.2份、元宝枫籽油0.5-2份、螯合剂0.3-1.2份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、乳化剂1.5-5.8份、防腐剂0.2-1份、去离子水40-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述抗氧化剂为重量份比为(1-3)：(2-5)的生育酚和辅酶Q10的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述抗皱赋活剂为重量份比为(1-3)：(1-2.5)：(0.6-1.8)：(1-3.5)的酵母提取液、天然维生素E、银杏提取液和红酒多酚的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述防晒剂为重量份比为(1-3)：(2-4)：(1.5-4)的二氧化钛、氧化锌和对氨基苯甲酸酯及其衍生物的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述抗敏剂为重量份比为(1-2.5)：(1.5-4)的甘草酸二钾、辛酰水杨酸的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述美白剂为重量份比为(1-2.5)：(2-4)：(0.3-1.2)：(0.5-2.4)的熊果苷、VC乙基醚、烟酰胺和红花提取液的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述保湿剂为重量份比为(3-10)：(2-8)：(0.1-3)：(0.1-0.6)的甘油、丁二醇、海藻提取液和透明质酸钠的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述乳化剂为重量份比为(1-3)：(1-3)：(0.5-3)：(0.05-2)的鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇和聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基硬脂基双醚的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品，其特征在于，所述防腐剂为重量份比为(3-5)：(2-4)的山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠混合物。
10.含香椿提取物的保湿抗衰老类化妆品的制备方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：
(1)将乳化剂、抗氧化剂和元宝枫籽油依次投入油相锅中，加热至70-85℃，等所有组分熔解后保温，制得A相；
(2)将维他命、抗皱赋活剂、防晒剂、抗敏剂、美白剂、保湿剂、螯合剂、增稠剂和去离子水依次投入乳化锅中，加热至70-85℃，保温15-30m使其充分溶解，制得B相；
(3)将步骤(1)制得的A相和步骤(2)制得的B相依次抽入到均质器中，均质5-15分钟，搅拌速率为2000-4000rpm，而后保温搅拌15-45m，搅拌速率为30-50rpm；
(4)将步骤(3)中的乳液冷却至40-45℃，加入氢氧化钾，搅拌均匀；
(5)加入香椿提取液和防腐剂，搅拌均匀，得到保湿抗衰老类化妆品组合物。
