Abstract

The invention provides earphones and an earphone line control apparatus thereof. The earphone line control apparatus includes an upper casing and a lower casing which are adaptive to each other, and also a microphone monomer which is received between the upper casing and the lower casing. The upper casing and the lower casing area in secured connection and the connection place has a slit. The slit at the connection place between the upper casing and the lower casing form a lateral entrance voice slit. A voice signal reaches the microphone monomer through the lateral entrance voice slit. According to the invention, the earphone line control apparatus can guarantee as many as possible voice signals to enter the microphone monomer, does not cause a microphone high frequency curve to fall, and guarantees conversation quality and conversation sound effect.

In current electronic products such as earphones, noise of a microphone is one of important factors which cause unstable product performance and influence normal use of users, and the existing earphone noise reduction method mainly comprises the following steps: the method adopts a DSP algorithm to reduce noise, adopts a wind noise reducing material, arranges wind-proof foam or side sound inlet holes at the front end of the microphone, and the like, but the schemes have defects, increase the production cost to a certain extent, influence the tone quality of the earphone, cause the high-frequency curve of the microphone to fall down, and influence the conversation quality of a user.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the earphone wire control device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an upper casing 1 and a lower casing 4 that are fixedly connected to each other, and a microphone unit 6 housed in the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 4; the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 4 are not hermetically connected, a gap exists at the joint of the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 4, namely a certain gap exists between the end faces of the opposite side walls of the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 4, the gap forms a side sound inlet gap 5, and an external sound signal reaches the microphone monomer 6 through the side sound inlet gap 5 and is picked up by the microphone monomer 6.
Specifically, in order to ensure a certain gap between the two shells while firmly connecting the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 4, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, a buckle/slot is disposed on the lower shell 4, a matching slot/buckle is disposed on the upper shell 1 at a position corresponding to the buckle/slot of the lower shell 4, the buckle is buckled in the corresponding slot to realize the firm connection between the two, and lateral sound slits 5 are formed between the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 4 except for the matching position of the buckle and the slot, so as to enable as many sound signals as possible to enter the microphone unit 6.
