本发明涉及卷烟滤棒技术领域,尤其涉及一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒。
背景技术
香烟燃烧产生的有害物质,如焦油中的N-亚硝胺、苯并芘、自由基等,严重危害烟民的身体健康,中国烟民众多,吸烟有害健康,在目前的情况下必须提高卷烟的安全性,在降低有害物质的同时不可避免的导致香味物质的损失,因此要进行加香研究,提高卷烟的风味,满足消费者的需求。滤嘴可以有效截留卷烟烟气中的有害物质,因此新型滤嘴材料的研究对于降低卷烟烟气中焦油及其他有害成分具有很重要的意义。吸附技术在卷烟加香减害中有重要的应用,吸附剂吸附香精后添加在滤嘴中,可以满足加香的要求;另外滤嘴处添加适当的高吸附性能的吸附剂,可以吸附烟气中的CO。
《改性多孔材料在卷烟加香减害CO中的应用》一文中作者提出选择清香型香料二氢猕猴桃内酯和香叶基丙酮为应用研究对象,选择了硅酸铝、蒙脱土和MCM-C41为吸附储香材料,针对目前存在香料物质从这些多孔材料中释放效率不高的问题,通过负载葡萄糖再高温碳化的方法进行改性,实验结果表明碳化改性后的吸附剂,其表面的酸性基团均增多,碱性基团均减少,二氢猕猴桃内酯和香叶基丙酮在改性后的吸附剂上的脱附活化能减小,表明此改性方法可有有效削弱吸附剂表明与香料物质的结合力,有助于香料物质的缓释;在降低CO部分,本文分别通过不同铜源制备活性炭负载铜的吸附剂,实验表明制备得到的两种吸附剂都具有较好的降低CO作用。虽然作者在加香减害各方面效果不错,但是综合实际效果和成本考虑,过程繁琐,不具备很好的实际应用,不利于大规模推广,本发明从实际出现,了解我国烟草行业使用的滤棒材料主要是二醋酸纤维素和聚丙烯纤维,二醋酸纤维素降焦作用明显,口感舒适,但其原料来源有限,价格高,生产工艺复杂,污染严重,聚丙烯纤维价格低廉,化学稳定性好,但由于该材料的极性小、表面光滑、对烟气中的烟碱和焦油的吸附能力叫二醋酸纤维差,使得它只能用于低档香烟中,本发明对聚丙烯纤维进行改性,使纤维表面粗糙,引入官能团,增强其吸附截留烟气有害成分的性能,降低成本,节约资源,使发明具备良好的社会效益和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:硬脂酸钙4.8-6、聚丙烯树脂80-90、聚乙烯醇1.3-1.5、二苄叉山梨醇0.4-0.6、硅胶5.6-7、活性炭2.2-3、阔叶木12-15、膨润土2.2-3、氯化镁0.7-1、植物废弃物7-9、去离子水适量。
所述一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将阔叶木加到去离子水中打浆制成浓度在12-18%的浆料,再加入膨润土、氯化镁和植物废弃物,转移至水热反应釜中,在密闭的条件下180-200℃下晶化反应6-8h,反应结束后逐渐冷却至室温,得到碳水凝胶产物,用去离子水清洗数遍后烘干,然后置于液氮下冷冻干燥3-5h,结束后真空干燥中30-40℃下干燥1-2h;
(2)将硬脂酸钙加到15-18倍量的松节油中,搅拌均匀至溶解,然后加入40%的聚丙烯树脂混合,加热搅拌至聚丙烯完全溶解,待温度冷却至40-55℃时加入聚乙烯醇和二苄叉山梨醇,超声分散均匀,然后加到双螺杆挤出机中造粒制成母粒,用乙醇洗涤数次后烘干和剩余的聚丙烯树脂共混改性制成改性聚丙烯备用;
(3)将硅胶、活性炭和步骤(2)制备的改性聚丙烯分别置于烘箱中烘干,控干水分,冷却后将改性聚丙烯切成颗粒,将改性聚丙烯颗粒和活性炭颗粒在密炼机中熔融共混20min,然后加入硅胶继续共混30min,取出冷却后切割成粒径均匀的颗粒,之后置于毛细管流变仪中,制成混合原丝,将原丝夹持在夹具上,在170-180℃的环境加热箱内,以10mm/min的速度均匀拉伸制成纤维;
(4)将步骤(1)制备的产物上负载香精,通过粘合剂涂覆在步骤(3)制备的改性复合聚丙烯纤维上,烘干后按照常规的方法制成卷烟滤棒即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明为了节约资源降低污染,选用聚丙烯纤维代替二醋酸纤维作为卷烟滤棒,为了改善聚丙烯纤维的缺点采用硬脂酸钙等对聚丙烯改性,使其表面出现孔洞、裂缝和沟槽增加其比表面积,并且还采用多孔和微孔材料硅胶、活性炭对聚丙烯改性,使其成为微孔聚丙烯材料,进一步提高其吸附性,并且采用固相拉伸的手段制成纤维,避免了静电纺丝中离子液体对聚丙烯纤维吸附性能的影响,提高了安全性,并且对香烟中有害物质起到很好的截留作用,还利用廉价的植物废物作为原料,充分利用资源,经过化学反应制备碳气凝胶,并且在其表面负载镁离子提高了对烟气中有害物质的吸附,并且自身效果机械强度好,作为载体材料效果好,自身稳定性高,吸附效果好,本发明制备的卷烟滤棒可使烟气细腻柔和,刺激性降低,烟香柔和并提升卷烟抽吸质量,具有明显的降刺、增香、提高质量的性能,应用前景良好。
具体实施方式
一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:硬脂酸钙4.8、聚丙烯树脂80、聚乙烯醇1.3、二苄叉山梨醇0.4、硅胶5.6、活性炭2.2、阔叶木12、膨润土2.2、氯化镁0.7、植物废弃物7、去离子水适量。
所述一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将阔叶木加到去离子水中打浆制成浓度在12%的浆料,再加入膨润土、氯化镁和植物废弃物,转移至水热反应釜中,在密闭的条件下180℃下晶化反应6h,反应结束后逐渐冷却至室温,得到碳水凝胶产物,用去离子水清洗数遍后烘干,然后置于液氮下冷冻干燥3h,结束后真空干燥中30℃下干燥1h;
(2)将硬脂酸钙加到15倍量的松节油中,搅拌均匀至溶解,然后加入40%的聚丙烯树脂混合,加热搅拌至聚丙烯完全溶解,待温度冷却至40℃时加入聚乙烯醇和二苄叉山梨醇,超声分散均匀,然后加到双螺杆挤出机中造粒制成母粒,用乙醇洗涤数次后烘干和剩余的聚丙烯树脂共混改性制成改性聚丙烯备用;
(3)将硅胶、活性炭和步骤(2)制备的改性聚丙烯分别置于烘箱中烘干,控干水分,冷却后将改性聚丙烯切成颗粒,将改性聚丙烯颗粒和活性炭颗粒在密炼机中熔融共混20min,然后加入硅胶继续共混30min,取出冷却后切割成粒径均匀的颗粒,之后置于毛细管流变仪中,制成混合原丝,将原丝夹持在夹具上,在170℃的环境加热箱内,以10mm/min的速度均匀拉伸制成纤维;
(4)将步骤(1)制备的产物上负载香精,通过粘合剂涂覆在步骤(3)制备的改性复合聚丙烯纤维上,烘干后按照常规的方法制成卷烟滤棒即可。
按照实施例制备卷烟样品,与只添加聚丙烯纤维的卷烟作为对照,参照ISO和GB的方法进行检测,测试结果如下:
对照卷烟:
抽吸口数(口/支):8.1;总粒相物(mg/支):14.45;烟碱(mg/支):1.15;焦油(mg/支):9.5;Cd降低率(%):14.5;Pb降低率(%):14.6;CO(mg/支):11.5;
试验卷烟:
抽吸口数(口/支):7.8;总粒相物(mg/支):11.48;烟碱(mg/支):1.04;焦油(mg/支):9.2;Cd降低率(%):21.21;Pb降低率(%):20.22;CO(mg/支):10.2。
Claims (2)
1.一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:硬脂酸钙4.8-6、聚丙烯树脂80-90、聚乙烯醇1.3-1.5、二苄叉山梨醇0.4-0.6、硅胶5.6-7、活性炭2.2-3、阔叶木12-15、膨润土2.2-3、氯化镁0.7-1、植物废弃物7-9、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种改善卷烟抽吸品质的卷烟滤棒,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将阔叶木加到去离子水中打浆制成浓度在12-18%的浆料,再加入膨润土、氯化镁和植物废弃物,转移至水热反应釜中,在密闭的条件下180-200℃下晶化反应6-8h,反应结束后逐渐冷却至室温,得到碳水凝胶产物,用去离子水清洗数遍后烘干,然后置于液氮下冷冻干燥3-5h,结束后真空干燥中30-40℃下干燥1-2h;
(2)将硬脂酸钙加到15-18倍量的松节油中,搅拌均匀至溶解,然后加入40%的聚丙烯树脂混合,加热搅拌至聚丙烯完全溶解,待温度冷却至40-55℃时加入聚乙烯醇和二苄叉山梨醇,超声分散均匀,然后加到双螺杆挤出机中造粒制成母粒,用乙醇洗涤数次后烘干和剩余的聚丙烯树脂共混改性制成改性聚丙烯备用;
(3)将硅胶、活性炭和步骤(2)制备的改性聚丙烯分别置于烘箱中烘干,控干水分,冷却后将改性聚丙烯切成颗粒,将改性聚丙烯颗粒和活性炭颗粒在密炼机中熔融共混20min,然后加入硅胶继续共混30min,取出冷却后切割成粒径均匀的颗粒,之后置于毛细管流变仪中,制成混合原丝,将原丝夹持在夹具上,在170-180℃的环境加热箱内,以10mm/min的速度均匀拉伸制成纤维;
(4)将步骤(1)制备的产物上负载香精,通过粘合剂涂覆在步骤(3)制备的改性复合聚丙烯纤维上,烘干后按照常规的方法制成卷烟滤棒即可。
