Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为10‑20%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5‑8%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8‑12%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为5‑8%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为5‑8%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为25‑35%的三氟乙酸或者乙酰二茂铁;惰性溶剂由脂肪油、液状石蜡、醋酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合而成。通过本发明所述的抗爆清净溶剂,有汽油组分,即使指标不符合国家的相关规定汽油组分,也可以通过使用该发明产品调和生产出合格的93#以上的汽油;这就使得部分不能使用的资源变废为宝,成为国家的有效能源。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石油化工的技术领域,具体是涉及一种车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂。
背景技术
目前,随着人们环保意识的增强,对汽油的燃烧质量提出了更高的要求。对高品质汽油组份生产技术的研究显得尤为重要。为了降低汽油中的硫、烯烃、苯和芳烃含量,生产清洁汽油,国内外的研发机构相继开发了各种针对清洁的产品。
我国是能源消耗大国,也是资源浪费大国,据统计,中国的能源使用效率仅为美国的30%,节能减排,势在必行。汽油中存在多种硫化物,而硫化物是影响空气的重要指标,酸雨的形成主要就是因过多硫化物的存在。而PM2.5中,硫化物也是一个组成部分,汽车排放要求严格,对PM2.5微颗粒的浓度会相应降低。同时,含硫汽油燃烧时会产生二氧化硫,二氧化硫是大气中主要污染物之一,是衡量大气是否遭到污染的重要标志。二氧化硫不仅对上呼吸道有强烈的刺激作用,可能引发支气管或哮喘病发作,还可被吸收进入血液,对全身产生毒副作用。因此,无铅、高辛烷值、低烯烃、低芳烃和新配方汽油的生产是现代化汽油生产的发展趋势。
为此,国家标准GB17930-1999规定了车用汽油中的硫含量小于0.08%、烯烃含量要求不大于35%、芳烃含量不大于40%、苯含量不大于2.5%、氧含量不大于2.7%;另外,国四排放标准,即国家第四阶段机动车污染物排放标准,对汽车排放污染物中的HC(碳氢化合物)、NOx(氮氧合物)、CO(一氧化碳)、PM(微粒)等进行的相关规定,通过更好的催化转化器的活性层、二次空气喷射以及带有冷却装置的排气再循环系统等技术的应用,控制和减少汽车排放污染物到规定数值以下的标准,为了达到更清洁的排放,发动机当然也要使用更为洁净的燃油,这就使得车辆发动机对于燃油的要求都比较高,尤其是对燃油中的含硫量。
我国能源结构分布极不均匀,但油品的调和是一个复杂的过程,需要各种不同品质的汽油组分,某些地区往往因为缺少某一组分油而无法生产出满足标准要求的汽油,或者需要投资设备对现有油品进行重整或改质,国家的资源没有得到很好利用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,以解决现有油品由于能源分布不均匀导致的某种组分缺少,而需要投资设备对现有油品进行重整或改质才能生产出符合国四标准的93#、97#高品质汽油,提高了现有油品的综合功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为10-20%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5-8%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8-12%的水杨酸盐,助燃剂为重量百分比为5-8%的苯甲醇,抗爆剂为重量百分比为5-8%的甲基叔丁基醚,极性溶剂为重量百分比为25-35%的三氟乙酸或者乙酰二茂铁,惰性溶剂由脂肪油、液状石蜡、醋酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合而成,其中脂肪油重量百分比含量为5-9%、液状石蜡重量百分比含量为5-12%、醋酸乙酯重量百分比含量为3-5%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯重量百分比含量为5-11%。
作为一种优选方式,所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为15%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为6%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8%的水杨酸盐。
作为一种优选方式,助燃剂为重量百分比为7%的苯甲醇。
作为一种优选方式,抗爆剂为重量百分比为7.25%的甲基叔丁基醚。
作为一种优选方式,惰性溶剂的重量百分比组份包括脂肪油6%、液状石蜡11%、醋酸乙酯3.5%和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯6.8%。
本技术方案中的清净分散剂:使发动机内部保持清洁,使生成的不溶性物质呈胶体悬浮状态,阻碍其进一步形成积炭、漆膜或油泥等。具体说来,其作用可分为酸中和、增溶、分散和洗涤等四方面。
(1)酸中和作用:中和润滑油氧化生成的有机酸和无机酸,阻止其进一步缩合,使漆膜减少,同时还可以防止这些酸性物质对发动机部件的腐蚀。
(2)增溶作用:清净分散剂将在油中不能溶解的固体或液体物质增溶于由7-15个表面活性剂分子集合而成的胶束中心,在使用过程中,它将含有羟基、羰基、羧基的含氧化合物、含有硝基化合物、水分等,增溶到胶束中,形成胶体,防止进一步氧化与缩合,减少在发动机部件上有害沉积物的形成与聚集。
(3)吸附作用:能吸附已经生成的积炭和漆膜等固体小颗粒,使之成为一种胶体溶液状态分散在油中,阻止这些物质进一步凝聚成大颗粒而黏附在机件上,或沉积为油泥。
(4)洗涤作用:能将已经吸附在部件表面上的漆膜和积炭洗涤下来,分散在油中,使发动机和金属表面保持清洁。
本技术方案中的汽油抗爆剂(甲基叔丁基醚)作用机理与四乙基铅相似,即在燃烧条件下分解为活性氧化锰的微粒,由于其表面的作用,破坏汽车发动机中已生成的过氧化物,导致焰前反应中过氧化物的浓度降低,同时有选择的中断一部分链反应,从而阻碍自动着火,减缓了释出能量的速度,使燃料的抗爆性提高。
抗爆震机理:烃类在燃烧过程中产生的过氧物及其自由基,只有一部分比较活泼,活泼的过氧化物及其自由基是燃料发生爆震的根源,这些自由基被称为活性核。活性核的多少与烃类物质的结构有关。过氧化物(ROOH)在高温、高压下氧化后,容易分解成两个RO和OH自由基,其中一部分自由基为活性自由基,能引发新的反应链。使未燃区的自由基浓度增大,在达到自燃温度时自燃而引起爆震。
可见,要想抑制爆震提高抗爆震性能,在不改变发动机机构与燃烧情况下,关键在于抑制过氧化物ROO的形成,以及在RO和OH活性自由基聚集的情况下,抗爆剂能起反催化作用,改变反应的路径,中断由RO和OH活性自由基引发的新的反应链。
其中,本发明产品中加入了一定助燃剂,能有效防止抗爆主剂的分解凝聚;同时,助剂能在汽油燃烧后将抗爆主剂燃烧产生的金属氧化物导出机外和促进汽油燃烧完全,减少尾气污染物排放量,减少燃烧室积炭,提高产品综合使用性能。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所述的抗爆清净溶剂根据市场需要,借助简单的设备和相对单一的汽油组分品种,实现汽油的生产;通过本发明所述的抗爆清净溶剂,即使指标不符合国家的相关规定汽油组分,也可以通过使用该发明产品调和生产出合格的93#以上的汽油,生产出汽油产品符合国家标准GB17930-2013的93#以上的汽油,且使用该汽油产生的排放物也符合国家第四阶段机动车污染物排放标准。这就使得部分不能使用的资源变废为宝,成为国家的有效能源,从而为我国的节能环保事业做出贡献。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
实施例1:
一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为10%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为7%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为5%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为32.5%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂的重量百分比组份包括脂肪油9%、液状石蜡8%、醋酸乙酯4.5%和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯11%。
实施例2:
一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为15%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为6%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为10%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为7%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为6%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为30%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂的重量百分比组份包括脂肪油7%、液状石蜡6%、醋酸乙酯4%和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯9%。
实施例3:
一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为20%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为8%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为12%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为8%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为8%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为25%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂的重量百分比组份包括脂肪油5%、液状石蜡5%、醋酸乙酯3%和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯6%。
实施例4:
一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为15%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为6%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为7%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为7.25%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为29.45%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂的重量百分比组份包括脂肪油6%、液状石蜡11%、醋酸乙酯3.5%和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯6.8%。
实施例5:
一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为12%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为9%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为6%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为6%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为35%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂的重量百分比组份包括脂肪油6%、液状石蜡9%、醋酸乙酯5%和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯7%。
实施例6:
一种车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为19.5%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为10.5%的水杨酸盐,助燃剂为重量百分比为7.5%的苯甲醇,抗爆剂为重量百分比为7.5%的甲基叔丁基醚,极性溶剂为重量百分比为25.5%的三氟乙酸,惰性溶剂由脂肪油、液状石蜡、醋酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合而成,其中脂肪油重量百分比含量为5.5%、液状石蜡重量百分比含量为5.5%、醋酸乙酯重量百分比含量为4.5%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯重量百分比含量为9%。
由于本发明的抗爆清净溶剂考虑了其可应用性,且通过调整组分配比,使得其应用范围较大,可以应用于市场上销售的90#、93#、97#、98#商品汽油,也可用于部分不符合国家标准要求的汽油,其添加量主要根据燃油的效果和成本来确定,添加量过高会增加成本,效果也不会提高很大,添加量过低难以体现添加剂的效能,因此确定在汽油中按照体积比为0.03-0.3%的添加量进行添加。实施例1-6中所制备的车用汽油按照实施例中的配比配制好后,按照上述添加量添加到上述各种汽油中,所生产的汽油的各项指标均符合国家标准GB17930-2013的相关规定,且使用本实施例生产的汽油产生的排放物也符合国家第四阶段机动车污染物排放标准。
最后说明的是,以上优选实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过上述优选实施例已经对本发明进行了详细的描述,但本领域技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离本发明权利要求书所限定的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其特征在于:包括清净分散剂、助燃剂、抗爆剂、极性溶剂和惰性溶剂,其中:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为10-20%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5-8%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8-12%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为5-8%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为5-8%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为25-35%的三氟乙酸或者乙酰二茂铁;惰性溶剂由脂肪油、液状石蜡、醋酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合而成,其中脂肪油重量百分比含量为5-9%、液状石蜡重量百分比含量为5-12%、醋酸乙酯重量百分比含量为3-5%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯重量百分比含量为5-11%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其特征在于:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为15%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为6%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为8%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为7%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为7.25%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为29.45%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂由脂肪油、液状石蜡、醋酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合而成,其中脂肪油重量百分比含量为6%、液状石蜡重量百分比含量为11%、醋酸乙酯重量百分比含量为3.5%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯重量百分比含量为6.8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车用汽油的抗爆清净溶剂,其特征在于:所述清净分散剂包括重量百分比为19.5%的石油磺酸盐剂、重量百分比为5%的丁二酸酯和重量百分比为10.5%的水杨酸盐;助燃剂为重量百分比为7.5%的苯甲醇;抗爆剂为重量百分比为7.5%的甲基叔丁基醚;极性溶剂为重量百分比为25.5%的三氟乙酸;惰性溶剂由脂肪油、液状石蜡、醋酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯混合而成,其中脂肪油重量百分比含量为5.5%、液状石蜡重量百分比含量为5.5%、醋酸乙酯重量百分比含量为4.5%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯重量百分比含量为9%。
