Abstract

一种防火保温装饰一体板属于外墙防火装饰材料领域。其特征在于包括保温装饰板，所述保温装饰板为表、中、内三层叠加粘合的三层结构体；所述表层为陶瓷薄板或石材薄板；所述中层为聚氨酯保温层；相邻保温装饰板之间设置通风防火隔离条；还包括通风条孔，所述通风条孔贯穿保温装饰板和通风防火隔离条；所述通风防火隔离条为铝制材质，在通风防火隔离条中设置内腔体，内腔体内填充防火材料。本装置既能有效通风散热，又能在发生火灾时防止火势蔓延。通过三层板材的有机结合，既方便安装施工，又能起到隔音隔热的作用。此外，本发明能够令三层结构体牢固的安装在建筑物外墙上，防止老化剥落等危险事故的发生。

一种防火保温装饰一体板
技术领域
本发明属于外墙防火装饰材料领域，具体涉及一种装饰材料板。
背景技术
传统建筑物外墙体的装饰材料板之间设置防火隔离条，以防止火灾发生时，火势通过外墙不断蔓延。但是这种结构存在的问题在于各装饰材料板之间不相连，阻碍了建筑物外墙体的散热能力，导致建筑物受到光照部位较强的顶部热量，无法通过自身向四周和下方传导，影响建筑物顶层的居住区域的环境温度，严重时，还会影响楼体的使用寿命。
鉴于此，申请人设计了本发明，能够解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题中的不足，本发明的目的在于：提供一种防火保温装饰一体板，既能有效通风散热，又能在发生火灾时防止火势蔓延。本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是通过三层板材的有机结合，既方便安装施工，又能起到隔音隔热的作用。此外，本发明要解决的第三个技术问题是能够令三层结构体牢固的安装在建筑物外墙上，防止老化剥落等危险事故的发生。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：提供一种防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于包括保温装饰板，所述保温装饰板为表、中、内三层叠加粘合的三层结构体；所述表层为陶瓷薄板或石材薄板；所述中层为聚氨酯保温层；相邻保温装饰板之间设置通风防火隔离条；还包括通风条孔，所述通风条孔贯穿保温装饰板和通风防火隔离条；所述通风防火隔离条为铝制材质，在通风防火隔离条中设置内腔体，内腔体内填充防火材料。
优选的，还包括墙体固定挂件，所述墙体固定挂件的横截面呈“Z”形，墙体固定挂件的上端设置连接紧固件，下端开设固定锚装孔；连接紧固件将墙体固定挂件与中层连接固定在一起。
优选的，在固定锚装孔的内壁上设置内螺纹；所述定位孔内还设置有倒刺卡爪；所述紧固装置包括紧固螺栓，沿紧固螺栓外螺纹柱的母线方向设置一根以上的条形卡槽；当紧固螺栓正向旋入固定锚装孔中时，倒刺卡爪不阻碍紧固螺栓的转动；当紧固螺栓在固定锚装孔中预进行反向旋转时，倒刺卡爪插入条形卡槽中，阻碍固定螺栓的脱出。
优选的，在中层上开设插接孔，所述连接紧固件包括弹块、滑动伸缩杆和压紧弹簧，所述弹块通过滑动伸缩杆连接墙体固定挂件；压紧弹簧的一端连接墙体固定挂件，另一端连接弹块；所述弹块插入插接孔中。
优选的，弹块和中层的接触面上均开设相互啮合的锯齿。
优选的，在表层和中层之间，以及中层和内层之间分别设置注胶层，还包括套钩连接件，所述套钩连接件包括两个“T”形钩体，所述钩体包括一个连接柱，连接柱的一端设置卡爪，另一端设置套环，两个连接柱通过套环套装在一起；卡爪设置在注胶层中；所述卡爪呈弧形或倒钩形。
优选的，注胶层的厚度不大于0.1mm。
优选的，所述内层为硅酸钙板。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明结构新颖，安装便捷安全，通风条孔贯穿保温装饰板和通风防火隔离条，方便各结构体之间的热量流通和通风散热，令建筑物整体温度趋于均恒，顶层居住环境大为改善。一旦发生火灾，一般火焰温度在800-1000摄氏度，而铝材的融化温度仅为600摄氏度，通风防火隔离条此时处于熔融态，进而封闭了设置在通风防火隔离条上的通风条孔，起到阻燃防火的作用。火灾过后，只需更换事故区域的板材和通风防火隔离条即可。
2、通过将墙体固定挂件的弹块插入中层插接孔中，将墙体固定挂件和中层牢固固定在一起，再通过墙体固定挂件的固定锚装孔和紧固螺栓将三层结构体安装在外墙上，紧固螺栓和外壳采用倒刺卡爪式防脱出设计，能够保证板材在外墙上的安装紧实度，防止使用一段时间后，外墙板材剥离脱落的状况，增加了使用安全度。
3、发明人还设计了套钩连接件，套钩连接件将上、下注胶层紧固在中层即岩棉层上，从而进一步带动表层和内层相对于中层成为一个牢固的整体。该设计在防止产品脱落方面效果明显，极大的提高了产品使用的安全性和可靠性。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和2所示，本发明所述防火保温装饰一体板，包括保温装饰板，所述保温装饰板为表、中、内三层叠加粘合的三层结构体；所述表层为陶瓷薄板或石材薄板；所述中层为聚氨酯保温层；相邻保温装饰板之间设置通风防火隔离条；还包括通风条孔，所述通风条孔贯穿保温装饰板和通风防火隔离条；所述通风防火隔离条为铝制材质，在通风防火隔离条中设置内腔体，内腔体内填充防火材料。

本发明的通风条孔贯穿保温装饰板和通风防火隔离条，方便各结构体之间的热量流通和通风散热，令建筑物整体温度趋于均恒，顶层居住环境大为改善。一旦发生火灾，一般火焰温度在800-1000摄氏度，而铝材的融化温度仅为600摄氏度，通风防火隔离条此时处于熔融态，进而封闭了设置在通风防火隔离条上的通风条孔，起到阻燃防火的作用。火灾过后，只需更换事故区域的板材和通风防火隔离条即可。

1.一种防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于包括保温装饰板，所述保温装饰板为表、中、内三层叠加粘合的三层结构体；所述表层为陶瓷薄板或石材薄板；所述中层为聚氨酯保温层；相邻保温装饰板之间设置通风防火隔离条；还包括通风条孔，所述通风条孔贯穿保温装饰板和通风防火隔离条；所述通风防火隔离条为铝制材质，在通风防火隔离条中设置内腔体，内腔体内填充防火材料；所述内层为硅酸钙板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：还包括墙体固定挂件，所述墙体固定挂件的横截面呈“Z”形，墙体固定挂件的上端设置连接紧固件，下端开设固定锚装孔；连接紧固件将墙体固定挂件与中层连接固定在一起。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：在表层和中层之间，以及中层和内层之间分别设置注胶层，还包括套钩连接件，所述套钩连接件包括两个“T”形钩体，所述钩体包括一个连接柱，连接柱的一端设置卡爪，另一端设置套环，两个连接柱通过套环套装在一起；卡爪设置在注胶层中；所述卡爪呈弧形或倒钩形。
