技术领域
本发明涉及膨润土的技术领域,具体而言,涉及膨润土原矿颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
膨润土是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的非金属矿产,膨润土是一种黏土岩、亦称蒙脱石黏土岩、常膨润土膨润土,含少量伊利石、高岭石、埃洛石、绿泥石、沸石、石英、长石、方解石等;通常呈现白色、淡黄色,因含铁量变化又呈浅灰、浅绿、粉红、褐红、砖红、灰黑色等;具蜡状、土状或油脂光泽;膨润土有的松散如土,也有的致密坚硬。主要化学成分是二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和水,还含有铁、镁、钙、钠、钾等元素,Na2O和CaO含量对膨润土的物理化学性质和工艺技术性能影响颇大。蒙脱石矿物属单斜晶系,通常呈土状块体,白色,有时带浅红、浅绿、淡黄等色。光泽暗淡。硬度1~2,密度2~3g/cm3。按蒙脱石可交换阳离子的种类、含量和层间电荷大小,膨润土可分为钠基膨润土(碱性土)、钙基膨润土(碱土性土)、天然漂白土(酸性土或酸性白土),其中钙基膨润土又包括钙钠基和钙镁基等。膨润土具有强的吸湿性和膨胀性,可吸附8~15倍于自身体积的水量,体积膨胀可达数倍至30倍;在水介质中能分散成胶凝状和悬浮状,这种介质溶液具有一定的黏滞性、触变性和润滑性;有较强的阳离子交换能力;对各种气体、液体、有机物质有一定的吸附能力,最大吸附量可达5倍于自身的重量;它与水、泥或细沙的掺和物具有可塑性和黏结性;具有表面活性的酸性漂白土(活性白土、天然漂白土-酸性白土)能吸附有色离子。颗粒膨润土吸附性较好,在建筑以及其他领域都广泛应用。
现有技术中,膨润土原矿颗粒由于比表面积小,黏度不够,导致吸附力较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一方面在于提供一种膨润土原矿颗粒,该膨润土原矿颗粒具有较好的吸附力。
一种膨润土原矿颗粒,其原料包含膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.02~0.05%碳酸盐、0.02~0.05%硅酸盐。
进一步地,所述膨润土粉的粒度为100~200目。
进一步地,所述碳酸盐为碳酸钠和/或碳酸钾。
进一步地,所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠和/或硅酸钾。
进一步地,其原料还包含水。
进一步地,所述水的用量为10~15%,以膨润土粉质量为100%计。
本发明另一方面在于提供一种膨润土的制备方法,由该制备方法获得的膨润土具有较好的吸附力。
一种如上述膨润土原矿颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
混合所述原料;
将所述混合的原料进行干燥成型。
进一步地,所述干燥成型采用烘干机,所述烘干至水分含量为10%以下。
进一步地,所述干燥成型之后还包括粉碎,所述粉碎的粒度为1~4mm。
本发明的膨润土原矿颗粒包含活性炭,活性炭的加入能使得膨润土原矿颗粒出现多孔,提高颗粒的比表面积,以使其具有较好的吸附力。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面合实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
本发明的膨润土原矿颗粒,其原料包含膨润土粉,以及以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.02~0.05%碳酸盐、0.02~0.05%硅酸盐。例如,以以膨润土粉质量为100%计,碳酸盐的质量为0.02%、0.025%、0.03%、0.035%、0.04%、0.045%、0.048%或0.05%;硅酸盐的质量为0.02%、0.025%、0.03%、0.035%、0.04%、0.045%、0.048%或0.05%。
上述膨润土粉指粉末状的膨润土,应当理解的是,粉末状的粒度要小于颗粒状。本发明中不对膨润土粉的粒度作特别严苛地限定,但为了使膨润土原矿颗粒的制备中膨润土粉能更好地同其它原料分散,可选用粒度为100~200目的膨润土粉,比如其粒度为100目、110目、120目、150目、180目、190目或200目。在此需要交代的是,目即计量单位,指每平方英寸筛网上的孔眼数目,目数越高,粒度越小。100~200目换算为74~165微米。本发明对膨润土粉的密度没有特别地要求,可采用2~3g/cm3。
上述膨润土粉的种类不作特别严苛限定,可采用本领域公知的膨润土粉,可为钠基膨润土粉、钙基膨润土粉、氢基膨润土、有机膨润土等。钠基膨润土粉指层间阳离子为Na+;钙基膨润土粉指层间阳离子为Ca2+;有机膨润土指层间阳离子为有机阳离子;氢基膨润土指层间阳离子为H+,有活性白土、天然漂白土。活性白土是用粘土(主要是膨润土)为原料,经无机酸化处理,再经水漂洗、干燥制成的吸附剂,外观为乳白色粉末。天然漂白土指天然产出的,是以蒙脱石、钠长石、石英为主要组分的白色、白灰色粘土。有机膨润土是一种无机矿物/有机铵复合物,以膨润土为原料,利用膨润土中蒙脱石的层片状结构及其能在水或有机溶剂中溶胀分散成胶体级粘粒特性,通过离子交换技术插入有机覆盖剂而制成的。
上述碳酸盐的作用是通过碳酸根离子的水解产生二氧化碳气体,以提高膨润土原矿颗粒的多孔性。碳酸盐可以为水溶性碳酸盐,例如碳酸钾、碳酸钠及其组合,还可以为非水溶性碳酸盐,如碳酸镁、碳酸铝等,优选为碳酸钾和/或碳酸钠。
上述硅酸盐起着粘合的作用。硅酸盐可为为水溶性硅酸盐,例如硅酸钾、硅酸钠及其组合,还可为非水溶性硅酸盐,如硅酸镁、硅酸铝等,优选为硅酸钾和/或硅酸钠。
本发明的膨润土的原料还可包含水,水的作用是在膨润土原矿颗粒的制备中起着分散的作用。水的含量可参考性地为10~15%,以润土粉质量为100%计,例如10%、11%、12%、12.5%、13%、14%、14.5%或15%。
当然为了提高膨润土原矿颗粒制备中的分散性,还可加入醇溶剂。醇溶剂可为C1~4的醇溶剂,例如乙醇、异丙醇等。
本发明的膨润土的原料除了上述性炭粉、碳酸盐、硅酸盐、水,还可以加入以下其它的组分。
为了提高膨润土原矿颗粒的黏度,可加入公知的增稠剂,有纤维素醚,如甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素。天然高分子及其衍生物,如淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂等,有合成高分子,如聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂,卡波树脂、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚脲、低分子聚乙烯蜡等,有络合型有机金属化合物,如氨基醇络合型钛酸酯。至于增稠剂的用量可根据实际增稠剂的选用来做出调整,在此不再限定。
为了提高膨润土原矿颗粒制备中的分散性,可加入公知的表面活性剂。表面活性剂指加入少量能使其溶液体系的界面状态发生明显变化的物质。具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列。表面活性剂的分子结构具有两亲性:一端为亲水基团,另一端为疏水基团。表面活性剂可采用公知的种类,可为阴离子表面活性剂,有高级脂肪酸的盐,有硫酸化物RO-SO3-M,如十二烷基硫酸钠、土耳其红油类,或者有磺酸化物R-SO3-M,如二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠(阿洛索-OT),十二烷基苯磺酸钠,甘胆酸钠,或或者地可为阳离子表面活性剂,如季铵化合物,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,或者地,还可为两性表面活性剂,如氨基酸型和甜菜碱型;当然还可为非离子表面活性剂,有以单硬脂酸甘油酯为代表的脂肪酸甘油酯,有以聚乙二醇为代表的多元醇,有以OP-10、NP-10为代表的聚氧乙基类,有以聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯共聚物。至于表面活性剂的用量可根据实际其选用的种类来做出调整,在此不再限定。
为了改善膨润土原矿颗粒制备中的分散性,还可加入偶联剂。偶联剂是一类具有两不同性质官能团的物质,其分子结构的最大特点是分子中含有化学性质不同的两个基团,一个是亲无机物的基团,易与无机物表面起化学反应;另一个是亲有机物的基团,能与合成树脂或其它聚合物发生化学反应或生成氢键溶于其中。偶联剂可以为有机铬络合物、硅烷类、钛酸酯类和铝酸化合物。有机铬络合物是由不饱和有机酸与三价铬离子形成的金属铬络合物;硅烷类偶联剂硅烷偶联剂的通式为RSiX3,式中R代表氨基、巯基、乙烯基、环氧基、氰基及甲基丙烯酰氧基等基团,这些基团和不同的基体树脂均具有较强的反应能力,X代表能够水解的烷氧基(如甲氧基、乙氧基等),比如KH550、KH560、KH570、KH792、DL602、DL171等。钛酸酯类偶联剂可为单烷氧基型、单烷氧基焦磷酸酯型、螯合型、配位体型等。
为了进一步地提高膨润土原矿颗粒的吸附性,可加入改性硅藻土。在此可列举出一种改性硅藻土的方式,例如改性硅藻土由以下重量份的原料制成:硅藻土50~60份、木炭4~7份、木质素磺酸钠3~5份、硬脂酸2~4份、顺丁烯二酸醉4~6份、甲基丙烯酸月桂醋4~7份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂5~7份、三聚磷酸钠4~5份、水50~60份,其制备方法是首先加入硅藻土、木炭、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、水搅拌均匀,形成悬浮液,加入顺丁烯二酸酐、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、三聚磷酸钠混合搅拌25~35分钟,然后加入其余剩余成分,在1200~1500rpm条件下搅拌,在50~60℃下烘干,粉碎成200~400目粉末即得。
为了提高膨润土原矿颗粒的吸附性,可加入硅溶胶。硅溶胶是指纳米级的二氧化硅颗粒在水中或溶剂中的分散液。由于硅溶胶中的SiO2含有大量的水及羟基,故硅溶胶也可以表述为SiO2.nH2O。硅溶胶由硅酸分子自行聚合生成,在适当条件下还会进一步聚合生成凝胶并从溶液中沉降出来.单独使用硅溶胶吸附时,它会自身.聚合,’颗粒长大.表面减小.吸附能力下降。另外它在吸附阳离子钻的同时,胶粒表面电荷被中和.彼此很快聚结而析出.这可能是硅溶胶吸附能力不高的另一原因。带负电硅溶胶能吸附在带正电的膨润土颗粒晶层端面上。被吸附的硅溶胶粒已不可能再进行布朗运动,减少了碰撞聚合长大机会.且受端面上电荷位置空间分布的影响,彼此结合长大机会也较小,这使得端面上吸附的溶胶颗粒粒度较小,保持着较大吸附表面。硅溶胶处理后膨润上在颗粒晶层的平面和端面上都具有吸附阳离子能力。就使它的吸附阳离子能力既比没处理的原料膨润土高,也比硅溶胶高。需要补充的是,硅溶胶可以由硅酸钠采用公知的方法来自制,在此不再赘述。
本发明的膨润土原矿颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:混合所述原料;以及将所述混合的原料进行干燥成型。
上述混合可采用本领域公知的混合设备,例如搅拌机,至于搅拌的转速可不作特别限定,可根据实际搅拌设备的搅拌功率进行常规设定。
上述干燥成型指在干燥作用下,使得混合后的原料成型为颗粒状。干燥成型可采用烘干机,所述烘干至水分含量为10%以下。除此,还可为真空干燥。
在将原料混合后,可将混合后的原料采用压饼机进行挤压成饼。
上述干燥成型之后还包括粉碎,所述粉碎的粒度为1~4mm,例如1mm、1.2mm、1.5mm、2mm、2.5mm、3mm、3.5mm、3.8mm或4mm。至于粉碎的手段可采用公知的手段,例如球磨、研磨等。
实施例1
首先按照质量比配比原料:即100目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.02%碳酸钠、0.02%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入10%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选1mm颗粒。
实施例2
首先按照质量比配比原料:即100目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.05%碳酸钠、0.05%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入10%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选1mm颗粒。
实施例3
首先按照质量比配比原料:即200目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.05%碳酸钠、0.05%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入15%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选4mm颗粒。
实施例4
首先按照质量比配比原料:即200目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.02%碳酸钠、0.02%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入10~15%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选1~4mm颗粒。
实施例5
首先按照质量比配比原料:即150目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.02%碳酸钠、0.05%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入10%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选3mm颗粒。
实施例6
首先按照质量比配比原料:即150目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.05%碳酸钠、0.02%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入15%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选3mm颗粒。
实施例7
首先按照质量比配比原料:即150目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.035%碳酸钠、0.035%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入12%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选3mm颗粒。
实施例8
首先按照质量比配比原料:即150目膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.035%碳酸钠、0.035%硅酸钠。
将上述配比好的原料采用搅拌机加入12%水,使用压饼机挤压成型。
通过输送机入烘干机,然后将烘干后的膨润土活性炭颗粒水分达到10%以下,筛选3mm颗粒。
对比例
本例中其原料不包含活性炭粉,其它同实施例8。
采用公知的手段对实施例1-8以及对比例所制备的膨润土原矿颗粒的吸附性进行测试,测试表明对比例的吸附性要差于实施例例。
本发明膨润土原矿颗粒充分利用膨润土原矿土的天然水分进行挤压烘干,所得产品具有晶莹剔透、光亮、颗粒清澈、吸附性强、结团坚固、不易脱落分碴等。(此膨润土矿土晒干、烘干后磨粉再选颗粒,强度大、晶体色泽好、不浑浊)。
由于本发明中所涉及的各工艺参数的数值范围在上述实施例中不可能全部体现,但本领域的技术人员完全可以想象到只要落入上述该数值范围内的任何数值均可实施本发明,当然也包括若干项数值范围内具体值的任意组合。此处,出于篇幅的考虑,省略了给出某一项或多项数值范围内具体值的实施例,此不应当视为本发明的技术方案的公开不充分。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细工艺设备和工艺流程,但本发明并不局限于上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式选择等,落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种膨润土原矿颗粒,其特征在于,其原料包含膨润土粉,以及占以膨润土粉质量为100%计,0.02~0.05%碳酸盐、0.02~0.05%硅酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土原矿颗粒,其特征在于,所述膨润土粉的粒度为100~200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土原矿颗粒,其特征在于,所述碳酸盐为碳酸钠和/或碳酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土原矿颗粒,其特征在于,所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠和/或硅酸钾。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土原矿颗粒,其特征在于,其原料还包含水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的膨润土原矿颗粒,其特征在于,所述水的用量为10~15%,以膨润土粉质量为100%计。
7.一种如权利要求1所述膨润土原矿颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混合所述原料;
将所述混合的原料进行干燥成型。
8.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述干燥成型采用烘干机,所述烘干至水分含量为10%以下。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥成型之后还包括粉碎,所述粉碎的粒度为1~4mm。
