中医认为本病多因感受热邪气，或寒邪不热、热郁肺经，肺失清肃，邪热循环上灼鼻窦或湿热停聚窦内，经久不愈，邪毒滞留不散而致，若反复发作，肺气虚弱、清肃不力，邪毒滞留或因肺虚生湿，湿热上犯鼻窦，其病主要在肺、脾、胆三腑。本组方传承中医整体辩证理念，从调节脏腑功能入手，外用药物直达病处，达到治疗目的和效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗效果好、可避免口服药物的毒副作用的、外用的治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物。
本发明治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪4-8份、白术1-5份、炒苍耳子4-8份、鱼脑石1-5份、大贝1-5份、辛夷1-5份、皂刺1-4份、鱼腥草1-4份、黄芩1-5份、鹅不食草1-5份、菖蒲1-4份、白芷3-7份、红花1-4份、川芎1-5份、路路通1-4份、菊花1-5份、防风1-5份、细辛1-4份、冰片1-4份、薄荷1-4份。
本发明治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪6份、白术3份、炒苍耳子6份、鱼脑石3份、大贝3份、辛夷3份、皂刺2份、鱼腥草2份、黄芩3份、鹅不食草3份、菖蒲1份、白芷5份、红花2份、川芎3份、路路通2份、菊花3份、防风3份、细辛1份、冰片1份、薄荷2份。
黄芪主要功效为补气、固表、利水、消肿；白术功效为补脾益气、燥湿补水；两药合用能提高机体免疫功能和修复粘膜纤毛细胞功能。
苍耳子、细辛、白芷、辛夷、川芎、路路通、防风、鹅不食草、鱼脑石、薄荷的功效是袪风、通窍、止痛。
菖蒲和冰片功效是化其痰湿。
红花、大贝和皂刺功效是活血、化瘀、消肿、散结，改善微循环。
黄芩、鱼腥草、菊花功效是清热消毒。
合方合用，调节脏腑、益气扶正、活血祛风、通窍消肿，达到标本兼治的作用。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：本发明治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，组方精准、配方独特，通过药物的合理配伍，调节脏腑、益气扶正、活血祛风、通窍消肿，达到标本兼治的作用，且直接作用于患处，药物吸好，安全性高，避免了口服药物的毒副作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪4份、白术1份、炒苍耳子4份、鱼脑石1份、大贝1份、辛夷1份、皂刺1份、鱼腥草1份、黄芩1份、鹅不食草1份、菖蒲1份、白芷3份、红花1份、川芎1份、路路通1份、菊花1份、防风1份、细辛1份、冰片1份、薄荷1份。
实施例2
本发明治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪8份、白术5份、炒苍耳子8份、鱼脑石5份、大贝5份、辛夷5份、皂刺4份、鱼腥草4份、黄芩5份、鹅不食草5份、菖蒲4份、白芷7份、红花4份、川芎5份、路路通4份、菊花5份、防风5份、细辛4份、冰片4份、薄荷4份。
实施例3
本发明治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪6份、白术3份、炒苍耳子6份、鱼脑石3份、大贝3份、辛夷3份、皂刺2份、鱼腥草2份、黄芩3份、鹅不食草3份、菖蒲1份、白芷5份、红花2份、川芎3份、路路通2份、菊花3份、防风3份、细辛1份、冰片1份、薄荷2份。
典型病例
病例1
孟某某，男，4岁，近半年来一直持续鼻塞，流浊涕不止，近月来常头痛，晚间哭闹，食欲下降，先后在多地求治不效，经医院拍片断为“鼻窦炎”，住院治疗7天，无明显好转，出院来我处求治，诊时鼻流浊涕，色黄粘稠，终月鼻塞，头痛、神疲乏力，舌淡苔薄腻，脉数。证属脾虚少运、肺窍不利。
治疗方法：按实施例2的方剂取药，将方中除冰片外所有药物过清水洗去泥土、杂质后风干，药物干透后加入冰片，将药品共研为极细的药粉、备用。用药前要清洁鼻腔，取1g粉 末吹入鼻腔、每日2次用药，10日为1疗程，用药10日后，鼻塞已完全缓解，仅有少许清涕，继续用10日后清涕尽除，鼻通如常，食欲大好，精神清爽，晚可安睡，要保持效果，继续上药，嘱隔日使用，再继5次以上巩固，至今无复发。
病例2
程某，男36岁，自述6年来经常头痛、头晕、流脓涕，鼻塞、嗅觉消失1年余，遇风、寒冷则病加重，多次就医无果、先后使用抗生素、激素、抗过敏药及大量使用滴鼻净都无明显效果，来我处就诊见鼻流浊涕、味臭若脓、鼻腔粘膜充血，中下鼻甲肥大，医院X线摄片提示：上颌窦粘膜增厚并有积脓，诊断：慢性化脓性鼻窦炎。
治疗方法：按实施例3的方剂取药，将方中除冰片外所有药物过清水洗去泥土、杂质后风干，药物干透后加入冰片，将药品共研为极细的药粉、备用。用药前要清洁鼻腔，取1g粉末，用医用棉棒粘取优质的香油，再用粘有香油的棉棒粘取药末，涂抹于鼻腔深处，每日3次，另外加服中药蒲公英60g水煎服，每日1剂，10日后症状锐减，头晕头痛消失，浊涕变清，鼻腔粘膜充血磨破基本全愈。中药蒲公英停服，继续用药10日后，只有少许清涕、鼻通、鼻腔粘膜无充血、无磨破、鼻甲肥减轻、嗅觉有好转，再继续用药10日后，患者自觉症状全都消失，告愈。

1.一种治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪4-8份、白术1-5份、炒苍耳子4-8份、鱼脑石1-5份、大贝1-5份、辛夷1-5份、皂刺1-4份、鱼腥草1-4份、黄芩1-5份、鹅不食草1-5份、菖蒲1-4份、白芷3-7份、红花1-4份、川芎1-5份、路路通1-4份、菊花1-5份、防风1-5份、细辛1-4份、冰片1-4份、薄荷1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗鼻窦炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的成分：黄芪6份、白术3份、炒苍耳子6份、鱼脑石3份、大贝3份、辛夷3份、皂刺2份、鱼腥草2份、黄芩3份、鹅不食草3份、菖蒲1份、白芷5份、红花2份、川芎3份、路路通2份、菊花3份、防风3份、细辛1份、冰片1份、薄荷2份。
