复合摩擦材料是将不同物化特性的材料与强度低、韧性好的高分子聚合物基体组成的。由于高分子材料通常不能承受高的应力和高的温度,为了提高高分子材料的屈服强度,提高其高温稳定性,都采用网状结构的热固性树脂,一般为各种改性高温酚醛树脂。同时,为了达到理想的制动效果和综合机械性能,还需加入各种纤维,润滑材料,磨料以及填料,而其中的高聚物基体材料几乎只是作为传递或分散载荷的媒介。因此,复合摩擦材料的强度主要取决于包括纤维在内的其它组份与基体界面的粘结强度。目前,在各类摩擦制动器中,复合摩擦材料使用的比例高达90%以上。但在飞机和高速铁路等高速重载的制动条件下,摩擦高温造成复合摩擦材料中的高分子聚合物分解氧化,丧失稳定的摩擦制动性能。因此常采用粉末冶金摩擦材料。
粉末冶金摩擦材料又称烧结摩擦材料主要有铜基和铁基两种,它是以金属粉末为基体,加入适当减磨剂和增磨剂,均匀混合后压制成型或加压烧结而成的。粉末冶金摩擦材料一般由3种组分组成:基体的组分,主要有Cu、Fe、Ni、Sn等及其合金;摩擦组分,主要有SiO2、Al2O3、SiC,某些金属和非金属的氧化物或碳化物;润滑组分,主要有石墨,MoS2、CaF2、WS2、BN和易熔金属Pb、Bi等。粉末冶金摩擦材料是一种优良的制动摩擦材料,特别对于重载高速的制动场合,其优良的散热性和耐热性可以保证其完成较为苛刻的制动功能。绝大多数军用飞机和民用飞机都采用粉末冶金刹车片。日本的新干线列车(250公里/小时)和我国高速铁路都使用粉末冶金摩擦材料。但是由于粉末冶金摩擦材料较强的刚度和硬度,易造成汽车制动盘或鼓的划伤以及摩擦噪声。因此粉末冶金摩擦材料也很少在汽车制动器上使用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于结合粉末冶金摩擦材料耐高温、低磨耗的特点和树脂基复合摩擦材料韧性好、硬度低的特点,提供一种同时具有耐高温、低磨耗、韧性好、硬度低的树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料及其制备方法,该材料用于制备汽车刹车配件,具有良好刹车性能基础上,柔韧的树脂基体有利于吸收冲击能,提高制动片的冲击强度;有利于降低制动片的硬度,使之与对偶件贴合良好。
本发明目的通过如下技术方案实现:
车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,在于包括如下步骤:
1)粉末冶金摩擦材料的制备:将基体材料和成型剂混合均匀,倒入模具压制成多根细长杆,将各细长杆压坯分隔开,装入烧结炉中,在通入氮气或氢气的条件下温升至900‐1100℃,保温2‐5h,冷却至室温,得到粉末冶金摩擦材料;所述成型剂为煤油;
以质量百分比计,所述基体材料的原料配比组成为:基体组分55‐70%,摩擦组分15‐25%,润滑组分10‐25%;以质量百分比计,所述基体组分由85‐95%主体金属和5‐15%辅助金属组成;所述主体金属为铜或铁;所述辅助金属为锡和镍中的一种或两种;摩擦组分为石英石、三氧化二铝和碳化硅中的一种或多种;润滑组分为石墨、MoS2、CaF2、WS2、BN、Pb和Bi中的两种以上;
2)剪切、粉碎和筛选:将步骤1)所得金属基粉末冶金摩擦材料剪切、粉碎,采用5‐10目的筛网,进行筛选;
3)混料:以质量百分比计,将耐高温改性树脂10‐20%、粉末冶金摩擦材料40‐60%、增强纤维10‐20%、磨料5-15%、润滑材料10‐20%和填料5‐20%共混均匀;所述耐高温改性树脂为腰果油改性酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂和芳烃改性酚醛树脂的一种或多种;
4)树脂基复合摩擦材料的生产制备:将步骤3)所得混合粉料称重放入模具内,在140℃‐165℃,8‐20MPa压力条件下,热压成型,保压6‐15分钟;卸压出模;
5)后处理:在150℃‐180℃保温8‐24h,冷却至室温,出炉;
6)机械加工成树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料。
为进一步实现本发明目的,优选地,所述成型剂用量为粉末冶金材料原料质量的0.1‐0.5%。
优选地,所述粉末冶金摩擦材料为铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料、铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料的一种或多种。
优选地,所述增强纤维为石棉纤维、蛭石纤维、硅灰石纤维、海泡石纤维、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维的一种或多种。
优选地,所述磨料为氧化铝、氧化硅、硫酸锆、氟化钙、碳化硅、氧化铁和铸石粉的一种或多种。
优选地,所述润滑材料为石墨、二硫化钼、二硫化钨、硫化亚铜、硫化锑、氧化镁、铅、铋、锑、焦碳和滑石粉的一种或多种。
优选地,所述填料为高岭土、长石粉、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、轮胎粉和硅灰石粉的一种或多种。
优选地,所述倒入模具压制的压力为200‐500MPa。
优选地,所述细长杆的直径为2‐4mm,长为200‐300mm;步骤1)和步骤5)所述冷却至室温是随炉冷却至室温;所述机械加工成树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料后还包括喷漆。
一种车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料,由上述的制备方法制得。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明采用了高分子聚合物作为材料的基体,使得车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的表面硬度较低,弹性模量适中,材料的摩擦表面粗糙度增加、材料的气孔系数增加。
(2)本发明车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料保留了粉末冶金摩擦材料具有稳定的摩擦系数和良好的抗磨损特性。摩擦材料的使用寿命和高温稳定性得到提高。
(3)本发明结合粉末冶金摩擦材料耐高温、低磨耗的特点和树脂基复合摩擦材料韧性好、硬度低的特点,所得车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料同时具有耐高温、低磨耗、韧性好、硬度低的特性,该材料用于制备汽车刹车配件,具有良好刹车性能基础上,柔韧的树脂基体有利于吸收冲击能,提高制动片的冲击强度;有利于降低制动片的硬度,使之与对偶件贴合良好。
具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,发明人经过多年的研究和试验,有许多成功的实施例,下面列举部分具体实施例,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
实施例1
短细铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料的制备:以质量百分比计,材料基本配方:铁55%,锡10%,石英石粉10%,三氧化二铝5%,二硫化鉬5%;石墨粉15%。成型剂为煤油,成型剂的加入量为上述材料基本配方总重量的0.3%。将以上的材料均匀混合,倒入模具以500MPa压力,压制成直径φ2mm×长200mm细长杆状,将各细长杆状压坯,分隔开,装入烧结炉中,在通入氮气的条件下温升1000℃,保温4h,随炉冷却至室温。
在干燥的条件下,放置24小时以上;然后进行剪切、粉碎,采用10目的筛网,进行筛选。
复合摩擦材料的制备:材料基本配方(以质量分数计):腰果油改性酚醛树脂(圣泉6200A,http://www.shengquan.com)15%;短细粉末冶金摩擦材料20%;海泡石纤维(长度4‐8mm)10%;蛭石纤维(长度约2‐3mm)5%;石英石粉15%;片状石墨15%;硫酸钡20%。
将以上各材料在混料机中混合均匀。
然后,将混合均匀粉料倒入模腔内,在150℃;压力15MPa条件下;热压保温时间8分钟。
后处理:在160‐170℃保温时间24h;机械加工成树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料,喷漆。
本实施例所得材料的检测结果见表1。
实施例2
短细铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的制备:材料基本配方(以质量百分数计):铜60%,镍5%,三氧化二铝20%,二硫化鉬5%;石墨粉10%。成型剂为煤油,以所述混合物的总重为基准,所述成型剂的含量为0.5%总重量。将以上的材料均匀混合,倒入模具以400MPa压力,压制成直径φ3mm×长300mm细长杆状,将各细长杆状压坯,分隔开,装入烧结炉中,在通入氮气的条件下温升900℃,保温5h,随炉冷却至室温。
在干燥的条件下,放置24小时以上;然后进行剪切、粉碎,采用8目的筛网,进行筛选。
复合摩擦材料的制备:材料基本配方(以质量百分数计)腰果油改性酚醛树脂(圣泉PF6291A)10%;短细粉末冶金摩擦材料40%,钢纤维5%;硅灰石纤维5%;氧化铝15%;片状石墨15%;硫酸钡15%;碳酸钙10%。
将以上各材料在混料机中混合均匀。
然后,将混合均匀粉料倒入模腔内,在150℃;压力8MPa条件下;热压保温时间15分钟。
后处理。根据后处理温度180℃;保温时间8h;机械加工,喷漆。
本材料的检测结果见后附表1,
实施例3
短细铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料的制备:材料基本配方(以质量分数计):铁65%,锡2%,石英石粉10%,三氧化二铝8%,石墨粉15%。成型剂为煤油,以所述混合物的总重为基准,所述成型剂的含量为0.4%总重量。将以上的材料均匀混合,倒入模具以500MPa压力,压制成直径φ3mm×长300mm细长杆状,将各细长杆状压坯,分隔开,装入烧结炉中,在通入氮气的条件下温升1100℃,保温2h,随炉冷却至室温。
在干燥的条件下,放置24小时以上;然后进行剪切、粉碎,采用8目的筛网,进行筛选。
复合摩擦材料的制备:材料基本配方(以质量百分数计):腰果油改性酚醛树脂(圣泉PF6200A)15%;短细粉末冶金摩擦材料50%;钛酸钾纤维10%;石英石粉5%;片状石墨5%;长石粉5%;碳酸钙5%;硫酸钡5%。
将以上各材料在混料机中混合均匀。然后,将混合均匀粉料倒入模腔内,在150℃;压力20MPa条件下;热压保温时间15分钟。
后处理。根据后处理温度160℃以上;保温时间20h;机械加工,喷漆。
本材料的检测结果见表1。
表1摩擦材料的摩擦磨损测试结果(根据国家标准(GB5763‐2008))
以上试验数据采用D‐MS型定速摩擦材料试验机,根据国家标准GB5763‐2008进行测量,试验用普通摩擦材料由东莞市奥利德耐磨材料有限公司提供。
通过以上的试验测试结果表明:实施例1,2,3材料的摩擦系数都比普通车用复合摩擦材料略有下降,100℃至350℃热衰退系数分别为10%,4.7%,8.8%而普通复合摩擦材料的热衰退系数为14.5%,表明树脂基粉末冶金摩擦材料高温稳定性明显提升。在200℃以下,树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料,其磨损量比普通的复合摩擦材料减少了一些,而在较高温度条件下例如350℃时,实施例1和实施例3的树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料磨损量比普通摩擦材料的磨损量减少了一半以上。实施例2的磨损量也比普通摩擦材料的磨损量减少44.5%,提高了车用制动片的使用寿命。主要原因:
1)树脂基粉末冶金摩擦材料继承了粉末冶金摩擦材料具有优良的散热性和耐热性,具有较好的高温耐磨特性。
2)树脂基粉末冶金摩擦材料继承了树脂基高分子材料表面硬度较低的特点,对对偶材料的磨损也没有明显的增加。
3)通过调整树脂基内粉末冶金摩擦材料的组分可以较容易的控制材料的耐磨特性。
本发明结合粉末冶金摩擦材料耐高温、低磨耗的特点和树脂基复合摩擦材料韧性好、硬度低的特点,所得车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料同时具有耐高温、低磨耗、韧性好、硬度低的特性,该材料用于制备汽车刹车配件,具有良好刹车性能基础上,柔韧的树脂基体有利于吸收冲击能,提高制动片的冲击强度;有利于降低制动片的硬度,使之与对偶件贴合良好本发明材料特别适用于大中型车辆以及城市轨道交通车辆的制动器摩擦材料,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
Claims (9)
1.车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)粉末冶金摩擦材料的制备:将基体材料和成型剂混合均匀,倒入模具压制成多根细长杆,将各细长杆压坯分隔开,装入烧结炉中,在通入氮气或氢气的条件下温升至900‐1100℃,保温2‐5h,冷却至室温,得到粉末冶金摩擦材料;所述成型剂为煤油;
以质量百分比计,所述基体材料的原料配比组成为:基体组分55‐70%,摩擦组分15‐25%,润滑组分10‐25%;以质量百分比计,所述基体组分由85‐95%主体金属和5‐15%辅助金属组成;所述主体金属为铜或铁;所述辅助金属为锡和镍中的一种或两种;摩擦组分为石英石、三氧化二铝和碳化硅中的一种或多种;润滑组分为石墨、MoS2、CaF2、WS2、BN、Pb和Bi中的两种以上;
2)剪切、粉碎和筛选:将步骤1)所得粉末冶金摩擦材料剪切、粉碎,采用5‐10目的筛网,进行筛选;
3)混料:以质量百分比计,将耐高温改性树脂10‐20%、粉末冶金摩擦材料40‐60%、增强纤维10‐20%、磨料5-15%、润滑材料10‐20%和填料5‐20%共混均匀;所述耐高温改性树脂为腰果油改性酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂和芳烃改性酚醛树脂的一种或多种;
4)树脂基复合摩擦材料的生产制备:将步骤3)所得混合粉料称重放入模具内,在140℃‐165℃,8‐20MPa压力条件下,热压成型,保压6‐15分钟;卸压出模;
5)后处理:在150℃‐180℃保温8‐24h,冷却至室温,出炉;
6)机械加工成车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成型剂用量为粉末冶金摩擦材料原料质量的0.1‐0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增强纤维为石棉纤维、蛭石纤维、硅灰石纤维、海泡石纤维、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述磨料为氧化铝、氧化硅、硫酸锆、氟化钙、碳化硅、氧化铁和铸石粉的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润滑材料为石墨、二硫化钼、二硫化钨、硫化亚铜、硫化锑、氧化镁、铅、铋、锑、焦碳和滑石粉的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述填料为高岭土、长石粉、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、轮胎粉和硅灰石粉的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述倒入模具压制的压力为200‐500MPa。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述细长杆的直径为2‐4mm,长为200‐300mm;步骤1)和步骤5)所述冷却至室温是随炉冷却至室温;所述机械加工成树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料后还包括喷漆。
9.一种车用树脂基粉末冶金复合摩擦材料,其特征在于,其由权利要求1‐8任一项所述的制备方法制得。
