Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车防拆除快速接头装置，包括密封连接的快速接头，在快速接头的壳体的连接端处设置一单向卡簧，所述单向卡簧由卡环以及安装在卡环内圆向壳体内倾斜的卡爪组成，所述卡环在壳体注塑成型时以嵌件的形式安装在壳体的连接端内，本发明的汽车防拆除快速接头装置在满足汽车使用安全性指标的前提下实现了快速插拔；改变了汽车管件的装配方式，防止拆除，提高工人工作效率，降低整车综合成本。

汽车防拆除快速接头装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域，特别涉及一种应用于汽车油路系统和气路系统的汽车防拆除快速接头连接装置。
背景技术
在过去的几十年里，汽车管路系统普遍采用的都是卡套式管接头，这种管接头在汽车总装配线上安装时需要手工拧紧，装配烦琐，且密封性能差。随着重型化、智能化，自动化组装汽车技术要求及国家法律法规的逐步提高，汽车各类管路越来越复杂，特别是车架纵梁内侧、发动机舱等空间狭小处，电气线束、各类管路等往往挤在一起，传统卡套式管接头在气密性、装配互换性等方面都难以满足设计要求。在此情况下，必须使用能够承受更强密封性及装配性更好的新型快速管件。快插管接头改变了用扳手拧紧的传统装配方式，釆用软管与接头直接插接，不但节省了人工成本和设备损耗成本，还提高了装配效率、节省了装配空间；同时也解决了卡套式管接头与阀体等连接端局部存在偏长的现象。
国内汽车管路系统管接头仅处于研发试用阶段，因此开发和应用具有我国自主知识产权的高性能车用快速管接头具有重要的现实意义。因为快速装配接头无需工具，节省时间和降低费用可实现自动化装配，特别适用于自动生产线便于自动化生产，其结构紧凑，适合于装配空间特别受限的场合，整体式密封结构，最佳的密封效果运用所以在汽车工业领域得到了广泛的使用。
但是目前无论是国内还是国际上使用的快速接头都是便于安装也便于拆卸的，这就对一些不允许拆卸的管路连接造成了潜在的安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种既可以快速的安装又防止拆除的汽车防拆除快速接头装置。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种汽车防拆除快速接头装置，包括密封连接的快速接头，在快速接头的壳体的连接端处设置一单向卡簧，所述单向卡簧由卡环以及安装在卡环内圆向壳体内倾斜的卡爪组成，所述卡环在壳体注塑成型时以嵌件的形式安装在壳体的连接端内。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述壳体的连接端内还设有一密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的汽车防拆除快速接头装置在满足汽车使用安全性指标的前提下实现了快速插拔；改变了汽车管件的装配方式，防止拆除，提高工人工作效率，降低整车综合成本，并同时解决了现有卡套式管接头存在的装配困难、安装易受空间限制等问题；在弯通、三通以及四通管接头上实现了可旋转性。满足管路系统整体气密封性要求，解决了现有普通管路系统管线布置混乱以及安装受限等问题；同等规格和数量的管接头比现有卡套式管接头重量减轻30%，降低了整车能耗，减少了废气排放，满足国家节能环保要求，可达到商用车国家最新排放技术标准。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解，下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述，该实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
在使用中使用者可以在无需任何工具的情况下将接头与管路连接。
图1示出了本发明一种汽车防拆除快速接头装置的一种实施方式，包括密封连接的快速接头，在快速接头的壳体1的连接端处设置一单向卡簧2，所述单向卡簧2由卡环3以及安装在卡环内圆向壳体内倾斜的卡爪4组成，所述卡环3在壳体1注塑成型时以嵌件的形式安装在壳体1的连接端内,所述壳体1的连接端内还设有一密封圈5。
在快速接头增加一个可以起到防止拆除功能的单向卡簧。此卡簧可以在接头壳体注塑成型时已嵌件的形式同步完成安装定位，在使用中，当接头被正向安装时单向卡簧卡爪会因为受力向四周张开使内园直径变大允许接入段通过并与插入端紧密接触。一旦出现插入端反方向运动时，受单向卡簧的角度决定，卡爪会因为受力向中心收缩使内园直径变小，不允许插入端反向运动。此时完成其防止拆除的功能。

1.一种汽车防拆除快速接头装置，包括密封连接的快速接头，其特征在于：在快速接头的壳体(1)的连接端处设置一单向卡簧(2)，所述单向卡簧(2)由卡环(3)以及安装在卡环内圆向壳体内倾斜的卡爪(4)组成，所述卡环(3)在壳体(1)注塑成型时以嵌件的形式安装在壳体(1)的连接端内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车防拆除快速接头装置，其特征在于：所述壳体(1)的连接端内还设有一密封圈(5)。
