一种乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,涉及一种瓶子,所述瓶子(1)的瓶口(2)内壁中设有台阶(26),环板(5)的外缘与靠近台阶处的瓶口内壁过盈配合,在环板的瓶内腔体一侧面上设有轴座(29),所述轴座通过轴(4)连接翻板(3)外缘一侧设置的连接片(30),在连接包装桶(19)时,由翻板对环板的中部孔(25)封闭或开启形成取乙二醇锑(28)时的乙二醇锑流入瓶子(1)后的防止倒流机构;在所述瓶子的瓶口外壁设有外螺纹,瓶盖(6)的内螺纹连接瓶口的外螺纹;本发明利用环板和翻板的结构配合辅助的包装桶,可以实现取乙二醇锑时的防潮,有效克服了现有技术容易导致乙二醇锑受潮的弊端。

Description

一种乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶子,尤其是涉及一种乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶。
背景技术
已知的,目前塑料制品的添加剂所使用的是乙二醇锑,由于乙二醇锑具有较好的催化作用,它与催化剂三氧化二锑和醋酸锑相比,乙二醇溶液中溶解度大,分散性好。锑含量高,活性好,可提高装置生产能力等优点。而且乙二醇锑作为催化剂本身不会带入新杂质,可使切片提高内在质量,改善后加工可纺性;在加工生产饮料、食用油等用的塑料瓶的主要成分是聚酯。聚酯的生产制备过程中,需要一种催化剂。以前大多采用含有毒重金属的锑系催化剂“催化剂三氧化二锑和醋酸锑”,尤其是在受热后,毒素产生的可能性更大。在使用乙二醇锑后,可以让塑料瓶摘掉含有毒物质的帽子。但乙二醇锑的缺点是遇潮湿空气分解,潮湿的乙二醇锑使得后期使用时性能发生变化,使产品质量降低;现有的乙二醇锑的包装大多是桶式容器,一旦开封后对容器密闭不严,便会出现结块,尤其是在南方雨季的生产车间内,出现潮湿问题时,便会导致乙二醇锑结块,这一问题目前还无法克服。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开一种乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,利用环板和翻板的结构配合辅助的包装桶,可以实现取乙二醇锑时的防潮,有效克服了现有技术容易导致乙二醇锑受潮的弊端。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,包括瓶子、瓶盖、环板和翻板,所述瓶子的瓶口内壁中设有台阶,环板的外缘与靠近台阶处的瓶口内壁过盈配合,在环板的瓶内腔体一侧面上设有轴座,所述轴座通过轴连接翻板外缘一侧设置的连接片,在连接包装桶时,由翻板对环板的中部孔封闭或开启形成取乙二醇锑时的乙二醇锑流入瓶子后的防止倒流机构;在所述瓶子的瓶口外壁设有外螺纹,瓶盖的内螺纹连接瓶口的外螺纹。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,所述瓶子设置为透明的玻璃瓶或透明的塑料瓶。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,在瓶子的瓶口与瓶盖的内螺纹上部盖板之间设有密封垫。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,在包装桶内装有乙二醇锑,内装乙二醇锑的包装桶上口设有桶盖,在桶盖上部面中部设有凸起管,所述凸起管的内壁和外壁分别设有内螺纹和外螺纹,活动封盖的上部板下部设有缩颈的外螺纹,活动封盖的上外螺纹连接凸起管底部桶盖上设置的内螺纹,在活动封盖上部板的上部面设有旋拧板,活动封盖上部板的下部设有上部粗下部细的放射状立板,管盖的内螺纹连接所述凸起管的外螺纹;或凸起管的内螺纹连接瓶子瓶口的外螺纹。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,在包装桶的外部面上部两侧分别设有提手座,提手的两端连接两提手座。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,在包装桶的上部外缘面上设有弧形凸起,桶盖下部面内面的设置的弧形凹陷卡在包装桶的弧形凸起上,桶盖下部面内面的上端面与包装桶的上端之间设有密封圈。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,在包装桶的弧形凸起下部设有环形凸起。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,活动封盖的外螺纹下部设有中心杆,放射状立板包裹在中心杆的外缘面上。
所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,所述中心杆的下端面上设有螺孔,十字形板上部面中部设置的螺柱连接中心杆的螺孔。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,通过在瓶子的瓶口内临时安装环板,由翻板的倒立时开启将包装桶中的乙二醇锑导入瓶子的腔体中,当包装桶反转正放时翻板扣在环板上确保乙二醇锑不会流出;本发明获取了乙二醇锑由包装桶内倒出时尽可能少的接触空气,确保了乙二醇锑使用时的稳定;本发明有效克服了现有技术防潮效果较差的问题。

结合附图1、2或4所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,包括瓶子1、瓶盖6、环板5和翻板3,所述瓶子1设置为透明的玻璃瓶或透明的塑料瓶,所述瓶子1的瓶口2内壁中设有台阶26,环板5的外缘与靠近台阶26处的瓶口2内壁过盈配合,在环板5的瓶内腔体一侧面上设有轴座29,所述轴座29通过轴4连接翻板3外缘一侧设置的连接片30,在连接包装桶19时,由翻板3对环板5的中部孔25封闭或开启形成取乙二醇锑28时的乙二醇锑28流入瓶子1后的防止倒流机构;在所述瓶子1的瓶口2外壁设有外螺纹,瓶盖6的内螺纹连接瓶口2的外螺纹,在瓶子1的瓶口2与瓶盖6的内螺纹上部盖板之间设有密封垫27。
结合附图3和5,本发明给出了配套的包装桶19结构,在包装桶19的上部外缘面上设有弧形凸起16,桶盖21下部面内面的设置的弧形凹陷12卡在包装桶19的弧形凸起16上,桶盖21下部面内面的上端面与包装桶19的上端之间设有密封圈13,在包装桶19的弧形凸起16下部设有环形凸起20,在包装桶19的外部面上部两侧分别设有提手座17,提手18的两端连接两提手座17,在包装桶19内装有乙二醇锑28,内装乙二醇锑28的包装桶19上口设有桶盖21,在桶盖21上部面中部设有凸起管22,所述凸起管22的内壁和外壁分别设有内螺纹10和外螺纹11,活动封盖的上部板8下部设有缩颈的外螺纹,活动封盖的上外螺纹连接凸起管22底部桶盖21上设置的内螺纹,在活动封盖上部板8的上部面设有旋拧板7,活动封盖的外螺纹下部设有中心杆23,上部粗下部细的放射状立板9包裹在中心杆23的外缘面上,所述中心杆23的下端面上设有螺孔,十字形板15上部面中部设置的螺柱14连接中心杆23的螺孔,管盖24的内螺纹10连接所述凸起管22的外螺纹11;或凸起管22的内螺纹10连接瓶子1瓶口2的外螺纹。
实施本发明所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,结合附图1~5给出的结构,使用时,将包装桶19桶盖21凸起管22上的管盖24取下,然后旋拧上部板8上的旋拧板7使上部板8下部的外螺纹脱离桶盖21中部的内螺纹;在瓶子1瓶口2中放入环板5,环板5上的翻板3朝向瓶子1内腔体,然后将瓶子1瓶口2上的外螺纹连接凸起管22内壁的内螺纹,反转包装桶19使瓶子1处于包装桶19下部,这时上部板8的旋拧板7下端“包装桶19桶体反转后旋拧板7便朝下了”顶在环板5的中部孔25上,由放射状立板9之间与桶盖21的内螺纹孔之间、旋拧板7与环板5的中部孔25之间形成包装桶19至瓶子1内腔体的乙二醇锑28流通通道,由于本发明采用的瓶子1为透明的玻璃瓶或透明的塑料瓶,所以可观察瓶子1的乙二醇锑28进入量,当瓶子1中的乙二醇锑28快满时,将包装桶19反转成口朝上,这时翻板3将环板5的中部孔25封闭,拧下瓶子1取出环板5盖上瓶盖6,同时使用旋拧板7使上部板8下部的外螺纹将桶盖21的中部孔封闭,盖上管盖24便可。

1.一种乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,包括瓶子(1)、瓶盖(6)、环板(5)和翻板(3),其特征是:所述瓶子(1)的瓶口(2)内壁中设有台阶(26),环板(5)的外缘与靠近台阶(26)处的瓶口(2)内壁过盈配合,在环板(5)的瓶内腔体一侧面上设有轴座(29),所述轴座(29)通过轴(4)连接翻板(3)外缘一侧设置的连接片(30),在连接包装桶(19)时,由翻板(3)对环板(5)的中部孔(25)封闭或开启形成取乙二醇锑(28)时的乙二醇锑(28)流入瓶子(1)后的防止倒流机构;在所述瓶子(1)的瓶口(2)外壁设有外螺纹,瓶盖(6)的内螺纹连接瓶口(2)的外螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,其特征是:所述瓶子(1)设置为透明的玻璃瓶或透明的塑料瓶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,其特征是:在瓶子(1)的瓶口(2)与瓶盖(6)的内螺纹上部盖板之间设有密封垫(27)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,其特征是:在包装桶(19)内装有乙二醇锑(28),内装乙二醇锑(28)的包装桶(19)上口设有桶盖(21),在桶盖(21)上部面中部设有凸起管(22),所述凸起管(22)的内壁和外壁分别设有内螺纹(10)和外螺纹(11),活动封盖的上部板(8)下部设有缩颈的外螺纹,活动封盖的上外螺纹连接凸起管(22)底部桶盖(21)上设置的内螺纹,在活动封盖上部板(8)的上部面设有旋拧板(7),活动封盖上部板(8)的下部设有上部粗下部细的放射状立板(9),管盖(24)的内螺纹(10)连接所述凸起管(22)的外螺纹(11);或凸起管(22)的内螺纹(10)连接瓶子(1)瓶口(2)的外螺纹。

6.根据权利要求4所述的乙二醇锑的包装容器的取料瓶,其特征是:在包装桶(19)的上部外缘面上设有弧形凸起(16),桶盖(21)下部面内面的设置的弧形凹陷(12)卡在包装桶(19)的弧形凸起(16)上,桶盖(21)下部面内面的上端面与包装桶(19)的上端之间设有密封圈(13)。
