农业微耕机自动离合器
技术领域
本发明属于农业机械技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种农业微耕机的自动离合器。
背景技术
目前,农业微耕机上一般是采用皮带张紧离合或机械离合方式来实现同轴线上主、从动机构之间的断开或结合的。在皮带张紧离合方式中,通过人工控制外接的操纵机构使皮带压紧主、从动皮带轮,动力从主动皮带轮传递到从动皮带轮上,再进一步通过变速机构传递到旋耕机具上,实现耕整作业。皮带张紧离合方式在作业过程中操纵机构的调整较复杂,皮带磨损严重且易断裂、可靠性差,离合分离不彻底,从而容易造成微耕机换挡困难,变速机构内部齿轮容易因此而损坏。机械离合方式中大都采用湿式摩擦片离合器结构,使用时需要手工操作,操作不方便,而且结构复杂,制造成本高,寿命短,传递的扭矩小。近年来,也有在微耕机上使用蹄块式自动离心离合器的,其动力输入是通过皮带轮、连接套及蹄块定位盘传递到蹄块上,动力输出则是通过离合器罩壳传递到传动轴,输出与输入同向,由于存在输入皮带轮,因此仍然存在结构复杂、传递扭矩小的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、传递扭矩大、工作可靠的农业微耕机自动离合器。
为解决上述技术问题,本本发明的农业微耕机自动离合器,具有罩壳及位于罩壳内的蹄块,在蹄块与罩壳内侧壁相对的面上设有摩擦片,两个以上的蹄块呈周向排列并且相邻两蹄块之间连接有弹簧,蹄块的一端用销轴定位在主动盘上,主动盘的轴颈孔里设有内花键,罩壳的外侧通过铆钉安装有连接盘,连接盘的轴颈孔里设有内花键。
使用时,主动盘上的内花键孔直接与汽油机或柴油机等动力设备的输出轴相连,与罩壳相连的连接盘则直接与变速箱输入轴或旋耕机具的轴相连。动力先通过主动盘传递到蹄块组件上,蹄块组件随主动盘一起旋转,随着转速的提高,在离心力的作用下蹄块克服弹簧的拉力向外甩,使蹄块上的摩擦片与罩壳内侧壁接触,在摩擦力的作用下蹄块带动罩壳一起旋转,实现结合而将动力传递到连接盘上。微耕机在作业过程中当速度降低时,蹄块受到地离心力会减小,当小于弹簧的拉力时,蹄块上的摩擦片与罩壳内侧壁脱离接触,则离合器实现分离。
本发明与现有微耕机上使用的自动离心离合器相比,结构得到了简化,动力传递更直接,传递的扭矩更大,工作更可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明的农业微耕机自动离合器,具有罩壳1及位于罩壳1内的蹄块2,在蹄块2与罩壳1内侧壁相对的面上设有摩擦片3,三个蹄块2呈周向均匀排列并且相邻两蹄块2之间连接有弹簧4,蹄块2的一端用销轴5定位在主动盘6上,主动盘6的轴颈孔里设有内花键6a,罩壳1的外侧通过铆钉8安装有连接盘7,连接盘7的轴颈孔里设有内花键7a。
装配时,主动盘6上的内花键孔6a直接与汽油机或柴油机等动力设备的输出轴相连,与罩壳1相连的连接盘7则直接与变速箱输入轴或旋耕机具的轴相连。动力先通过主动盘6传递到蹄块2组件上,蹄块2组件随主动盘6一起旋转,随着转速的提高,在离心力的作用下蹄块2克服弹簧4的拉力向外甩,使蹄块2上的摩擦片3与罩壳1内侧壁接触,在摩擦力的作用下蹄块2带动罩壳1一起旋转,实现结合而将动力传递到连接盘7上。微耕机在作业过程中当速度降低时,蹄块2受到的离心力会减小,当小于弹簧4的拉力时,蹄块2上的摩擦片3与罩壳1内侧壁脱离接触,则离合器实现分离。

1.一种农业微耕机自动离合器,包括罩壳(1)及位于罩壳(1)内的蹄块(2),在蹄块(2)与罩壳(1)内侧壁相对的面上设有摩擦片(3),两个以上的蹄块(2)呈周向排列并且相邻两蹄块(2)之间连接有弹簧(4),其特征在于:所述蹄块(2)的一端用销轴(5)定位在主动盘(6)上,主动盘(6)的轴颈孔里设有内花键(6a),罩壳(1)的外侧通过铆钉(8)安装有连接盘(7),连接盘(7)的轴颈孔里设有内花键(7a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农业微耕机自动离合器,其特征在于:所述蹄块(2)在周向上均布有三个。
