技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷剂,具体说是一种电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂及其制作方法。
背景技术
众所周知,档案室作为一个单位管理和存放档案的地方,其地位自然也是重中之重。然而,如果档案室里经常有老鼠和其他害虫出没,对于档案来说,可谓是灭顶之灾。
现有技术中,防治老鼠和害虫的措施一般为采用粘鼠虫板和投放药物等措施,采用粘鼠虫板虽然也有一定的防治效果,但是,粘鼠虫板多采用的是强力胶,时间长了容易风化失效,具有不确定性;投放药物虽然也有一定的防治效果,但目前投放的药物大多含有剧毒物质,在杀灭鼠虫的同时,也可能危及到其他的生物,而且时间长了,因为传统的鼠药具有刺激性气味,老鼠对鼠药会产生识别,进而不会进食,从而导致防治鼠虫的效果变差。
因此,如可安全、低毒而且环保、高效的防治电力档案室中的鼠虫,成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂,包括以下重量份的原料:拟除虫菊酯20-40份,鱼藤酮10-20份,烟草碱10-20份,喜树碱3-5份,短稳杆菌制剂3-5份,海葱糖甙3-5份,番木鳖碱3-5份,抛射剂10-20份,增溶剂5-10份,去离子水10-20份,PH调节剂1-3份;
所述拟除虫菊酯为氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯按照1:2的比例混合制成;
所述抛射剂为三氯一氟甲烷、三氯二氟甲烷和三氯四氟乙烷中的一种或几种组成的混合物;
所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯80;
所述PH调节剂为质量分数为85%的磷酸或28%的氢氧化铵。
作为优选的技术方案,一种电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂,其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的拟除虫菊酯、鱼藤酮、烟草碱和喜树碱,加入半数的增溶剂和去离子水,采用转速为2000r/min的高速搅拌机搅拌10-20min,得悬浊液A备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的短稳杆菌制剂、海葱糖甙和番木鳖碱,加入剩余量的增溶剂和去离子水,采用转速为3000r/min的高速搅拌机搅拌5-10min,得悬浊液B备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得的悬浊液A和步骤(2)中所得的悬浊液B混合均匀,得混合悬浊液C;
(4)取少量混合悬浊液C进行PH值的检测,根据检测结果,加入适量的PH调节剂将其PH值调节为7.8±O.2(25℃);
(5)将调节完PH值的混合悬浊液C加入抛射剂,采用冷灌法装入喷灌中,即得该电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂。

其制作方法包括以下步骤:

(2)按配方称取相应重量份的短稳杆菌制剂、海葱糖甙和番木鳖碱,加入剩余量的增溶剂和去离子水,采用转速为3000r/min的高速搅拌机搅拌5-10min,得悬浊液B备用;

1.一种电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:拟除虫菊酯20-40份,鱼藤酮10-20份,烟草碱10-20份,喜树碱3-5份,短稳杆菌制剂3-5份,海葱糖甙3-5份,番木鳖碱3-5份,抛射剂10-20份,增溶剂5-10份,去离子水10-20份,PH调节剂1-3份;
所述拟除虫菊酯为氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯按照1:2的比例混合制成;
所述抛射剂为三氯一氟甲烷、三氯二氟甲烷和三氯四氟乙烷中的一种或几种组成的混合物;
所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯80;
所述PH调节剂为质量分数为85%的磷酸或28%的氢氧化铵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂,其特征在于,其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称取相应重量份的拟除虫菊酯、鱼藤酮、烟草碱和喜树碱,加入半数的增溶剂和去离子水,采用转速为2000r/min的高速搅拌机搅拌10-20min,得悬浊液A备用;
(2)按配方称取相应重量份的短稳杆菌制剂、海葱糖甙和番木鳖碱,加入剩余量的增溶剂和去离子水,采用转速为3000r/min的高速搅拌机搅拌5-10min,得悬浊液B备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得的悬浊液A和步骤(2)中所得的悬浊液B混合均匀,得混合悬浊液C;
(4)取少量混合悬浊液C进行PH值的检测,根据检测结果,加入适量的PH调节剂将其PH值调节为7.8±O.2(25℃);
(5)将调节完PH值的混合悬浊液C加入抛射剂,采用冷灌法装入喷灌中,即得该电力档案室用防鼠虫喷剂。
